Melting Intercalation Method to Prepare Lauric Acid/Organophilic Montmorillonite Shape-stabilized Phase Change Material 被引量:3

A kind of novel shape-stabilized phase change material (SSPCM) was prepared by using a melting intercalation technique. This kind of SSPCM was made of lauric acid (LA) as a phase change material and organophilic montmorillonite (OMMT) as a support material. And the thermal properties and morphology of the SSPCM were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), scanning calorimeter (DSC), and differential thermal cravimetry (TG). The DSC result shows that the phase change temperature of the SSPCM is close to that of LA, and its latent heat is equivalent to that of the calculated value based on the mass ratio of LA measured by TG. The XRD, SEM and TEM results demonstrate that the LA intercalates into the silicate layers of the OMMT, thus forming a typically intercalted hybrid, which can restrict the molecular chain of the LA within the structure of OMMT at high temperature. And consequently SSPCM can keep its solid state during its solid-liquid phase change processing. 展开更多

This paper reported that a way of preparing superoxide dismutase (SOD) modified by lauric acid (LA-SOD) and study on stability of LA-SOD. The results showed that LA-SOD had high specific activity, high stability and high rate of recovery. The stability of LA-SOD in temperature, pH and human gastric juice was much higher than that of natural SOD. Because LA-SOD is kept for a long time at room temperature, it can widen the applied range of SOD and bring out considerable benificial results both in society and economy. 展开更多

Corn cob is a naturally renewable material with developed micropore and hydrophobic characteristics, which enables it to show good oil adsorption capacity. In order to improve oil adsorption capacity, corn cob was modified with lauric acid and ethanediol. The structure of raw and modified corn cob was investigated using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) method, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and Ze Ta potential analyzer. The effects of p H level, adsorption time, adsorbent dosage, and initial oil concentration on oil absorbency of corn cob were studied. The results indicate that the modification significantly improved the lipophilicity of corn cob, making the modified corn cob with much better adsorption capacity on oil absorbency. Compared with raw corn cob, the maximum saturated adsorption capacity of modified corn cob is 16.52 mg/g at p H 5, and the increasing percentage is found to be 141%, which indicates that the modification causes a better adsorption capacity for oil removal. In addition, due to high oil adsorption capacity, affordable price and low secondary pollution, the modified corn cob could be considered promising alternative for the traditional oil adsorbent to clean up the emulsified oily water. 展开更多

Enzymatic synthesis and characterization of structured lipids:Medium-and long-chain triacylglycerols enriched with lauric acid and diverse long-chain fatty acids

In this study,medium-and long-chain triacylglycerol(MLCT)structured lipids were synthesized by lipase catalyzed acidolysis of lauric acid(La)with four kinds of common edible oils of different fatty acid compositions,including palm oil(PO),camellia oleifera seed oil(CSO),soybean oil(SO)and flaxseed oil(FO).The lipases and reaction conditions including substrate molar ratio,reaction temperature,(time and enzyme loading)were optimized.The physicochemical properties of their MLCT products were determined.Moreover,the interaction mechanism between lipase and different MLCT molecules was revealed.The obtained optimum conditions were as follows:substrate molar ratios of 3:1(La/oil)for FO,SO,and CSO,7:1 for PO;enzyme loading of 8%,reaction temperature of 50℃,and reaction time of 6 h for PO,4 h for SO and 3 h for CSO and FO.Under the conditions,the product based on PO had the highest La content(40.37%)and MLCT yield(94.85%),followed by FO and SO,(29.86%,29.71%and 88.41%,87.55%,respectively),least on CSO(25.40%and 81.79%).The lipase established hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions with triacylglycerol ligands.Triacylglycerol 1(3),2-Linolenin-3(1)-Laurin(LnLnLa,specific in FO-MLCT)exhibited strongest binding activity with Lipozyme RM.Compared with substrate oils,the corresponding MLCT structured lipids showed improved thermal behavior and significant differences in the crystallization temperature as a result of acidolysis esterification.This study developed diverse MLCTs with La,and provided an in-depth understanding of the relationships between substrate composition,interaction,and MLCT structured lipids. 展开更多

This work presents the results of tribological investigations of lubricating substances composed of water and a nonionic surfactant:lauric acid random copolyether(LPE),as additive.At the current stage of investigation,aqueous solutions with LPE additives are prepared and subsequently the lowering friction and reducing wear behaviors are tested by means of friction/wear tester,in conjunction with that the film forming properties experiments are carried out with a nanoscale film thickness measure apparatus.The contact is under condition of steel-steel tribo-pair.The results show that the coefficient of friction measured decreases considerably to about over 60%relative to water.The film thickness data of friction process lubricated by aqueous solutions with LPE added show that the lubrication is in boundary lubrication regime.The results indicate that aqueous solutions with LPE added can be used to improve the lubricity and they may be applied to real tribological systems. 展开更多

Medium-and long-chain triglycerides(MLCT)have been widely concerned.In this study,lauric acid(La)was incorporated into flaxseed(Linum usitatissimum L.)oil(FO,aLna-riched)by lipase-catalyzed acidolysis.The synthesis efficiency of four immobilized lipases(Lipozyme RM IM,TL IM,AOAB8 and Novozym 435)was compared,while Lipozyme AOAB8 reaction for 2 h was the best scheme.Further,the optimal conditions for synthesizing structural lipids(aLSLs,rich in aLna and La)were obtained by response surface methodology:the reaction temperature was 44.6℃,substrate molar ratio was 12(La/FO),and enzyme loading was 9.11%.After purification by molecular distillation,the triglycerides(TAGs)of aLSLs contained 75.35% of TAGs withα-linolenic acid(aLna),40.82%of MLCTs with La,and 26.75%(65.53% of the total MLCTs)of TAGs with both aLna and La(ɑ-MLCT).Meanwhile,the content of La and aLna in aLSLs were 22.38%and 39.78%,respectively.The chemical structure and microstructure of aLSLs were similar to FO.In addition,the thermo-oxidative decomposition behavior of aLSLs was significantly improved compared with physical mixture oil.This improvement might be related to the insertion of La and the structure of TAG.In all,this study firstly developed a novel thermo-oxidatively stable MLCT with high levels of aLna and La. 展开更多

Influences of lauric acid addition on performance,nutrient digestibility and proteins related to mammary gland development in dairy cows 被引量:1

Lauric acid(LA)has the possibility to improve milk production in dairy cows by improving mammary gland development,however,the mechanism by which it might regulate mammary gland development is unclear.The influence of LA on milk production,nutrient digestibility and the expression of proteins related to mammary gland development in dairy cows were evaluated.Forty primiparous Holstein dairy cows were divided into 4 groups in a randomized block design.Four treatments included the control(0 g/d LA per cow),low-LA(100 g/d LA per cow),medium-LA(200 g/d LA per cow),and high-LA(300 g/d LA per cow).Yields of milk,fat-corrected milk,and energy-corrected milk quadratically increased(P<0.05),and yield and content of milk fat linearly increased(P<0.05)with LA supplementation.Percentages of C12:0,C18:1 and C20:1 fatty acids in milk fat linearly increased(P<0.05),but that of C16:0 fatty acid linearly decreased(P=0.046).Supplementation of LA led to a linear and quadratical increase(P<0.05)in digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,neutral detergent fibre and acid detergent fibre,and ruminal total volatile fatty acid concentration but a linear reduction(P=0.018)in the ratio of acetate to propionate.The enzymatic activities of ruminal pectinase,xylanase,andα-amylase,and populations of total bacteria and anaerobic fungi increased linearly(P<0.05),while populations of total protozoa and methanogens decreased linearly(P<0.05)with increased LA addition.Following LA addition,blood glucose,triglyceride,estradiol,prolactin,and insulin-like growth factor 1 concentrations increased linearly(P<0.05)and albumin and total protein concentrations increased quadratically(P<0.05).Moreover,addition of 200 g/d LA promoted(P<0.05)the expression of protein involved in mammary gland development and fatty acids synthesis.These results suggested that LA addition enhanced milk production and fatty acids synthesis by stimulating nutrient digestion,the expression of proteins associated with milk fat synthesis and mammary gland development. 展开更多

为了探索具有优异冲击绝缘性能的改性天然酯类型,并揭示雷电冲击绝缘性能与原子尺度微观参数之间的关联机制,选取了3种脂肪酸链较短且无毒环保的月桂酸改性酯,进行冲击绝缘性能试验研究和微观物性参数的仿真计算。试验过程中,重点分析了... 为了探索具有优异冲击绝缘性能的改性天然酯类型,并揭示雷电冲击绝缘性能与原子尺度微观参数之间的关联机制,选取了3种脂肪酸链较短且无毒环保的月桂酸改性酯,进行冲击绝缘性能试验研究和微观物性参数的仿真计算。试验过程中,重点分析了3种月桂酸改性酯放电发展速度、放电发展形貌和击穿电压的差异。基于第一性原理和分子动力学理论,仿真分析了不同月桂酸改性酯模型在不同电场强度下的电离能、电子亲和能、激发能和自由体积等微观物性参数的变化规律和差异。试验结果表明:月桂酸异辛酯的放电发展速度最慢,月桂酸甲酯其次,月桂酸乙酯的放电发展速度最快;月桂酸异辛酯的流注形貌的停止长度最短,流注分支数量最少;负极性条件下,月桂酸异辛酯的雷电冲击击穿电压显著高于其余两种月桂酸改性酯,高约11.67%~23.38%。仿真结果表明:与月桂酸甲乙酯相比,月桂酸异辛酯的强场作用下的电子亲和能为正值且更大,使其可以捕获自由电子并抑制电子崩的形成;月桂酸异辛酯的激发能更高,使其更难发生二次电子崩;月桂酸异辛酯的自由体积分数更小且粘度更大,使其放电发展速度更慢且流注停止长度更短;月桂酸改性酯的微观参数是其雷电冲击下放电发展过程的重要影响因素。 展开更多

土茯苓淀粉−脂肪酸复合物的形成及在Pickering乳液中的应用

天然淀粉颗粒因表面亲水性强而在Pickering乳液中稳定性有限。本研究以脱支土茯苓淀粉为基质,分别与月桂酸(lauric acid,LA)、亚油酸(linoleic acid,LOA)和硬脂酸(stearic acid,SA)复合制备淀粉-脂肪酸复合物(SGS-LA、SGS-LOA、SGS-SA)... 天然淀粉颗粒因表面亲水性强而在Pickering乳液中稳定性有限。本研究以脱支土茯苓淀粉为基质,分别与月桂酸(lauric acid,LA)、亚油酸(linoleic acid,LOA)和硬脂酸(stearic acid,SA)复合制备淀粉-脂肪酸复合物(SGS-LA、SGS-LOA、SGS-SA),系统评估其理化性质及乳液性能。扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱及X射线衍射分析表明,这些复合物通过非共价作用形成V型复合物,其中SGS-LA的复合指数最高(46.07%),平均粒径为114.30μm,接触角为68.71°。在Pickering乳液体系中,SGS-LA表现出最优的乳化性能,在油相体积分数80%、颗粒浓度2%的条件下,其稳定乳液粒径最小(约为10μm),乳化指数最高(82.87%)。环境稳定性评估进一步表明,pH=7及低离子强度(0~25 mmol·L^(-1))有利于乳液保持稳定。本研究表明短链脂肪酸有利于形成粒径小、乳化性能良好的淀粉−脂肪酸复合物,提高了Pickering乳液的稳定性,为开发可持续的天然乳化剂提供了新思路。 展开更多

The esterification of lauric acid with methanol could be efficiently catalyzed by ZrOCl2·8H2O, and this reaction was studied to develop a green method for biodiesel production. The influencing factors, such as amount of catalyst, reaction time and molar ratio of acid to methanol, were investigated. The results indicated that the ZrOCl2·8H2O catalyst showed high catalytic activity, and gave a 97.0% methyl laurate conversion rate under the following optimized conditions, viz.: a lauric acid/methanol molar ratio of 1:10, a catalyst dosage of 4%, and a reaction duration of 2 h at methanol refluxing temperature. The catalyst could be easily recovered while its activity could be well retained after three cycles. The ZrOCl2·8H2O catalyst also exhibited excellent catalytic activity for the esterification of different free long-chain fatty acids(including nonedible oils with high acid value) with different short carbon chain alcohols. Therefore, the ZrOCl2·8H2O catalyst has good potential for the synthesis of biodiesel from low-cost feedstocks such as waste vegetable oils and non-edible oils. 展开更多

不同超声处理对海红米淀粉-月桂酸复合物理化性质的影响

本研究旨在探讨不同超声处理对海红米淀粉-月桂酸复合物理化性质的影响。采用三种超声处理方法(预处理、协同处理和后处理)制备了海红米淀粉-月桂酸复合物,并对其复合指数、颗粒形貌、晶体结构、糊化性质、热性质和体外消化性质进行了... 本研究旨在探讨不同超声处理对海红米淀粉-月桂酸复合物理化性质的影响。采用三种超声处理方法(预处理、协同处理和后处理)制备了海红米淀粉-月桂酸复合物,并对其复合指数、颗粒形貌、晶体结构、糊化性质、热性质和体外消化性质进行了系统分析。结果表明,未超声处理的海红米淀粉-月桂酸的复合指数为5.66%,超声预处理和超声协同处理复合物的复合指数分别提高至9.95%和14.24%,而超声处理后复合物的复合指数降低至4.78%;不同超声处理均显著降低了复合物短程有序程度和相对结晶度(P<0.05);在糊化性质方面,超声处理均显著提高了复合物的糊化温度(P<0.05),同时降低了崩解值、回生值和最终粘度(P<0.05);热重分析显示,超声处理均提高了复合物的热稳定性,峰值温度从305.5℃提高至317.0℃;此外,在体外消化性质上,超声预处理复合物的抗性淀粉含量与海红米淀粉相比提高至37.65%,超声协同和超声后处理复合物的快消化淀粉和慢消化淀粉含量显著高于海红米淀粉(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,复合物的复合指数与糊化温度和峰值温度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与短程有序程度和相对结晶度呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。不同超声处理显著影响海红米淀粉-月桂酸复合物的理化性质,研究结果可为制备具有特定消化行为的淀粉食品提供理论依据。 展开更多

为建立高效评估白酒微量成分自噬调节活性的方法,该研究以人正常肝细胞LO2为载体,采用慢病毒转导与流式细胞术分选的方法构建并筛选稳定高效表达细胞自噬通量探针GFP-LC3-RFP-LC3ΔG的细胞株。通过流式细胞术检测绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)/红... 为建立高效评估白酒微量成分自噬调节活性的方法,该研究以人正常肝细胞LO2为载体,采用慢病毒转导与流式细胞术分选的方法构建并筛选稳定高效表达细胞自噬通量探针GFP-LC3-RFP-LC3ΔG的细胞株。通过流式细胞术检测绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)/红色荧光蛋白(RFP)荧光强度的比值,并结合免疫印记(WB)分析LC3和P62蛋白表达水平,系统评价白酒中两种微量成分(月桂酸和4-甲基愈创木酚)对细胞自噬的影响。结果表明,成功构建并筛选得到稳定高效表达细胞自噬通量探针GFP-LC3-RFP-LC3ΔG的细胞株LO2-GFP-RFP,其能灵敏响应细胞自噬调节,通过对其进行饥饿处理可使GFP/RFP值从85.05%降至80.61%,而通过饥饿处理同时加入自噬抑制剂巴佛洛霉素A1(BafA1)后可使GFP/RFP值回升至83.22%。通过自噬通量探针结合流式检测技术与WB相互印证了月桂酸和4-甲基愈创木酚在一定浓度范围内对细胞自噬的调控作用。该研究证实基于自噬通量探针结合流式检测技术适用于白酒微量成分自噬活性的快速筛选,为解析白酒健康效应提供了有效方法平台。 展开更多

为探究中国和越南肉桂籽油的差异,本研究以中越10个产地的肉桂籽为对象,对比分析其籽油的脂肪酸组成及抗氧化活性差异。采用超声辅助溶剂提取法制备肉桂籽油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析肉桂籽油的脂肪酸组成,福林酚法测定总... 为探究中国和越南肉桂籽油的差异,本研究以中越10个产地的肉桂籽为对象,对比分析其籽油的脂肪酸组成及抗氧化活性差异。采用超声辅助溶剂提取法制备肉桂籽油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析肉桂籽油的脂肪酸组成,福林酚法测定总酚含量,以DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基清除实验评价体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,中越肉桂籽油提取率为24.12%~33.01%;籽油中6种脂肪酸的相对质量分数分别为:月桂酸61.94%~68.76%、癸酸9.54%~12.47%、油酸5.92%~9.80%、肉豆蔻酸6.43%~7.85%、亚油酸5.18%~7.57%、棕榈酸1.41%~4.32%。其中饱和脂肪酸质量分数占总体脂肪酸质量分数的81.76%~88.66%,不饱和脂肪酸质量分数占总体脂肪酸质量分数的11.57%~18.23%;总酚含量为41.88~69.52 mg/g;对DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基清除率的IC 50值分别为3.55~5.75 mg/mL和3.09~15.42 mg/mL,且总酚含量与ABTS+自由基清除能力呈显著正相关(P=0.047)。广西东兴、贵港两地的肉桂籽油在多个指标上表现出较好的品质。肉桂籽油是一种月桂酸型天然油脂,兼具良好的稳定性和抗氧化能力。 展开更多

本研究旨在制备一种适用于多种热能储存系统中的高效蓄热调温材料,通过乳液聚合技术将癸酸-月桂酸(CA-LA)低共熔混合物封装在聚丙烯酸乙酯(PEA)壳层中,形成PEA/(CA-LA)相变材料微胶囊(MEPCM).分析结果表明,所制备的MEPCM具有均匀且光滑... 本研究旨在制备一种适用于多种热能储存系统中的高效蓄热调温材料,通过乳液聚合技术将癸酸-月桂酸(CA-LA)低共熔混合物封装在聚丙烯酸乙酯(PEA)壳层中,形成PEA/(CA-LA)相变材料微胶囊(MEPCM).分析结果表明,所制备的MEPCM具有均匀且光滑的球形外观,且芯材和壳材之间没有发生化学反应.当壳芯比为1∶1.5时,熔化潜热和凝固潜热分别为81.85 J/g和88.68 J/g.MEPCM潜热储存能力随着芯材比例的增加而增加.通过热重分析和泄漏测试发现MEPCM在160℃以下能保持优良的潜热储存和释放能力.经过200次热循环后仍具有良好的热稳定性,具备实际应用价值. 展开更多

为提高樟树籽仁油的生理效应和经济价值,需设法调整其链脂肪酸组成、降低其月桂酸含量。本研究分别以辛酸/癸酸为酰基供体,采用酶促酰基交换法进行反应,筛选出催化效果最佳的脂肪酶,并以月桂酸含量为评价指标优化低月桂酸樟树籽仁油制... 为提高樟树籽仁油的生理效应和经济价值,需设法调整其链脂肪酸组成、降低其月桂酸含量。本研究分别以辛酸/癸酸为酰基供体,采用酶促酰基交换法进行反应,筛选出催化效果最佳的脂肪酶,并以月桂酸含量为评价指标优化低月桂酸樟树籽仁油制备工艺。结果表明:Lipozyme RM IM脂肪酶的催化性能最佳。采用Lipozyme RM IM脂肪酶得到癸酸反应的最佳条件为:底物癸酸与樟树籽仁油的物质的量之比为10:1,反应时间为6 h,反应温度为50℃,加酶量为总底物质量的6%,该条件下所得产品的中链脂肪酸质量分数分别为月桂酸11.40%,癸酸85.72%,辛酸0.24%。采用Lipozyme RM IM脂肪酶得到辛酸反应的最佳条件为:底物辛酸与樟树籽仁油的物质的量之比为6:1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为6 h,加酶量为总底物质量的4%,该条件下所得产品的中链脂肪酸质量分数分别为月桂酸16.34%,癸酸54.53%,辛酸25.81%。该酶促酰基交换技术制备的低月桂酸樟树籽仁油产品的理化性质符合GB 2716-2018,可大幅提高樟树籽仁油的生理效应和经济价值。 展开更多
