文摘The collaboration of medical care,parenting,and education aims to integrate nursing,midwifery,infant and child care services,and management with speech and hearing rehabilitation technology,among other elements related to the infant care industry chain.This integration targets pediatrics talent training in nine infant care positions,including nursing,infant health care and management,and child rehabilitation,to ensure that the capabilities and quality of professional talents can meet the health care needs of infants and young children.This article briefly explains the background of the“collaboration of medical care,parenting,and education,and integration of industry and education.”It analyzes the necessity of cultivating infant and child care service talents based on the perspective of“collaboration of medical care,parenting,and education,and integration of industry and education.”Based on this perspective,we conducted an in-depth study of the cultivation of professional qualities of infant and child care service talents.
文摘The value of vocational colleges lies in the cultivation of applied talents for enterprises, the state and the society. Cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises and implementation of "dual" education between colleges and enterprises can not only promote the integration of industry and education, but also comprehensively improve students comprehensive quality. The integration of campus culture and enterprise culture needs to be based on professional construction, curriculum construction and teacher training, so as to realize the integration of school-enterprise culture. It has become a new topic for higher vocational colleges how to cultivate professional talents to meet the needs of the development of chemical industry. In this paper, the basic concept of application-oriented personnel training is discussed, the current situation of the integration of industry and education of application-oriented chemical engineering specialty is analyzed, and the reform strategy of the integration of industry and education of application-oriented chemical engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges is preliminarily discussed, in order to provide certain reference for the training of application-oriented chemical engineering specialty personnel in higher vocational colleges.
文摘Through summarizing the related literature of school-enterprise integration and collaborative education at home and abroad, it is found that there are the most researches on school-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism. Most scholars have studied the construction of school-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism from the aspects of knowledge management, cooperative motivation, benefit distribution and collaborative mode, focusing on the operation mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative innovation activities, rather than the training mode of skilled talents. Based on the research of domestic and foreign enterprises participation in talent training mode in higher vocational colleges, this paper clarifies the current situation of school-enterprise collaborative education in China, analyzes its existing problems, and puts forward the strategy of "school-enterprise collaborative innovation" to cultivate skilled talents. Taking our schools talent training as an example, this paper constructs a new talent training mode in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of deep integration of schools and enterprises and collaborative education.

文摘Deepening the integration of industryand educationand school-enterprise cooperation are effective waysto cultivate high-quality applied talents.It has become an essentialdemand for social and economic development and an inevitable trend for applied undergraduatescolleges.In view of this,based on the development strategy of national and local integration of industry and education and the demand for talents in the human resources industry,this article takes human resource management as an example,combined with the current situation of industry and education integration of applied undergraduate human resource management,and explores its products from the perspective of one course and two teachers.It also proposes a guarantee mechanism for integratingindustryand education from the aspects of top-level guarantee,multiple evaluations,teaching co-management,and teacher incentives.It is hoped to establishan application-oriented undergraduate human resource management professional industryand education implementation systemand promote the deep integration of applied undergraduate industry and education.
