To solve this problem, we designed a routing strategy RS-MP with multiple priorities by which packets are classified into privileged-packets and common-packets. In RS-MP, privileged-packets route by the Shortest Path Algorithm, and do not need to queue up. Common-packets' routes are determined by a new factor BJmax of the network. The BJmax stands for the largest betweenness centrality. By minimizing BJmax, the throughout capacity of the network can be maximized. The simulation results show that RS-MP can guarantee privileged-packets with the shortest path length and smallest delay, and maximized throughout capacity for common packets in the no-congestion state.展开更多

The pro tein extract was separated b...A novel assay for the identification of semicarbazide sensitive amine oxidase in human umbilical artery tissue by a priority based strategy in the mass spectrometry was developed. The pro tein extract was separated by SDS PAGE, and then an entire band at 96 KDa was excised and digested by trypsin. The digested peptides were separated by capillary ClS analytical column and detected by ESI MS MS. In the direct data dependent method (also called traditional method), the semicarbaz ide sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO) cannot be identified by LC-ESI-MS-MS. Compared with the tra ditional method, our assay by a priority based strategy in the mass spectrometry can successfully identify the target protein SSAO in the complex biological sample. As 60 μg, 120μg, 240 μg of total protein extract were loaded on the SDS PAGE, the Mascot result showed that SSAO score was 46, 86 and 137, the sequence coverage was 2 % , 5 % and 10 % , and the peptide count was 2, 6 and 10, re spectively. The MS/MS spectra of two unique peptides of SSAO were confirmed by manual identifica tion. The band at 96 KDa included SSAO was validated by the Western blot. The assay significantly improved the score and coverage of target protein and enhanced the identification of reliability and the confidence.展开更多

Public transit signal priority belongs to the "time priority" among the right-of-way priorities. After reviewing the existing bus priority signal control strategies and the advances in related technologies at home and abroad, this article analyzed the breakthrough direction of the bus signal priority design technologies suitable for China's conditions, and then proposed the hardware and software systems and the modules for the bus priority signal control system. Finally, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) was introduced to evaluate bus priority signal control programs in order to optimize the control strategies.展开更多

针对智慧医疗场景中高密度无线体域网(wireless body area network,WBAN)多优先级数据传输与计算资源受限的挑战,研究提出一种融合动态优先级评估与量子优化的任务卸载策略。首先通过构建医疗物联网(healthcare Internet of Things,H-I...针对智慧医疗场景中高密度无线体域网(wireless body area network,WBAN)多优先级数据传输与计算资源受限的挑战,研究提出一种融合动态优先级评估与量子优化的任务卸载策略。首先通过构建医疗物联网(healthcare Internet of Things,H-IoT)高密度WBAN网络模型,集成任务优先级分层机制与动态信道状态感知模块,建立基于生理数据特征的通信质量评估体系。其次设计多维动态调度框架,利用生理参数偏离度、数据滞留时间及抢占事件等指标实时调整任务优先级权重,结合抢占式调度策略保障急诊数据的低时延传输。再进一步改进量子遗传算法(improved quantum genetic algorithm,IQGA),采用动态量子旋转门角度调整机制优化局部搜索性能,并引入灾变修正函数提升全局收敛效率。仿真实验表明,该策略在任务平均处理时间、系统能耗、高优先级任务时延及收敛速度方面分别实现71.51%、88.21%、89.63%和78.74%的性能优化,系统综合收益提升达114.43%。研究成果为高密度医疗物联网场景下的实时任务调度与资源分配提供了理论支撑与技术路径。展开更多
