Several large firms in China winning through SI were studied empirically. This paper complements previous publications on the theories of innovation and strategy. This work's findings will be useful for managers interested in our approach, which highlights the importance of SI and focuses on and points out the major pitfalls in the innovation processes. Implementing the dynamic capabilities based strategy innovation can effectively cultivate and develop core competences of corporations. This paper attempts to broaden the theory of dynamic competences, defining them as the abilities of firms to integrate and reconstruct in a chaotic and complex environment of technical paradigm transformation (TP tra...This paper attempts to broaden the theory of dynamic competences, defining them as the abilities of firms to integrate and reconstruct in a chaotic and complex environment of technical paradigm transformation (TP transformation). We have created a semi-interactive theoretical framework based on dynamic competences, technical paradigms and innovation strategies to investigate how corporate dynamic competences support innovation during TP transformation. Under this theoretical framework, this paper attempts to open the popular question of mobile Internet industry - the black box of "micro innovation" - to conduct an in-depth case study of WeChat's micro-innovation featuring "integration" and "iteration ". The authors have discovered that the success of WeChat can be attributed to the following factors: seizure of strategic opportunities during TP transformation, effective organizational learning and knowledge management, and powerful virtual integration competences across regions, sectors and firms. These factors have led to the rapid, repetitive and precise iteration of innovation based on technical knowledge and user information. Open and coordinated innovation was carried out ahead of competitors, partners and lead customers, and effective quality control of micro-innovation was conducted to mitigate the uncertainties and risks of innovation failures. These factors have enabled WeChat to become a third-party service platform of disruptive innovation and value creation in the mobile lnternet era. Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)exhibit exceptional catalytic efficiency due to their maximized atom utilization and precisely modulated metalcarrier interactions,which have attracted significant attention in the biomed...Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)exhibit exceptional catalytic efficiency due to their maximized atom utilization and precisely modulated metalcarrier interactions,which have attracted significant attention in the biomedical field.However,stability issues may impede the clinical translation of SAzymes.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the applications of SAzymes in various biomedical fields,including disease diagnosis(e.g.,biosensors and diagnostic imaging),antitumor therapy(e.g.,photothermal therapy,photodynamic therapy,sonodynamic therapy,and immunotherapy),antimicrobial therapy,and anti-oxidative stress therapy.More importantly,the existing challenges of SAzymes are discussed,such as metal atom clustering and active site loss,ligand bond breakage at high temperature,insufficient environment tolerance,biosecurity risks,and limited catalytic long-term stability.Finally,several innovative strategies to address these stability concerns are proposed—synthesis process optimization(space-limited strategy,coordination site design,bimetallic synergistic strategy,defect engineering strategy,atom stripping-capture),surface modification,and dynamic responsive design—that collectively pave the way for robust,clinically viable SAzymes.展开更多

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths,accounting for approximately 10%of all cancer cases.By 2050,CRC incidence is expected to rise s...Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths,accounting for approximately 10%of all cancer cases.By 2050,CRC incidence is expected to rise substantially,driven by population aging and greater exposure to risk factors in developing countries.Despite advances in medicine and pharmacy,the effectiveness of available treatments remains limited,underscoring the urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies.This review summarizes and critically evaluates currently available CRC therapies and explores new emerging directions.Particular attention is given to the role of immunotherapy,targeted therapies,nanotechnology-based approaches,metal-based compounds,PROTAC technology,and personalized medicine,with emphasis on their efficacy,safety,accessibility,and mechanisms of drug resistance.In conclusion,surgery and chemotherapy remain the backbone of CRC treatment,but novel therapeutic approaches are reshaping the treatment landscape.Emerging strategies may offer improved patient tolerability and survival outcomes by reducing the occurrence of burdensome adverse effects.Persistent challenges such as drug toxicity,the emergence of resistance mechanisms,and inequalities in access to innovative therapies underscore the need for further translational research.Integrating personalized therapeutic approaches will also be crucial to achieving more effective,safer,and accessible treatment strategies for CRC.展开更多

文摘Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)exhibit exceptional catalytic efficiency due to their maximized atom utilization and precisely modulated metalcarrier interactions,which have attracted significant attention in the biomedical field.However,stability issues may impede the clinical translation of SAzymes.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the applications of SAzymes in various biomedical fields,including disease diagnosis(e.g.,biosensors and diagnostic imaging),antitumor therapy(e.g.,photothermal therapy,photodynamic therapy,sonodynamic therapy,and immunotherapy),antimicrobial therapy,and anti-oxidative stress therapy.More importantly,the existing challenges of SAzymes are discussed,such as metal atom clustering and active site loss,ligand bond breakage at high temperature,insufficient environment tolerance,biosecurity risks,and limited catalytic long-term stability.Finally,several innovative strategies to address these stability concerns are proposed—synthesis process optimization(space-limited strategy,coordination site design,bimetallic synergistic strategy,defect engineering strategy,atom stripping-capture),surface modification,and dynamic responsive design—that collectively pave the way for robust,clinically viable SAzymes.
文摘Technological innovations significantly influence individual firms and other innova-tions,such as financial innovations.The future of a firm depends on its innovation investment strategy.According to the literature,innovation investments are affected by ambiguity.This study examines how ambiguity affects the innovation strategies of managers.We show that the innovation strategies of ambiguity-averse managers differ from those of ambiguity-neutral managers.Unlike ambiguity-neutral managers,ambiguity-averse managers consider a broader variety of innovation strategies for a wider range of future innovation arrival times.Regarding the profitability of a future innovation,ambiguity-averse managers delay the investment decision until the profit-ability of the innovation is less ambiguous.Moreover,we examine innovation strategies under various conditions,including the risk of innovation outdatedness,management disputes,and the varying volatility of innovations.
文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths,accounting for approximately 10%of all cancer cases.By 2050,CRC incidence is expected to rise substantially,driven by population aging and greater exposure to risk factors in developing countries.Despite advances in medicine and pharmacy,the effectiveness of available treatments remains limited,underscoring the urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies.This review summarizes and critically evaluates currently available CRC therapies and explores new emerging directions.Particular attention is given to the role of immunotherapy,targeted therapies,nanotechnology-based approaches,metal-based compounds,PROTAC technology,and personalized medicine,with emphasis on their efficacy,safety,accessibility,and mechanisms of drug resistance.In conclusion,surgery and chemotherapy remain the backbone of CRC treatment,but novel therapeutic approaches are reshaping the treatment landscape.Emerging strategies may offer improved patient tolerability and survival outcomes by reducing the occurrence of burdensome adverse effects.Persistent challenges such as drug toxicity,the emergence of resistance mechanisms,and inequalities in access to innovative therapies underscore the need for further translational research.Integrating personalized therapeutic approaches will also be crucial to achieving more effective,safer,and accessible treatment strategies for CRC.
