Purpose-This study explores how managerial leadership and organizational innovation interact to enhance resilience and risk management in railway supply chains and how these capabilities contribute to sustained compet...Purpose-This study explores how managerial leadership and organizational innovation interact to enhance resilience and risk management in railway supply chains and how these capabilities contribute to sustained competitive advantage.It emphasizes the strategic importance of resilience in railway systems that face operational complexity,regulatory pressures and increasing exposure to systemic risks.Design/methodology/approach-A mixed-methods design was employed,integrating survey data from 186 railway organizations with six case studies involving railway operators,rolling stock manufacturers and supply chain partners across multiple regions.Constructs were measured using validated scales and hypothesized relationships were tested using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).Case study interviews were analyzed thematically to provide contextual understanding of leadership practices and innovation strategies.Findings-The results confirm that transformational managerial leadership significantly predicts innovation adoption,which in turn strengthens resilience and risk management capabilities.Resilience emerged as a powerful driver of competitive advantage,reinforcing its role as a strategic capability rather than a reactive response to disruptions.Furthermore,innovation was shown to partially mediate the relationship between leadership and resilience,highlighting its function as the operational channel through which vision translates into capability.Originality/value-This study contributes to the literature by integrating the Resource-Based View(RBV)and Dynamic Capabilities(DC)framework into the context of railway supply chains.It is among the first to empirically validate the mediating role of innovation between leadership and resilience,offering both theoretical advancements and actionable strategies for building resilient and competitive railway systems.展开更多

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths,accounting for approximately 10%of all cancer cases.By 2050,CRC incidence is expected to rise s...Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths,accounting for approximately 10%of all cancer cases.By 2050,CRC incidence is expected to rise substantially,driven by population aging and greater exposure to risk factors in developing countries.Despite advances in medicine and pharmacy,the effectiveness of available treatments remains limited,underscoring the urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies.This review summarizes and critically evaluates currently available CRC therapies and explores new emerging directions.Particular attention is given to the role of immunotherapy,targeted therapies,nanotechnology-based approaches,metal-based compounds,PROTAC technology,and personalized medicine,with emphasis on their efficacy,safety,accessibility,and mechanisms of drug resistance.In conclusion,surgery and chemotherapy remain the backbone of CRC treatment,but novel therapeutic approaches are reshaping the treatment landscape.Emerging strategies may offer improved patient tolerability and survival outcomes by reducing the occurrence of burdensome adverse effects.Persistent challenges such as drug toxicity,the emergence of resistance mechanisms,and inequalities in access to innovative therapies underscore the need for further translational research.Integrating personalized therapeutic approaches will also be crucial to achieving more effective,safer,and accessible treatment strategies for CRC.展开更多

文摘With the progress of Industry 4.0,collaborative robots(cobots) have become a key area of innovation.However,safety standards such as ISO/TS 15066 often lag behind rapid technological advances,failing to balance safety and innovation.This paper analyzes the conflicts between standards and innovation of industrial cobots,including lag,rigidity,and safetyperformance trade-offs.It proposes flexible standards,regulatory sandboxes,and lifecycle safety approaches to align safety with technological progress.

文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths,accounting for approximately 10%of all cancer cases.By 2050,CRC incidence is expected to rise substantially,driven by population aging and greater exposure to risk factors in developing countries.Despite advances in medicine and pharmacy,the effectiveness of available treatments remains limited,underscoring the urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies.This review summarizes and critically evaluates currently available CRC therapies and explores new emerging directions.Particular attention is given to the role of immunotherapy,targeted therapies,nanotechnology-based approaches,metal-based compounds,PROTAC technology,and personalized medicine,with emphasis on their efficacy,safety,accessibility,and mechanisms of drug resistance.In conclusion,surgery and chemotherapy remain the backbone of CRC treatment,but novel therapeutic approaches are reshaping the treatment landscape.Emerging strategies may offer improved patient tolerability and survival outcomes by reducing the occurrence of burdensome adverse effects.Persistent challenges such as drug toxicity,the emergence of resistance mechanisms,and inequalities in access to innovative therapies underscore the need for further translational research.Integrating personalized therapeutic approaches will also be crucial to achieving more effective,safer,and accessible treatment strategies for CRC.
文摘This interview examines the theoretical foundations,pedagogical applications,developmental trajectory,and future directions of the xu-argument.Professor Wang Chuming offers a comprehensive account of the xu-argument,clarifying its theoretical framework,the learning mechanisms underlying xu,and its interface with international theories of second language acquisition(SLA).From the perspective of the xu-argument,he proposes novel interpretations of core issues in SLA.Drawing on the development of the xu-argument,Wang further discusses the essence,directions,and methodology of innovation in SLA theory.He emphasizes that theoretical advances must capture and illuminate underlying natural laws,arguing that innovative approaches are typically rooted in deep reflection on common sense.He also calls for theoretical innovation in SLA in the Chinese context,advocating a robust research paradigm that shifts from local observation to global theoretical generalization,thereby promoting bottom-up theoretical development.In closing,he highlights the promising prospects for SLA theory in the era of artificial intelligence.
