The support includes both domestic products and industrial systems. The visualization and computer technologies take a very impo[tant role in some system or multi-direction modeling, those technologies mentioned above can help the industrial engineers study the effect of design on the whole life circle, including the producing steps. The development trends in the industrial engineering in manufacturing organizations must use methods and tools of advanced industrial engineering to achieve competitiveness. This paper focuses on the low production line balance rate and prominent bottleneck processes in smoothie machine production line.It employs indus-trial engineering methodologies to conduct optimization research.The stop-watch time research method is used to determine the operation time of each workstation,and the standard time of the process is determined by standard-ization analysis,then the operation status of the production line is diagnosed and evaluated,and the 5W1H question technology and ECRS principle are used to optimize the process.In view of the bottleneck process,the two-hand operation was analyzed,and the operator’s two-hand action was improved ac-cording to the principle of action economy.The results show that the balance rate,balance rate,loss rate,production takt time and daily capacity of the im-proved production line have been greatly improved.This study provides ef-fective methodologies and practical case references for household appliance manufacturing. 展开更多

Efficient planning of activities is essential for modern industrial assembly lines to uphold manufacturing standards,prevent project constraint violations,and achieve cost-effective operations.While exact solutions to such challenges can be obtained through Integer Programming(IP),the dependence of the search space on input parameters often makes IP computationally infeasible for large-scale scenarios.Heuristic methods,such as Genetic Algorithms,can also be applied,but they frequently produce suboptimal solutions in extensive cases.This paper introduces a novel mathematical model of a generic industrial assembly line formulated as a Markov Decision Process(MDP),without imposing assumptions on the type of assembly line a notable distinction from most existing models.The proposed model is employed to create a virtual environment for training Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)agents to optimize task and resource scheduling.To enhance the efficiency of agent training,the paper proposes two innovative tools.The first is an action-masking technique,which ensures the agent selects only feasible actions,thereby reducing training time.The second is a multi-agent approach,where each workstation is managed by an individual agent,as a result,the state and action spaces were reduced.A centralized training framework with decentralized execution is adopted,offering a scalable learning architecture for optimizing industrial assembly lines.This framework allows the agents to learn offline and subsequently provide real-time solutions during operations by leveraging a neural network that maps the current factory state to the optimal action.The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is validated through numerical simulations,demonstrating significantly faster convergence to the optimal solution compared to a comparable model-based approach. 展开更多

In order to realize the fact that operational tasks can be decomposed flexibly with new tasks random adding, role-based approaches for operational tasks model and the flexibility decomposition are proposed. Firstly, aiming at the shortcomings of previous task decomposition methods, operational role concepts are introduced to design a computing framework of task flexibility decomposition. Within the framework, task structure matrixes are constructed for tasks decomposition with the mapping relations of information interaction and action process among tasks. On basis of this, via giving operational decomposition granularity, a flexibility approach of operational task decomposition is put forward with three parts about task decomposition granularity adjustment, tasks module partition with different operational role patterns and task decomposition scheme evaluation. Finally, as an application case shown, it is validated that the proposed approaches for tasks modeling and decomposition are available. By comparing with previous decomposition approaches, the proposed approach, within three types of operational roles, has strong environmental adaptability and scheme diversity, which can restrain calculation complexity increment for realizing task flexible decomposition effectively. © 2016 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. 展开更多

Generalized Lanchester warfare model characterized by information asymmetry effect

Combined with the fact that information asymmetry between two belligerent parties is very common in information-based warfare, the bidirectional influence of asymmetric information on both sides is analyzed. A new damage coefficient is formed based on the analysis, and a generalized Lanchester warfare model characterized by information asymmetry effect is built. According to the staggered transformation of information asymmetric degree resulting from the changing tactic of both sides by turns, a method for approximate solution of the model is presented by translating the information asymmetric degree as a ladder function, and both examples of the solving model and further discussion about the solution are given. We spent our time researching the competitive factors to reduce the time of distribution of petroleum products, by setting up a computer system based on Dijkstra’s algorithm our contribution will solve a real problem of delivery with direct targeting of gas stations. We set up a tool to help to map based on the method of operational research starting with the identification of delivery point, mapping and then applying the algorithm. Mainly the graph theory and the optimal path in a network by a short path using the method of Dijkstra for the design we used the UML language, the programming we used the JAVA language with very appreciable results to finish with a conclusion. 展开更多
