The maximal amplitude of inter-annual a...The long-term variation and seasonal variation of sea level have a notable effect on the calculation of engineering water level. Stich an effect is first analyzed in this paper. The maximal amplitude of inter-annual anomaly of monthly mean sea level along the China coast is larger than 60 cm. Both the storm surge disaster and cold wave disaster are seasonal disasters in various regions, so the water level corresponding to the 1% of the cumulative frequency in the cumulative frequency curve of hourly water level data for different seasons in various sea areas is different from design water level., for example, the difference between them reaches maximum in June, July and August for northern sea area, and maximum in September, October and November for Southern China Sea, The hourly water level data of 19 gauge stations along the China coast are analyzed. Firstly, the annual mean sea level for every station is obtained; secondly, linear changing rates of annual mean sea level are obtained with the stochastic dynamic method; thirdly, the astronomical tide and storm surge tide are obtained by subtracting the linear fitting part from the original hourly data, finally, two distributions corresponding to the astronomical tide and wind tide are obtain ed according to whether the astronomical tide and storm tide are correlative or not. So the two check water levels are obtained with the joint probability method, The maximal difference between the two water levels of 100 years' recurrence is more than 30 cm. Both of the two check water levels have disadvantages in the use of observation data, so the mean value is suggested to be taken as the final check water level. A comparison between the two check-water levels indicates that the effect of sea level variation upon design water level and check water level is larger than 80 cm at some stations.展开更多

To overcome the challenge of high sampling rate in traditional spectral estimation methods, Compressed Sensing (CS) theory is developed. A sparsity and compression ratio joint adjustment algorithm for compressed spectrum sensing in CR network is investigated, with the hypothesis that the sparsity level is unknown as priori knowledge at CR terminals. As perfect spectrum reconstruction is not necessarily required during spectrum detection process, the proposed algorithm only performs a rough estimate of sparsity level. Meanwhile, in order to further reduce the sensing measurement, different compression ratios for CR terminals with varying Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) are considered. The proposed algorithm, which optimizes the compression ratio as well as the estimated sparsity level, can greatly reduce the sensing measurement without degrading the detection performance. It also requires less steps of iteration for convergence. Corroborating simulation results are presented to testify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for collaborative spectrum sensing.展开更多

Material and method: Between 2005 and 2012, patients who underwent p...Aim: In this study, the relationship between the change in the joint line and lateral knee pain was evaluated after primary total knee arthroplasty. Material and method: Between 2005 and 2012, patients who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty were included in the study. Patients having “cruciate retaining total knee arthroplasty” and with a change of the joint line ≥8 mm and patients having “posterior stabilized total knee arthroplasty” and with a change of the joint line ≥5 mm were selected as the study group (group 1, n = 32). A total of 47 patients having similar demographic characteristics with the study group and the joint line changing below the predetermined level or remaining unchanged were included as the control group (group 2). The 2 groups were compared according to the presence of knee pain, the localization and spread of the pain, iliotibial band, tension and pain in the patellar tendon and quadriceps tendon, front knee pain during squatting, VAS pain score, OBER test positivity, Knee Society knee and function score, and general patient satisfaction. Results: There were statistically significant more lateral knee pain (p < 0.001), OBER test positivity (p < 0.001) and iliotibial band tension (p < 0.001) in group 1 compared to group 2. However, there were no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups regarding rest pain (p = 0.855), pain during squatting (p = 0.761), exertional pain (p = 0.322), pain in the patellar tendon (p = 0.643) and quadriceps tendon (p = 0.873), Knee Society knee (p = 0.954) and function (p = 0.955) scores, and general satisfaction (p = 0.968). Conclusion: In total knee prosthesis operations, distal displacement of the joint line can result in lateral knee pain and iliotibial band tension. However, considering the results of total knee arthroplasty our findings have showed that this condition has no effect on knee functions and patient satisfaction.展开更多

针对目前海洋能区划研究中存在的计算复杂、耗时长和成本高等问题,本研究基于改进的多准则决策(Multiple criteria decision making,MCDM)方法和人工神经网络(Artificial neural network,ANN),提出了一种风浪联合开发区划智能模型。为...针对目前海洋能区划研究中存在的计算复杂、耗时长和成本高等问题,本研究基于改进的多准则决策(Multiple criteria decision making,MCDM)方法和人工神经网络(Artificial neural network,ANN),提出了一种风浪联合开发区划智能模型。为降低专家的主观偏差,应用基于层级的模糊权重评估(Fuzzy level based weight assessment,FLBWA)法来计算各评价指标权重;继而结合改进的Borda-全乘比例多目标优化(Borda-multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis plus full multiplicative form,Borda-MULTIMOORA)法计算开发适宜性指数,从而能够更加准确、高效地得到评价结果;之后,基于灰狼优化算法的反向传播(Grey wolf optimizer with back propagation,GWO-BP)神经网络构建并训练智能模型,将适宜性分析转化为自动化、高效化和智能化的过程;最后,以山东省风浪联合开发区划为例验证该模型的可行性和合理性。根据实例验证,该模型可以实现风浪联合开发区划的智能化,为相关领域的研究和政府规划提供参考。展开更多
