The diagnosabilities of exchanged hypercubes are studied by using the pessimistic one-step diagno- sis strategy under two kinds of diagnosis models: the PMC model and the MM model. In this work,the interconnected graphene scaffolds are prepared by three-dimensional(3 D)printing for multifunctional gas detection with tunable sensitivity.The scaffolds with regularly aligned graphene conductive net...In this work,the interconnected graphene scaffolds are prepared by three-dimensional(3 D)printing for multifunctional gas detection with tunable sensitivity.The scaffolds with regularly aligned graphene conductive networks exhibit significant mechanical strength and high electrical stability to multi-direction deformation,which can be attributed to the typical core-shell structure of graphene and PVP.The resistance of the free-standing scaffolds can realize the real-time response to H_(2) O and NO_(2),and the relative resistance change to 100 ppm H_(2) O and 100 ppm NO_(2) can reach 2%and 2.5%,respectively.The charge doping of the oxidizing gases is considered to be the main reason for various response sensitivities of the scaffolds with different orthogonal layers,in which the interconnected conductive network can generate a large specific surface area and significantly improving the adsorption of the target gases and the transfer of charge.The controllable fabrication of regular structure has appropriately great potential for further optimizations and applications in gas detection.展开更多

The low-dimensional k-ary n-cubes (or torus) with adaptive wormhole switching have attracted significant research efforts to construct high-performance interconnection networks in contemporary multi-computers. The arrival process and destination distribution of messages have great effects on network performance. With the aim of capturing the characteristics of the realistic traffic pattern and obtaining a deep understanding of the performance behaviour of interconneetion networks, this paper presents an analytical model to investigate the message latency in adaptive-routed wormhole-switched torus networks where there exists hot-spot nodes and the message arrivals follow a batch arrival process. Each generated message has a given probability to be directed to the hot-spot node. The average degree of virtual channel multiplexing is computed by the GE/G/1/V queueing system with finite buffer capacity. We compare analytical results of message latency with those obtained through the simulation experiments in order to validate the accuracy of the derived model.展开更多

Therefore, the assessment of reliability in underlying interconnection networks has become an increasingly important research issue. However, at present, the reliability assessment of many interconnected networks is not yet accurate,which inevitably weakens their fault tolerance and diagnostic capabilities. To improve network reliability,researchers have proposed various methods and strategies for precise assessment. This paper introduces a novel family of interconnection networks called general matching composed networks(gMCNs), which is based on the common characteristics of network topology structure. After analyzing the topological properties of gMCNs, we establish a relationship between super connectivity and conditional diagnosability of gMCNs. Furthermore, we assess the reliability of g MCNs, and determine the conditional diagnosability of many interconnection networks.展开更多

To solve the load balancing problem in a triplet-based hierarchical interconnection network(THIN) system, a dynamic load balancing (DLB)algorithm--THINDLBA, which adopts multicast tree (MT)technology to improve ...To solve the load balancing problem in a triplet-based hierarchical interconnection network(THIN) system, a dynamic load balancing (DLB)algorithm--THINDLBA, which adopts multicast tree (MT)technology to improve the efficiency of interchanging load information, is presented. To support the algorithm, a complete set of DLB messages and a schema of maintaining DLB information in each processing node are designed. The load migration request messages from the heavily loaded node (HLN)are spread along an MT whose root is the HLN. And the lightly loaded nodes(LLNs) covered by the MT are the candidate destinations of load migration; the load information interchanged between the LLNs and the HLN can be transmitted along the MT. So the HLN can migrate excess loads out as many as possible during a one time execution of the THINDLBA, and its load state can be improved as quickly as possible. To avoid wrongly transmitted or redundant DLB messages due to MT overlapping, the MT construction is restricted in the design of the THINDLBA. Through experiments, the effectiveness of four DLB algorithms are compared, and the results show that the THINDLBA can effectively decrease the time costs of THIN systems in dealing with large scale computeintensive tasks more than others.展开更多

Here we discuss the classification system, material and energy exchange between rivers and lakes, various dynamic flows and ecological functions of river-lake interconnected relationships. We then propose a novel method for the health assessment of river systems based on interconnected water system networks. In a healthy river system there is "material and energy exchange" and it is the first and foremost relationship of material and energy exchange between rivers and lakes. There are unobstructed various "flows" between rivers and lakes including material flows (water, dissolved substances, sediments, organisms and contaminants), energy flows (water levels, flow and flow velocity), information flows (information generated with water flows, organisms and human activities) and value flows (shipping, power generation, drinking and irrigation). Under the influences of na- ture and human activity, various flows are connected by river-lake interconnection to carry material and energy exchange between rivers and lakes to achieve river-lake interactions. The material and energy exchange between rivers and lakes become one of the approaches and the direct driving forces of changes in river-lake interconnected relationships. The benignant changes in river-lake interconnected relationship tend to be in relatively steady state and in ideal dynamic balance.展开更多

The accessibility and mass transfer between catalytic sites and substrates/intermediates are essential to a catalyst's overall performance in oxygen electrocatalysis based energy devices.Here,we present an“in-sit...The accessibility and mass transfer between catalytic sites and substrates/intermediates are essential to a catalyst's overall performance in oxygen electrocatalysis based energy devices.Here,we present an“in-situ self-sacrifice template etching strategy”for reconstructing MOF-derived M-N-C catalysts,which introduces micro-meso-macro pores with continuous apertures in a wide range and a central hollowout structure to optimize the electrochemical oxygen redox kinetics.It is realized via one-step pyrolysis of ZIF-8 single crystal epitaxially coating on a multi-functional template of the Fe,Co co-loaded mesoporous ZnO sphere.The ZnO core is reduced during the general pyrolysis of ZIF-8 into M-N-C and acts as a pore former to etch the surrounding ZIF-8 shell into diverse channels anchoring highly exposed Fe and Co-based active sites with edge enrichment.The redesigned catalyst reveals apparent structural benefits towards enhanced oxygen redox kinetics as bifunctional cathode catalysts of rechargeable zinc-air battery compared with the primitive bulk M-N-C catalysts and the mixture of commercial Pt/C and Ir/C.The unique structure-based activity advantages,the omitted template removal step and good template compatibility during synthesis make the strategy universal for the channel engineering of electrocatalysts.展开更多

In this note, the bounds of the absorbant number for the generalized Kautz digraph are given, and some sufficient conditions for the absorbant number of the generalized Kautz digraph attaining the bounds are presented.
文摘The Novel Interconnection Network (NIN) based on inverted-graph topology and crossbar switch is a kind of lower latency and higher throughput interconnection network. But it has a vital disadvantage, high hardware complexity. In order to reduce system hardware cost, an improved NIN (ININ) structure is proposed. As same as NIN, ININ has constant network diameter. Besides of keeping advantages of NIN, hardware cost of ININ is lower than NIN. Furthermore, we design a new deadlock-free routing algorithm for the improved NIN. 文摘The accessibility and mass transfer between catalytic sites and substrates/intermediates are essential to a catalyst's overall performance in oxygen electrocatalysis based energy devices.Here,we present an“in-situ self-sacrifice template etching strategy”for reconstructing MOF-derived M-N-C catalysts,which introduces micro-meso-macro pores with continuous apertures in a wide range and a central hollowout structure to optimize the electrochemical oxygen redox kinetics.It is realized via one-step pyrolysis of ZIF-8 single crystal epitaxially coating on a multi-functional template of the Fe,Co co-loaded mesoporous ZnO sphere.The ZnO core is reduced during the general pyrolysis of ZIF-8 into M-N-C and acts as a pore former to etch the surrounding ZIF-8 shell into diverse channels anchoring highly exposed Fe and Co-based active sites with edge enrichment.The redesigned catalyst reveals apparent structural benefits towards enhanced oxygen redox kinetics as bifunctional cathode catalysts of rechargeable zinc-air battery compared with the primitive bulk M-N-C catalysts and the mixture of commercial Pt/C and Ir/C.The unique structure-based activity advantages,the omitted template removal step and good template compatibility during synthesis make the strategy universal for the channel engineering of electrocatalysts.

文摘Let G = (V,A) be a digraph.A set T of vertices of G is a twin dominating set of G if for every vertex v ∈ V / T.There exist u,w ∈ T (possibly u = w) such that (u,v),(v,w) ∈ A.The twin domination number γ*(G) of G is the cardinality of a minimum twin dominating set of G.In this paper we consider the twin domination number in generalized Kautz digraphs GK(n,d).In these digraphs,we establish bounds on the twin domination number and give a sufficient condition for the twin domination number attaining the lower bound.We give the exact values of the twin domination numbers by constructing minimum twin dominating sets for some special generalized Kautz digraphs.
