The world record device efficiency of single-junction solar cells based on organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites has reached 25.5%.Further improvement in device power conversion efficiency(PCE)can be achieved by eithe...The world record device efficiency of single-junction solar cells based on organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites has reached 25.5%.Further improvement in device power conversion efficiency(PCE)can be achieved by either optimizing perovskite films or designing novel device structures such as perovskite/Si tandem solar cells.With the marriage of perovskite and Si solar cells,a tandem device configuration is able to achieve a PCE exceeding the Shockley–Queisser limit of single-junction solar cells by enhancing the usage of solar spectrum.After several years of development,the highest PCE of the perovskite/Si tandem cell has reached 29.5%,which is higher than that of perovskite-and Si-based singlejunction cells.Here,in this review,we will(1)first discuss the device structure and fundamental working principle of both two-terminal(2T)and four-terminal(4T)perovskite/Si tandem solar cells;(2)second,provide a brief overview of the advances of perovskite/Si tandem solar cells regarding the development of interconnection layer,perovskite active layer,tandem device structure,and lightmanagement strategies;(3)third,discuss the challenges and opportunities for further developing perovskite/Si tandem solar cells.This review article,on the one hand,provides a comprehensive understanding to readers on the development of perovskite/Si tandems.On the other hand,it proposes various novel applications that may bring such tandems into the market in a near future.展开更多

文摘Kubernetes is an open-source container management technology that enables dynamic scaling of containerized applications through flexible application programming interfaces and tools.It is currently one of the mainstream container management technologies.In the context of IT application and innovation industry,Kubernetes container technology is applied to the design and adaptation of marine cloud platform,and some feasible design schemes and solutions for container technology in the current IT application and innovation industry context are summarized.Firstly,the architecture design scheme of marine container cloud platform for the IT application and innovation environment is introduced.Then,from the perspective of adaptation,the performance and tuning of platform functions in the IT application and innovation environment are introduced.Finally,we conducted comprehensive testing on marine container cloud platform,and the results indicated that the platform maintains good functionality and performance.The design and adaptation research in this paper provides experience and solutions for building marine container cloud platform in the IT application and innovation environment,especially in terms of adaptation and deployment in the localized software and hardware environment,offering specific adaptation parameters and technical references.

文摘This paper explores the application of artificial intelligence technology,particularly the chatbot ChatGPT,in college English listening and speaking instruction,as well as its impact on educational models.The article first analyzes the current state of college English listening and speaking education,highlighting issues such as uneven distribution of educational resources,insufficient teaching conditions,and outdated teaching methods.It then defines ChatGPT and discusses its characteristics,explaining the necessity of integrating ChatGPT into college English listening and speaking classes from the perspectives of teachers,students,and pedagogy.Finally,the paper proposes innovative application methods for ChatGPT in college English listening and speaking instruction,including enhancing speaking and listening teaching,providing personalized feedback,and promoting students’autonomous learning abilities.The introduction of ChatGPT not only enriches teaching resources and enhances the authenticity and interactivity of learning but also drives educational models towards a more flexible and efficient direction.

文摘The world record device efficiency of single-junction solar cells based on organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites has reached 25.5%.Further improvement in device power conversion efficiency(PCE)can be achieved by either optimizing perovskite films or designing novel device structures such as perovskite/Si tandem solar cells.With the marriage of perovskite and Si solar cells,a tandem device configuration is able to achieve a PCE exceeding the Shockley–Queisser limit of single-junction solar cells by enhancing the usage of solar spectrum.After several years of development,the highest PCE of the perovskite/Si tandem cell has reached 29.5%,which is higher than that of perovskite-and Si-based singlejunction cells.Here,in this review,we will(1)first discuss the device structure and fundamental working principle of both two-terminal(2T)and four-terminal(4T)perovskite/Si tandem solar cells;(2)second,provide a brief overview of the advances of perovskite/Si tandem solar cells regarding the development of interconnection layer,perovskite active layer,tandem device structure,and lightmanagement strategies;(3)third,discuss the challenges and opportunities for further developing perovskite/Si tandem solar cells.This review article,on the one hand,provides a comprehensive understanding to readers on the development of perovskite/Si tandems.On the other hand,it proposes various novel applications that may bring such tandems into the market in a near future.

文摘Artificial Intelligence(AI)is revolutionizing the medicine food homology(MFH)industry by enhancing culti-vation,processing,and traceability,leading to greater efficiency,quality,and sustainability.This review explores the challenges in AI’s application in MFH,including accurate identification,quality management,and chemical composition variability,as well as technical hurdles in function prediction.It highlights how AI technologies,integrated with data-driven models,are addressing key aspects of MFH production such as precise quality assessment,compositional analysis,and monitoring of growth environments.AI systems are improving the ac-curacy of MFH production identification and boosting the prediction of functional properties.The integration of AI is bringing significant advancements in quality control,sustainability,and efficiency,ensuring better yields and enhancing traceability throughout the MFH supply chain to guarantee quality and safety.
