The issue of a dual system of education has been largely discussed among Muslim scholars and intellectuals all over the world.Efforts have been made by scholars through the proposal of different ideas and approaches t...The issue of a dual system of education has been largely discussed among Muslim scholars and intellectuals all over the world.Efforts have been made by scholars through the proposal of different ideas and approaches towards achieving an ideal Islamic curriculum.This paper aims to share the experience of Brunei Darussalam in implementing a design model of an Islamic curriculum.The idea of designing an Islamic curriculum model was formally discussed among educationists in 1998,although the issue of dualism of education in Brunei was raised much earlier,in the 1970s.Towards achieving this,on January 3,2004,the Ministry of Education in Brunei Darussalam implemented the‘Integrated Education System’in all primary schools in Brunei Darussalam.This system was implemented for only two years(2004,2005).A fieldwork research study using a survey questionnaire was conducted in 2008 among 114 general primary school teachers to explore the issues and challenges encountered in implementing the system.The findings have demonstrated that although the issue of dualism in education is currently a significant topic of discussion within Muslim societies,teachers and educationist lag far behind in realizing this issue,ostensibly because they have not been exposed to the matter.There are also other issues and challenges in implementing this system,which will be discussed later in this paper.展开更多

文摘In the context of the rural revitalization strategy and the"High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties,Thousands of Towns,and Myriads of Villages",the integration of industry and education in environmental protection majors at universities needs to focus on"demand orientation,technology drive,and collaborative education"as its core.Through curriculum restructuring,joint platform construction,technology empowerment,and policy support,it should form a virtuous cycle of"education chain-industry chain-innovation chain".Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the present explores practical teaching paths for industry-education integration,including:establishing moral education as the fundamental task for talent cultivation under the rural revitalization strategy;strengthening innovation in curriculum systems and teaching models;implementing a dual-mentor guidance system combining enterprise and academic instructors;adopting comprehensive evaluation systems that integrate theory and practice;improving practical teaching monitoring systems to steadily enhance teaching quality;and effectively strengthening the construction of university-enterprise cooperative bases.

文摘A prominent issue in current postgraduate education is the lack of essential differentiation between the training of professional degree postgraduates and academic degree postgraduates,which has led to a disconnection between professional postgraduate training and industry demands.To address this issue,this paper takes the Master’s program in Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as a case study.Targeting the urgent needs of the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry,and aiming to strengthen students’professional competence and sustainable development capabilities while focusing on improving their practical and innovative abilities,this study explores implementation paths for integrating industry,education,and research with a dual-tutor collaborative training model.These include the development of a dual-tutor team,curriculum system optimization,the improvement of a quality assurance system,and the construction of practical training platforms.The paper demonstrates the outcomes of this model and proposes strategies for promotion and future outlooks,offering new ideas for training high-quality talent in the biological and pharmaceutical fields.

文摘Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of higher education.It adapts to the current era background of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,and is also an effective way for higher education to cultivate all-round developing talents.From the perspective of current higher education,many colleges and universities attach importance to basic education,but their cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities is relatively insufficient;some colleges and universities have a relatively superficial understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship,showing the characteristics of emphasizing theory over practice,and the teaching reform is indeed ineffective.The teaching concept of integration of industry and education emphasizes that enterprises are an important subject in talent cultivation,injecting new vitality into the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system for water conservancy majors in colleges and universities.Against this background,guided by the teaching concept of integration of industry and education,this paper explores the important role of strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education for water conservancy majors,and then deeply explores corresponding teaching strategies,aiming to improve the quality of innovation education for water conservancy students,cultivate their good innovation awareness and entrepreneurship ability,enhance their comprehensive quality,and deliver all-round developing water conservancy talents.

文摘Applied undergraduate universities are an important component of China’s higher education system,aimed at cultivating applied and versatile talents.Their adherence to the integration of industry and education and the coordinated innovation of ideological and political education is not only a strategic choice to respond to the fundamental task of national moral education,but also a key path to solving the talent paradox of“strong skills,weak literacy.”This article is based on the current situation of the integration of industry and education and the development of ideological and political education in application-oriented undergraduate universities.It deeply analyzes the collaborative mechanism and practical difficulties between the two in terms of goals,processes,and resources.It innovatively proposes a strategy for the coordinated development of ideological and political education in application-oriented undergraduate universities under the background of industry-education integration,which has important practical significance for achieving the organic unity of the education chain,industry chain,and talent chain of application-oriented universities.

文摘Using the“Civil Aviation Oral English”course as a case study,we operationalize the ideological and political education(IPE)integrated evaluation system for oral English courses in higher vocational education,which is based on Kirkpatrick’s Model,into a tripartite teaching evaluation system.The system encompasses three components such as learning objective attainment,individual developmental progress,and value-added competency assessment.The proposed system facilitates three-dimensional,multi-level,and scientifically validated teaching evaluation.This approach aligns with the holistic development of students’knowledge structures,professional competencies,moral qualities,and emotional intelligence.The study provides novel methodological perspectives for IPE evaluation in vocational oral English instruction,particularly in:curriculum-based ideological mapping,competency growth metrics,and value internalization assessment.
文摘This paper delves into the challenges and opportunities in the current educational system and proposes an innovative talent cultivation model that integrates science,industry,and education.Through an analysis of issues such as problems with university construction mechanisms,inadequate alignment between schools and enterprises,the disconnection between theory and practice,and a lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper explores a model using geography-related majors in higher education as an example.It discusses talent cultivation strategies based on innovation,professionalism,and practical education.Additionally,this paper explores a new teaching practice model for research-based learning curriculum design,as well as the construction and implementation of the curriculum system.
文摘The issue of a dual system of education has been largely discussed among Muslim scholars and intellectuals all over the world.Efforts have been made by scholars through the proposal of different ideas and approaches towards achieving an ideal Islamic curriculum.This paper aims to share the experience of Brunei Darussalam in implementing a design model of an Islamic curriculum.The idea of designing an Islamic curriculum model was formally discussed among educationists in 1998,although the issue of dualism of education in Brunei was raised much earlier,in the 1970s.Towards achieving this,on January 3,2004,the Ministry of Education in Brunei Darussalam implemented the‘Integrated Education System’in all primary schools in Brunei Darussalam.This system was implemented for only two years(2004,2005).A fieldwork research study using a survey questionnaire was conducted in 2008 among 114 general primary school teachers to explore the issues and challenges encountered in implementing the system.The findings have demonstrated that although the issue of dualism in education is currently a significant topic of discussion within Muslim societies,teachers and educationist lag far behind in realizing this issue,ostensibly because they have not been exposed to the matter.There are also other issues and challenges in implementing this system,which will be discussed later in this paper.
