目的探讨Introducer法胃造瘘术在重型颅脑损伤患者胃肠内营养中应用的效果。方法以收治的36例重型颅脑损伤患者为观察组,采用Introducer法胃造瘘术行胃肠内营养支持治疗;另外选择同期收治的重型颅脑损伤患者36例作为对照组,采用鼻胃管... 目的探讨Introducer法胃造瘘术在重型颅脑损伤患者胃肠内营养中应用的效果。方法以收治的36例重型颅脑损伤患者为观察组,采用Introducer法胃造瘘术行胃肠内营养支持治疗;另外选择同期收治的重型颅脑损伤患者36例作为对照组,采用鼻胃管鼻饲进行胃肠内营养支持治疗,术后12 h内进行胃肠内营养。比较两组术前1 d,术后第71、4天的营养指标,术后14 d内并发症发生率及入住重症监护室的时间。结果两组患者术后营养指标均有改善,观察组比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);入住重症监护室时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者采用Introducer法胃造瘘术行胃肠内营养更能改善其营养状况,且安全、并发症少,更有利于患者康复。 展开更多

目的探讨Introducer法经皮内镜下胃造瘘术治疗食管癌伴吞咽困难患者的效果。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院微创肿瘤科2020年3月至2022年9月收治的96例食管癌伴吞咽困难患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式将患者分为Pull法组和Introduce... 目的探讨Introducer法经皮内镜下胃造瘘术治疗食管癌伴吞咽困难患者的效果。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院微创肿瘤科2020年3月至2022年9月收治的96例食管癌伴吞咽困难患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式将患者分为Pull法组和Introducer法组各48例,分别用Pull法或Introducer法行经皮内镜下胃造瘘术建立肠内营养通路,对比两组患者造瘘管更换率、营养状况、炎症因子水平和并发症发生率。结果两组患者院外随访期间造瘘管更换率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,Introducer法组患者TSF、上臂肌围、FFMI、血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于Pull法组(P<0.05);治疗后,Introducer法组IL-6水平、TNF-α水平均低于Pull法组(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Introducer法经皮内镜下胃造瘘术可以改善食管癌伴吞咽困难患者的自身营养水平,降低炎症反应水平。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Paravalvular leak(PVL),also known as paravalvular prosthetic regurgitation,is not a rare complication after surgical valve replacement,and it may cause varying degrees of heart failure.The transcatheter closure of PVL is technically demanding and challenging.CASE SUMMARY A 68-year-old man presented with degenerative mitral regurgitation with heart failure,New York Heart Association functional class 3.He received bioprosthetic mitral valve replacement in December 2019.PVL was noted at the location of the aorto-mitral curtain in transesophageal echocardiography without signs of endocarditis or dehiscence of the bioprosthetic valve.Transseptal transcatheter closure of the mitral PVL was performed efficiently using the EchoNavigator virtual marker and Agilis NxT steerable introducer.CONCLUSION This case highlights that the EchoNavigator virtual marker and Agilis NxT steerable introducer can facilitate transseptal transcatheter closure of mitral PVL by reducing the procedure time and contrast media. 展开更多

Surgical Experience with Scoliosis Associated with Adolescent Turner Syndrome: Two Case Reports and a Literature Review

Background: Turner syndrome (TS) affects approximately one in 2500 live births in females. Scoliosis is one of the skeletal manifestations of TS, but most cases only require observation or conservative treatment. We experienced two adolescent TS cases in which progression of scoliosis required surgical intervention, which is very rare in TS. Case Presentation: Case 1: An 11-year-old female with TS had a single thoracic curve that rapidly progressed to a triple major curve with a 76˚ main thoracic curve at age 13.5 years. Case 2: A 14-year-old female with TS had a 59˚ single thoracic curve. In both cases, growth hormone and estrogen replacement therapy were administered preoperatively and planned postoperatively. Posterior correction and instrumented fusion using simultaneous translation on two rods technique and direct vertebral rotation with the use of multiple rod introducers were successfully performed in both cases. No crankshaft phenomenon or distal adding on were observed during those postoperative courses. Conclusions: Although curve pattern of the deformity is similar to adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS), bone quality in patient with TS is lower. In the context of surgical interventions for scoliosis associated with TS, it is imperative to employ surgical techniques that take into account the suboptimal bone quality. If continuation of hormone replacement therapy is planned after corrective surgery for scoliosis in TS patients, it is essential to follow the patient closely postoperatively until bone maturation is complete. 展开更多

The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)is the highest and one of the most extensive plateaus in the world.Investigating naturalized non-native plant species composition,phylogenetic relationships among naturalized plant species,and phylogenetic relationships between native and naturalized plant species on the plateau is of great importance.Here,we analyze a comprehensive dataset including all species of native and naturalized vascular plants known to occur in the core part of the QTP.We use net relatedness index(NRI)and nearest taxon index(NTI),which reflect deep and shallow evolutionary histories,respectively,to quantify phylogenetic relatedness among angiosperm species.The QTP included in this study(1,448,815 km^(2))has 9086 and 314 species of native and naturalized non-native vascular plants,respectively.We find that the naturalized angiosperm species are phylogenetically clustered with respect to the species pool including all native and naturalized angiosperm species on the QTP included in this study,regardless of whether NRI or NTI is used.For the eight regions within the QTP included in this study,NRI and NTI of naturalized angiosperms are positive in seven regions with respect to their respective regional species pools,reflecting phylogenetic clustering.Thus,naturalized angiosperm species are a phylogenetically clustered subset of all angiosperm species on the QTP,regardless of whether the studied plateau as a whole or its constituent regions are considered. 展开更多

Anomalous Thermal Transport in Silicon-Like Nanowires with One-Dimensional Correlated Disorder

Understanding how structural disorder affects phonon transport is critical for controlling thermal conduction in nanoscale materials.In this work,we investigate thermal transport in Si-like nanowires composed of layered atoms with one-dimensional correlated disorder.Using the nonequilibrium Green’s function method,we reveal that introducing correlation among atomic layers induces phonon Anderson localization at low-frequencies,leading to a nonmonotonic length dependence of thermal conductivity:it increases at short lengths but decreases beyond a critical size,in sharp contrast to the monotonic trend observed in random disorder.Despite having fewer mass interfaces,the correlated nanowires exhibit lower thermal conductivity than their random disorder counterparts when the nanowire length exceeds 70 nm.Frequency-resolved analysis shows that spatial correlation suppresses the transmission of low-frequency phonons and promotes their localization,while concurrently extending the localization length of mid-and high-frequency modes.This selective reshaping of phonon localization is responsible for the anomalous transport behavior.Our findings provide new insights into heat transport engineering via tailored disorder in low-dimensional materials. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic reduction of NO(NORR) is an effective method for NH_(3) synthesis, due to low bonding energy of N–O bond. In this work, we have investigated many CrS_(2)based catalysts, including pristine CrS_(2),CrS_(2)with one S vacancy(v-CrS_(2)), and Ti doped CrS_(2)(Ti@CrS_(2)). The results have shown that the pristine CrS_(2)exhibits inert character for NO activation. However, v-CrS_(2)and Ti@CrS_(2)can exhibit enhanced interaction with NO, due to increased charge transfer between NO and substrates(0.52–0.75 e) and enhanced adsorption energies of NO on the catalysts(-0.96~-1.64 e V), compared to the situation of CrS_(2)(0.065 e/-0.30 e V). From the free energy profiles of NO electro-reduction to NH3, we can see that the v-CrS_(2)and Ti@CrS_(2)all exhibit ultralow limiting potentials of-0.03~-0.47 V, following both*NOH and*NHO mechanisms. Therefore, introducing vacancy and doping are all promising modification strategies for NORR catalysts. The results have provided a new idea for the search of catalysts for efficient electrocatalytic reduction of NO. 展开更多

Insufficient nutrition an... Aerodigestive cancer, like esophageal cancer or head and neck cancer, is well known to have a poor prognosis. It is often diagnosed in the late stages, with dysphagia being the major symptom. Insufficient nutrition and lack of stimulation of the intestinal mucosa may worsen immune compromise due to toxic side effects. A poor nutritional status is a significant prognostic factor for increased mortality. Therefore, it is most important to optimize enteral nutrition in patients with aerodigestive cancer before and during treatment, as well as during palliative treatment. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) may be useful for nutritional support. However, PEG tube placement is limited by digestive tract stenosis and is an invasive endoscopic procedure with a risk of complications. There are three PEG techniques. The pull/push and introducer methods have been established as standard techniques for PEG tube placement. The modified introducer method, namely the direct method, allows for direct placement of a larger button-bumper-type catheter device. PEG tube placement using the introducer method or the direct method may be a much safer alternative than the pull/push method. PEG may be recommended in patients with aerodigestive cancer because of the improved complication rate. 展开更多

This article is devoted to work aimed at normalizing the condition of degraded soils in open-pit mines as a result of anthropogenic influences through phytomass. By creating a biological cover from plants, it has been achieved to improve the composition of the soil. Plants such as Datura starmonium, Portuluca oleracea, Caspella bursa-pastoris, Chenopodium vulvaria, Chenopodium album, Plantago lanceolata, Vaccaria hispanica, Vicia angustifolia were used for the research. Analysis of Genetic Diversity and Differentiation of Seven Stocks of Litopenaeus vannamei Using Microsatellite Markers 被引量:7

Seven microsatellite markers were used to evaluate the genetic diversity and differentiation of seven stocks of Litopenaeus vannamei, which were introduced from Central and South America to China. All seven microsatellite loci were polymorphic, with polymorphism information content(PIC) values ranging from 0.593 to 0.952. Totally 92 alleles were identified, and the number of alleles(Na) and effective alleles(Ne) varied between 4 and 21 and 2.7 and 14.6, respectively. Observed heterozygosity(Ho) values were lower than the expected heterozygosity(He) values(0.526–0.754), which indicated that the seven stocks possessed a rich genetic diversity. Thirty-seven tests were detected for reasonable significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Fis values were positive at five loci, suggesting that there was a relatively high degree of inbreeding within stocks. Pairwise Fst values ranged from 0.0225 to 0.151, and most of the stock pairs were moderately differentiated. Genetic distance and cluster analysis using UPGMA revealed a close genetic relationship of L. vannamei between Pop2 and Pop3. AMOVA indicated that the genetic variation among stocks(11.3%) was much lower than that within stocks(88.7%). Although the seven stocks had a certain degree of genetic differentiation and a rich genetic diversity, there is an increasing risk of decreased performance due to inbreeding in subsequent generations. 展开更多
