To promote sustainability, it has become increasingly vital to properly account material and energy flows in industrial production processes. Therefore, a generic process-level input-output （IO） model was developed ...To promote sustainability, it has become increasingly vital to properly account material and energy flows in industrial production processes. Therefore, a generic process-level input-output （IO） model was developed to provide an integrated energy （material） accounting and analysis approach for industrial production processes. By extending the existing processlevel IO models, the production, usage, export and loss of by-products were explicitly considered in the proposed IO model. Moreover, the by-products allocation procedures were incorporated into the proposed IO model to reflect individual contributions of products to energy consumption. Finally, the proposed model enabled calculating embodied energy of main products and total energy consumption under hierarchical accounting scope. Plant managers, energy management consultants, governmental officials and academic researchers could use this input-output model to account material and energy flows, thus calculating energy consumption indicators of a production process with their specific system boundary requirements. The accounting results could be further used for energy labeling, identifying bottlenecks of production activities, evaluating industrial symbiosis effects, improving materials and energy utilization efficiency, etc. The model could also be used as a planning tool to determine the effect that a particular change of technology and supply chains may have on the industrial production processes. The proposed model was tested and applied in a real integrated steel mill, which also provided the reference results for related researches. At last, some concepts, computational issues and limi- tations of the proposed model were discussed.展开更多

文摘In the context of the rural revitalization strategy and the"High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties,Thousands of Towns,and Myriads of Villages",the integration of industry and education in environmental protection majors at universities needs to focus on"demand orientation,technology drive,and collaborative education"as its core.Through curriculum restructuring,joint platform construction,technology empowerment,and policy support,it should form a virtuous cycle of"education chain-industry chain-innovation chain".Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the present explores practical teaching paths for industry-education integration,including:establishing moral education as the fundamental task for talent cultivation under the rural revitalization strategy;strengthening innovation in curriculum systems and teaching models;implementing a dual-mentor guidance system combining enterprise and academic instructors;adopting comprehensive evaluation systems that integrate theory and practice;improving practical teaching monitoring systems to steadily enhance teaching quality;and effectively strengthening the construction of university-enterprise cooperative bases.

文摘Applied undergraduate universities are an important component of China’s higher education system,aimed at cultivating applied and versatile talents.Their adherence to the integration of industry and education and the coordinated innovation of ideological and political education is not only a strategic choice to respond to the fundamental task of national moral education,but also a key path to solving the talent paradox of“strong skills,weak literacy.”This article is based on the current situation of the integration of industry and education and the development of ideological and political education in application-oriented undergraduate universities.It deeply analyzes the collaborative mechanism and practical difficulties between the two in terms of goals,processes,and resources.It innovatively proposes a strategy for the coordinated development of ideological and political education in application-oriented undergraduate universities under the background of industry-education integration,which has important practical significance for achieving the organic unity of the education chain,industry chain,and talent chain of application-oriented universities.

文摘Recently the behavior of human has resulted in the deterioration of global ecological environment, and global warming and environmental pollution have caused the occurrence of extreme events frequently If we repeat the reckless environmental overkill, civilization will enter a victous circle of decline and lose even the strength and vitality to live in harmony with the environment. At Present, China is in a speciat period of rapid economic develop- ment. Some enterprises focus on short-term profits and don＇t formulate long-term strategies. For example, with the rapid expansion of the steel industry, some serious problems have emerged. Based on principles of industrial ecology and the concept of circular economy, to develop a new development model, taking a new road to industrialization is very necessary. Re-examining the current steel enterprises, this＇ paper proposes the new methods of the integration of material, energy integration, water system integration and sharing of information and facilities. Through ecologi- calization of technology, system, and industrial structure and product structure adjustment, the eco-transformation of the modern steel industry will be gradually achieved in China
文摘To promote sustainability, it has become increasingly vital to properly account material and energy flows in industrial production processes. Therefore, a generic process-level input-output （IO） model was developed to provide an integrated energy （material） accounting and analysis approach for industrial production processes. By extending the existing processlevel IO models, the production, usage, export and loss of by-products were explicitly considered in the proposed IO model. Moreover, the by-products allocation procedures were incorporated into the proposed IO model to reflect individual contributions of products to energy consumption. Finally, the proposed model enabled calculating embodied energy of main products and total energy consumption under hierarchical accounting scope. Plant managers, energy management consultants, governmental officials and academic researchers could use this input-output model to account material and energy flows, thus calculating energy consumption indicators of a production process with their specific system boundary requirements. The accounting results could be further used for energy labeling, identifying bottlenecks of production activities, evaluating industrial symbiosis effects, improving materials and energy utilization efficiency, etc. The model could also be used as a planning tool to determine the effect that a particular change of technology and supply chains may have on the industrial production processes. The proposed model was tested and applied in a real integrated steel mill, which also provided the reference results for related researches. At last, some concepts, computational issues and limi- tations of the proposed model were discussed.

文摘[Objectives]Industrial prosperity is an important part of implementing rural revitalization strategy,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry has strong practical significance for the development of high-quality agriculture and the construction of a modern agricultural industry system.[Methods]Based on the overview of agricultural production in Xixia County from 2012 to 2018,the status,advantages and main problems of the agricultural industry development in the county are sorted out.[Results]The fruit-medicine-fungus featured agriculture has begun to take shape,and the effect of industrial clusters and large-scale operations has begun to become prominent.The output of shiitake mushrooms,Chinese patent medicines and kiwifruit all shows a steady growth trend.Excellent varieties,brand building,and deep integration of the three industries are the key factors for the development of agricultural industrialization.[Conclusions]In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,countermeasures and suggestions on the development of ecological green agriculture,high-quality agriculture,brand agriculture,and modern agricultural management system are put forward.
文摘This paper analyzes some problems of the current teaching situation in the course High-level Programming Language,such as the lagging content of the course compared with technology development,the emphasis on theory rather than on practice,the low enthusiasm of students for learning,and the weak practical ability of students.In response to the needs of enterprises for talents under the background of New Engineering,especially the cultivation of students’adaptability and practical abilities towards future industries to improve students’knowledge and problemsolving abilities to keep up with the modern technology,this paper proposes the ways and methods to reform and explore the teaching content and teaching methods by integrating industry and education,assisting teaching according to industrial demands,and lowering technology barriers of new technology.The practical effect is evaluated through a survey in class and the follow-up questionnaire after class,and the results show that the effect of the practice is effective.
