The decision-making and optimization of two-echelon inventory coordination were analyzed with service level constraint and controllable lead time sensitive to order quantity.First,the basic model of this problem was established and based on relevant analysis,the original model could be transformed by minimax method.Then,the optimal order quantity and production quantity influenced by service level constraint were analyzed and the boundary of optimal order quantity and production quantity was given.According to this boundary,the effective method and tactics were put forward to solve the transformed model.In case analysis,the optimal expected total cost of two-echelon inventory can be obtained and it was analyzed how service level constraint and safety factor influence the optimal expected total cost of two-echelon inventory.The results show that the optimal expected total cost of two-echelon inventory is constrained by the higher constraint between service level constraint and safety factor. 展开更多

Design of cost allocation rule for joint replenishment with controllable lead time

To encourage retailers to form cooperative alliances to jointly replenish inventory,considering that the supplier provides a flexible lead time and quantity discount to retailers,a model of average total cost per unit time of periodic joint replenishment is constructed,and an approximate algorithm,which can satisfy the requirement of any given precision,is given.The cost allocation rule in the core of the joint replenishment game is designed based on the cooperative game theory.The numerical experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can quickly solve the joint replenishment problem when the item number is not greater than 640.The retailer's cost saving rate is always greater than 0,and it increases with the increase in quantity discount and fixed cost after adopting the given cost allocation rule.With the increase in the safety stock level,the retailer's cost saving rate increases first and then decreases;and the retailer's cost saving rate increases with the increase in the size of the alliance,but it decreases as the number of product category increases.The proposed cost allocation rule can reduce the retailer's cost up to 20%,which is conducive to forming a cooperative coalition. 展开更多

With time history analysis method, the displacement, velocity, acceleration and force response of the tower was calculated and analyzed. Unmanned Aero Vehicles (UAV) has become a useful entity for quite a good number of industries and facilities. It is an agile, cost effective and reliable solution for communication, defense, security, delivery, surveillance and surveying etc. However, their reliability is dependent on the resilient and stabilizes performance based on control systems embedded behind the body. Therefore, the UAV is majorly dependent upon controller design and the requirement of particular performance parameters. Nevertheless, in modern technologies there is always a room for improvement. In the similar manner a UAV lateral control system was implemented and researched in this study, which has been optimized using Proportional, Integral and Derivative (PID) controller, phase lead compensator and signal constraint controller. The significance of this study is the optimization of the existing UAV controller plant for improving lateral performance and stability. With this UAV community will benefit from designing robust controls using the optimized method utilized in this paper and moreover this will provide sophisticated control to operate in unpredictable environments. It is observed that results obtained for optimized lateral control dynamics using phase lead compensator (PLC) are efficacious than the simple PID feedback gains. However, for optimizing unwanted signals of lateral velocity, yaw rate, and yaw angle modes, PLC were integrated with PID to achieve dynamical stability. 展开更多

Among different heavy liquid metals(HLMs), lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE) is considered at present as a potential candidate for the coolant of new generation fast reactors(critical and subcritical) and for liquid spallation neutron sources and accelerator driven systems(ADS). A high temperature liquid LBE loop, KYLIN-II-M,has been built to study the characteristics of corrosion and fluidity of LBE at the Institute of Nuclear Energy Safety Technology. However, due to the sensors and execution components of the loop work at high temperatures and in severely corrosive environments, the reliability and security of the data acquisition and control system(DACS) of KYLIN-II-M face challenges during the loop operation. In order to meet the urgent needs for KYLIN-II-M's long-term stable operation, a virtualization and redundancy control system has been developed.The onsite operation result shows that the DACS is stable and reliable. 基于吹吸气控制的飞行器大攻角气动性能提升方法研究

流动控制是改善飞行器气动性能,拓展飞行包线的重要途径.以往流动控制设计较少考虑实际流动情况,导致控制方法和参数设计存在难实现等问题.本文提出了通过吹吸气调控前缘涡进而改善大攻角气动性能的涡扰动控制原理,以一个飞翼布局飞机为... 流动控制是改善飞行器气动性能,拓展飞行包线的重要途径.以往流动控制设计较少考虑实际流动情况,导致控制方法和参数设计存在难实现等问题.本文提出了通过吹吸气调控前缘涡进而改善大攻角气动性能的涡扰动控制原理,以一个飞翼布局飞机为例,阐述了如何依据未控制工况的翼面流动压力信息设计控制参数,并且验证了控制效果和可操作性.首先,研究了一个后掠角为65°的小展弦比飞翼标模的纵向气动特性,发现该飞翼标模会在38°攻角下发生升力失速和力矩失速.其次,在涡扰动控制原理的指导下,设计了沿飞行器前缘分布的4个吹吸气狭缝,研究了在机翼不同位置分别施加吹气、吸气时的控制效果.进一步,设计了前段狭缝吹气与后段狭缝吸气联合控制方法,翼面压强分布和控制参数设计表明,该方法可将吸气口吸入的气体经由吹气口吹出,从而可在不依赖外部气源供气的情况下实现控制.控制效果分析表明,吹吸气联合控制能够增强前缘涡强度和负压,延缓前缘涡破裂,进而显著提高后失速阶段的升力系数,延缓失速后升力系数和俯仰力矩系数的掉落,拓展飞行包线.综上,本文提出的控制原理和方法基于飞行器翼面实际流动情况设计,方法有效、可操作性强,具有重要价值. 展开更多

波浪前缘静子调控风扇宽频噪声模态的数值研究

以DDES/AA(Delayed Detached Eddy Simulation/Acoustic Analogy)混合方法为手段,探索了波浪前缘静子对风扇宽频噪声模态的影响和物理机制。研究发现:波浪前缘静子叶片可以显著降低风扇宽频噪声,且对高阶宽频噪声模态能量产生了显著的... 以DDES/AA(Delayed Detached Eddy Simulation/Acoustic Analogy)混合方法为手段,探索了波浪前缘静子对风扇宽频噪声模态的影响和物理机制。研究发现:波浪前缘静子叶片可以显著降低风扇宽频噪声,且对高阶宽频噪声模态能量产生了显著的抑制效果。在此研究基础上,推测波浪前缘静子对高阶宽频噪声模态能量的强抑制效果的原因在于噪声能量的散射作用。进一步地,分析了波浪前缘静子调控风扇宽频噪声模态的物理机制,发现波浪前缘静子可以有效改变静子前缘压力脉动的分布形式,加剧了压力脉动的时-空相位延迟程度,并使压力脉动的展向相关性降低。这些现象是引起风扇宽频噪声模态能量散射并有效降低宽频噪声的主要原因。通过对3种波浪前缘静子叶片的压力脉动展向相关性进行分析,发现宽频噪声的模态调控效果和降低效果与压力脉动的展向相关性有关,当压力脉动的展向相关性降低到一定程度后,可能会导致风扇宽频噪声降噪的“振幅阈值”现象出现,进而引起风扇宽频噪声难以进一步降低。 展开更多

目的探索帕金森病患者术中微电极记录(MER)联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点方法的可行性。方法依照脑深部电刺激术(DBS)术后程控方式的差异,分析80例接受DBS治疗的帕金森病(PD)患者病例资料,随机分... 目的探索帕金森病患者术中微电极记录(MER)联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点方法的可行性。方法依照脑深部电刺激术(DBS)术后程控方式的差异,分析80例接受DBS治疗的帕金森病(PD)患者病例资料,随机分为2组。实验组患者术中MER联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点进行程控;对照组患者根据DBS专家程控共识逐个触点程控。结果首次开机时间:对照组(136.30±11.81)min,实验组(86.05±7.05)min,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组开机时间明显缩短;首次程控不良反应次数:实验组(0.90±0.50)次,对照组(3.03±1.00)次,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组不良反应次数显著减少;药物“关”期情况下,术后开机与关机帕金森病评定量表第三部分(UPDRS-Ⅲ)评分改善率:实验组术后开机UPDRS-Ⅲ平均改善率为47.60%,对照组平均改善率为46.60%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实验组临床运动功能的改善程度优于对照组;帕金森病生活质量评分(PDQ-39)改善率:实验组术后开机平均改善率为47.60%,对照组平均改善率为46.60%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组生活质量改善程度高于对照组;6个月内门诊程控次数:实验组(2.20±0.85)次,对照组(4.08±1.89)次,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组半年内门诊程控次数较对照组减少。结论患者术中MER联合术后Lead-DBS多模态影像融合技术,结合患者症状针对性选择开机触点的方法,具有安全,高效,开机不良反应少的优点,更倾向个体化治疗,可作为DBS术后程控新的尝试方案。 展开更多

Evaluation of Lead Exposure by Hand Wipes: A Review of the Effectiveness of Personal Hygiene on Industrial Sites 被引量:1

To evaluate the effectiveness of personal hygiene (handwashing) amongst workers at industrial sites to remove lead from their hands, a retrospective analysis of hand wipe samples was conducted using data collected by two contractors from two bridge painting projects for total lead using method ASTM E-1979-17/EPA SW846 7000B. Exposures resulted from the removal of lead-based paint from the structure and trace elements of lead found in the abrasive blast media. In total, six work tasks were evaluated and sixty unique hand wipe samples were evaluated. Thirty samples were collected during the worker’s lunch break, after they had reportedly washed their hands with a further 30 collected at the end of the workday following the same protocol. To be included in this evaluation, the contractors were required to follow NIOSH Method 9105 (Lead in Dust Wipes-Dermal Surfaces) with subsequent analysis of samples for total lead by an American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) accredited laboratory. All 60 samples contained detectable lead. The lead exposures ranged from 19.5 μg to 3420 μg. The geometric mean for the samples collected was 337 μg. These results indicate that current personal hygiene practices at the evaluated sites are not effective at removing lead from worker’s hands during and after the workday. They also suggest that the residual lead measured on the workers’ hands, at the end of the shift, is likely contributing to the elevated blood lead levels in this population. 展开更多

Assessment of Lead Exposures during Abrasive Blasting and Vacuuming in Ventilated Field Containments: A Case Study

Painting contractors have struggled with implementation and assessment of lead exposure controls leading to persistently elevated blood lead levels in this high-risk group of workers. The objective of this study was to assess the intensity of lead exposures based on commonly used air velocities inside field containment structures during abrasive blasting and vacuuming. Exposures were assessed over 14 days from April to July 2021 at a tainter gate and bridge lead paint removal project. Personal air samples, skin wipes, air velocity readings, and blood lead samples were collected. The geometric mean (GM) lead exposure for abrasive blasters and vacuumers was ≥4 × the OSHA Lead Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 μg/m<sup>3</sup>. There was high variability in the personal lead exposures (Geometric standard deviation (GSD) 4.0 - 5.0). The GM hand wipe exposures exceeded a Dermal PEL of 500 μg/wipe (abrasive blaster 564 μg/wipe and vacuumer 754 μg/wipe). Residual lead was measured on workers’ hands in 67% of the post hand washing samples. Air velocities measured inside of the field containments ranged from 107 feet per minute to 229 feet per minute. The effect of air velocity on the concentration of lead on workers’ hands after work (F = 0.58, p = 0.35) and airborne lead concentration was not significant (F = 0.36, p = 0.48). Six of the eight workers’ blood lead levels increased after exposure to lead. There was a non-statistically significant relationship between lead remaining on workers’ hands after handwashing and an increase in blood lead level. This is the first study that assessed both ventilation flow rates used in the industrial painting industry and measurements of airborne and dermal (hands) lead exposures. For the projects evaluated, the collected exposure data indicate that air velocities frequently used in the industrial painting industry to ventilate field containment structures did not tend to prevent an increase in worker blood lead and were ineffective for adequately controlling elevated concentrations of airborne lead and preventing contact with workers’ hands. 展开更多

Experience of operating reactor facilities (RF) with lead-bismuth coolant (LBC) has revealed that it is possible to perform safe refueling in short terms if the whole core is replaced and a kit of the special refueling equipment is used. However, comparing with RFs of nuclear submarines (NS), in which at the moment of performance of refueling the residual heat release is small, at RF SVBR-100 in a month after the reactor has been shut down, at the moment of performance of refueling the residual heat release is about 500 kW. Therefore, it is required to place the spent removable unit (SRU) with spent fuel subassemblies (SFSA) into the temporal storage tank (TST) filled with liquid LBC, in which the conditions for coolant natural circulation (NC) and heat removal via the tank vessel to the water cooling system are provided. After the residual heat release has been lowered to the level allowing transportation of the TST with SRU in the transporting-package container (TPC), it is proposed to consider a variant of TPCs transportation to the special site. On that site after the SRU has been reloaded into the long storage tank (LST) filled with quickly solidifying liquid lead, the TPCs can be stored during the necessary period. Thus, the controlled storage of LSTs is realized during several decades untill the time when SNF reprocessing and NFC closing are becoming economically expedient. On that storage, the four safety barriers are formed on the way of the release of radioactive products into the environment, namely: fuel matrix, fuel element cladding, solid lead and steel casing of the LST. 展开更多

Large Eddy Simulation(LES) is performed to investigate the airfoil broadband noise reduction with wavy leading edge under anisotropic incoming turbulence. The anisotropic incoming turbulence is generated by a rod with a diameter of 10 mm. The incoming flow velocity is 40 m/s and the corresponding Reynolds numbers based on airfoil chord and rod diameter are about 397000 and 26000, respectively. The far-field acoustic field is predicted using an acoustic analogy method which has been validated by the experiment. A straight leading edge airfoil and a wavy leading edge airfoil are simulated. The results show that wavy leading edge increases the airfoil lift and drag whereas the lift and drag fluctuations are substantially reduced. In addition, wavy leading edge can significantly change the flow pattern around the leading edge and a pair of counter-rotating streamwise vortices stemming from each wavy leading edge peak are observed.An averaged noise reduction of 9.5 dB is observed with the wavy leading edge at the azimuthal angle of 90°. Moreover, the wavy leading edge can mitigate noise radiation at all the azimuthal angles without significantly changing the noise directivity. The underlying noise reduction mechanisms are then analyzed in detail. 展开更多

The power controller model produces mathematical model description in nonlinear relation form in Simulink of MATLAB which is an important and popular program used at most universities for education. The power controller is described by a block diagram in this paper and some details introduce to clearly understand the work function. 为抑制直驱风机(D-PSMG)并网引起的次同步振荡(SSO)问题,提出一种网侧变流器电流内环改用改进型线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)的抑制策略。首先建立D-PSMG数学模型,分析LADRC抑制SSO的原理及不足。在此基础上,在线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)中增... 为抑制直驱风机(D-PSMG)并网引起的次同步振荡(SSO)问题,提出一种网侧变流器电流内环改用改进型线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)的抑制策略。首先建立D-PSMG数学模型,分析LADRC抑制SSO的原理及不足。在此基础上,在线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)中增加超前相位环节,提高LESO扰动观测能力;同时引入模糊控制与线性误差反馈率(LSEF)结合,提高控制器适应性。然后对改进型LADRC的性能进行分析,结果表明,改进型LADRC在中低频段的扰动抑制能力增强。最后,仿真与半实物验证表明,相较传统LADRC,改进型LADRC具备更强鲁棒性和稳态性能,并网电流THD由2.83%降至1.34%,且有效抑制SSO。 展开更多

贵州凯里市硐下地区铅锌矿床位于区域性湖南(花垣)—铜仁(松桃)—凯里(挂丁)—都匀(三都)北东向深大断裂北西盘凯里东侧挂丁镇附近,湘西—黔东铅锌成矿带中上部,在该区柏松、硐下及龙井街一带寒武系清虚洞组地层上部和顶部发现两个铅锌... 贵州凯里市硐下地区铅锌矿床位于区域性湖南(花垣)—铜仁(松桃)—凯里(挂丁)—都匀(三都)北东向深大断裂北西盘凯里东侧挂丁镇附近,湘西—黔东铅锌成矿带中上部,在该区柏松、硐下及龙井街一带寒武系清虚洞组地层上部和顶部发现两个铅锌含矿层。近些年来,各地勘单位通过不断探索总结和采取有效的勘查手段,在该区累计查明铅+锌金属量大约35万吨,达到中型铅锌矿床规模,实现黔东铅锌成矿带中部的找矿突破。为此,文章根据近年来的找矿勘查成果所取得的认识,与湘西—黔东铅锌成矿带典型矿床进行对比研究,建立凯里地区硐下铅锌矿床的成矿模式,对该区铅锌矿后期找矿工作具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多
