The Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)Recommendation(UNESCO 2011)suggests that heritage management should be holistic,integrated,people-centred and focused on sustainable development goals.Both tangible and int...The Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)Recommendation(UNESCO 2011)suggests that heritage management should be holistic,integrated,people-centred and focused on sustainable development goals.Both tangible and intangible heritage should be taken into account,allowing for appropriate change over time.A variety of stakeholders should be involved in planning processes,including all levels of government,NGOs and communities.Intercultural dialogue and mediation,as well as tools such as documentation,inventorying and mapping should be used to identify multiple layers of heritage.Implementing the Recommendation thus offers a wonderful opportunity to develop consultative,bottom-up,integrated planning for sustainable development in urban areas.This paper suggests that one barrier to integrating management planning for tangible and intangible heritage is a persistent confusion about what‘intangible heritage’is and why it deserves protection.Is it the values that local communities associate with their environment(‘intangible values’),or is it cultural practices that they happen to perform in that environment(intangible cultural heritage,or ICH)?Should‘intangible heritage’be managed as an attribute attesting to the authenticity of tangible fabric,or as a subject of safeguarding in its own right?If it means all these things at the same time,why is the same concept being used for so many different ideas and what are the consequences?The paper will suggest that a clearer conceptual understanding of intangible heritage is necessary to effectively integrate it into urban management strategies under the HUL approach.展开更多

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of int...In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.展开更多

It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore...It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore, a good inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward the ethical basis of human culture as well as maintaining its value core. Nowadays, the rapid intelligentization of media has ushered in the era of intellectual media, with characteristics of “massive media, man-machine integration and self-evolution”. In the era of intellectual media, traces of intelligent technologies can be seen everywhere, and the ecology of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has been reconstructed. Under this circumstance, the author firstly makes clarification of the advancement of the era, which has given a new logic of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and various intelligent powers should be developed including intelligent acquisition, processing and judgement ability of content value. Then, the technology empowerment is analyzed, which has made reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance: while being digitalized,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become systematized in way of “Points, Lines and Planes” at the same time. 文摘This paper focuses on the integration of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)rubbing and students’mental health education,exploring the path of ICH rubbing in improving students’mental health from an innovative perspective.By elaborating on the theoretical basis of their integration,it constructs an innovative practice model of“cognition-practice-integration-feedback”.Combined with specific practical cases,and with the help of specific data analysis results and charts,it analyzes the effectiveness of this model in alleviating students’stress and anxiety,enhancing self-confidence,and more.It also reflects on the problems in practice and puts forward optimization strategies,providing theoretical and practical references for the innovative integration of ICH inheritance and students’mental health education.
文摘Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture has a long history and has played an important role in scientific theories and practices,showing its unique advantages in epidemic prevention,control and treatment.The state has made great efforts to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage,but in the actual protection process,it is affected by subjective and objective factors,which has hindered the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage to a certain extent.Under the guidance of TCM theories,medicinal fragrance is used in disease prevention and treatment,health preservation and other aspects.As a lost pearl among TCM techniques,the craftsmanship of making medicinal fragrance is facing many problems in inheritance and development,which need to be solved urgently.Based on the above background,this paper takes the protection and inheritance of TCM culture as the starting point,selects the intangible cultural heritage of medicinal fragrance as the research content,shows the cultural charm of intangible cultural heritage medicinal fragrance to the audience,enables more audiences to understand intangible cultural heritage medicinal fragrance and TCM culture,and makes the relevant content of TCM culture closer to people's daily life.It aims to enhance the public's sense of identity with TCM culture,thereby promoting the inheritance and development of TCM culture.
文摘The Historic Urban Landscape(HUL)Recommendation(UNESCO 2011)suggests that heritage management should be holistic,integrated,people-centred and focused on sustainable development goals.Both tangible and intangible heritage should be taken into account,allowing for appropriate change over time.A variety of stakeholders should be involved in planning processes,including all levels of government,NGOs and communities.Intercultural dialogue and mediation,as well as tools such as documentation,inventorying and mapping should be used to identify multiple layers of heritage.Implementing the Recommendation thus offers a wonderful opportunity to develop consultative,bottom-up,integrated planning for sustainable development in urban areas.This paper suggests that one barrier to integrating management planning for tangible and intangible heritage is a persistent confusion about what‘intangible heritage’is and why it deserves protection.Is it the values that local communities associate with their environment(‘intangible values’),or is it cultural practices that they happen to perform in that environment(intangible cultural heritage,or ICH)?Should‘intangible heritage’be managed as an attribute attesting to the authenticity of tangible fabric,or as a subject of safeguarding in its own right?If it means all these things at the same time,why is the same concept being used for so many different ideas and what are the consequences?The paper will suggest that a clearer conceptual understanding of intangible heritage is necessary to effectively integrate it into urban management strategies under the HUL approach.
文摘On August 30,2023,the Nenang Monastery (乃朗寺) Branch of the Xizang Autonomous Region Library,the Nenang Monastery Ancient Books Museum of the Ancient Books Protection Center of the Xizang Autonomous Region,the Nenang Monastery Intangible Heritage Museum Branch of the Intangible Heritage Protection Center of the Xizang Autonomous Region,and the Nenang Monastery Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall (hereinafter referred to as the"four halls"for short) were officially unveiled,realizing the active exploration of the"four halls in one concept in a monastery that is a cultural relics protection unit in Xizang.The relevant persons in charge of the Xizang Autonomous Region Department of Culture,Xizang Cultural Relics Bureau,Xizang Library,the Mass Art Center of Xizang,Lhasa Bureau of Culture,the Doilungdeqen (堆龙德庆)District Party Committee and District Government,and Nenang Monastery attended the unveiling ceremony.
文摘In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

文摘Intangible cultural heritage intervening in tourism can enrich tourism products and improve the attraction of scenic spots.Meantime,it also displays the rich cultural connotation of tourism products by virtue of the diversity of intangible cultural heritage,and well protects and inherits intangible cultural heritage,creating a new mode for scenic spot development with empowerment of culture and creation.From the perspective of immersive experience,this study discusses intangible cultural heritage entering scenic spots with Dawakun desert scenic spot in Yopurga County,Xinjiang as a case study.

文摘It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore, a good inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward the ethical basis of human culture as well as maintaining its value core. Nowadays, the rapid intelligentization of media has ushered in the era of intellectual media, with characteristics of “massive media, man-machine integration and self-evolution”. In the era of intellectual media, traces of intelligent technologies can be seen everywhere, and the ecology of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has been reconstructed. Under this circumstance, the author firstly makes clarification of the advancement of the era, which has given a new logic of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and various intelligent powers should be developed including intelligent acquisition, processing and judgement ability of content value. Then, the technology empowerment is analyzed, which has made reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance: while being digitalized,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become systematized in way of “Points, Lines and Planes” at the same time. Therefore, the communication ecology of intangible cultural heritage could be established as a new approach of inheritance via all sorts of intelligent technologies, so as to promote Chinese cultural soft power and enhance our national image in the long run.
