Agricultural land development is a pivotal strategy for addressing the global food security crisis.Barren grassland,especially those in mountainous regions,constitutes critical areas where cultivation can substantiall...Agricultural land development is a pivotal strategy for addressing the global food security crisis.Barren grassland,especially those in mountainous regions,constitutes critical areas where cultivation can substantially enhance land resources.This study highlights the necessity for a precise correlation between land development initiatives and constraints in order to optimize efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of such projects,with the core being the seamless integration of land development engineering and techniques to eliminate agricultural constraints.This study employs a systems engineering approach to classify improvement factors into mobile and fixed categories,elucidating the integration methods of constraint factors.Adhering to the Wooden Barrel Principle,these constraints were rigorously analyzed based on soil quality,land topography,water availability,and agricultural infrastructure.An innovative method of engineering type combination is proposed,which effectively explains the correlation between natural factors combination,project type combination,and target factors combination.It provides a convenient way for the selection of barren grassland development projects and lays a foundation for land planning,development project establishment,program selection,engineering design,and budget preparation.Taking Tang County of China as an example,it is divided into 19 factor improvement areas,a quick reference table of engineering types is established,and 14 main types of engineering combinations are obtained,which lays a foundation for the application of theoretical framework in practice.展开更多

The human society has profited from exploitation of earth resources, precisely when energy use became much more efficient during the industrial era. Some of these earth resources (renewable and non-renewable) are oil and gas, coal, water, metal ore, wind, air etc. and their methods of exploitation are surface and subsurface mining methods [1]. Thus the geological perspectives of earth resources refer to origin and occurrence of these earth resources while the engineering perspectives refer to the processes involved in the extraction (mining), processing and utilization of the resources. To fulfill the requirement of sustainable development, the efficiency with which resources are utilized has to be improved. With the basic characteristics of conventional horizontal wells,the so-called complex wells including horizontal extended-reach wells,multi-lateral horizontal wells,U-shaped wells,cluster horizontal wells,etc.,are adv...With the basic characteristics of conventional horizontal wells,the so-called complex wells including horizontal extended-reach wells,multi-lateral horizontal wells,U-shaped wells,cluster horizontal wells,etc.,are advanced well types for the efficient development of low-permeability,unconventional,deep-water,and deep oil and gas reservoirs,which have been highly concerned all over the world.Significant progress at home and abroad has been made in relevant researches and practices and is expected to play an important role in the efficient development of shale oil and gas.To meet the basic needs of environment&safety,land conservation,cost reducing and efficiency improving,it is urgent to create a unique and efficient mode for developing shale gas.Therefore,an efficient shale gas development mode for mountainous areas and an engineering and technical support system are presented based on large cluster horizontal-well engineering.An equation is thus obtained for calculating the maximum number of horizontal wells arranged allowably in“Well Factory”on a single platform.The general research and development of large extended-reach well technology are analyzed by expounding the basic concept of an extended-reach well and its drilling extension limit.And a calculation method is thus established to predict the maximum measured depth of open hole in extended-reach drilling.Moreover,some relevant research results and their significance for downhole tubular mechanics&mechanical extension limits in extended-reach drilling are also briefly introduced in this paper.The conclusions are drawn that,by following the idea of“integration of geology and engineering”in oil and gas development,these research results have a foreseeable application prospect in shale gas development in the mountainous areas in the future,and will contribute to new progress in China's“Shale Revolution”.展开更多

文摘With the basic characteristics of conventional horizontal wells,the so-called complex wells including horizontal extended-reach wells,multi-lateral horizontal wells,U-shaped wells,cluster horizontal wells,etc.,are advanced well types for the efficient development of low-permeability,unconventional,deep-water,and deep oil and gas reservoirs,which have been highly concerned all over the world.Significant progress at home and abroad has been made in relevant researches and practices and is expected to play an important role in the efficient development of shale oil and gas.To meet the basic needs of environment&safety,land conservation,cost reducing and efficiency improving,it is urgent to create a unique and efficient mode for developing shale gas.Therefore,an efficient shale gas development mode for mountainous areas and an engineering and technical support system are presented based on large cluster horizontal-well engineering.An equation is thus obtained for calculating the maximum number of horizontal wells arranged allowably in“Well Factory”on a single platform.The general research and development of large extended-reach well technology are analyzed by expounding the basic concept of an extended-reach well and its drilling extension limit.And a calculation method is thus established to predict the maximum measured depth of open hole in extended-reach drilling.Moreover,some relevant research results and their significance for downhole tubular mechanics&mechanical extension limits in extended-reach drilling are also briefly introduced in this paper.The conclusions are drawn that,by following the idea of“integration of geology and engineering”in oil and gas development,these research results have a foreseeable application prospect in shale gas development in the mountainous areas in the future,and will contribute to new progress in China's“Shale Revolution”.

文摘Based on the advantages of the application of Building Information Modelling(BIM)technology in highway engineering,this paper analyzes the difficulties of its in-depth application,grasps the pain points of the application of BIM technology in practice,and approaches from the integration of BIM design-construction.This paper also puts forward the integration of cross-stage information based on the BIM+Geographic Information System(GIS)construction information management system to realize the BIM whole life cycle management,and provides directional support for the continuous and efficient application of BIM technology in engineering practice.
文摘China Petroleum Design & Engineering Company (CPDEC) is a new corporation established in the year 2001. The company puts forward its development objectives for becoming a first-class national and international desigh firm within 5 to 10 years. In this paper, the theories and techniques related to the business environment and strategy are used to make an analysis of the companys development objectives. According to the analysis of the environment and internal conditions of CPDEC, we suggest adoping the strategic measures for reaching the development objectives on the basis of the SWOT (the acronym of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis method. Some conclusions and recommendations on the companys situation and strategies are given.
