Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design ...Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of an information-based flipped classroom teaching model in nursing education of rheumatology and immunology,providing empirical evidence for optimizing specialized nursing ...Objective:To explore the application effect of an information-based flipped classroom teaching model in nursing education of rheumatology and immunology,providing empirical evidence for optimizing specialized nursing education models.Methods:Eighty nursing students from the 2021 grade of Xi’an Medical University were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received traditional lecture-based teaching,while the experimental group underwent information-based flipped classroom teaching.The theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation assessment scores of the two groups were compared after teaching,and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results:The theoretical knowledge score(85.60±5.20)and practical operation score(88.30±4.70)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(76.20±6.50)and(75.80±5.90),respectively.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction scores of all dimensions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The information-based flipped classroom teaching model can effectively improve the quality of nursing teaching in rheumatology and immunology,enhance students’knowledge mastery and practical abilities,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching.展开更多

Objective:To assess the teaching efficacy of clinical instructors for MNS postgraduates,this study aims to gather insights into clinical educators’perceptions concerning MNS postgraduate training and identify key com...Objective:To assess the teaching efficacy of clinical instructors for MNS postgraduates,this study aims to gather insights into clinical educators’perceptions concerning MNS postgraduate training and identify key competencies required for effective teaching.Methods:This study utilized a cross-sectional design.An online questionnaire survey was distributed among clinical faculty members engaged in the education of MNS postgraduates.The survey addressed 4 areas:general teaching conditions,perceptions regarding training for MNS postgraduates,core competencies expected from clinical teachers,and implementation strategies for delivering clinical instruction tailored to these graduates.Results:A total of 143 clinical teachers supervising MNS postgraduates completed the questionnaire.Of these respondents,101(70.62%)held a bachelor’s degree while 42(29.37%)possessed a master’s degree.Although these clinicians demonstrated certain core competencies,they exhibited lower proficiency in understanding trends related to scientific advancements and current research priorities along with limited research capabilities 4.00(3.00,4.00).Notably,>95.8%of teachers recognized differences between the 2 categories of postgraduate students;only 4.2%were completely unaware of such distinctions.There was no statistically significant relationship between the demographic data of clinical educators and their core competencies(P>0.05).Conclusions:This study revealed no significant correlation between the general characteristics of clinical teachers and the core competencies of MNS postgraduates.Additionally,we identified a lack of effective communication and collaboration between MNS postgraduate supervisors and clinical educators.The findings from this research offer valuable insights for further investigation into the factors that influence the core competencies of clinical teachers,as well as strategies to enhance the clinical teaching standards for MNS postgraduates.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursi...Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.
文摘There has been a long time of debate between the two teaching approaches of homogenous grouping and heterogeneous grouping.Here in the essay,we explored both of the two teaching approaches in Yunnan Province of China whereas the puzzle lies in the question of which method can achieve a relatively-better result in English classes of Yunnan.Some possible solutions are promoted based on the data and analysis collected from a survey.

文摘Taking the knowledge points of hotel construction site selection as an example,this paper integrated the information-based teaching method with traditional classrooms.With the aid of virtual reality(VR)technology,the information-based teaching can turn the abstract knowledge into vivid knowledge.Using the Rain Classroom platform,teachers can communicate with students in a better manner.Combined with the powerful spatial data analysis function of geographic information system(GIS)software,it is intended to provide new ideas and perspectives for the effective integration of traditional teaching classrooms and information technology,and effectively apply them to the practical teaching process.
文摘Traditional grammar-translation ：method in China＇s English teaching has long been putting emphasis on the teaching of linguistic knowledge. It is no doubt that it has got many achievements. However, it has produced many bad byproducts as well. For instance, it may produce some students who are good in grammatical achievements but lacking in responding to the actual situation. Therefore linguistic knowledge is not the whole field that English teaching should touch upon. Inducing from two instances, this article presents the importance of communicative ability and cross-cultural competence in China＇s English teaching, together with proper solutions.
文摘This paper aims to explore whether reflective learning ability can be fostered and nurtured with special instruction and whether it can enhance students＇ motivation of learning English. The experiment lasted four months, taking two parallel classes of the sophomore students at English major in Ningbo Dahongying University as the subjects. The results show that students can raise their awareness of reflective thinking and acquire reflective learning ability with teachers＇ instruction, and the two reflective activities （writing reflective journals and peer-evaluation） are very effective to increase students＇ motivation of learning English and improve their academic performances in English study.
文摘Scientific teaching quality evaluation system and the effective operation mechanism have a positive meaning for promoting teaching reform. Teachers’ specialization is the core of education, and is the starting point and end-result of education reform. Teachers’ professional development has three kinds of orientation rational orientation, reflection-evaluation orientation, and ecological orientation. Some new research suggests that re？ ection-evaluation orientation is the best way to improve teachers’ professional abilities. At present, reflective teacher education has become worldwide trend. Compared with experiential teaching, reflective teaching is a sort of positive tool which is used to help teachers conduct their active and professional work. The main purpose of reflective teaching is to allow teachers to reffect on their own work and self-evaluation, and improve their methodology, eventually improve teaching methods and promote student learning. Nevertheless, there are many problems in the teaching quality evaluation system in the aspects of concept, subject, standard, organization, etc. Therefore, we have to reffect and reconstruct the teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities.
