Preliminary Study on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Clinical Medicine Postgraduates Based on Job Competency

Objective:To evaluate the practicality of constructing multiple evaluation index systems for postgraduates in clinical medicine professional degree based on job competency.Methods:The theoretical framework of the evaluation index system was initially developed using expert consultation,literature review,and other methods.20 survey experts were selected and consulted using the Delphi method to screen and evaluate the weights of multiple indicators.Data was then entered into a table to evaluate the practicality of the constructed indicators.Results:The questionnaire recovery rate of the first round of expert consultation was 92.50%,and the second round was 100.00%.The comparison between the two groups showed P<0.05.The authority level of the first round was 0.817,and the second round was 0.811.In the first round of coordination,the chi-square value of the first-level indicators was 0.498,and the chi-square value of the second-level indicators was 0.628.In the second round of coordination,the chi-square value of the first-level indicators was 0.573,and the chi-square value of the second-level indicators was 0.634.The comparison between the two rounds showed P<0.05.The evaluation index system included 2 first-level indicators,5 second-level indicators,and 31 third-level indicators.Conclusion:Constructing an evaluation index system based on job competency is highly scientific,with a reasonable construction process and high practical value. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of a competency-oriented TCM workshop teaching model for integrated medical and elderly care in geriatric nursing positions.Methods:A stratified sampling method was employed to select 100 nurses from three integrated medical-care institutions in Guangyuan City.Using digital randomization,they were divided into a control group(conventional teaching model)and an educational reform group(competency-oriented TCM workshop model).The two groups were compared in training performance,evaluation of teaching models,job competency,and TCM nursing service quality.Results:The educational reform group demonstrated statistically significant higher scores(P<0.05),better evaluations of teaching models,enhanced job competencies,and improved TCM nursing service quality compared to the control group.Conclusion:This competency-oriented TCM workshop teaching model effectively enhances nursing competencies in geriatric care,fully leverages TCM’s unique advantages,better meets elderly patients’medical and care needs,and improves the elderly experience in integrated medical-care institutions. 展开更多

With the rapid development of the medical industry,ensuring patient safety and improving medical quality have led to the development of a very important aspect:hospital infection control.This paper intends to evaluate the job competencies of infection prevention and control personnel in Chinese medicine hospitals through an analysis of the necessity of such competencies,the establishment of criteria for evaluation,and the exploration of methods for implementation.This paper proposes an effective evaluation system on the basis of recent research findings and some recommendations for how to improve infection management in these hospitals.This study provides suggestions for the training and management of staff in infection prevention and control through a review of the relevant literature within the context of Chinese medicine hospitals. 展开更多

Objective: based on the Internet + to the post competency as the guidance, to implement the "Internal Medicine Nursing" course diversified assessment and evaluation practice, so as to improve the teaching quality. Methods: through the current analysis of the course teaching and assessment of "Internal Medicine Nursing", combined with the needs of nursing professional post competency, implement the diversified assessment practice based on Internet + post competency oriented, and analyze the cognition of students diversified assessment practice through investigation. Results: in the course diversity appraisal practice, with the help of the Internet + post competency oriented, diversified assessment plan, rich learning process assessment, increase the proportion of skill assessment and comprehensive analysis ability assessment, around nursing professional post competency, through diversified comprehensive assessment evaluation of students. Compared with the control class, the experimental class has significantly improved the basic nursing ability, nursing care and professional spirit (P 0.05), and also had obvious results in improving the independent learning ability, team spirit and practical ability (P 0.01). Conclusion: the diversified evaluation practice of Internal Nursing can better evaluate students learning situation and improve the teaching quality. 展开更多
