The incomplete linguistic judgment matrix is transformed into incomplete fuzzy judgment matrix and an optimization model is developed on the basis of incomplete fuzzy judgment matrix provided by the decision maker and the decision matrix to determine attribute weights by Lagrange multiplier method. Then the overall values of all alternatives are calculated to rank them. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method.展开更多

With regard to fuzzy number complementary judgment matrixes given by a decider group whose members have various weights, the expert＇s information was aggregated first by means of simple weight average（SWA） method and Bonissone calculational method. Hence a matrix including all the experts＇ preference information was got. Then the matrix＇ column members were added up and the fuzzy evaluation values of the alternatives were got. Lastly, the Hausdorff metric distance and fuzzy compromise decision approach were used to rank the fuzzy evaluation values and then the ranking values of all the alternatives were got. Because exact numbers and triangular fuzzy numbers could all be transformed into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, the method developed can rank complementary judgment matrixes with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, triangular fuzzy numbers and exact numbers as well. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)are widely used in various fields because of their high strength,good toughness,and low density.However,owing to their unique forming process,some complex structures such as holes ...Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)are widely used in various fields because of their high strength,good toughness,and low density.However,owing to their unique forming process,some complex structures such as holes and grooves cannot be formed directly.Therefore,traditional machining procedures are also required.The drilling process is one of the most common machining methods for CFRP holes,but owing to the complex structure and difficulty in processing CFRP,the quality of the drilling process is often challenging to guarantee.Moreover,the hole-forming defects also have complex forms and lack uniform evaluation indexes.This study summarizes the common orifice defects in the process of CFRP drilling,establishes a comprehensive evaluation method of orifice defects by introducing the relevant theory of the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix,and experimentally verifies the accuracy and reliability of this method.Then,based on the experimental results,a non-linear cutting parameter optimization model is established,which effectively suppresses the orifice defects to ensure the accuracy of the hole size,roundness,and hole wall roughness.The hole-forming quality is subsequently improved.The hole quality evaluation method proposed in this study reduced the dimension of the evaluation index to ensure relevance and effectiveness and improved the convenience of quality inspection and parameter optimization in actual production.展开更多
