The effects of micro-ridge-furrow planting(MR)on yield and the efficiency of light,water,and thermal resource use in rapeseed were tested in a three-year field experiment comparing MR to conventional flat planting.MR ...The effects of micro-ridge-furrow planting(MR)on yield and the efficiency of light,water,and thermal resource use in rapeseed were tested in a three-year field experiment comparing MR to conventional flat planting.MR enhanced canopy heterogeneity by altering the leaf angle between plants on ridges and furrows.The heterogeneous canopy environment increased intercepted photosynthetic active radiation,alleviated canopy temperature stress,and optimized canopy humidity,leading to improvements in light-nitrogen matching and net photosynthetic rate.Consequently,dry matter and yield increased by 13.0%and 11.0%,respectively,while radiation,thermal,and precipitation utilization efficiency increased by 12.3%-16.2%.The corresponding improvements in yield and resource use efficiency were attributed to a heterogeneous canopy environment that improved microclimatic conditions.展开更多
Purpose–This study is dedicated to systematically collating the distribution and utilization circumstances of geothermal resources in China.Moreover,it endeavors to formulate a comprehensive utilization scheme for ge...Purpose–This study is dedicated to systematically collating the distribution and utilization circumstances of geothermal resources in China.Moreover,it endeavors to formulate a comprehensive utilization scheme for geothermal resources during the construction and operation phases of the railway,thereby furnishing robust support and valuable reference for the holistic utilization of geothermal resources along the railway corridor.Design/methodology/approach–Through an in-depth analysis of the extant utilization of geothermal resources in China,it is discerned that the current utilization modalities are relatively rudimentary,bereft of rational planning and characterized by a low utilization rate.Concurrently,by integrating the practical requisites of railway construction and operation and conducting theoretical dissections,a comprehensive utilization plan for the construction and operation periods of railway is proffered.Findings–In light of the railway’s construction and operation characteristics,geothermal utilization models are categorized.During construction,comprehensive modalities include tunnel illumination power generation,construction area heating,tunnel antifreeze using shallow geothermal energy,tunnel pavement antifreeze and construction concrete maintenance.During operation,they comprise operation tunnel antifreeze,railway roadbed antifreeze,railway switch snow melting and deicing,geothermal power station establishment and railway hot spring health tourism planning.Originality/value–According to the characteristics and actual needs of railway construction and operation,it is of great significance to rationally utilize geothermal resources to promote the construction and operation of green railways.展开更多

This study aims to explore the potential of using a blended pulp from Mikania micrantha(M.micrantha)and waste paper for producing composite paper.The effects of the mass ratio of M.micrantha stem to waste paper(MRMW),...This study aims to explore the potential of using a blended pulp from Mikania micrantha(M.micrantha)and waste paper for producing composite paper.The effects of the mass ratio of M.micrantha stem to waste paper(MRMW),the beating time(BT),the water-to-pulp mass ratio(WPMR)and the times of pulp suspension screening(TPSS)on the paper’s basic structural,optical and mechanical properties are investigated.It is found that MRMW primarily affects the grammage(mass per unit area),density,bulkness and whiteness;WPMR mainly affects the thickness and density;TPSS mainly affects the thickness and grammage.When MRMW is 3:7,the composite paper shows higher values for thickness,grammage,density and whiteness;whereas when MRMW is 7:3,these values are lower.Extending BT can increase paper density.The tensile strengths of all prepared samples fall in the range of 1.5 to 4.1 kN/m,indicating their excellent strength properties that meet the demands of many paper applications.The artistic bags and lampshades crafted from this composite paper exhibit a more natural texture compared to conventional packaging paper.This research demonstrates the feasibility of papermaking by using M.micrantha,while showcasing the potential for synergistic integration of waste resources with traditional hand papermaking techniques.展开更多

Sixty species of bamboo in 19 genera are recorded in Xishuangbanna. The area of natural bamboo forest is 14319 ha, accounting for 5.92% of whole area of Xishuangbanna. The abundant resource of bamboo plays an important role in the economics and culture of national minorities in Xishuangbanna. Xishuangbanna Tropic Botanic Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), started to introduce bamboo species in 1961 and established the ex-situ conservation reserve (8 ha) of bamboo in 1981. Up to now, 211 species in 27 genera collected from tropic and sub-tropic of China and South-east Asia have been planted in the bamboo reserve, of which 11 species have bloomed and seeded, and their seeds were cultivated in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanic Gardens, CAS, China.展开更多

Moreover, the planting of Sorghum-Sudan grass hybrid did not occupy the farmland. It had high photosynthetic efficiency and high calorific value. Its composition also met the requirements by raw material of bio-energy resources. The rich resources and unique environment of the Moon make it an ideal location for human expansion and the utilization of extraterrestrial resources.Oxygen,crucial for supporting human life on the Moon,can be extract...The rich resources and unique environment of the Moon make it an ideal location for human expansion and the utilization of extraterrestrial resources.Oxygen,crucial for supporting human life on the Moon,can be extracted from lunar regolith,which is highly rich in oxygen and contains polymetallic oxides.This oxygen and metal extraction can be achieved using existing metallurgical techniques.Furthermore,the ample reserves of water ice on the Moon offer another means for oxygen production.This paper offers a detailed overview of the leading technologies for achieving oxygen production on the Moon,drawing from an analysis of lunar resources and environmental conditions.It delves into the principles,processes,advantages,and drawbacks of water-ice electrolysis,two-step oxygen production from lunar regolith,and one-step oxygen production from lunar regolith.The two-step methods involve hydrogen reduction,carbothermal reduction,and hydrometallurgy,while the one-step methods encompass fluorination/chlorination,high-temperature decomposition,molten salt electrolysis,and molten regolith electrolysis(MOE).Following a thorough comparison of raw materials,equipment,technology,and economic viability,MOE is identified as the most promising approach for future in-situ oxygen production on the Moon.Considering the corrosion characteristics of molten lunar regolith at high temperatures,along with the Moon's low-gravity environment,the development of inexpensive and stable inert anodes and electrolysis devices that can easily collect oxygen is critical for promoting MOE technology on the Moon.This review significantly contributes to our understanding of in-situ oxygen production technologies on the Moon and supports upcoming lunar exploration initiatives.展开更多

文摘With the extending scale of agricultural production,the treatment and utilization of waste have become increasingly serious environmental problem.Taking city garden and Zhongnan pasture in Pujiang Town of Minhang District in Shanghai for example,according to the analysis on discharge characteristic of waste and balance of resources and energy utilization,mixed anaerobic digestion was chosen to dispose waste based on government guidance and feasibility analysis of project,and the combining disposal and resource utilization of waste were realized in two enterprises,providing reference for close cases.

文摘[Objective] The research aimed at introducing the background and utilization of germplasm resources in maize.[Method] The research progress on genetic background and utilization of maize germplasm resources was comprehensively reviewed in this paper,including maize heterotic groups and heterotic patterns,their flexible application in breeding and the utilization of various types of original materials.[Result] The results show that germplasm resource is the premise and basis for maize breeding.In-depth understanding and a reasonable selection of germplasm resources can significantly improve the breeding efficiency and speed up the breeding process.At the same time,it is considered that the selection and construction of original materials in maize breeding can not be limited to the heterotic groups and heterotic patterns,but has to be used reasonablely according to different types of germplasm resources and individual breeding objective and idea as well.[Conclusion] This study had broadened the idea and provided inspiration for the maize breeding practice in China.

文摘In this paper,the research achievements and progress of Yunnan tea germplasm resource in past sixty years are systematically reviewed from the following aspects:exploration,collecting,conservation,protection,identification,evaluation and shared utilization.Simultaneously,the current problems and the suggestions about subsequent development of tea germplasm resources in Yunnan were discussed,including superior and rare germplasm collection,tea genetic diversity research,biotechnology utilization in tea germplasm innovation,super gene exploration and function,the construction of utilization platform,biological base of species and population conservation.

文摘This paper describes the geographical distribution, utilization, cultural value and ex-situ conservation of bamboo resources in Xishuangbanna, Yunan Province, China. Sixty species of bamboo in 19 genera are recorded in Xishuangbanna. The area of natural bamboo forest is 14319 ha, accounting for 5.92% of whole area of Xishuangbanna. The abundant resource of bamboo plays an important role in the economics and culture of national minorities in Xishuangbanna. Xishuangbanna Tropic Botanic Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), started to introduce bamboo species in 1961 and established the ex-situ conservation reserve (8 ha) of bamboo in 1981. Up to now, 211 species in 27 genera collected from tropic and sub-tropic of China and South-east Asia have been planted in the bamboo reserve, of which 11 species have bloomed and seeded, and their seeds were cultivated in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanic Gardens, CAS, China.

文摘In this paper, we discussed the utilization potential of Sorghum-Sudan grass hybrid as a bio-energy resource, including the growth speed, biomass, adapt- ability, resistance, photosynthesis, and calorific value. The Sorghum-Sudan grass hy- brid grew rapidly, and it had abundant biomass resources, strong adaptability and strong resistance (leanness-resistance, salt-tolerance, alkali-tolerance, etc). Moreover, the planting of Sorghum-Sudan grass hybrid did not occupy the farmland. It had high photosynthetic efficiency and high calorific value. Its composition also met the requirements by raw material of bio-energy resources. In addition, the economic benefits of Sorghum-Sudan grass hybrid as a bio-energy resource were analyzed, and the existing problems and countermeasures in the development of Sorghum-Su- dan grass hybrid as a bio-energy resource were discussed.
文摘The sustainable development of grassland resources objectively requires that the social, economic and ecological costs of grassland resources should be brought into economic activities in order to internalize the external costs of grassland resources. Eco-tax is a very effective means to internalize the externality of grassland resources. Its main advantage is to bdng the cost of ecological environment into economic life, which can amend market pdce, improve the effectiveness of government policies, perform the eco-saboteurs-pays principle, and thus perfect the ecological compensation system.

文摘Aiming at utilization status of arable land resources in Anshun City,a Karst area,quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed from the viewpoints of quality,quantity and benefits of arable land.And the benefits of arable land were analyzed with multiple linear regression.Finally,the sustainable utilization of arable land resources was discussed,and several protection measures were pointed out.

文摘The rich resources and unique environment of the Moon make it an ideal location for human expansion and the utilization of extraterrestrial resources.Oxygen,crucial for supporting human life on the Moon,can be extracted from lunar regolith,which is highly rich in oxygen and contains polymetallic oxides.This oxygen and metal extraction can be achieved using existing metallurgical techniques.Furthermore,the ample reserves of water ice on the Moon offer another means for oxygen production.This paper offers a detailed overview of the leading technologies for achieving oxygen production on the Moon,drawing from an analysis of lunar resources and environmental conditions.It delves into the principles,processes,advantages,and drawbacks of water-ice electrolysis,two-step oxygen production from lunar regolith,and one-step oxygen production from lunar regolith.The two-step methods involve hydrogen reduction,carbothermal reduction,and hydrometallurgy,while the one-step methods encompass fluorination/chlorination,high-temperature decomposition,molten salt electrolysis,and molten regolith electrolysis(MOE).Following a thorough comparison of raw materials,equipment,technology,and economic viability,MOE is identified as the most promising approach for future in-situ oxygen production on the Moon.Considering the corrosion characteristics of molten lunar regolith at high temperatures,along with the Moon's low-gravity environment,the development of inexpensive and stable inert anodes and electrolysis devices that can easily collect oxygen is critical for promoting MOE technology on the Moon.This review significantly contributes to our understanding of in-situ oxygen production technologies on the Moon and supports upcoming lunar exploration initiatives.

文摘Damp-heat karst mountainous areas are unique areas in terms of socialeconomic development, resource endowment and eco-environment in China, where natural resources are abundant,unique and diverse. However, fragile eco-environment, undeveloped economy and culture, and conflict of human and environment should not be ignored. In the research, a framework of integration of resource-development and environment-protection in damp-heat karst was designed on basis of resource and environment integration, which was applied to Daxin County in Guangxi Province. Furthermore, some integration models were proposed, including integration of development of characteristic agricultural resources and protection of eco-environment, integration of development of manganese ore resources and protection of eco-environment, integration of development of tourism resources and protection of ecoenvironment and integration of development of clean energy and protection of eco-environment.
