First, the promotion of common prosperity requires a solid material foundation;solving poverty as measured by the absolute income standard serves as the basic requirement of becoming rich;the future rural relative poverty is a common problem and challenge that most of China’s provinces are facing;and increasing farmers’ income is a problem that must be solved within the framework of integrated urban-rural development. Second, narrowing the income gap is one of the essential requirements of common prosperity;narrowing the income gap to a certain level and achieving the unity of the development and sharing and the harmony of efficiency and fairness constitute the essential component of “common”;and the current urban-rural absolute income gap in China remains large, which violates the concept of shared development, is not conducive to sharing the achievements of economic development by the people as a whole, inhibits economic growth, and hinders the construction of a new development paradigm. Therefore, firmly grasping the mainline of integrated urban-rural development, strengthening overall planning and top-level design, and compensating for the institutional disadvantages of the dual division of urban and rural areas should be the main strategic focuses for promoting common prosperity in China.展开更多

Only through joint balanced development of the two can we achieve overall economic optimization and social welfare maximization. But the great social division of labor has separated urban areas from rural areas, which casts the shadow of city-oriented theory on cooperative relations between urban and rural areas. Mutual separation between urban and rural settlements and independent development trigger off a range of social problems. We must undertake guidance through rational development path of urban-rural integration,to eliminate the phenomenon of urban-rural dual structure, and promote the sustainable development of population, resources and environment in urban and rural areas as soon as possible.展开更多

This study explores an innovative approach to stimulate rural development by proposing qualified villages as central villages that can provide basic urban services for their residents and residents of neighboring villages. This approach can contribute to overcoming the various problems that rural areas faced at the social, economic, and environmental levels. It seeks to achieve spatial sustainability of rural areas, representing a new approach by integrating urban development methods to revitalize rural villages. The study analyzed 15 villages belonging to Abbasiya District of AL Kufa City in the Najaf Governorate of Iraq. Based on the GIS techniques and the analysis of urban service indicators(village population, percentage of urban building materials used in villages, distance between village and health centers, distance between village and main roads, nature of economic activity, distance between village and educational institutions, distance between village and drinking water sources, number of communication towers, and distance between village and urban administrative center), this study proposed that Abu Gharb and Albu Ghraib can served as central villages in Abbasiya District in the future. This study establishes a new rural spatial structure to achieve rural sustainable development, improves the development status of rural areas, and provides a theoretical basis for the government and relevant institutions to use urban service indicators, achieving rural sustainable development and formulating relevant development policies in Abbasiya District.展开更多

文摘Inferring the fully qualified names(FQNs)of undeclared receiving objects and non-fully-qualified type names(non-FQNs)in partial code is critical for effectively searching, understanding, and reusing partial code.Existing type inference tools, such as COSTER and SNR,rely on a symbolic knowledge base and adopt a dictionary-lookup strategy to map simple names of undeclared receiving objects and non-FQNs to FQNs.However, building a symbolic knowledge base requires parsing compilable code files, which limits the collection of APIs and code contexts, resulting in out-of-vocabulary(OOV)failures.To overcome the limitations of a symbolic knowledge base for FQN inference,we implemented Ask Me Any Type(AMAT),a type of inference plugin embedded in web browsers and integrated development environment(IDE).Unlike the dictionary-lookup strategy,AMAT uses a cloze-style fill-in-the-blank strategy for type inference.By treating code as text,AMAT leverages a fine-tuned large language model(LLM)as a neural knowledge base, thereby preventing the need for code compilation.Experimental results show that AMAT outperforms state-of-the-art tools such as COSTER and SNR.In practice, developers can directly reuse partial code by inferring the FQNs of unresolved type names in real time.

文摘With the increasing attention of the state to the protection and development and utilization of red tourism resources,a series of policy documents have been promulgated and implemented one after another, laying a solid policy and environmental foundation for the integrated development of red tourism and rural revitalization. In this context, this study takes"Li Xiongcai's hometown"in Kengwei Village,Baitu Town,Gaoyao District,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province,as a case study, adopts the questionnaire survey method to explore the current situation of the integration and development of red tourism and rural revitalization in five dimensions, namely, industry, culture, talent, ecology and organization, and summarizes the problems in the process of the integration and development of red tourism and rural revitalization and proposes a targeted optimization path to promote the development of red tourism.Targeted optimization paths are proposed to promote the high-quality development of red tourism in Li Xiongcai's hometown,to support the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside, and to provide model cases for other regions in the integration of red tourism and rural revitalization.
文摘In recent years, the integrated development of the tea and tourism has become an important way to promote the rural revitalization of Tai'an tea-producing areas, but the state of industrial upgrading still needs to be improved. In order to better integrate tea and tourism in Tea Valley, this paper uses questionnaire and SWOT analysis to study. It found the following problems:(i)45.7%of tourists were interested in tea culture, but they know litle about it,and the integration of tea culture and tea tourism products is low.(i)50.54%of the tourists were interested in the tea picking experience project and wanted to add the tea food experience item.(ii)The acceptance of 45.7%of tourists to scenic spots was 1-2 h,which shows that the quality of transportation service facilities and personnel needs to be improved.Combined with the SWOT analysis,it is found that the scenic spot is rich in resources, convenient transportation, profound cultural heritage, and good govern-ment policy support conditions, which is suitable for the SO strategy(growth development strategy),so the scenic spot relies on internal ad-vantages and seizes external opportunities to develop the integration of tea and tourism.Based on the analysis results,it came up with the perti-nent recommendations for the key problems:(i)The infrastructure service is not well established. It is suggested that scenic spots should in-crease investment, regularly train service personnel to improve their quality, and improve transportation services, accommodation, catering and public service hardware facilities.(i)Tea tourism products are insufficient. It is suggested that tea tourism products should be innovatively designed and tea tourism experiential products and tourism commodities should be planned.(i)Tea culture and tourism lack organic combi-nation.It is recommended to deeply excavate tea culture, and take consideration of both spiritual and material aspects. The specific methods include building teahouses,Taishan Mountain(Mount Tai)tea culture throughout the whole process of tea production, development and pro-cessing,and AR tea culture experience hall can be built to make tourists feel tea culture from dfferent perspectives.(iv)The publicity is in-sufficient.Strategies should be made in three aspects:improving the Internet media, taking into account the traditional media, and expanding the market based on the surrounding areas.(v)The tea industry chain is short. It is recommended to add four new industrial chain designs of"tea+accommodation, tea+catering, tea+Intemet, tea+training",hoping to bring some inspiration and ideas to the managers of scenic spots.
文摘In the perspective of natural geological climate and social economic situation of Chengdu City, the paper had analyzed the tendency of integration of urban-rural development in Chengdu, and proposed strategy to construct world modern garden city.It had illustrated basic conditions to construct world modern garden city in Chengdu at current period, and it was considered that good timing, geographical convenience and good human relations were involved in this strategy. In order to satisfy the six traits of word modern garden city,it had proposed short-term,mid-term and long-term targets;and focused on industrial development, enriching and benefiting the people, opening up to the outside world and institutional innovation. It also suggested weakening original economic geological pattern of Chengdu,so as to form complete urban system of sharing homogeneity of market construction, policy allocation, basic facilities, and social security system, seek for general welfare and diverse cooperation, and finally construct world modern garden city with good living environment, excellent investment environment, fine cultural atmosphere, high functional level, and strong comprehensive competitiveness.

文摘The urban and rural areas are regarded as two major components of the regional economic system. We must undertake guidance through rational development path of urban-rural integration,to eliminate the phenomenon of urban-rural dual structure, and promote the sustainable development of population, resources and environment in urban and rural areas as soon as possible.

文摘The general law of regional spatial evolution is researched. In the process of the evolution of four stages, namely the early stage of traditional agriculture and industrialization, the middle stage of industrialization, the later stage of industrialization and post-industrialization,the types of space are homogenized space, polarized space,pole-axis space and integrated space respectively;the choosing of the spatial location is influenced by economy, society and environment, and the spatial structure extends along with three-dimensional space.Based on the fact that China's urban-rural spatial structure evolution develops rapidly, and the outstanding characteristics of dual structure becomes the main obstacle to urban-rural balanced development, the thesis poses the countermeasures of China's urban-rural spatial integrated balanced development. It points out that the healthy development of socio-economy is the external environment of realizing urban-rural spatial integration;the urban-rural coordinated planning is the prerequisite of realizing urban-rural spatial integration;fulfilling the governmental function is the key to realizing urban-rural spatial integration;promoting agricultural industrialization is the approach to realizing urban-rural spatial integration;perfecting social security system is the basis of realizing urban-rural spatial integration.

文摘Although there are certain differences in the center of gravity between rural revitalization and human-centered urbanization, their connotations and goals require that both must be promoted in concert. Therefore, based on a deep understanding of the connotation of rural revitalization and human-centered urbanization,it is necessary to clarify the goals of the two through the two-way flow of elements between urban and rural areas, the urban-rural linkage of industries,to achieve coordinated promotion of rural revitalization and human-centered urbanization in China.
文摘The development of rural areas usually has a positive impact on the urban-rural integration. This study establishes a new rural spatial structure to achieve rural sustainable development, improves the development status of rural areas, and provides a theoretical basis for the government and relevant institutions to use urban service indicators, achieving rural sustainable development and formulating relevant development policies in Abbasiya District.
