For mixed-integer programming(MIP)problems in new power systems with uncertainties,existing studies tend to address uncertainty modeling or MIP solution methods in isolation.They overlook core bottlenecks arising from their coupling,such as variable dimension explosion,disrupted constraint separability,and conflicts in solution logic.To address this gap,this paper focuses on the coupling effects between the two and systematically conducts three aspects of work:first,the paper summarizes the uncertainty optimization methods suitable for addressing uncertainty-related issues in power systems,along with their respective advantages and disadvantages.It also clarifies the specific forms and operational mechanisms through which these uncertainty optimization methods are integrated into MIP models.Meanwhile,based on the application scenarios of new power systems,the paper delineates the applicable boundaries of different optimization methods;second,the paper organizes three categories of solution methods,which are exact solution methods,decomposition-based methods,and meta-heuristic algorithms.It focuses on analyzing the improvement paths of various solution methods for resolving coupling bottlenecks,as well as their applicability in different types of power system optimization problems;finally,providing a summary and presenting an outlook on future directions:artificial intelligence-enabled optimization,development of dedicated solvers for extreme scenarios,and dynamic modeling of multi-source uncertainties.This study aims to help researchers in the field of new power systems quickly grasp uncertainty optimization methods and core solution methods,bridge existing research gaps,and promote the development of this field. 展开更多

The dust cycle is a crucial component of the present-day Martian climate system.This study examines its multitimescale variability using an optimized 50-year simulation with the fully interactive scheme from the Global Open Planetary Atmospheric Model for Mars(GoMars),a newly developed Mars General Circulation Model(MGCM).GoMars is able to reproduce the diurnal,seasonal,and interannual characteristics of the dust cycle in several key aspects,with high repeatability in diurnal and seasonal variations during non-global dust storm(non-GDS)years.The model’s“climatology”(non-GDS years ensemble mean)captures the seasonal pattern and magnitude of the vertical–meridional dust distribution,validated against Mars Climate Database and Mars Climate Sounder observations.In the absence of direct observations,the GoMars-simulated near-surface wind stress lifting flux is evaluated through comparisons with other MGCMs(e.g.,MarsWRF),revealing consistent seasonal and spatial patterns.As for the diurnal cycle,the peak dust devil lifting flux occurs at 1200–1300 local time,matching the Mars Pathfinder measurements.The model also successfully captures the intense dust devil activity in Amazonis,a region identified as a major dust devil hotspot based on observational data.In GDS years,GoMars effectively reproduces spontaneous GDSs,capturing their observed onset times,locations,and dust transport patterns as exhibited in specific Martian years.The model also simulates significant interannual variability,with irregular GDS intervals along with reasonable dust–atmosphere interactions. 展开更多

Against the backdrop of profound restructuring in the global industrial and supply chains,data elements have emerged as a critical force driving the transformation of enterprises'new quality productive forces.To address the ambiguity surrounding its micro-level empowerment mechanism,this paper empirically examines the impact of data elements on enterprises'new quality productive forces and its transmission channels using panel data of Chinese A-share listed firms from 2014 to 2023.The results show that data elements significantly improve the level of enterprises'new quality productive forces.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that this promotional effect is more pronounced in non-state-owned enterprises,large-scale enterprises,and low-leverage enterprises.Mechanism tests confirm that data elements empower new quality productive forces through three paths:enhancing enterprise innovation capability,improving internal operational efficiency,and promoting inter-firm collaboration efficiency.This study provides empirical evidence for understanding the micro-level empowerment logic of data elements and offers theoretical references and practical implications for advancing the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. 展开更多

Based on the"three new"characteristics of new quality productivity,focusing on the systematic reshaping requirements of digital rural construction,a four-dimensional analysis framework of"subject-tool-object-ecology"is constructed.Research has found that there are four major practical challenges in the process of empowering new quality productivity:a shortage of new types of workers and a mismatch in their skills among labor subjects;the labor tools are manifested as a mismatch between digital infrastructure and rural scenes;the labor objects are facing inertia obstacles in the transformation of industrial data;the external ecology lacks a systematic environment for element collaboration and effective governance.In response to the above difficulties,this paper proposes a systematic breakthrough path:by cultivating digital talents rooted in rural areas,creating truly useful digital tools,designing low threshold industrial transformation paths,and building a governance ecology of co construction and sharing,the coordinated efforts of technology,talent,industry,and environment are promoted,aiming to promote the rooting of new quality productivity in rural soil,and ultimately promoting the emergence of a new landscape of digital rural development with strong endogenous power. 展开更多

Nursing education in Indonesia experienced a number of changes during the new normal.The biopsychosocial health status reveals how students can complete their studies well at nursing school in the new normal.A quantitative,descriptive correlational study sampled 368 student nurses from2 universities.This study used a biopsychosocial questionnaire,which included biological,physiological,and social dimensions.In this study,there was no significant demographic student nurse relationship with the biological,psychological,and social dimensions of health,at P-value 0.05(Age P=0.70,P=0.27,P=0.93)sex(P=1,P=0.919,P=0.5),as well as grade level(P=0.9,P=0.37,P=0.64).Student nurses were dynamic,such as process input,resulting in coping adaptation and the ability to care for themselves.There was a relationship between both universities with a psychological dimension and a P-value of 0.049.In terms of Generation Z technology,both universities played a role.Lifestyle influences can lead to intense feelings of isolation and loneliness in some teens,including self-negativity,fear of missing out on information,and shame about not meeting appropriate standards for social media.The influence of an unhealthy lifestyle impacts stress and anxiety.The student nurses assigned considered themselves to be“healthy”in terms of their biopsychosocial health status.Student nurses continued to develop in their biopsychosocial health by utilizing different coping strategies to adapt and adjust to their environment in their school of nursing. 展开更多

This study investigates how to pedagogically integrate ideological education with competency development in the Intercultural Communication course,a challenge arising from China’s dual reform contexts of the New Liberal Arts initiative and the national curriculum ideology policy.As global interactions intensify,cultivating foreign language professionals who possess both firm cultural confidence and sophisticated intercultural competence have become a critical educational imperative.This exploratory study investigates how a three-dimensional“Value-Knowledge-Competency”framework can guide the redesign of course content,task design,and assessment to achieve organic fusion.Drawing on qualitative data from a case study,it analyzes specific implementation pathways,synthesizes teacher and student feedback,and discusses the resultant challenges and broader implications for foreign language curriculum reform.The findings suggest that such an integrated approach can effectively synergize value guidance with skill cultivation,though its success hinges on overcoming issues related to pedagogical naturalness,resource allocation,and standardized evaluation. 展开更多

In the era of digital economy,business education lags behind the rapid iteration of industrial technology,which has become the core contradiction hindering industrial development.In order to solve the key problem of the disconnection between education supply and industrial demand,this paper proposes the“government,industry,academia,research and dynamic iteration”education ecological framework based on the ecological niche theory and the collaborative innovation theory,and adopts the combination of model construction and case study verification research method.The framework designs a four-dimensional collaborative nurturing mechanism that includes the linkage of multiple subjects and a double-cycle dynamic adjustment model based on feedback optimization,and constructs three major systems of technical support,resource integration and quality assurance.The research effectively breaks through the traditional linear cultivation paradigm,and the validation shows that the framework can significantly improve the matching degree and dynamic adaptability of talent cultivation and industrial demand.This paper not only provides a systematic theoretical model for the construction of a new business education system adapted to the needs of the digital economy,but also contributes an operable practical path,which is of great theoretical value and practical reference significance for promoting the digital transformation of business education. 展开更多

Lately,the implementation of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy has advanced the rapid development of the new energy industry.The cylindrical battery is extensively used due to its excellent con-sistency,production efficiency,and high safety.Additionally,the cylindrical battery has been recognized as a major form of the future power battery by the series of benchmark car companies such as Tesla and BMW.Nickel-preplated steel(NPS),as the primary structural material for large cylindrical battery,is expected to see rapidly expanding market demand over the next three years.This study systematically introduces the continuous production of NPS for battery shell in Baosteel,including the control of substrate purity,the alloying treatment of the nickel coating layer,and the evaluation of key characteristics of products at the steel shell and battery.Moreover,this study presents the prospects for the application of NPS in square battery shells to foster the low-carbon transformation of new energy battery packaging materials.In conclusion,this study aims to provide a complete set of solutions for material selection,forming,and application technology of NPS products in diverse forms of battery shells. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of lagging curriculum,weak practice,and single evaluation in the cultivation of HarmonyOS Development talents,this study constructs a“teacher-machine-student”ternary interactive teaching model based on the Congyou platform.Through the building block curriculum system,the HarmonyOS technology stack is decoupled into dynamic capability units,and a multi-disciplinary cross-case library is jointly built with Huawei,which significantly improves the synchronization of teaching content and industrial technology.This paper innovatively designs an AI collaborative teaching system,which employs knowledge graphs to plan learning paths,utilizes virtual equipment clusters to simulate development environments,and establishes a“diagnosis-feedback-enhancement”closed loop through AI-based review,thereby effectively improving students’development efficiency and code reuse rate.A three-dimensional evaluation model integrating task outcomes,process performance,and innovation is constructed,incorporating indicators such as code standardization and an innovation index to strengthen the cultivation of engineering thinking and innovative ability.Furthermore,a data-driven support platform is built to generate student competency profiles,open up the“credit-competency-certification”pathway,promote the transformation of course achievements into contributions to the Huawei ecosystem,and significantly shorten the job adaptation cycle for graduates.The research results provide a replicable paradigm for the cultivation of domestic operating system talents. 展开更多

From Mining to Mobility:Evaluating Environmental Challenges across the Critical Materials Supply Chain for New Energy Vehicles

This review sums up existing information on the environmental issues of critical materials in new energy vehicles(NEVs)on a combined mining to mobility approach.With the increase in the rate of NEV adoption,the environmental cost of operating vehicles will decline as the burden moves to upstream and downstream material life-cycle activities,such as extraction,beneficiation,refining,component manufacturing,use-phase performance,and end-of-life management.We focus on key material categories that provide electrified mobility,such as battery-related material(e.g.,Li,Ni,Co,Mn,graphite),high-performance motor-related material(e.g.,rare earth elements),conductive and lightweighting material(e.g.,Cu and Al).In the supply chain,the prevailing environmental forces consist of high energy requirements and related greenhouse gas emissions,excessive water consumption and water pollution risks,toxicity and human health issues pertaining to chemical inputs and metal discharges,land-use shift,and ecosystem and biodiversity effects.The review notes that there is high regional heterogeneity,which is fueled by ore grades,processing technologies,electricity mixes,and governance capacity,and that when measurements are narrowed to carbon measures,there is a risk of shifting the problem across geographies and categories of impacts.Mitigation pathways are analyzed,such as cleaner extraction and refining,material substitution and dematerialization,battery design,longevity and recyclability,and also the strategies of the circular economy,such as recycling and second-life use.Lastly,we establish research gaps in important areas of supply-chain data disclosure,multi-impact life-cycle assessment approaches,and integrated environmental-social analysis to enable sound policy formulation that can be used to achieve sustainable electrified mobility. 展开更多

In the context of the coordinated pursuit of"carbon peak and neutrality"objectives,alongside the strategy to establish a robust agricultural nation,the economic and social development of rural areas is undergoing a profound paradigm shift.The traditional rural division of labor pattern,which depends on tangible factors such as land,labor,and capital,has increasingly encountered developmental challenges characterized by diminishing marginal returns and a detrimental cycle of internal competition.The new quality productive force,centered on data,algorithms,green technologies,bioengineering,and clean energy,offers a potential pathway for the rural division of labor system to overcome the"low-level equilibrium".This force is characterized by attributes such as non-exclusivity,replicability,network collaboration,and ecological compatibility.This paper develops a three-dimensional collaborative analytical framework encompassing"technology,institution,and culture".It systematically elucidates the internal logic by which new quality productive forces drive the transformation of the rural division of labor from"quantitative factor matching"to"qualitative structural reorganization"through three principal mechanisms:technology embedding,institutional reconstruction,and cultural coupling.Furthermore,the study proposes corresponding policy recommendations,thereby offering theoretical insights to support the modernization of China s agriculture and rural areas,as well as the development of a strong agricultural country. 展开更多

The integration of a high proportion of renewable energy introduces significant challenges for the adaptability of traditional fault nature identification methods.To address these challenges,this paper presents a novel fault nature identification method for renewable energy grid-connected interconnection lines,leveraging wavelet packet decomposition and voltage waveform time-frequency morphology comparison algorithms.First,the paper investigates the harmonic injection mechanism during non-full-phase operation following fault isolation in photovoltaic renewable energy systems,and examines the voltage characteristics of faulted phases in renewable energy scenarios.The analysis reveals that substantial differences exist in both the time and frequency domains of phase voltages before and after the extinction of transient faults,whereas permanent faults do not exhibit such variations.Building on this observation,the paper proposes a voltage time-frequency feature extraction method based on wavelet packet decomposition,wherein low-frequency waveform components are selected to characterize fault features.Subsequently,a fault nature identification method is introduced,based on a voltage waveform time-frequency morphology comparison.By employing a windowing technique to quantify waveform differences before and after arc extinction,this method effectively distinguishes between permanent and transient faults and accurately determines the arc extinction time.Finally,a 220 kV renewable energy grid connection line model is developed using PSCAD for verification.The results demonstrate that the proposed method is highly adaptable across various fault locations,transition resistances,and renewable energy control strategies,and can reliably identify fault nature in renewable energy grid connection scenarios. 展开更多

Reliable traffic flow prediction is crucial for mitigating urban congestion.This paper proposes Attentionbased spatiotemporal Interactive Dynamic Graph Convolutional Network(AIDGCN),a novel architecture integrating Interactive Dynamic Graph Convolution Network(IDGCN)with Temporal Multi-Head Trend-Aware Attention.Its core innovation lies in IDGCN,which uniquely splits sequences into symmetric intervals for interactive feature sharing via dynamic graphs,and a novel attention mechanism incorporating convolutional operations to capture essential local traffic trends—addressing a critical gap in standard attention for continuous data.For 15-and 60-min forecasting on METR-LA,AIDGCN achieves MAEs of 0.75%and 0.39%,and RMSEs of 1.32%and 0.14%,respectively.In the 60-min long-term forecasting of the PEMS-BAY dataset,the AIDGCN out-performs the MRA-BGCN method by 6.28%,4.93%,and 7.17%in terms of MAE,RMSE,and MAPE,respectively.Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our pro-posed model over state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多
