Combining with the exigent demand of the development of satellite gravimetry system in China, aiming at the determination of technical indexes of gravity satellite orbit parameters, on the basis of the numerical experiments and results analysis, the design indexes of gravity satellite orbit height, inter-satellite range and the orbit inclination are analyzed and calculated, and the issues towards twin gravity satellites such as coherence requirement of the orbit semi-major axes, control requirement of the pitch angle and time interval requirement to keep twin satellites formation in mobility are diseussed. Results show that the satellite orbit height is 400 km to 500 km, the inter-satellite range is about 220 km, the satellite orbit inclination is between polar orbit and sun-synchronous orbit, the semi-major axes difference of twin satellites orbit is within ± 70. 146 m, the pitch angle of twin satellites is about 0.9 degree, and the time interval to keep twin satellites formation in mobility is 7 days to 15 days. 展开更多

The LNG carrier includes power plant selection, vapor treatment, liquid cargo tank type, etc. Two parameters fuel substitution rate and recovery of boil of gas (BOG) volume to energy efficiency design index (EEDI) formula are added, and EEDI formula of LNG carriers is established based on ship EEDI formula. Then, based on steam turbine propulsion device of LNG carriers, mathematical models of LNG carriers' reference line value are established in this paper. By verification, the EEDI formula of LNG carriers described in this paper can provide a reference for LNG carrier EEDI calculation and green shipbuilding. 展开更多

More than 10000 different types of ship ply the waters of Bangladesh all year round,but the performance of these ships in terms of CO2 emission is not known and regulations related to energy efficiency of inland waterway ships remain nonexistent.This paper attempts to assess the present situation of inland class vessels in terms of Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI).With the use of a developed database of inland vessels in Bangladesh,EEDI reference lines for different types of inland vessels in Bangladesh were established and then compared with those of other countries.The present EEDI of existing inland vessels was investigated.Results indicate that most of the existing vessels do not meet the current EEDI baseline.Hence,new guidelines are necessary to achieve EEDI compliance in the near future.Some recommendations were proposed for improving CO2 emissions,with the socioeconomic and technical factors in Bangladesh taken into consideration. 展开更多

An effective method to design structural Left-handed material(LHM) was proposed. A commercial finite element software HFSS and S-parameter retrieval method were used to determine the effective constitutive parameters of the metamaterials, and topology optimization technique was introduced to design the microstructure configurations of the materials with desired electromagnetic characteristics. The material considered was a periodic array of dielectric substrates attached with metal film pieces. By controlling the arrangements of the metal film pieces in the design domain, the potential microstructure with desired electromagnetic characteristics can be obtained finally. Two different LHMs were obtained with maximum bandwidth of negative refraction, and the experimental results show that negative refractive indices appear while the metamaterials have simultaneously negative permittivity and negative permeability. Topology optimization technique is found to be an effective tool for configuration design of LHMs. 展开更多

The CO2 emission reduction policy of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)recommends that the operation of ships,managed by maritime transport companies,should be energy-efficient.An evaluation method that can determine how successfully a ship implements the energy efficiency plan is proposed in this study.To develop this method,the measures required for energy-efficient ship operations according to the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan(SEEMP)operational guidelines were selected.The weights of the selected measures,which indicate how they contribute to the energy-efficient operation of a ship,were derived using a survey based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method.Consequently,using these measures and their weights,a new evaluation method was proposed.This evaluation method was applied to shipping companies in South Korea,and their ship operation energy efficiency indices were derived and compared.This evaluation method will be useful to the government and shipping companies in assessing the energy efficiency of ship operations. 展开更多

为实现关键配比参数调整下超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的性能指标控制并得到各性能之间的相互影响规律,利用软件Design-Expert分析了UHPC的主要性能影响因素,基于主要因素对鮑罗米(Bolomy)公式进行了修正,建立了关于UHPC抗压强度、收缩率的计... 为实现关键配比参数调整下超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的性能指标控制并得到各性能之间的相互影响规律,利用软件Design-Expert分析了UHPC的主要性能影响因素,基于主要因素对鮑罗米(Bolomy)公式进行了修正,建立了关于UHPC抗压强度、收缩率的计算模型。结果表明:对UHPC抗压强度、收缩率影响较大的三个配比因素分别为水胶比、胶砂比、粉煤灰掺量;基于主要影响因素,利用Design-Expert对UHPC配合比进行了优化,得到了抗压强度≥176 MPa,且收缩率≤320μm·m-1的UHPC试件;通过主要影响因素构建了Bolomy抗压强度及收缩率计算模型,并由计算数据与实验数据对比分析可知,修正后的Bolomy计算模型,可准确反映出抗压强度及收缩率与各主要影响因素之间的关系。 展开更多

Accuracy design of ultra-low residual reflection coatings for laser optics

Refractive index inhomogeneity is one of the important characteristics of optical coating material, which is one of the key factors to produce loss to the ultra-low residual reflection coatings except using the refractive index inhomogeneity to obtain gradient-index coating. In the normal structure of antireflection coatings for center wavelength at 532 nm, the physical thicknesses of layer H and layer L are 22.18 nm and 118.86 nm, respectively. The residual reflectance caused by refractive index inhomogeneity(the degree of inhomogeneous is between -0.2 and 0.2) is about 200 ppm, and the minimum reflectivity wavelength is between 528.2 nm and 535.2 nm. A new numerical method adding the refractive index inhomogeneity to the spectra calculation was proposed to design the laser antireflection coatings, which can achieve the design of antireflection coatings with ppm residual reflection by adjusting physical thickness of the couple layers. When the degree of refractive index inhomogeneity of the layer H and layer L is-0.08 and 0.05 respectively, the residual reflectance increase from zero to 0.0769% at 532 nm. According to the above accuracy numerical method, if layer H physical thickness increases by 1.30 nm and layer L decrease by 4.50 nm, residual reflectance of thin film will achieve to 2.06 ppm. When the degree of refractive index inhomogeneity of the layer H and layer L is 0.08 and -0.05 respectively, the residual reflectance increase from zero to 0.0784% at 532 nm. The residual reflectance of designed thin film can be reduced to 0.8 ppm by decreasing the layer H of 1.55 nm while increasing the layer L of 4.94 nm. 展开更多

In this paper, we address the problem of retrieving important design and engineering information by structural indexing. A design is represented by a model dependency graph, therefor, the indexing problem is to determine whether a graph is present or absent in a database of model dependency graphs. we present a novel graph indexing method using polynomial characterization of a model dependency graph and on hashing. This paper proposes a tube-based method for the asynchronous observation problem of discrete-time switched linear systems in the presence of amplitude-bounded disturbances.Sufficient stability conditions of the nominal observer error system under mode-dependent persistent dwell-time(MPDT)switching are first established. Taking the disturbances into account, a novel asynchronous MPDT robust positive invariant(RPI) set and an asynchronous MPDT generalized RPI(GRPI)set are determined for the difference system between the nominal and disturbed observer error systems. Further, the global uniform asymptotical stability of the observer error system is established in the sense of converging to the asynchronous MPDT GRPI set, i.e., the cross section of the tube of the observer error system. 为研究地下互通匝道基本路段平纵设计指标,招募10名驾驶人进行仿真试验,基于UC-win/Road建立各工况的仿真模型,通过驾驶模拟仿真试验,得到8种不同平纵组合工况下的驾驶人行车特性以及心生理数据,以心率增长率作为驾驶负荷表征参数,并根... 为研究地下互通匝道基本路段平纵设计指标,招募10名驾驶人进行仿真试验,基于UC-win/Road建立各工况的仿真模型,通过驾驶模拟仿真试验,得到8种不同平纵组合工况下的驾驶人行车特性以及心生理数据,以心率增长率作为驾驶负荷表征参数,并根据实测车辆的驾驶人心率增长率数据进行标定。采用回归分析得到地下互通匝道纵坡路段、平曲线路段、弯坡组合路段的平纵几何设计指标、行车速度与驾驶负荷的理论模型,根据驾驶负荷阈值计算得到地下互通匝道的圆曲线半径和纵坡的指标计算值,结合最大超高得到圆曲线半径的指标推荐值。试验结果表明:1)左偏曲线平均行车速度比右偏曲线高5.6%,平均心率增长率增加9.0%;下坡路段平均行车速度比上坡路段高3.2%,平均心率增长率增加6.8%。2)驾驶人在左偏平曲线路段的驾驶负荷高于右偏平曲线路段,下坡路段的驾驶负荷高于上坡路段。3)在设计速度为40 km·h^(-1)的情况下,基于驾驶负荷考虑地下互通匝道下坡路段的安全坡度值为4.56%,上坡路段的安全坡度值为5.35%。4)地下互通匝道圆曲线半径推荐指标取值为地上互通设计指标的1.17~2.00倍,且差异随纵坡坡度及设计速度的增加而逐渐增大。 展开更多

目的分析干部保健定点医院运营效率,为进一步提升保健医院综合实力提供依据。方法采用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)方法和动态Malmquist指数模型,获取2017—2021年16家保健医院医疗指标,计算全要素生产率指数、生产技... 目的分析干部保健定点医院运营效率,为进一步提升保健医院综合实力提供依据。方法采用数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)方法和动态Malmquist指数模型,获取2017—2021年16家保健医院医疗指标,计算全要素生产率指数、生产技术变动指数和技术效率指数,研究医院运营管理效率。结果2017—2021年,只有3家保健医院的全要素生产率呈上升趋势,即第6、第10和第12家医院的均值>1.000,其余医院变化均值均<1.000。全要素生产率均值为0.977,生产技术变动指数为0.983,技术效率变动指数为0.994,运营效率仍有进一步提升空间。结论医院运营效率的下降与生产技术的关系密切,天津市保健医院在2017—2021年的全要素生产率呈下降趋势,这表明生产技术变动和技术效率变动是影响运营效率的主要因素。建议采取加强技术创新投入、人才培养与引进、优化资源配置等措施提高医院运营效率。保健行政部门应做好统筹规划,保证保健医院的有序投入。 展开更多

目的构建一套适用于中医药治疗缺血性脑卒中(IS)的核心指标集指标域,为最终确定核心指标集提供基础。方法采用混合方法研究(MMR)的探索性序列设计,开展以定性研究为先并以定量研究为主,以定性研究结果确定定量研究问题的研究模式。在定... 目的构建一套适用于中医药治疗缺血性脑卒中(IS)的核心指标集指标域,为最终确定核心指标集提供基础。方法采用混合方法研究(MMR)的探索性序列设计,开展以定性研究为先并以定量研究为主,以定性研究结果确定定量研究问题的研究模式。在定性研究阶段,通过目的性抽样法选取具有十年以上经验的中医脑病和神经内科专家、核心指标集方法学专家、脑病临床药师及研究人员组成的焦点小组,围绕“指标域、指标层级及指标归属”主题召开焦点小组会议。会议基于讨论结果,进一步设计定量研究问卷。定量研究采用方便抽样法,在2023年9月11日至10月11日期间,在全国范围内选取具有中医药背景的专业医疗人员进行问卷调研。结果定性研究阶段,成功划分出IS指标域共11类,包括功能性受损评价、影像学指标、日常生活能力评价、中医疗效特色指标和中药干预优势指标等。定量研究部分,首轮问卷在全国13省的23家医院回收了50份有效问卷,回收率为76.92%;第二轮问卷回收率达100%。最终分阶段制定了不同病程阶段的IS初始指标清单。急性期包括8个指标域下的43个二级评价指标、8个三级评价指标及87个四级评价指标;恢复期包括10个指标域下的45个二级评价指标、8个三级评价指标和72个四级评价指标;后遗症期则包括9个指标域下的33个二级评价指标、8个三级评价指标和70个四级评价指标。结论本研究基于MMR探索性序列设计,划分出科学、符合疾病特点且能体现中医药干预疗效特点的指标域,保证了IS初始指标清单的科学性与适用性,为构建全面、客观、实用的核心指标集奠定了坚实基础。 展开更多
