Under the current background of an information society,the digital transformation of enterprises has become a necessary means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article is based on the industrial Inter...Under the current background of an information society,the digital transformation of enterprises has become a necessary means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article is based on the industrial Internet platform,the digital planning and architecture of enterprises research.First,we analyze the current challenges of digital transformation and the development opportunities brought by the industrial Internet.Then,we propose a digital planning method based on the industrial Internet platform,which takes the full connectivity of people,machine and things and intelligent decision making as the core,takes data collection,processing,analysis and application as the main line,and finally forms the top-level design of the digital transformation of enterprises.At the same time,we also built an industrial Internet platform architecture model,including the previous end perception layer,network transmission layer,platform service layer,and application innovation layer for four levels,to support enterprises in innovative applications and decision support under the industrial Internet environment.Research shows that this kind of enterprise digital planning and architecture based on an industrial Internet platform can effectively promote enterprises to achieve business model innovation,system innovation,and strengthen the flexibility and agility of enterprises to respond to market changes.The results of this research not only have important theoretical and practical significance for guiding enterprises to carry out digital planning and build an industrial Internet platform,but also provide useful reference for relevant policy formulation.展开更多

This paper proposes an industrial internet platform for massive pig farming, namely, IIP4MPF, which aims to leverage intelligent pig breeding, production rate and labor productivity with the use of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data intelligence. We conducted requirement analysis for IIP4MPF using software engineering methods, designed the IIP4MPF system for an integrated solution to digital, interconnected, intelligent pig farming. The practice demonstrates that the IIP4MPF platform significantly improves pig farming industry in pig breeding and productivity.展开更多

The digital reconstruction of value chain plays an important role in achieving the goal of moving up the value chain in participatory manufacturing enterprises(PMEs).This study aims to investigate the configuration pa...The digital reconstruction of value chain plays an important role in achieving the goal of moving up the value chain in participatory manufacturing enterprises(PMEs).This study aims to investigate the configuration path for the realization of the digital reconstruction performance of value chain in PMEs.Taking 122 PMEs embedded in the Haier CosMoPlat ecosystem as research objects,we change the traditional research perspective and use fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to explore how technology resources,information resources,relationship resources,and digital services provided by industrial internet platform empowerment synergistically affect the digital reconstruction performance of enterprise value chain.This study obtains two groups of high(non-high)performance,namely,product-driven and service-driven;and relationship-trapped and information-trapped.The results show that the impact of industrial internet platform empowerment on the digital reconstruction performance of value chain exhibits equifinality across PMEs at different levels and stages of development.展开更多
This paper investigates the digital upgrading of China’s specialised and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the context of global supply-chain restructuring and technostrategic competition.Integ...This paper investigates the digital upgrading of China’s specialised and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the context of global supply-chain restructuring and technostrategic competition.Integrating the resource-based view,dynamic capabilities theory and the technology organisation environment framework,it develops a confgurational model of how technological readiness,organisational capabilities and environmental support jointly shape digitaltransformation outcomes.Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis and illustrative cases,the study identifes three high-performing paths technology-driven,organisation-centred and ecosystem-collaborative and shows that multiple confgurations can lead to successful upgrading.The analysis further highlights the enabling role of industrial internet platforms,data assetisation and digital inclusive fnance in alleviating resource constraints and expanding fnancing channels.Overall,the fndings underscore that the risk of non-transformation now exceeds the transitional risks of digital upgrading for these strategically important frms.展开更多
