In order to solve these problems and the confusion of architecture in the cultivation of innovative talents, a production-teachingresearch integrated iterative platform was built at the levels of teacher and student. In the platform, the 32 modules involving teaching, researching and producing can be linked according to the logical relationship and teaching needs, thus helping the development of teaching by scientific research and production achievements. The city planning quick topic design is a part of the city design course in many urban planning colleges.It can help stimulate the students’off-handed creativity and image expression ability.So it is necessary to exp...The city planning quick topic design is a part of the city design course in many urban planning colleges.It can help stimulate the students’off-handed creativity and image expression ability.So it is necessary to explore the teaching mode which can adapt to it and stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and creative ability.In the context of promoting the"classroom revolution"of higher education in China,the flipped classroom has received widespread attention in the higher education community.Based on this,after three years of teaching practice,the author adaptively adjusted and innovatively modified the basic model of flip classroom in the quick topic design teaching of the city design course,and has found a variant model applicable to this course,namely OCTIAS(objective-case exploration-trial and error-instructional video-activities-summary and promotion).Firstly,insert two sections before the video learning,including"case travel exploration"and"trial and error(in order to accumulate beneficial failures)".Secondly,in the classroom activities,sort out the problems reflected by the students,and organize the students to make self-evaluation,mutual evaluation and revise the trial and error plan before the class.Finally,think about the problems that may occur in the cities in the future and their spatial organization responses.The practice showed that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the OCTIAS model could make the city design course more interesting,and help the students to improve in the solidity of theoretical knowledge learning,the flexibility of practical operation,the initiative to think about realistic problems,and the ability of critical thinking and expression.展开更多

At present,the two-level distribution channel of seed industry has problems of similarity,low access threshold,and unfair benefit distribution,and thus urgently needs innovation. The innovation of distribution channel is inevitable requirement for promoting reorganization of China's seed industry and building of new order,is necessary weapon for dealing with trans-national seed industry competition,is essential measure for lifting the overall service level of seed industry,and is also essential means for conforming to stage development of China's agriculture. The innovation of seed marketing channel should consider changes of future agricultural development,deep-level demand of industrial market and services,scitech development level,fair distribution of industrial profit,and differentiated competition. 文摘Through analysis on problems emerging during rural tourism development,the paper pointed out that the predicament of rural tourism development lied in aging,homogenization and initialization of tourist products.Then,it further analyzed reasons causing such predicament,and emphasized three aspects which were similarity and relative stability of tourist resources,dispersiveness and non-professionalization of development subjects,restriction and substitutability of industrial factors.On this basis,it discussed innovative strategies to solve these problems,and pointed out that innovation was the key to promote transformation and upgrading of rural tourism.The major tasks of rural tourism innovation were promoting villagers' innovative ability construction,building innovative agriculture and characteristic villages,exploring operation model of rural tourism cooperation,relying on leading enterprises and agricultural park,pushing land transfer and tourist land reform,and introducing large enterprises to development new programs.

文摘It was of vital significance for sustainable development of tourism in minority village to explore tourism development mode suitable for minority village.Based on comparison of development,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of three modes which were Suoga mode,Shenzhen folk village mode and Langdeshang Village mode,it was considered that the contradiction between development of minority village economy,protection of national traditional culture and guarantee of villagers' benefits hadn't been radically eliminated in the three modes.In view of this,5Cs mode had been proposed which were culture,company,characteristics,community and concord;and running mechanism of 5Cs mode had been constructed,that is,environmental protection and cultural inheritance;government's guidance and company's leading;theme positioning and characteristic highlighting;community power-increasing and villagers' profit-obtaining;economic development and community harmony.
文摘In China,the seed industry has fierce competition. The situation of homogeneous management and homogeneous products is serious. A key problem is simple and outmoded marketing channel of seed. It threatens sustainable development of seed enterprises. At present,the two-level distribution channel of seed industry has problems of similarity,low access threshold,and unfair benefit distribution,and thus urgently needs innovation. The innovation of distribution channel is inevitable requirement for promoting reorganization of China's seed industry and building of new order,is necessary weapon for dealing with trans-national seed industry competition,is essential measure for lifting the overall service level of seed industry,and is also essential means for conforming to stage development of China's agriculture. The innovation of seed marketing channel should consider changes of future agricultural development,deep-level demand of industrial market and services,scitech development level,fair distribution of industrial profit,and differentiated competition. It is recommended that channel innovation should follow the flat principle,have new and unique conception,give full play connection advantage of marginal industry,realize complementary advantages and mutual promotion,strengthen service awareness,combine with agricultural development trend,and seek sci-tech innovation of channel carrier- variety.

文摘In view of the difficulties about school-enterprise cooperation on food safety testing laboratory reform,the current training program,teaching methods and teaching forms are not suitable for the new platform.This paper provides new ideas and modes to solve these problems,such as integrating the resource elements between school and enterprise,establishing new platforms with the help of external force and innovating the cooperation modes to improve the laboratory,which can fully serve teaching,scientific research and enterprise production.

Under the impetus of the practice of the industrial cluster, constantly enrich and deepen the industrial cluster theory, formed the theoretical system of the system. Our research combines the theory of the micro business environment to propose the new business pattern that is meaningful.

文摘We summarize the main forms of tobacco production organization in Sichuan Province,including traditional peasant households,large scale growers,family farms,tobacco farmers' associations,and specialized tobacco cooperatives.In the process of innovation of production organization mode,some problems are pointed out,such as lack of management talents and long-term incentive mechanism,lack of standardization in operation,bottleneck in land and financing,low economic benefits of cooperatives,and difficulty in protecting farmers' interests and rights.We put forth the following recommendations for advancing the innovation of tobacco production organization mode in Sichuan Province:forming the longterm mechanism for supporting the innovation of production organization forms;standardizing the operation of the specialized cooperative organizations;strengthening personnel training,and establishing tobacco farmers' principal position;expanding cooperative economic production organizations,and achieving moderate concentration of land size;strengthening information services,to boost the development of cooperative production organizations.
