Innovative Techniques to Develop Educative Competitiveness in Adolescents’ Mental Health: Importance in Nursing Training 被引量:2

<strong>Background:</strong> The challenge for nursing training highlights the priorities for knowing and attending current educational tendencies on adolescents and the university <em>curriculum<... <strong>Background:</strong> The challenge for nursing training highlights the priorities for knowing and attending current educational tendencies on adolescents and the university <em>curriculum</em>, required for a nurse professional to develop skills to reach success in health education. The aim was to establish the importance of nurse training by using innovative techniques to develop skills in adolescent mental health education. <strong>Methods:</strong> Qualitative and descriptive research with an exploratory approach. Six nurse students of 20 - 25 years of age, both sexes, were invited to participate in a public university setting. Immersion tools were implemented such as, testimony, hexagrams, interactive didactic materials, all of them previously validated by expert judges. Data collection was through a semi-structured interview, after a signed informed consent letter. <strong>Results: </strong>Five categories emerged, Category I. Innovative educational strategies, like immersion tools;Category II. Innovative strategy to treat complex topics;Category III. Innovative techniques that favor health education;Category IV. Importance of upgrading nurse professionals;Category V. Importance of Innovative mental health education for adolescents. <strong>Conclusions: </strong>Nursing training with innovative techniques to develop skills in mental health for adolescents requires better educational, research and evaluation methods to fulfill professionals training, to provide a better health education in adolescents, and to reach a significant learning. 展开更多

Research in stomatology(dental medicine)continues to expand globally and is oriented towards solving clinical issues,focusing on clarifying the clinical relevance and potential mechanisms of oral–systemic connections via clinical epidemiology,oral microecological characterization,and the establishment of animal models.Interdisciplinary integration of materials science and tissue engineering with stomatology is expected to lead to the creation of innovative materials and technologies to better resolve the most prevalent and challenging clinical issues such as peri-implantitis,soft and hard tissue defects,and dentin hypersensitivity.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI),5th generation mobile communication technology(5G),and big data applications,“intelligent stomatology”is emerging to build models for better clinical diagnosis and management,accelerate the reform of education,and support the growth and advancement of scientific research.Here,we summarized the current research status,and listed the future prospects and limitations of these three aspects,aiming to provide a basis for more accurate etiological exploration,novel treatment methods,and abundant big data analysis in stomatology to promote the translation of research achievements into practical applications for both clinicians and the public. 展开更多

With the development of the production scale and the increasing of the process technologies and facilities,product quality and the requirement of water supply continuously put forward new requirements to water treatment technology.The practice of the water saving technology should ensure the safe of water using and the innovation of technique data.Especially the stabilization of water quality should also meet the production at full capacity,reduce equipment failure rate and maintain the sustainable development under the condition of the minimal resource consumption.This article describes the practice of Baosteel saving technology,water-saving ideas from the system to start,according to Baosteel raw water intake requirements and process water and drainage characteristics,water and salt water tidal according to changes in the Yangtze River and the Yangtze River upstream and downstream trends in water discharge on water quality factors,established the electrical conductivity,chloride ion indicators for the control of the Yangtze River water,the implementation of'avoid salt build light'water at the same time,combined with the actual situation of water pollution in the Yangtze River,the use of force coefficient correlation theory,the implementation of'avoid taking clear pollution'to ensure the quality of raw water intake.System and cascade utilization of water,process water,based on whole plant water balance testing,analysis,technical parameters of the system and processes the user running the pressure balance pipe network,and implemented a stabilization system to adjust water pressure,reducing the water supply network systemwater loss;application of electrochemical principles,the implementation of the protection of underground pipes Baosteel,implemented a water use,steps to use,the operating mode of water supply in series to increase water reuse,reduce wastewater discharge system.Water quality stability and water-saving in the process;carry out water quality stability technology in the different complicated processes of the steel industry;apply the environmental protection and water quality,sterilization,non-phosphorus and low phosphorus technologies which are suitable for high concentration of circulating water.By these technologies,we achieved the water-saving in the process in different seasons and solved the technical problems affecting production such as equipment corrosion,scaling and the formation of the water quality proprietary technology under the conditions of high heat load production as well.The use of water ecological conservation and biological treatment technology:the implementation of the reservoir to the ecological technology is characterized by food chain and wetland environmental technology characterized by plants chain.Reservoir ecological management techniques in the use of natural conditions,wind direction,temperature,light and fish biomass in the reservoir water level regulation of balance and combination of organic,control and resolve the reservoirs in spring and summer algae problems and water quality changes rot of the'fresh'operating problems.The artificial wetland technology develops a new way for metallurgical plants'wastewater treatment.All the measures by the implementation of water to create the conditions for the system to achieve the water target of constant innovation,reaching the advanced level of iron and steel enterprises. 展开更多

Energy and Exergy Analysis of Pyramid-Type Solar Still Coupled with Magnetic and Electrical Effects by Using Matlab Simulation

In the face of an escalating global water crisis,countries worldwide grapple with the crippling effects of scarcity,jeopardizing economic progress and hindering societal advancement.Solar energy emerges as a beacon of hope,offering a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution to desalination.Solar distillation technology,harnessing the power of the sun,transforms seawater into freshwater,expanding the availability of this precious resource.Optimizing solar still performance under specific climatic conditions and evaluating different configurations is crucial for practical implementation and widespread adoption of solar energy.In this study,we conducted theoretical investigations on three distinct solar still configurations to evaluate their performance under Baghdad’s climatic conditions.The solar stills analyzed include the passive solar still,themodified solar still coupled with a magnetic field,and themodified solar still coupled with bothmagnetic and electrical fields.The results proved that the evaporation heat transfer coefficient peaked at 14:00,reaching 25.05 W/m^(2).℃for the convention pyramid solar still(CPSS),32.33 W/m^(2).℃for the magnetic pyramid solar still(MPSS),and 40.98 W/m^(2).℃for elecro-magnetic pyramid solar still(EMPSS),highlighting their efficiency in converting solar energy to vapor.However,exergy efficiency remained notably lower,at 1.6%,5.31%,and 7.93%for the three still types,even as energy efficiency reached its maximum of 18.6%at 14:00 with a corresponding peak evaporative heat of 162.4 W/m^(2). 展开更多

Fermentation of green coffee beans is a promising method for enhancing coffee quality.However,to maintain the consistency of the coffee produced,a controlled and consistent process is required using a fermenter(fermentation vessel).This study aimed to evaluate the effect of ohmic heating(oH)and fermentation duration on the properties of coffee beans(robusta variety).Experiments were performed by combining two factors:fermentation type(with and without oH)and fermentation duration(6,12,and 18 h).The results showed that the fermentation time significantly affected the pH value of the fermented liquid,total acidity of the coffee,coffee bean colour,and caffeine content.oH-assisted fermentation reduced the caffeine content and increased the total acidity of robusta coffee,with the 18-h treatment yielding the lowest caffeine content.Additionally,a sensory analysis using the Specialty Coffee Association of America method revealed that coffee produced using oH-assisted fermentation for 18 h resulted in a higher score of 82.75,classified as a specialty grade.This study suggests that oH-assisted fermentation could improve sensory quality and reduce caffeine content in robusta green coffee beans,making it suitable for people who are sensitive to caffeine. 展开更多
