Key technologies that make productivity increase are revealed through analyzing the best practices and production data in major shale basins of North America.Trends of the key technologies and optimization designs for shale oil and gas development are summarized and analyzed based on drilling and completion operations and well data.These technologies mainly include:(1)Optimizing well design and hydraulic fracturing design,including reducing cluster spacing,increasing proppant and fracturing fluid volumes,optimizing horizontal well lateral length and fracture stage length.The most effective method is to reduce cluster spacing to an optimized length.The second most effective method is to optimally increase proppant volumes.(2)Placing horizontal wells in the sweet spots and drilling the wells parallel or close to the minimum horizontal stress direction.(3)Using cube development with optimized well spacing to maximize resource recovery and reduce well interferences.Plus,in-situ stress impacts on hydraulic fracture propagation and hydrocarbon production are addressed.Determination of formation breakdown pressure is studied by considering the impacts of in-situ stresses,drilling and perforation directions.Whether or not the hydraulic fracturing can generate orthogonal fracture networks is also discussed.The key technologies and optimization design parameters proposed in this paper can be applied to guide new well placement,drilling and completion designs,and hydraulic fracture operations to increase productivity. 展开更多

A novel intelligent optimization and guidance method for blast furnace oriented to increasing yield of hot metal

In the traditional blast furnace(BF)ironmaking process in China,a notable deviation exists between the theoretical and actual yield of hot metal,leading to unexpected iron loss and restricting the improvement of production capacity,which cannot adapt to the increasingly intensified smelting rhythm.Focusing on a BF in a Chinese steel enterprise,a deep neural network algorithm was designed to model the impact of multiple parameters on actual yield of hot metal in a single BF smelting cycle,successfully accomplishing the theoretical computation and real-time prediction of yield of hot metal for subsequent,unknown BF smelting cycle.Test results show that the proposed algorithm demonstrates an impressive prediction accuracy of 86.7% within an error range of±10 t and can swiftly complete the training and convergence process in 32.5 s.By integrating prediction results with Nomogram,a regulatory mechanism was engineered to minimize the deviation between theoretical and actual yield of hot metal.This mechanism ensures the yield enhancement of hot metal through dynamic adjustments of BF operational parameters.Industrial-scale application experiments confirmed that the intelligent operation and optimization system,developed in the laboratory,can maintain the yield deviation of hot metal within a stable range of 30 t,achieving a maximum reduction in iron loss rate of 17.65%compared to that before system operation.The findings provide robust support for the yield increase and efficiency improvement of the experimental BF. 展开更多

Impact of aerosol-radiation interaction and heterogeneous chemistry on the winter decreasing PM_(2.5)and increasing O_(3)in Eastern China 2014–2020

In the context of the prevalent winter air quality issues in China marked by declining PM_(2.5)and rising O_(3),this study employed amodified WRF-Chem model to examine the aerosol radiation interaction(ARI),heterogeneous chemistry(AHC),and their combined impact(ALL)on the variations in O_(3)and PM_(2.5)during the 2014–2020 in eastern China.Our analysis confirmed that ARI curtailed O_(3)while elevating PM_(2.5).AHC reduced O_(3)through heterogeneous absorption of NOx and hydroxideswhile notably fostering fine-grained sulfate,resulting in a PM_(2.5)increase.Emission reductions mitigated the inhibitory impact of ARI on meteorological fields and photolysis rates.Emission reduction individually without aerosol feedback led to a 5.43 ppb O_(3)increase and a 22.89μg/m^(3)PM_(2.5)decrease.ARI and AHC amplified the emission-reduction-induced(ERI)O_(3)rise by 1.83 and 0.31 ppb,respectively.The response of ARI to emission diminution brought about a modest PM_(2.5)increase of 0.31μg/m^(3).Conversely,AHC,acting as the primary contributor,caused a noteworthy PM_(2.5)decrease of 4.60μg/m^(3).As efforts concentrate on reducing PM_(2.5),the promotion of ARI on PM_(2.5)counterbalanced the efficacy of emission reduction and the AHC-induced strengthening of PM_(2.5)decrease.The ALL magnified the ERI O_(3)increase by 38.9%and PM_(2.5)decrease by 18.7%.Sensitivity experiments with different degrees of emission reduction demonstrated a consistent linear relationship between the ALL-induced enhancement of O_(3)increase and PM_(2.5)decrease to the ERI PM_(2.5)decline.Our investigation revealed the complex connection between emissions and aerosol feedback in influencing air quality. 展开更多

The goal of this paper is to investigate the theory of Noether solvability for Volterra singular integral equations(VSIEs)with convolution and Cauchy kernels in a more general function class.To obtain the analytic solutions,we transform such equations into boundary value problems with discontinuous coefficients by the properties of Fourier analysis.In view of the analytical Riemann-Hilbert method,the generalized Liouville theorem and Sokhotski-Plemelj formula,we get the uniqueness and existence of solutions for such problems,and study the asymptotic property of solutions at nodes.Therefore,this paper improves the theory of singular integral equations and boundary value problems. 展开更多

After insufflating extended endophytes phomopsis B3 ferment diluent on seedling bed of rice, the effect of microbial inoculum on rice growth was studied. The investigation result of seedlings before transplanting seedling showed that leaf age,the number of green leaves,the number of tiller of individual plant and the weight of per 100 fresh plants in microbial inoculum treatment group increased 0.11,0.12 ,0. 03 and 2.6 g respectively compared with those of control group. 20 days after transplanting, increased tiller number in microbial inoculum treatment group was 55 500 hm^2 more than that in control group. 30 days after transplanting, tiller number in microbial inoculum treatment group was 42 000 hm^2 more than that in control group. In harvest season, the yield ,weight of I 0130 grain and seed-setting rate increased 300 kg/hm2, 0. 7 g and 0. 23% respectively compared with these in control group. The result of preliminary study demonstrated that microbial inoculum confected by endophytes phomopsis B3 could increase the number of strong seedling and yield. 展开更多

目的探索盐制炮制对地黄凉血止血功效的增效作用。方法在制备盐制地黄炮制品基础上,参考文献方法以干姜水煎液15 g·kg^(-1)联合5%乙醇复制小鼠血热出血模型,通过对小鼠一般体征、肛温、饮水量、出血时间、血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、凝... 目的探索盐制炮制对地黄凉血止血功效的增效作用。方法在制备盐制地黄炮制品基础上,参考文献方法以干姜水煎液15 g·kg^(-1)联合5%乙醇复制小鼠血热出血模型,通过对小鼠一般体征、肛温、饮水量、出血时间、血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)以及对能够反映温度趋向性的热区停留比例等指标的检测分析,并通过对凉血止血功效的主成分分析和功效主成分分别与主要质控成分梓醇和地黄苷D的含量以及反映寒热药性的温度趋向性指标的灰色关联分析,综合评价盐制炮制对地黄凉血止血功效的增效作用。结果模型引起了小鼠在热区停留比例显著降低、饮水量增加以及肛温、出血时间、PT、APTT、TT、FIB、Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP均显著延长或升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);地黄生品及其盐制品低、高剂量(3、6 g·kg^(-1))对上述模型引起的指标异常均具有改善作用,且高剂量的改善作用优于低剂量(P<0.05或P<0.01);地黄盐制品对上述指标的改善作用优于同剂量下的地黄生品(P<0.05或P<0.01)。主要质控成分梓醇和地黄苷D对凉血止血功效成分(PCA)-灰色关联(GCA)分析的灰色关联系数分别为0.818和0.676,以及对寒热药性指标的灰色关联系数分别为0.801和0.572。结论盐制炮制对地黄凉血止血功效具有增效作用,在一定程度上该炮制增效作用可能与盐制增强地黄的寒性药性、梓醇和地黄苷D含量有关,其中地黄苷D含量贡献最大。 展开更多

The construction controlling elements,including construction performance at low ambient temperatures,reserved time ranges,and the strength increasing rule,for locally developed epoxy asphalt mixture(LDEAM) are studied through laboratory tests.Air void and Marshall stability are chosen as the performance measures for evaluating the construction quality.The wheel rolling test is used to simulate the actual construction situations,while the Marshall test and the Brookfield viscosity test are adopted to study the strength increasing rule.The experimental results reveal that the LDEAM can be constructed under a low ambient temperature condition of 10℃,and its longest reserved time is 70 min at a reserved temperature of 120℃.Test also shows that the strength of the LDEAM increases with time and temperature before cured.Finally,the theoretical reason for the strength increasing rule is analyzed on the basis of the organic chemistry theory. 展开更多

不同应变率下超高延性混凝土的动态拉伸性能

超高延性混凝土(UHDC)具有优异的应变硬化和多裂缝开裂特性,在抵抗冲击荷载等方面具有巨大的应用潜力.为研究UHDC拉伸性能的应变率效应,在从准静态到冲击状态范围内的11种应变率(0.0001~189.0700 s−1)条件下进行直接拉伸试验,分析应变率... 超高延性混凝土(UHDC)具有优异的应变硬化和多裂缝开裂特性,在抵抗冲击荷载等方面具有巨大的应用潜力.为研究UHDC拉伸性能的应变率效应,在从准静态到冲击状态范围内的11种应变率(0.0001~189.0700 s−1)条件下进行直接拉伸试验,分析应变率对UHDC拉伸应力-应变曲线形态、裂缝开裂模式以及拉伸性能指标的影响,进一步建立拉伸性能指标动态增长因子关于应变率的表达式;此外,分析拉伸速率对纤维-基体界面黏结性能的影响,进一步解释UHDC拉伸性能的应变率效应.结果表明:UHDC变形能力随应变率的增加呈下降趋势,但在应变率达到102.0000 s−1时,依然具有显著的应变硬化和多缝开裂能力,拉伸应变可达4%;平均裂缝宽度基本不随应变率变化,保持在100μm左右,显示出UHDC优异的裂缝控制能力;拉伸性能指标动态增长因子与应变率的关系曲线呈现明显的两阶段特性. 展开更多

目的检测组织波形蛋白(Vimentin)、减数分裂后分离蛋白(PMS2)、MutS蛋白同系物6(MSH6)在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达情况及临床病理特征。方法选取2020年3月至2023年11月100例EC患者,均行手术治疗,术后取癌组织及癌旁组织,免疫组化法检测Vim... 目的检测组织波形蛋白(Vimentin)、减数分裂后分离蛋白(PMS2)、MutS蛋白同系物6(MSH6)在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达情况及临床病理特征。方法选取2020年3月至2023年11月100例EC患者,均行手术治疗,术后取癌组织及癌旁组织,免疫组化法检测Vimentin、PMS2及MSH6在癌组织及癌旁组织中表达,Spearman系数分析EC患者癌组织Vimentin、PMS2、MSH6表达的相关性。结果EC患者癌组织Vimentin阳性率、PMS2及MSH6缺失率分别为55.00%、19.00%、14.00%,均高于对照组的20.00%、5.00%、4.00%(P<0.05);EC患者癌组织Vimentin阳性表达、PMS2及MSH6缺失表达与组织学类型、FIGO分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度有关(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,EC患者癌组织Vimentin、PMS2、MSH6表达与患者FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度均呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,EC患者癌组织Vimentin表达与PMS2及MSH6表达呈正相关,PMS2表达与MSH6表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论Vimentin、PMS2、MSH6在EC患者癌组织中呈异常表达,三者与临床病理学特征相关。 展开更多

AIM:To comprehensively investigate the relationship between outer retinal layer thickness and age in normal eyes.METHODS:One hundred normal eyes of 100 subjects who underwent spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)were included in this retrospective study.The distances between the external limiting membrane(ELM)line and the photoreceptor inner segment/outer segment(IS/OS)line(ELM-IS/OS),the IS/OS line and the cone outer segment tips(COST)line(IS/OS-COST),the COST line and the retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)complex(COST-RPE)and the full retinal thickness(RT)were measured at the fovea and on four quarters.The relationship between thickness and age or sex was then analysed.RESULTS:A thinner RT was observed in women in a multiple regression analysis(men:234.47±16.79μm;women:223.13±15.43μm).The RT on the nasal quarter and the ELM-IS/OS thickness at the fovea and on the four quarters were significantly and negatively correlated with age.The IS/OS-COST and COST-RPE thicknesses at the fovea and on the four quarters were not significantly correlated with age or sex,respectively.The RT at the fovea was significantly thinner than on the four quarters.The ELM-IS/OS,IS/OS-COST and COST-RPE thicknesses at the fovea were significantly thicker than on the four quarters.CONCLUSION:In normal eyes,the RT thickness on the nasal quarter and the ELM-IS/OS thickness were significantly and negatively correlated with age.The IS/OS-COST and COST-RPE thicknesses were not significantly correlated with age or sex. 展开更多

本文梳理了安徽省萧县夏玉米生产现状,总结出其高产栽培技术。研究区夏玉米种植面积不断扩大、产量不断提高,其生产需重点关注品种、播种质量、土壤质量、肥水管理、非生物逆境胁迫等环节。基于此,集成了一套绿色增产增效栽培技术:优选... 本文梳理了安徽省萧县夏玉米生产现状,总结出其高产栽培技术。研究区夏玉米种植面积不断扩大、产量不断提高,其生产需重点关注品种、播种质量、土壤质量、肥水管理、非生物逆境胁迫等环节。基于此,集成了一套绿色增产增效栽培技术:优选品种,选用耐密植、抗倒伏、抗主要病害且适宜籽粒机收的审定品种;精细播种,推广前茬秸秆均匀粉碎还田,实施以“适期、适量、适墒、适深”为核心的板茬精量直播技术,并配套开沟降渍;绿色防控,坚持“先封后杀”的除草策略,结合虫情监测科学施药,后期推广“一喷多促”技术保叶增重;精准管理水肥,依据土壤肥力与目标产量确定施肥量,强调氮肥分次深施,并倡导利用水肥一体化技术实现以水调肥,根据苗情适时开展化学控旺;适时晚收,在玉米完全成熟后依据籽粒含水量选择果穗或籽粒收获,并配套烘干技术。该技术体系的示范应用为实现夏玉米的高产、高效与生态协同生产提供参考。 展开更多

本研究以黄山脱毒白色贡菊为试验对象,采用随机区组设计,设置5种叶面肥处理,处理A为清水喷施(CK,对照),处理B为微量元素水溶肥喷施,处理C为微量元素叶面肥喷施,处理D为多功能抗病营养液(光合细菌菌剂)喷施;处理E为含氨基酸水溶肥料喷施... 本研究以黄山脱毒白色贡菊为试验对象,采用随机区组设计,设置5种叶面肥处理,处理A为清水喷施(CK,对照),处理B为微量元素水溶肥喷施,处理C为微量元素叶面肥喷施,处理D为多功能抗病营养液(光合细菌菌剂)喷施;处理E为含氨基酸水溶肥料喷施;通过田间小区试验,探究不同叶面肥对贡菊生长性状、产量及产值的影响。结果表明,与处理A相比,供试的4种叶面肥均能不同程度地改善贡菊农艺性状,并提升其产量及产值;其中,处理B的产值最优,达157690元/hm^(2)。进一步分析表明,处理B的贡菊株高最高,为78.4 cm;单株花朵数最多,达239.1朵;对应产量为1213.0 kg/hm^(2),较处理A增产170.0 kg/hm^(2),增幅达16.3%,生产中宜选择微量元素水溶肥喷施。本文为黄山贡菊栽培中叶面肥的合理选择与应用提供参考。 展开更多

The response of non-uniformity of precipitation extremes over China to doubled CO2has been analyzed using the daily precipitation simulated by a coupled general circulation model,MIROC_Hires.The major conclusions are as follows:under the CO2increasing scenario(SRES A1B),the climatological precipitation extremes are concentrated over the southern China,while they are uniformly distributed over the northern China.For interannual variability,the concentration of precipitation extremes is small over the southern China,but it is opposite over the northern China.The warming effects on the horizontal and vertical scales are different over the northern and southern part of China.Furthermore,the atmospheric stability is also different between the two parts of China.The heterogeneous warming is one of the possible reasons for the changes in non-uniformity of precipitation extremes over China. 展开更多

人工影响天气对区域环境空气质量的影响研究

冬季城市空气污染具有显著的季节性特点,形成高浓度PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)和其他污染物累积的雾霾问题。实验以人工影响天气技术为核心,研究人工消雾和增雪技术对空气质量改善的作用。采用高射炮投射催化剂和碘化银发生器分别进行消雾和增... 冬季城市空气污染具有显著的季节性特点,形成高浓度PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)和其他污染物累积的雾霾问题。实验以人工影响天气技术为核心,研究人工消雾和增雪技术对空气质量改善的作用。采用高射炮投射催化剂和碘化银发生器分别进行消雾和增雪实验,通过对山西某地的湿度、能见度及主要大气污染物浓度的变化进行监测和分析。实验结果表明,人工消雾技术在10小时内将PM_(10)浓度从54.6μg/m^(3)降低至45.1μg/m^(3),能见度提升至5 km,湿度显著下降;人工增雪技术将PM_(2.5)浓度从43.6μg/m^(3)降至34.1μg/m^(3),SO_(2)浓度下降了51.5%。人工影响天气技术在降低大气污染物浓度、提高空气质量方面有显著作用。 展开更多
