Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of mifepristone-misoprostol medical management versus surgical curettage for first-trimester missed miscarriage,and to establish evidence-based sonographic cutoff values pred...Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of mifepristone-misoprostol medical management versus surgical curettage for first-trimester missed miscarriage,and to establish evidence-based sonographic cutoff values predictive of incomplete abortion requiring surgical intervention.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed a cohort of 702 women diagnosed with first-trimester missed miscarriage between January 2020 and May 2023.Demographic characteristics and ultrasound parameters were systematically recorded.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was performed to establish optimal sonographic cutoff values for predicting incomplete abortion requiring surgical intervention.Results:146 patients received medical treatment(mifepristone and misoprostol)and 556 underwent surgical curettage.At the 1-month follow-up,the medical group showed significantly greater endometrial thickness and longer postoperative bleeding duration than the surgical group(P<0.05).The menstrual volume reduction rate(23.56%)was significantly lower in the medical group than in the surgical group.The incomplete abortion rate was higher in the medical group(17.12%,25/146)than in the surgical group(2.88%,16/556).Among the medical group,14 patients(9.59%)required curettage due to incomplete abortion,while 11 cases resolved spontaneously after prolonged medication.ROC curve analysis identified two cut-off values indicating the need for surgical intervention:endometrial thickness>1.21 cm at 24 h post-medical abortion,and residual mass diameter>0.95 cm at 7 days post-medical abortion.Conclusions:Medical management of first-trimester missed miscarriage using mifepristone-misoprostol demonstrates comparable efficacy to surgical curettage.An endometrial thickness>1.21 cm at 24 h or residual tissue diameter>0.95 cm at 7 days post-medical abortion should prompt consideration of incomplete abortion.展开更多

The widespread usage of rechargeable batteries in portable devices,electric vehicles,and energy storage systems has underscored the importance for accurately predicting their lifetimes.However,data scarcity often limi...The widespread usage of rechargeable batteries in portable devices,electric vehicles,and energy storage systems has underscored the importance for accurately predicting their lifetimes.However,data scarcity often limits the accuracy of prediction models,which is escalated by the incompletion of data induced by the issues such as sensor failures.To address these challenges,we propose a novel approach to accommodate data insufficiency through achieving external information from incomplete data samples,which are usually discarded in existing studies.In order to fully unleash the prediction power of incomplete data,we have investigated the Multiple Imputation by Chained Equations(MICE)method that diversifies the training data through exploring the potential data patterns.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms the baselines in the most considered scenarios while reducing the prediction root mean square error(RMSE)by up to 18.9%.Furthermore,we have also observed that the penetration of incomplete data benefits the explainability of the prediction model through facilitating the feature selection.展开更多

Colonoscopic polypectomy is extremely effective in protecting against colorectal cancers,and recognition of adenomas by colonoscopy is of paramount importance in preventing colorectal cancer(CRC)and CRC-associated mor...Colonoscopic polypectomy is extremely effective in protecting against colorectal cancers,and recognition of adenomas by colonoscopy is of paramount importance in preventing colorectal cancer(CRC)and CRC-associated mortality.Incomplete polyp resection(IPR)occurs routinely in medical practice following polypectomy.We conducted a comprehensive literature search to identify studies that reported on the potential risk factors for IPR using MEDLINE,EMBASE,and PubMed.Publication time was limited between January 2004 and July 2021.Our search revealed assessments of the position,morphology,and histologic variation of the polypsdas well as the relevant skills that may interfere with IPR.The included studies showed that colonic polyps with a diameter>20 mm and proximal in location should be dealt with cautiously.For smaller polyps,cold-snare polypectomy appeared to be the most effective method used to accomplish comprehensive polyp removal.In addition,endoscopist experience in narrow-band imaging in polyp detection were also associated with IPR.Therefore,polypectomy should be performed cautiously if the polyp growth is expected to be cancerous and situated in the proximal portion of the colon or rectum,and modalities should be standardized so as to lower the potential risk for IPR.展开更多

The controller is called DE-PID controller. To overcome the disadvantages of the integral performance criteria in the frequency domain such as IAE, ISE, and ITSE, a new performance criterion in the time domain is proposed. The optimization procedures employing the DE algorithm to search the optimal or near optimal PID controller parameters of a control system are demonstrated in detail. Three typical control systems are chosen to test and evaluate the adaptation and robustness of the proposed DE-PID controller. The simulation results show that the proposed approach has superior features of easy implementation, stable convergence characteristic, and good computational efficiency. Compared with the ZN, GA, and ASA, the proposed design method is indeed more efficient and robust in improving the step response of a control system.展开更多

However, most of the existing data-d...For the fault detection and diagnosis problem in largescale industrial systems, there are two important issues: the missing data samples and the non-Gaussian property of the data. However, most of the existing data-driven methods cannot be able to handle both of them. Thus, a new Bayesian network classifier based fault detection and diagnosis method is proposed. At first, a non-imputation method is presented to handle the data incomplete samples, with the property of the proposed Bayesian network classifier, and the missing values can be marginalized in an elegant manner. Furthermore, the Gaussian mixture model is used to approximate the non-Gaussian data with a linear combination of finite Gaussian mixtures, so that the Bayesian network can process the non-Gaussian data in an effective way. Therefore, the entire fault detection and diagnosis method can deal with the high-dimensional incomplete process samples in an efficient and robust way. The diagnosis results are expressed in the manner of probability with the reliability scores. The proposed approach is evaluated with a benchmark problem called the Tennessee Eastman process. The simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method in fault detection and diagnosis for large-scale systems with missing measurements.展开更多

A multi-agent cooperative coalition framework is developed to optimize the formation scheduling problem in a decentralized manner. The social class differentiation mech- anism and role-assuming mechanism are incorporated into the framework, which, in turn, ensures that the multi-agent system (MAS) evolves in the optimal direction. Moreover, a further differen- tiation pressure can be achieved to help MAS escape from local optima. A Bayesian coalition nego- tiation algorithm is constructed, within which the Harsanyi transformation is introduced to transform the coalition problem based on incomplete information to the Bayesian-equivalent coali- tion problem based on imperfect information. The simulation results suggest that the distribution of agents' expectations of other agents' unknown information approximates to the true distribution after a finite set of generations. The comparisons indicate that the MAS cooperative coalition algo- rithm produces a significantly better utility and possesses a more effective capability of escaping from local optima than the proposal-engaged marriage algorithm and the Simulated Annealing algorithm.展开更多

AIM:To identify patient risk factors associated with incomplete small bowel capsule endoscopy(CE) studies.METHODS:Data from all CE procedures performed at St.Paul's Hospital in Vancouver,British Columbia,Canada,be...AIM:To identify patient risk factors associated with incomplete small bowel capsule endoscopy(CE) studies.METHODS:Data from all CE procedures performed at St.Paul's Hospital in Vancouver,British Columbia,Canada,between December 2001 and June 2008 were collected and analyzed on a retrospective basis.Data collection for complete and incomplete CE study groups included patient demographics as well as a number of potential risk factors for incomplete CE including indication for the procedure,hospitalization,diabetes mellitus with or without end organ damage,limitations in mobility,renal insufficiency,past history of bowel obstruction,abdominal surgery,abdominal radiation therapy and opiate use.Risk factors were analyzed using a univariable and multivariable logistic regression model.RESULTS:From a total of 535 CE procedures performed,158 were incomplete(29.5%).The univariable analysis showed that CE procedures performed for overt gastrointestinal bleeding(P = 0.002),and for patients with a prior history of abdominal surgery(P = 0.023) or bowel obstruction(P = 0.023) were significantly associated with incomplete CE studies.Patients on opiate medications(P = 0.094) as well as hospitalized patients(P = 0.054) were not statistically significant,but did show a trend towards incomplete CE.The multivariable analysis showed that independent risk factors for an incomplete CE procedure include prior history of bowel obstruction [odds ratios(OR) 2.77,P = 0.02,95% confidence intervals(CI):1.17-6.56] and procedures performed for gastrointestinal bleeding(Occult OR 2.04,P = 0.037,95% CI:1.04-4.02 and Overt OR 2.69,P = 0.002,95% CI:1.44-5.05).Patients with a prior history of abdominal surgery(OR 1.46,P = 0.068,95% CI:0.97-2.19),those taking opiate medications(OR 1.54,P = 0.15,95% CI:0.86-2.76) and hospitalized patients(OR 1.82,P = 0.124,95% CI:0.85-3.93) showed a trend towards statistical significance.CONCLUSION:We have identified a number of risk factors for incomplete CE procedures that can be used to risk-stratify patients and guide interventions to improve completion rates.展开更多

However, after incomplete lesions, the effect of treadmil training has been debated, which is likely because of the difficulty of separating spontaneous stepping from specific training-induced effects. In this study, rats with moderate spinal cord contusion were sub-jected to either step training on a treadmil or used in the model (control) group. The treadmil training began at day 7 post-injury and lasted 20 ± 10 minutes per day, 5 days per week for 10 weeks. The speed of the treadmil was set to 3 m/min and was increased on a daily basis according to the tolerance of each rat. After 3 weeks of step training, the step training group exhibited a sig-nificantly greater improvement in the Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan score than the model group. The expression of growth-associated protein-43 in the spinal cord lesion site and the number of tyrosine hydroxylase-positive ventral neurons in the second lumbar spinal segment were greater in the step training group than in the model group at 11 weeks post-injury, while the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor protein in the spinal cord lesion site showed no difference between the two groups. These results suggest that treadmil training significantly improves functional re-covery and neural plasticity after incomplete spinal cord injury.展开更多

To verify the performance of the ASA-PID controller, three different typical transfer functions were tested, and three existing typical tuning methods of PID controller parameters, including the Ziegler-Nichols method (ZN),the genetic algorithm (GA),and the simulated annealing (SA), were adopted for comparison. Incomplete lineage sorting and introgression are 2 major and nonexclusive causes of specieslevel non-monophyly.Distinguishing between these 2 processes is notoriously difficult because they can generate similar geneti...Incomplete lineage sorting and introgression are 2 major and nonexclusive causes of specieslevel non-monophyly.Distinguishing between these 2 processes is notoriously difficult because they can generate similar genetic signatures.Previous studies have suggested that 2 closely related duck species,the Chinese spot-billed duck Anas zonorhyncha and the mallard A.platyrhynchosvjere polyphyletically intermixed.Here,we utilized a wide geographical sampling,multilocus data and a coalescent-based model to revisit this system.Our study confirms the finding that Chinese spot-billed ducks and Mallards are not monophyletic.There was no apparent interspecific differentiation across loci except those at the mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)control region and the Z chromosome(CHD1Z).Based on an isolation-with-migration model and the geographical distribution of lineages,we suggest that both introgression and incomplete lineage sorting might contribute to the observed non-monophyly of the 2 closely related duck species.The mtDNA introgression was asymmetric,with high gene flow from Chinese spot-billed ducks to Mallards and negligible gene flow in the opposite direction.Given that the 2 duck species are phenotypically distinctive but weakly genetically differentiated,future work based on genomescale data is necessary to uncover genomic regions that are involved in divergence,and this work may provide further insights into the evolutionary histories of the 2 species and other waterfowls.展开更多

文摘The widespread usage of rechargeable batteries in portable devices,electric vehicles,and energy storage systems has underscored the importance for accurately predicting their lifetimes.However,data scarcity often limits the accuracy of prediction models,which is escalated by the incompletion of data induced by the issues such as sensor failures.To address these challenges,we propose a novel approach to accommodate data insufficiency through achieving external information from incomplete data samples,which are usually discarded in existing studies.In order to fully unleash the prediction power of incomplete data,we have investigated the Multiple Imputation by Chained Equations(MICE)method that diversifies the training data through exploring the potential data patterns.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms the baselines in the most considered scenarios while reducing the prediction root mean square error(RMSE)by up to 18.9%.Furthermore,we have also observed that the penetration of incomplete data benefits the explainability of the prediction model through facilitating the feature selection.

文摘In this paper,a distributed adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)framework based on value iteration is proposed for multi-player differential games.In the game setting,players have no access to the information of others'system parameters or control laws.Each player adopts an on-policy value iteration algorithm as the basic learning framework.To deal with the incomplete information structure,players collect a period of system trajectory data to compensate for the lack of information.The policy updating step is implemented by a nonlinear optimization problem aiming to search for the proximal admissible policy.Theoretical analysis shows that by adopting proximal policy searching rules,the approximated policies can converge to a neighborhood of equilibrium policies.The efficacy of our method is illustrated by three examples,which also demonstrate that the proposed method can accelerate the learning process compared with the centralized learning framework.

文摘When multiple LCC-HVDC transmission lines are densely fed into a receiving AC system,voltage dips can easily propagate in the power system,resulting in multiple LCC commutation failures simultaneously.The VSC-HVDC can be used to divide the receiving sys-tem into several interconnected sub-partitions and improve the voltage support capability of the receiving system.Compared with asyn-chronous interconnection,which completely separates the receiving systems with VSC-HVDC,incomplete segmentation with an AC connection is a more pertinent segmenting method for multilayer complex regional power grids.To analyze the voltage support capability of the VSC in incomplete segmentation,a micro-incremental model of the VSC was established,the operating impedance of the VSC was calculated,and the voltage support function of the VSC was quantified.The effect of the fault on the system short-circuit capacity was analyzed,and a calculation method for the multi-infeed short-circuit ratio in an incompletely segmented scenario was obtained.A VSC-segmented model of a two-infeed DC system was built on the EMTDC/PSCAD simulation platform,and the validity of the micro-increment model and accuracy of the proposed conclusions were verified.

文摘Colonoscopic polypectomy is extremely effective in protecting against colorectal cancers,and recognition of adenomas by colonoscopy is of paramount importance in preventing colorectal cancer(CRC)and CRC-associated mortality.Incomplete polyp resection(IPR)occurs routinely in medical practice following polypectomy.We conducted a comprehensive literature search to identify studies that reported on the potential risk factors for IPR using MEDLINE,EMBASE,and PubMed.Publication time was limited between January 2004 and July 2021.Our search revealed assessments of the position,morphology,and histologic variation of the polypsdas well as the relevant skills that may interfere with IPR.The included studies showed that colonic polyps with a diameter>20 mm and proximal in location should be dealt with cautiously.For smaller polyps,cold-snare polypectomy appeared to be the most effective method used to accomplish comprehensive polyp removal.In addition,endoscopist experience in narrow-band imaging in polyp detection were also associated with IPR.Therefore,polypectomy should be performed cautiously if the polyp growth is expected to be cancerous and situated in the proximal portion of the colon or rectum,and modalities should be standardized so as to lower the potential risk for IPR.

文摘This paper conducts a survey on iterative learn-ing control(ILC)with incomplete information and associated control system design,which is a frontier of the ILC field.The incomplete information,including passive and active types,can cause data loss or fragment due to various factors.Passive incomplete information refers to incomplete data and information caused by practical system limitations during data collection,storage,transmission,and processing,such as data dropouts,delays,disordering,and limited transmission bandwidth.Active incomplete information refers to incomplete data and information caused by man-made reduction of data quantity and quality on the premise that the given objective is satisfied,such as sampling and quantization.This survey emphasizes two aspects:the first one is how to guarantee good learning performance and tracking performance with passive incomplete data,and the second is how to balance the control performance index and data demand by active means.The promising research directions along this topic are also addressed,where data robustness is highly emphasized.This survey is expected to improve understanding of the restrictive relationship and trade-off between incomplete data and tracking performance,quantitatively,and promote further developments of ILC theory.

文摘To determine the optimal or near optimal parameters of PID controller with incomplete derivation, a novel design method based on differential evolution (DE) algorithm is presented. The controller is called DE-PID controller. To overcome the disadvantages of the integral performance criteria in the frequency domain such as IAE, ISE, and ITSE, a new performance criterion in the time domain is proposed. The optimization procedures employing the DE algorithm to search the optimal or near optimal PID controller parameters of a control system are demonstrated in detail. Three typical control systems are chosen to test and evaluate the adaptation and robustness of the proposed DE-PID controller. The simulation results show that the proposed approach has superior features of easy implementation, stable convergence characteristic, and good computational efficiency. Compared with the ZN, GA, and ASA, the proposed design method is indeed more efficient and robust in improving the step response of a control system.

文摘For the fault detection and diagnosis problem in largescale industrial systems, there are two important issues: the missing data samples and the non-Gaussian property of the data. However, most of the existing data-driven methods cannot be able to handle both of them. Thus, a new Bayesian network classifier based fault detection and diagnosis method is proposed. At first, a non-imputation method is presented to handle the data incomplete samples, with the property of the proposed Bayesian network classifier, and the missing values can be marginalized in an elegant manner. Furthermore, the Gaussian mixture model is used to approximate the non-Gaussian data with a linear combination of finite Gaussian mixtures, so that the Bayesian network can process the non-Gaussian data in an effective way. Therefore, the entire fault detection and diagnosis method can deal with the high-dimensional incomplete process samples in an efficient and robust way. The diagnosis results are expressed in the manner of probability with the reliability scores. The proposed approach is evaluated with a benchmark problem called the Tennessee Eastman process. The simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method in fault detection and diagnosis for large-scale systems with missing measurements.

文摘This study analyzes the cooperative coalition problem for formation scheduling based on incomplete information. A multi-agent cooperative coalition framework is developed to optimize the formation scheduling problem in a decentralized manner. The social class differentiation mech- anism and role-assuming mechanism are incorporated into the framework, which, in turn, ensures that the multi-agent system (MAS) evolves in the optimal direction. Moreover, a further differen- tiation pressure can be achieved to help MAS escape from local optima. A Bayesian coalition nego- tiation algorithm is constructed, within which the Harsanyi transformation is introduced to transform the coalition problem based on incomplete information to the Bayesian-equivalent coali- tion problem based on imperfect information. The simulation results suggest that the distribution of agents' expectations of other agents' unknown information approximates to the true distribution after a finite set of generations. The comparisons indicate that the MAS cooperative coalition algo- rithm produces a significantly better utility and possesses a more effective capability of escaping from local optima than the proposal-engaged marriage algorithm and the Simulated Annealing algorithm.

文摘Data obtained from accelerated life testing(ALT)when there are two or more failure modes,which is commonly referred to as competing failure modes,are often incomplete.The incompleteness is mainly due to censoring,as well as masking which might be the case that the failure time is observed,but its corresponding failure mode is not identified.Because the identification of the failure mode may be expensive,or very difficult to investigate due to lack of appropriate diagnostics.A method is proposed for analyzing incomplete data of constant stress ALT with competing failure modes.It is assumed that failure modes have s-independent latent lifetimes and the log lifetime of each failure mode can be written as a linear function of stress.The parameters of the model are estimated by using the expectation maximum(EM)algorithm with incomplete data.Simulation studies are performed to check'model validity and investigate the properties of estimates.For further validation,the method is also illustrated by an example,which shows the process of analyze incomplete data from ALT of some insulation system.Because of considering the incompleteness of data in modeling and making use of the EM algorithm in estimating,the method becomes more flexible in ALT analysis.

文摘AIM:To identify patient risk factors associated with incomplete small bowel capsule endoscopy(CE) studies.METHODS:Data from all CE procedures performed at St.Paul's Hospital in Vancouver,British Columbia,Canada,between December 2001 and June 2008 were collected and analyzed on a retrospective basis.Data collection for complete and incomplete CE study groups included patient demographics as well as a number of potential risk factors for incomplete CE including indication for the procedure,hospitalization,diabetes mellitus with or without end organ damage,limitations in mobility,renal insufficiency,past history of bowel obstruction,abdominal surgery,abdominal radiation therapy and opiate use.Risk factors were analyzed using a univariable and multivariable logistic regression model.RESULTS:From a total of 535 CE procedures performed,158 were incomplete(29.5%).The univariable analysis showed that CE procedures performed for overt gastrointestinal bleeding(P = 0.002),and for patients with a prior history of abdominal surgery(P = 0.023) or bowel obstruction(P = 0.023) were significantly associated with incomplete CE studies.Patients on opiate medications(P = 0.094) as well as hospitalized patients(P = 0.054) were not statistically significant,but did show a trend towards incomplete CE.The multivariable analysis showed that independent risk factors for an incomplete CE procedure include prior history of bowel obstruction [odds ratios(OR) 2.77,P = 0.02,95% confidence intervals(CI):1.17-6.56] and procedures performed for gastrointestinal bleeding(Occult OR 2.04,P = 0.037,95% CI:1.04-4.02 and Overt OR 2.69,P = 0.002,95% CI:1.44-5.05).Patients with a prior history of abdominal surgery(OR 1.46,P = 0.068,95% CI:0.97-2.19),those taking opiate medications(OR 1.54,P = 0.15,95% CI:0.86-2.76) and hospitalized patients(OR 1.82,P = 0.124,95% CI:0.85-3.93) showed a trend towards statistical significance.CONCLUSION:We have identified a number of risk factors for incomplete CE procedures that can be used to risk-stratify patients and guide interventions to improve completion rates.

文摘A large body of evidence shows that spinal circuits are significantly affected by training, and that intrinsic circuits that drive locomotor tasks are located in lumbosacral spinal segments in rats with complete spinal cord transection. However, after incomplete lesions, the effect of treadmil training has been debated, which is likely because of the difficulty of separating spontaneous stepping from specific training-induced effects. In this study, rats with moderate spinal cord contusion were sub-jected to either step training on a treadmil or used in the model (control) group. The treadmil training began at day 7 post-injury and lasted 20 ± 10 minutes per day, 5 days per week for 10 weeks. The speed of the treadmil was set to 3 m/min and was increased on a daily basis according to the tolerance of each rat. After 3 weeks of step training, the step training group exhibited a sig-nificantly greater improvement in the Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan score than the model group. The expression of growth-associated protein-43 in the spinal cord lesion site and the number of tyrosine hydroxylase-positive ventral neurons in the second lumbar spinal segment were greater in the step training group than in the model group at 11 weeks post-injury, while the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor protein in the spinal cord lesion site showed no difference between the two groups. These results suggest that treadmil training significantly improves functional re-covery and neural plasticity after incomplete spinal cord injury.

文摘Cooperative autonomous air combat of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is one of the main combat modes in future air warfare,which becomes even more complicated with highly changeable situation and uncertain information of the opponents.As such,this paper presents a cooperative decision-making method based on incomplete information dynamic game to generate maneuver strategies for multiple UAVs in air combat.Firstly,a cooperative situation assessment model is presented to measure the overall combat situation.Secondly,an incomplete information dynamic game model is proposed to model the dynamic process of air combat,and a dynamic Bayesian network is designed to infer the tactical intention of the opponent.Then a reinforcement learning framework based on multiagent deep deterministic policy gradient is established to obtain the perfect Bayes-Nash equilibrium solution of the air combat game model.Finally,a series of simulations are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,and the simulation results show effective synergies and cooperative tactics.

文摘A new and intelligent design method for PID controller with incomplete derivation is proposed based on the ant system algorithm ( ASA) . For a given control system with this kind of PID controller, a group of optimal PID controller parameters K p * , T i * , and T d * can be obtained by taking the overshoot, settling time, and steady-state error of the system's unit step response as the performance indexes and by use of our improved ant system algorithm. K p * , T i * , and T d * can be used in real-time control. This kind of controller is called the ASA-PID controller with incomplete derivation. To verify the performance of the ASA-PID controller, three different typical transfer functions were tested, and three existing typical tuning methods of PID controller parameters, including the Ziegler-Nichols method (ZN),the genetic algorithm (GA),and the simulated annealing (SA), were adopted for comparison. The simulation results showed that the ASA-PID controller can be used to control different objects and has better performance compared with the ZN-PID and GA-PID controllers, and comparable performance compared with the SA-PID controller.

文摘Energy consumption prediction of a CNC machining process is important for energy efficiency optimization strategies.To improve the generalization abilities,more and more parameters are acquired for energy prediction modeling.While the data collected from workshops may be incomplete because of misoperation,unstable network connections,and frequent transfers,etc.This work proposes a framework for energy modeling based on incomplete data to address this issue.First,some necessary preliminary operations are used for incomplete data sets.Then,missing values are estimated to generate a new complete data set based on generative adversarial imputation nets(GAIN).Next,the gene expression programming(GEP)algorithm is utilized to train the energy model based on the generated data sets.Finally,we test the predictive accuracy of the obtained model.Computational experiments are designed to investigate the performance of the proposed framework with different rates of missing data.Experimental results demonstrate that even when the missing data rate increases to 30%,the proposed framework can still make efficient predictions,with the corresponding RMSE and MAE 0.903 k J and 0.739 k J,respectively.
文摘It is not uncommon in multiple criteria decision-making that the numerical values of alternatives of some criteria are subject to imprecision, uncertainty and indetermination and the information on weights of criteria is incomplete certain. A new multiple criteria decision- making method with incomplete certain information based on ternary AHP is proposed. This improves on Takeda's method. In this method, the ternary comparison matrix of the alternatives under each pseudo-criteria is constructed, the eigenvector associated with the maximum eigenvalue of the ternary comparison matrix is attained as to normalize priority vector of the alternatives, then the order of alternatives is obtained by solving two kinds of linear programming problems. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

文摘Incomplete lineage sorting and introgression are 2 major and nonexclusive causes of specieslevel non-monophyly.Distinguishing between these 2 processes is notoriously difficult because they can generate similar genetic signatures.Previous studies have suggested that 2 closely related duck species,the Chinese spot-billed duck Anas zonorhyncha and the mallard A.platyrhynchosvjere polyphyletically intermixed.Here,we utilized a wide geographical sampling,multilocus data and a coalescent-based model to revisit this system.Our study confirms the finding that Chinese spot-billed ducks and Mallards are not monophyletic.There was no apparent interspecific differentiation across loci except those at the mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)control region and the Z chromosome(CHD1Z).Based on an isolation-with-migration model and the geographical distribution of lineages,we suggest that both introgression and incomplete lineage sorting might contribute to the observed non-monophyly of the 2 closely related duck species.The mtDNA introgression was asymmetric,with high gene flow from Chinese spot-billed ducks to Mallards and negligible gene flow in the opposite direction.Given that the 2 duck species are phenotypically distinctive but weakly genetically differentiated,future work based on genomescale data is necessary to uncover genomic regions that are involved in divergence,and this work may provide further insights into the evolutionary histories of the 2 species and other waterfowls.
