Methods: 70 cases were included in the study. All of them were enrolled from January 2021 to December 2021. Patients with constipation diagnosed in our hospital and underwent enteroscopy were screened. The patients were divided into groups by computer random drawing and different bowel preparation schemes were applied. On the day of enteroscopy, polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was used in the same method and dose in the two groups. The observation group took lactulose at different time points according to the doctors instructions one day before the examination, so as to compare the cleaning effect of different intestinal preparation schemes. Results: the observation group had obvious advantages in the rate of excellent and good intestinal cleanliness, colon preparation professional score and intestinal preparation comfort (P < 0.05). Conclusion: before undergoing enteroscopy, patients with constipation should choose the combination of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and lactulose to complete intestinal preparation. Compared with the use of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone, it can obtain more excellent intestinal cleaning effect, provide a clear field of vision for clinical examination, and the combination scheme will not cause obvious adverse reactions. The patients have high acceptance and excellent clinical performance.展开更多
