The importance of the humanities discipline is on the rise, and its main discipline, history, is becoming increasingly important. In this regard, in order to explore the current situation and existing problems of history teaching in middle schools of China, this study collected the research literature on related issues in the past 20 years, and conducted a preliminary reading and analysis. Therefore, there is the phenomenon that some students cannot deal with the actual problems positively and optimistically, and especially their psychological quality is relatively weak, which has also brought great difficulties to the growth of their life, thus affecting the overall cultivation of the students. The system takes sugarcane harvester? mobile telephone design analysis and evaluation as an example, and utilizes fuzzy evaluation principle to evaluate the design and simulation analysis results for decisions making. The platform provides a collaborative intelligent environment for the design of products, aiming at integrating people, process and data in the virtual product development. The multi-layered system architecture provides capability for KBM and conception innovation design process with a single unified data and process model so as to achieve true process streamlining and data integrity throughout the entire product development lifecycle, and hence improves enterprises efficiency.展开更多

Innovation incentives play a crucial role in guiding the innovative development of technology-based enterprises.However,existing research has yet to systematically organize and construct the theoretical framework of i...Innovation incentives play a crucial role in guiding the innovative development of technology-based enterprises.However,existing research has yet to systematically organize and construct the theoretical framework of innovation incentives,making it an urgent issue for academia to present the developmental characteristics and theoretical system of innovation incentives.First,based on a review of classic literature on innovation incentives,this study clarifies the origins of incentives and summarizes the developmental characteristics of innovation incentives from different dimensions.Second,it explores the antecedents,consequences,and mechanisms of innovation incentives from perspectives such as organizational structure,innovation strategy,work challenges,and reputation mechanisms.A comprehensive research framework is constructed following the paradigm of“antecedents of innovation incentives-formation of innovation incentives-pathways of innovation incentives-realization of innovation incentives.”Third,this study analyzes the practical application of innovation incentives in enterprises and identifies key areas for applying innovation incentives.Finally,considering the practical needs of innovation management in China,this study proposes future research directions for innovation incentives in technology-based enterprises,aiming to promote further development of innovation incentives in both theory and practice.展开更多
