With the continuous promotion of the Belt and Road initiative,the sporting goods manufacturing industry,as a key sector of Chinese enterprises’“going global”strategy,is actively expanding the markets of countries a...With the continuous promotion of the Belt and Road initiative,the sporting goods manufacturing industry,as a key sector of Chinese enterprises’“going global”strategy,is actively expanding the markets of countries along the Belt and Road.However,there are significant differences in political,economic,and social environments among countries along the Belt and Road,which bring considerable uncertainties to the transnational investment of enterprises.Based on the investment environment of 70 countries along the Belt and Road,this paper constructs a risk evaluation index system including five dimensions:political and legal,economic and financial,socio-cultural,investment environment,and bilateral relations.The Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)method is used to determine weight,Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method is employed to evaluate the investment risks of each country.Furthermore,cluster analysis is used to classify the countries into low,medium,and high-risk levels.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed based on the characteristics of countries with different risk levels,providing decision-making references for sporting goods manufacturing enterprises in selecting suitable countries for investment,enhancing risk prevention capabilities,and improving investment success rates.展开更多

It has not only affected learners but also to the teachers. This paper explores how ICT-based projects affect teachers’ and students’ attitudes. The data was collected through self-prepared attitude scale. It was distributed among the teachers and students of various schools. Two hundred students and one hundred twenty teachers responded to the questionnaire. Analysis was done through the data collected from the teachers as well as from students. The study’s conclusions demonstrated that while there was no significant variation in the attitudes of teachers utilizing different ICT-based programs, there was a substantial difference in the students’ attitude toward learning with different ICT-based programs.展开更多

In order to better mitigate risks and enhance the safety of inv...With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, China is deepening its cooperation in oil and gas resources with countries along the Initiative. In order to better mitigate risks and enhance the safety of investments, it is of significant importance to research the oil and gas investment environment in these countries for China's overseas investment macro-layout. This paper proposes an indicator system including 27 indicators from 6 dimensions. On this basis, game theory models combined with global entropy method and analytic hierarchy process are applied to determine the combined weights, and the TOPSIS-GRA model is utilized to assess the risks of oil and gas investment in 76 countries along the Initiative from 2014 to 2021. Finally, the GM(1,1) model is employed to predict risk values for 2022-2025. In conclusion, oil and gas resources and political factors have the greatest impact on investment environment risk, and 12 countries with greater investment potential are selected through cluster analysis in conjunction with the predicted results. The research findings may provide scientific decisionmaking recommendations for the Chinese government and oil enterprises to strengthen oil and gas investment cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.展开更多
BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)plays a significant role in morbidity,mortality,and economic cost in the Belt and Road Initiative(“B and R”)countries.In addition,these countries have a substantial consumption of pr...BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)plays a significant role in morbidity,mortality,and economic cost in the Belt and Road Initiative(“B and R”)countries.In addition,these countries have a substantial consumption of processed meat.However,the burden and trend of CRC in relation to the consumption of a diet high in processed meat(DHPM-CRC)in these“B and R”countries remain unknown.AIM To analyze the burden and trend of DHPM-CRC in the“B and R”countries from 1990 to 2019.METHODS We used the 2019 Global Burden of Disease Study to collate information regarding the burden of DHPM-CRC.Numbers and age-standardized rates(ASRs)of deaths along with the disability-adjusted life years(DALYs)were determined among the“B and R”countries in 1990 and 2019.Using joinpoint regression analysis,the average annual percent change(AAPC)was used to analyze the temporal trends of age-standardized DALYs rate(ASDALR)from 1990 to 2019 and in the final decade(2010–2019).RESULTS We found geographical differences in the burden of DHPM-CRC among“B and R”countries,with the three highest-ranking countries being the Russian Federation,China,and Ukraine in 1990,and China,the Russian Federation,and Poland in 2019.The burden of DHPM-CRC generally increased in most member countries from 1990 to 2019(all P<0.05).The absolute number of deaths and DALYs in DHPM-CRC were 3151.15[95%uncertainty interval(UI)665.74-5696.64]and 83249.31(95%UI 15628.64-151956.31)in China in 2019.However,the number of deaths(2627.57-2528.51)and DALYs(65867.39-55378.65)for DHPM-CRC in the Russian Federation has declined.The fastest increase in ASDALR for DHPM-CRC was observed in Vietnam,Southeast Asia,with an AAPC value of 3.90%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.63%-4.16%],whereas the fastest decline was observed in Kyrgyzstan,Central Asia,with an AAPC value of-2.05%(95%CI:-2.37%to-1.73%).A substantial upward trend in ASR of mortality,years lived with disability,years of life lost,and DALYs from DHPM-CRC changes in 1990-2019 and the final decade(2010-2019)for most Maritime Silk Route members in East Asia,South Asia,Southeast Asia,North Africa,and the Middle East,as well as Central Europe,while those of the most Land Silk Route members in Central Asia and Eastern Europe have decreased markedly(all P<0.05).The ASDALR for DHPM-CRC increased more in males than in females(all P<0.05).For those aged 50-74 years,the ASDALR for DHPM-CRC in 40 members exhibited an increasing trend,except for 20 members,including 7 members in Central Asia,Maldives,and 12 high or high-middle social development index(SDI)members in other regions(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The burden of DHPM-CRC varies substantially across“B and R”countries and threatens public health.Relevant evidence-based policies and interventions tailored to the different trends of countries in SDIs or Silk Routes should be adopted to reduce the future burden of CRC in“B and R”countries via extensive collaboration.展开更多
Recent research shows that China is experiencing significant greening,with afforestation initiatives being the main cause.Quantitative calculation of vegetation change influencing factors and evaluation of the contrib...Recent research shows that China is experiencing significant greening,with afforestation initiatives being the main cause.Quantitative calculation of vegetation change influencing factors and evaluation of the contribution of afforestation to vegetation greening in China are critical to coping with climate change and improving the implementation and efficacy of forestry projects.We investigated the temporal and spatial dynamics of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)from 1982 to 2020,and quantified the contribution of afforestation initiatives,a typical human activity,to the dynamic changes of vegetation.The results showed that NDVI in China has primarily increased in the last 39 years.57%of the pixels increased,27%were stable and unchanged,and 16%decreased.Climate change was responsible for 72.34%of vegetation restoration,while human activities were responsible for 27.36%of vegetation restoration,according to residual analysis.In the future,only 14%of the regions showed continuous growth of the NDVI,while the remaining regions showed obvious antipersistence(59%will go from increasing to decreasing,and 22%will go from decreasing to increasing).The contribution of climate factors to vegetation change will decrease in the future,and human activities will become more complex.Except for Huaihe River and Taihu Lake(SPHRTL),other forestry projects showed an increasing trend of NDVI after the implementation of ecological engineering.However,due to differences in climate conditions and ecological engineering implementation,there are differences in the benefits of forestry projects.Some forestry project areas still have obvious vegetation degradation,and appropriate forestry management is necessary.This work provides a quantitative analysis of vegetation change and its driving factors in China,which will help to cope with future climate change and provide a reference for the implementation and management of ecological projects.展开更多

文摘Energy is the bedrock of national economic development and a vital pillar for achieving sustainable growth.High-quality energy cooperation is critical to ensuring sustained,stable national economic development and the transformation of the energy sector.Based on the achievements of high-quality energy cooperation within the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper systematically analyzes the current state of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.In accordance with the intrinsic requirements for high-quality energy cooperation,and building upon the analysis and summary of prior research,this paper proposes strategies to promote high-quality energy cooperation within the Belt and Road Initiative:(1)Innovating cooperative concepts and optimizing the cooperative environment;(2)Innovating cooperation modes and expanding the scope of cooperation;(3)Improving the cooperation mechanism and building a multi-level cooperation platform;(4)Strengthening cultural exchanges and promoting dialogue.This paper offers insights and support for fostering high-quality collaboration within the Belt and Road Initiative and enhancing international energy cooperation.

文摘This study conducts a comprehensive and in-depth investigation into the current status of Southeast Asian international student cultivation at Pu'er University through multiple methods,including questionnaires,interviews,and literature research.The findings reveal that Pu'er University has achieved remarkable results in cultivating Southeast Asian international students,attracting a significant number of students from Southeast Asian countries while providing them with high-quality educational resources and a conducive learning environment.During their academic journey at Pu'er University,international students have not only acquired professional knowledge but also gained a profound understanding of Chinese culture and history,actively contributing to cultural exchanges and collaboration between China and Southeast Asia.Additionally,the study identifies existing challenges,including the need for improvement in curriculum design,faculty capacity,and cultural exchange initiatives.To address these issues,this paper proposes targeted strategies and recommendations,aiming to serve as a reference for Pu'er University and similar institutions in optimizing Southeast Asian international student cultivation.

文摘With the promotion of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,Chinese sporting goods manufacturing enterprises are increasingly active in foreign investment in countries along the route,but due to regional differences,the investment risks they face are becoming increasingly complex.Based on CNKI and Web of Science databases,this paper systematically combines the theoretical framework and research progress of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises’outbound investment and its risk research,and focuses on analyzing the evolution,motivation,characteristics,and risk generation mechanism of enterprises’outbound investment mode.It further discusses the types and causes of investment risks,the evolution and application of risk assessment methods,and deeply analyzes the unique risk characteristics of sports manufacturing enterprises.On this basis,combined with the shortcomings of existing research,a future research direction is put forward,which provides a reference for follow-up theoretical research and practical operation.

文摘There is curiosity and awareness throughout the world regarding the role of Information and Communication technologies. This is felt in each and every section of society. Several studies have confirmed and considered information and communication technology’s significance in the field of education. It has not only affected learners but also to the teachers. This paper explores how ICT-based projects affect teachers’ and students’ attitudes. The data was collected through self-prepared attitude scale. It was distributed among the teachers and students of various schools. Two hundred students and one hundred twenty teachers responded to the questionnaire. Analysis was done through the data collected from the teachers as well as from students. The study’s conclusions demonstrated that while there was no significant variation in the attitudes of teachers utilizing different ICT-based programs, there was a substantial difference in the students’ attitude toward learning with different ICT-based programs.

文摘With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, China is deepening its cooperation in oil and gas resources with countries along the Initiative. In order to better mitigate risks and enhance the safety of investments, it is of significant importance to research the oil and gas investment environment in these countries for China's overseas investment macro-layout. This paper proposes an indicator system including 27 indicators from 6 dimensions. On this basis, game theory models combined with global entropy method and analytic hierarchy process are applied to determine the combined weights, and the TOPSIS-GRA model is utilized to assess the risks of oil and gas investment in 76 countries along the Initiative from 2014 to 2021. Finally, the GM(1,1) model is employed to predict risk values for 2022-2025. In conclusion, oil and gas resources and political factors have the greatest impact on investment environment risk, and 12 countries with greater investment potential are selected through cluster analysis in conjunction with the predicted results. The research findings may provide scientific decisionmaking recommendations for the Chinese government and oil enterprises to strengthen oil and gas investment cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

文摘BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)plays a significant role in morbidity,mortality,and economic cost in the Belt and Road Initiative(“B and R”)countries.In addition,these countries have a substantial consumption of processed meat.However,the burden and trend of CRC in relation to the consumption of a diet high in processed meat(DHPM-CRC)in these“B and R”countries remain unknown.AIM To analyze the burden and trend of DHPM-CRC in the“B and R”countries from 1990 to 2019.METHODS We used the 2019 Global Burden of Disease Study to collate information regarding the burden of DHPM-CRC.Numbers and age-standardized rates(ASRs)of deaths along with the disability-adjusted life years(DALYs)were determined among the“B and R”countries in 1990 and 2019.Using joinpoint regression analysis,the average annual percent change(AAPC)was used to analyze the temporal trends of age-standardized DALYs rate(ASDALR)from 1990 to 2019 and in the final decade(2010–2019).RESULTS We found geographical differences in the burden of DHPM-CRC among“B and R”countries,with the three highest-ranking countries being the Russian Federation,China,and Ukraine in 1990,and China,the Russian Federation,and Poland in 2019.The burden of DHPM-CRC generally increased in most member countries from 1990 to 2019(all P<0.05).The absolute number of deaths and DALYs in DHPM-CRC were 3151.15[95%uncertainty interval(UI)665.74-5696.64]and 83249.31(95%UI 15628.64-151956.31)in China in 2019.However,the number of deaths(2627.57-2528.51)and DALYs(65867.39-55378.65)for DHPM-CRC in the Russian Federation has declined.The fastest increase in ASDALR for DHPM-CRC was observed in Vietnam,Southeast Asia,with an AAPC value of 3.90%[95%confidence interval(CI):3.63%-4.16%],whereas the fastest decline was observed in Kyrgyzstan,Central Asia,with an AAPC value of-2.05%(95%CI:-2.37%to-1.73%).A substantial upward trend in ASR of mortality,years lived with disability,years of life lost,and DALYs from DHPM-CRC changes in 1990-2019 and the final decade(2010-2019)for most Maritime Silk Route members in East Asia,South Asia,Southeast Asia,North Africa,and the Middle East,as well as Central Europe,while those of the most Land Silk Route members in Central Asia and Eastern Europe have decreased markedly(all P<0.05).The ASDALR for DHPM-CRC increased more in males than in females(all P<0.05).For those aged 50-74 years,the ASDALR for DHPM-CRC in 40 members exhibited an increasing trend,except for 20 members,including 7 members in Central Asia,Maldives,and 12 high or high-middle social development index(SDI)members in other regions(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The burden of DHPM-CRC varies substantially across“B and R”countries and threatens public health.Relevant evidence-based policies and interventions tailored to the different trends of countries in SDIs or Silk Routes should be adopted to reduce the future burden of CRC in“B and R”countries via extensive collaboration.

文摘Recent research shows that China is experiencing significant greening,with afforestation initiatives being the main cause.Quantitative calculation of vegetation change influencing factors and evaluation of the contribution of afforestation to vegetation greening in China are critical to coping with climate change and improving the implementation and efficacy of forestry projects.We investigated the temporal and spatial dynamics of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)from 1982 to 2020,and quantified the contribution of afforestation initiatives,a typical human activity,to the dynamic changes of vegetation.The results showed that NDVI in China has primarily increased in the last 39 years.57%of the pixels increased,27%were stable and unchanged,and 16%decreased.Climate change was responsible for 72.34%of vegetation restoration,while human activities were responsible for 27.36%of vegetation restoration,according to residual analysis.In the future,only 14%of the regions showed continuous growth of the NDVI,while the remaining regions showed obvious antipersistence(59%will go from increasing to decreasing,and 22%will go from decreasing to increasing).The contribution of climate factors to vegetation change will decrease in the future,and human activities will become more complex.Except for Huaihe River and Taihu Lake(SPHRTL),other forestry projects showed an increasing trend of NDVI after the implementation of ecological engineering.However,due to differences in climate conditions and ecological engineering implementation,there are differences in the benefits of forestry projects.Some forestry project areas still have obvious vegetation degradation,and appropriate forestry management is necessary.This work provides a quantitative analysis of vegetation change and its driving factors in China,which will help to cope with future climate change and provide a reference for the implementation and management of ecological projects.
