“East Asianess”: The Aesthetic Resonances and Narrative Strategy of the South Korean TV-Drama LTNS

This article takes the South Korean streaming platform TVing 2024’s TV drama LTNS(short for“Long Time No Sex”)as the analysis text.In the form of black comedy,this series portrays the survival difficulties faced by young families in South Korea,who are facing marital crisis,heavy debt burden,and unemployment pressure.The deeper reasons for the difficulties faced by these individuals actually come from the deep-rooted problems of social stratification and wealth disparity.It offers a sharp critique of social realities and contemporary concerns,showcasing diverse values.As a typical representative of current Korean realism TV drama,it inherits the excellent tradition of realism in Korean dramas and draws on the aesthetic style of American and European streaming media films.Analyzing this work allows us to gain insight into the complex contradictions between the cultural traditions and contemporary social life of East Asian societies,as well as the public mindset when facing these contradictions.It also reveals why contemporary Korean critical realism dramas can have a widespread influence in East Asia.The East Asian characteristics of the story,the appeal of the narrative,and the sharp criticism wrapped in interesting stories collectively constitute the reasons for the influence of Korean dramas. 展开更多

【目的】了解抗锈基因Yr18在甘肃省冬小麦新品种(系)中的分布,验证标记的有效性,选育慢锈小麦新品种。【方法】以含Yr18基因的CP90-02-4-1为抗源,以洮157为农艺亲本组配杂交组合,培育小麦新品系,并利用分子标记csLV34和形态标记Ltn1对4... 【目的】了解抗锈基因Yr18在甘肃省冬小麦新品种(系)中的分布,验证标记的有效性,选育慢锈小麦新品种。【方法】以含Yr18基因的CP90-02-4-1为抗源,以洮157为农艺亲本组配杂交组合,培育小麦新品系,并利用分子标记csLV34和形态标记Ltn1对42份冬小麦新品种(系)、21份抗源亲本及洮157衍生后代进行Yr18基因鉴定。【结果】(1)csLV34有2种多态性,凡含有Yr18的材料均能扩增出150 bp的片段,不含Yr18的材料能扩增出229 bp的片段。但Ltn1对应的叶干尖不具有唯一性。(2)检测材料Yr18的分布频率低,主要原因是亲本携带目标基因的频率低。(3)以含慢条锈基因Yr18的材料为抗源,改良高产优质抗性丧失栽培种的可操作性强,是培育丰产、优质抗条锈小麦新品种的有效途径。【结论】标记csLV34可用于慢条锈基因Yr18的分子标记辅助选择,但叶干尖不能准确鉴别小麦品种(系)携带Ltn1;冬小麦新品种(系)Yr18的分布频率低,但Yr18的转育效率高。 展开更多

暴露N端对趋化因子LTN黏膜佐剂作用的影响

我们前期构建了编码CVB3结构蛋白VP1的真核表达质粒(pVP1),通过滴鼻免疫诱导了一定水平的细胞和体液免疫应答。为了进一步增强其免疫效果,我们在该黏膜疫苗中引入新型黏膜佐剂LTN,发现当两种质粒共免疫时可显著增强pVP1诱导的CVB3特异... 我们前期构建了编码CVB3结构蛋白VP1的真核表达质粒(pVP1),通过滴鼻免疫诱导了一定水平的细胞和体液免疫应答。为了进一步增强其免疫效果,我们在该黏膜疫苗中引入新型黏膜佐剂LTN,发现当两种质粒共免疫时可显著增强pVP1诱导的CVB3特异性血清IgG和黏膜IgA水平,促进脾脏及黏膜局部IFN-γ+T细胞产生,显著减轻CVB3感染小鼠心肌病理损伤。随后我们对该疫苗体系进行了优化,使用双顺反子形式将编码VP1和LTN的基因构建在同一质粒上,通过滴鼻免疫小鼠后同样获得了免疫增强作用;当尝试将LTN N端融合至VP1蛋白,以该融合质粒pVP1-LTN滴鼻免疫小鼠后发现其增强免疫应答的能力显著下降;为排除融合蛋白空间构象改变及空间位阻对LTN佐剂功能的影响,我们在蛋白连接处引入柔性接头肽段(G4S)3,构建了融合质粒pVP1-IRES-LTN,发现该疫苗增强全身及黏膜局部特异性抗体细胞免疫应答的能力也非常有限,与pVP1-LTN相比并无明显差异,因此不能有效清除心肌病毒和减轻心肌损伤,提示融合蛋白的空间位阻或构像改变并非是影响LTN佐剂效应的关键因素,而暴露的LTN N端对其增强全身及黏膜局部免疫应答强度、提高心肌炎的免疫保护作用十分关键。 展开更多

氩气高频电刀联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效以及对LTN和IL-17的影响 被引量:1

目的:探讨采用氩气高频电刀+干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将2017年8月—2018年10月本院收治的80例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组给予患者单用氩气高频电刀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用重组人干扰素... 目的:探讨采用氩气高频电刀+干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将2017年8月—2018年10月本院收治的80例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组给予患者单用氩气高频电刀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,观察两组治疗效果及实验室相关指标变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗1个月后两组患者血清LTN均较治疗前升高,血清IL-17较治疗前降低,但是观察组的变化幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在尖锐湿疣的治疗中,采用氩气高频电刀联合干扰素的方法,可取得显著的疗效,不良反应少,并能提高患者血清LTN水平及降低血清IL-17水平,值得推广。 展开更多

Synthesis of Zeolite LTN-(SOD) Self-Supporting Membranes from SiO2-Rich Industrial Waste

Synthesis of zeolite LTN (“Linde Type N”) was investigated under insertion of a SiO2-rich filtration residue (FR) from waste water cleaning of the silane production. A new synthesis procedure was therefore developed applying a flotation mechanism with the aim to grow LTN in form of thin membrane like sheets. Preparation starts with preactivation of FR by slurrying first in alkaline solution, followed by an addition of aluminate solution and citric acid. The latter was added as suitable chelating agent for the initiation of the flotation process. In the course of these experiments, we succeeded in synthesizing zeo-lite LTN with more or less zeolite SOD as byproduct in the form of a stable compact membrane-like layer at low temperature of 60℃. The crystallization was performed under isotherm static conditions in an open reaction system without addition of organic templates as structure directing agents (OSDA’s). FR was utilized as a total substitute of sodium silicate in all experiments and an expansive pre-treatment procedure like calcinations was not needed. Furthermore, membrane formation with LTN of usual synthesis needs chemically functionalized supports. In contrast self-supporting membranous LTN layers were grown for the first time in the present study. 展开更多

Significant progress has been made in image inpainting methods in recent years.However,they are incapable of producing inpainting results with reasonable structures,rich detail,and sharpness at the same time.In this paper,we propose the Pyramid-VAE-GAN network for image inpainting to address this limitation.Our network is built on a variational autoencoder(VAE)backbone that encodes high-level latent variables to represent complicated high-dimensional prior distributions of images.The prior assists in reconstructing reasonable structures when inpainting.We also adopt a pyramid structure in our model to maintain rich detail in low-level latent variables.To avoid the usual incompatibility of requiring both reasonable structures and rich detail,we propose a novel cross-layer latent variable transfer module.This transfers information about long-range structures contained in high-level latent variables to low-level latent variables representing more detailed information.We further use adversarial training to select the most reasonable results and to improve the sharpness of the images.Extensive experimental results on multiple datasets demonstrate the superiority of our method.Our code is available at https://github.com/thy960112/Pyramid-VAE-GAN. 展开更多
