兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型实验方法的比较研究

将结扎兔心脏冠状动脉左前降支(left anterior descending branch,LADB)和左室支(left ventricular branch,LVB)建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia-reperfusion injury,IRI)模型的两种实验方法进行比较,为从事相关领域的科学研究提供模... 将结扎兔心脏冠状动脉左前降支(left anterior descending branch,LADB)和左室支(left ventricular branch,LVB)建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia-reperfusion injury,IRI)模型的两种实验方法进行比较,为从事相关领域的科学研究提供模型建立方法参考.将42只新西兰大白兔随机分组后,在呼吸机辅助下,离断左侧第3-4肋间肌暴露心脏,分别定位结扎LADB或LVB建立IRI模型.研究发现,与结扎LADB相比,结扎LVB兔心电图演变典型、血清肌钙蛋白cTnI含量明显升高、心肌组织p-P38 MAPK蛋白表达量明显升高、组织学变化明显,心肌梗死面积明显增大.本研究认为,结扎LVB建立兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型方法明显优于结扎LADB. 展开更多

低位线摆幅的低功耗SRAM设计

左室条索的二维超声心动图诊断与动态心电图监测

目的:总结重度阻塞性肺气肿行肺减容手术(LVRS)的护理经验。方法:对18例患者进行围手术期及康复期心理护理和健康教育,术前呼吸道准备、营养支持;术后呼吸道管理、胸腔闭式引流的护理、各项监测工作、指导患者进行康复训练等系统性整体... 目的:总结重度阻塞性肺气肿行肺减容手术(LVRS)的护理经验。方法:对18例患者进行围手术期及康复期心理护理和健康教育,术前呼吸道准备、营养支持;术后呼吸道管理、胸腔闭式引流的护理、各项监测工作、指导患者进行康复训练等系统性整体护理。结果:本组16例术后持续漏气4~15d后自愈,呼吸困难症状明显减轻或消失,2例死于呼吸衰竭。随访1年,15例病人均不吸氧,能做一般家务劳动。结论:护理工作是肺减容手术成功的重要一环,其中心环节是术前指导呼吸功能锻炼,术后严密观察、预防术后并发症;而正确的心理及康复指导对提高患者术后生活质量具有积极意义。 展开更多

Beef cattle production is declining in the areas surrounding LVB (Lake Victoria Basin) due to many factors among which is the climate change. This study was focused on generating spatial knowledge that will be useful in designing appropriate strategies for improving beef cattle production on rangelands of the LVB, through assessing changes in stock routes in relation to water and pasture availability for livestock under a changing climate. The study used participatory mapping and focused group discussions to assess spatial changes of stock routes in relation to water availability and pasture under critical climate changes. Also, GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technologies were deployed in formalization of spatial layers for integration with other pertinent datasets to the facilitate analysis. The study revealed remarkable stock routes changes (i.e. some have been lost, some have been converted into roads, while others have been lost and others narrowed influencing conflicts between pastorists and farmers. The stock routes changes are made by the increased human population which has led to an increase of cultivated areas and subsequently the decline of water sources and grazing land for pastorists. It is recommended that there should be effective land use planning practice, real-time stock route modification concomitant with adverse climate changes and cattle farming practice. Intervention by other mitigation measures particuticularly rainwater harvesting which is a strategy for alleviation of climate change effects for improving beef cattle production in LVB areas is proposed. 展开更多

Surgical treatment for lymphedema has undergone tremendous advancements over the years,with the earliest techniques focusing on ablative procedures such as liposuction and direct excision.With modern advancements in technology,equipment,imaging,and microscope optics,physiologic procedures have emerged as the standard of care for lymphedema at high-volume institutions and centers of excellence.The lymphovenous bypass and the vascularized lymph node transfer operations have both proven to be effective means for treatment and improving the quality of life of patients suffering from lymphedema.However,with the established foundation of knowledge and experience,innovative approaches to optimize outcomes in patients undergoing supermicrosurgical treatment are constantly evolving.The present review presents a historical review of the lymphovenous bypass and vascularized lymph node transfer procedures and introduces some novel expansions of both techniques in the field of lymphedema surgery. 展开更多
