BACKGROUND First-time mothers may encounter various problems during postpartum,which can result in negative emotions that can affect infant care.In today’s Internet era,continuous nursing services can be provided to ...BACKGROUND First-time mothers may encounter various problems during postpartum,which can result in negative emotions that can affect infant care.In today’s Internet era,continuous nursing services can be provided to mothers and their babies after delivery through Internet-based platforms.This approach can help reduce negative emotions of primiparas and promote better health for both mothers and babies.AIM To explore the effect of Internet Plus-based postpartum healthcare services on postpartum depression of primiparas and neonatal growth and development and thus provide a scientific basis for strengthening postpartum healthcare measures and better protect maternal and child health.METHODS The study retrospectively collected data of primiparas and their newborns who underwent prenatal examination and successfully delivered at the Ninth People’s Hospital of Suzhou City.The observation group included 30 primiparas and their newborns who received Internet Plus-based postpartum healthcare services between July and December 2024.According to the principle of matching(1:1)control study,the control group included 30 primiparas and their newborns who received routine postpartum healthcare services between January and June 2024.The maternal role adaptation questionnaire scores,breastfeeding rates,Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS)scores,and newborn growth and development(height,head circumference,and weight)were compared between the two groups at the time of discharge after delivery and 6-week postpartum follow-up.RESULTS Upon hospital discharge,the two groups did not demonstrate significant differences in maternal role adaptation scores,breastfeeding rates,EPDS scores,as well as newborn height,head circumference,and weight at birth(P>0.05).At the 6-week postpartum follow-up,the maternal role adaptation score and breastfeeding rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,one case of postpartum depression was reported in the observation group and eight in the control group.Moreover,the control group exhibited a significant increase in EPDS scores compared with scores at hospital discharge(P<0.05),whereas the observation group showed only a marginal,nonsignificant increase in EPDS scores(P>0.05).The EPDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating a lower risk of postpartum depression in the observation group.The length,head circumference,and weight of the newborns 6 weeks after birth were increased compared with those at birth,and the growth rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),indicating better growth and development in the observation group.CONCLUSION Internet Plus-based postpartum healthcare services improve maternal role adaptation,increase breastfeeding rates,mitigate postpartum depression risk,and promote neonatal growth and development in primiparas.展开更多

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence...Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of advanced teaching models in future nursing education. Methods: Enrolled 60 nurses who took the IV infusion therapy training program in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for research. 30 nurses who were trained in traditional teaching models from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 30 nurses who were trained with simulation-based teaching models with methods including simulated patients, internet, online meetings which can be replayed and scenario simulation, etc. from January to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. Evaluated the learning outcomes based on the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI), comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability, and proficiency in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of IV infusion therapy. Nursing quality, the incidence of IV infusion therapy complications and nurse satisfaction with different teaching models were also measured. Results: The scientific research ability, PSI scores, CINS scores, and comprehensive learning ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05), and their assessment results of practical skills, nursing quality of IV infusion therapy during training, and satisfaction with teaching models were all better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of IV infusion therapy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Teaching models based on patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation enable nursing students to learn more directly and practice at any time and in any place, and can improve their proficiency in IV infusion theoretical knowledge and skills (e.g. PICC catheterization), core competencies, problem-solving ability, comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability and the ability to deal with complicated cases. 文摘In the era of"Internet Plus",emphasis has been placed on construction of teaching resources by utilizing internet platform andtechnologies.It is of great significance to discuss the construction of English teaching resources in higher vocational colleges from theperspective of ecopedagogy which is characterized by openness and diversity.We can achieve high efficiency and effectiveness in con-structing English teaching resources for higher vocational college students through abiding by following principles such as diversity,de-velopment,adaptation and openness.

文摘This paper discusses the relationship between Internet plus and networks convergence and highlights the development of ICT industry and the process of networks convergence. Based on lnternet plus and the theory of networks convergence, this paper suggests to implement Internet plus action plan as a strategy to accelerate the construction of networks and application of Internet, promote the traditional industry reform with ICT, increase competitive efficiency, standardize the market competition, and then realize the Internet plus strategy and networks convergence.

文摘With the rapid development of the Internet finance industry,society has put forward urgent needs for“Internet Plus finance”composite talents,and also put forward challenges to talent cultivation in colleges and universities.To cultivate the talents in the“Internet Plus finance”,the School of Information and Software Engineering of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(hereinafter“the School”)begins the 10 major measures,such as the construction of training programs,the construction of the curriculum system,the construction of the faculty team,and the construction of the practice base.Meanwhile,the School works together with banks,which have cooperated for a long time,to establish the talent cultivation system in the direction of“Internet Plus finance”in the software engineering major,solving the problem of interdisciplinary talent training in the field of software engineering and finance.

文摘This study focuses on the reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,beginning from the design of an innovative“Internet Plus Swimming”teaching mode to enhance the quality of swimming lessons in colleges and universities,and subsequently applying it to the teaching of technical movements in swimming,so as to promote the teaching reform of swimming lessons in colleges and universities,as well as improve the teaching quality.This study showed that the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in four aspects:theoretical knowledge of swimming,speed,technique,and students’independent learning ability.It can be concluded that it is both,effective and feasible to integrate multimedia learning resources,using digital information technology and network mobile devices,to construct the“Internet Plus Swimming”teaching mode and apply it to general swimming courses in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era.

文摘Objective To analyze the development of“internet plus medical treatment”and to explore advantages.Methods The literature of“internet plus medical treatment”was systematically combed and analyzed.Results and Conclusion After exploring the status quo of“internet plus hospitals”,smart pharmacy and web-assisted health management in China,we find that there are some problems in the medical service at present,such as the imperfect laws and regulations,the hidden dangers of information security and the obstacles of medical insurance payment.Therefore,we propose that the development of web-assisted medical service should be led by the government and relevant policies must be improved.Then,self-regulation should be strengthened,and industry standards should be enhanced.Three suggestions are made to improve medical insurance payment and benefit both hospitals and patients,which can provide reference for promoting the development of“internet plus medical treatment”in China.
