Based on brake process analysis, a dynamic programming algorithm of brake energy recovery is established. And then an implementable strategy of brake energy recovery is proposed by the constraint variable trajectories analysis of the dynamic programming algorithm in the typical urban bus cycle. The simulation results indicate the brake energy recovery efficiency of the accumulator can reach 60% in the dynamic programming algorithm. And the hydraulic hybrid system can output braking torque as much as possible. Moreover, the accumulator has almost equal efficiency of brake energy recovery between the implementable strategy and the dynamic programming algorithm. Therefore, the implementable strategy is very effective in improving the efficiency of brake energy recovery. The road tests show the fuel economy of the hydraulic hybrid bus improves by 22.6% compared with the conventional bus.展开更多

文摘The demand for Chinese-Western medicine collaboration has grown significantly, but current integration methods have substantial limitations. This article analyzes core issues in developing and implementing synergistic Chinese-Western medicine clinical treatment strategies and explores the transformation from traditional integration to genuine synergistic models. We analyzed methodological obstacles in synergistic strategy development through literature review and theoretical analysis, and explored applications of intelligent technology in strategy development.Four core challenges were identified:(1)Treatment timing coordination difficulties caused by different decision-making approaches, with Chinese medicine using syndrome-based assessments and Western medicine relying on standardized measurements;(2)Treatment selection complexities when integrating different types of evidence, lacking frameworks for evaluating and combining diverse evidence sources;(3)Obstacles in incorporating patient preferences systematically, with inadequate assessment methods and unclear integration mechanisms;(4)Implementation barriers in translating synergistic strategies into clinical practice, requiring changes in organizational structures, workflows, and evaluation systems.Large language models(LLMs)and other intelligent technologies offer technical support for addressing these methodological challenges. This article examines current challenges in developing synergistic Chinese-Western medicine clinical strategies, analyzing the shift from traditional integration toward synergistic approaches and identifying four core methodological obstacles.Exploring intelligent technology applications provides insights to inform future research directions and clinical practice development in integrated healthcare delivery.

文摘In medical imaging, accurate brain tumor classification in medical imaging requires real-time processing and efficient computation, making hardware acceleration essential.Field Programmable Gate Arrays(FPGAs)offer parallelism and reconfigurability, making them well-suited for such tasks. In this study,we propose a hardware-accelerated Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)for brain cancer classification, implemented on the PYNQ-Z2 FPGA.Our approach optimizes the first Conv2D layer using different numerical representations:8-bit fixed-point(INT8),16-bit fixed-point(FP16),and 32-bit fixed-point(FP32),while the remaining layers run on an ARM Cortex-A9 processor.Experimental results demonstrate that FPGA acceleration significantly outperforms the CPU(Central Processing Unit)based approach. The obtained results emphasize the critical importance of selecting the appropriate numerical representation for hardware acceleration in medical imaging. On the PYNQ-Z2 FPGA,the INT8 achieves a 16.8%reduction in latency and 22.2%power savings compared to FP32,making it ideal for real-time and energy-constrained applications.FP16 offers a strong balance, delivering only a 0.1%drop in accuracy compared to FP32(94.1%vs.94.2%)while improving latency by 5%and reducing power consumption by 11.1%.Compared to prior works, the proposed FPGA-based CNN model achieves the highest classification accuracy(94.2%)with a throughput of up to 1.562 FPS,outperforming GPU-based and traditional CPU methods in both accuracy and hardware efficiency. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of FPGA-based AI acceleration for real-time,power-efficient,and high-performance brain tumor classification, showcasing its practical potential in next-generation medical imaging systems.

文摘In 2025,Shi et al constructed a model utilizing machine learning techniques to predict the one-year recurrence of colorectal polyps following endoscopic mucosal resection, showing excellent discriminatory performance with an area under the curve exceeding 0.90.However,limitations exist regarding its narrow temporal scope, potential overestimation due to feature collinearity and imputation opacity, and limited generalizability due to single-center derivation and validation. Moreover,no clear clinical implementation strategy was outlined.Prospective multicenter validation and integration of endoscopist variability, longitudinal outcome data, and deployment mechanisms are warranted to ensure broader applicability and clinical utility.
文摘This study examines the impact of waste management policies on public health in Bantar Gebang landfill which faces challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, low community participation, and ineffective policy implementation.More than half of the waste generated is not transported to landfills, resulting in significant health and environmental risks, including respiratory infections, waterborne diseases, and vector-borne illnesses. The research adopts a qualitative phenomenological approach to understand the experiences of stakeholders, waste managers, and local communities. It also integrates the Waste Management Hierarchy,Community Participation Theory, and Policy Implementation Model to identify key gaps and propose potential solutions. The study reviews legal frameworks, including Indonesia’s Presidential Regulation No.97 of 2017,and specific regulations relevant to the site, evaluating their effectiveness in addressing waste and health issues. The findings highlight the need for stronger public education campaigns, increased investment in infrastructure, and the implementation of advanced technologies such as Waste-to-Energy plants. The study stresses that comprehensive policies on waste reduction, improved segregation, and better recycling practices are critical for achieving sustainable waste management.Additionally, greater inter-agency collaboration and active community engagement are essential for ensuring successful implementation.Drawing on experiences from Tokyo,Stockholm, and Berlin, the study suggests strategies to reduce landfill dependence and improve public health.

文摘In the framework of elastoplastic theory,by introducing dissipative plastic energy(instead of cumulative plastic strain)and dissipative plastic energy rate(instead of cumulative plastic strain rate)into the ratchetting parameter evolution equation and isotropic evolution rules respectively,a cyclic elastoplastic constitutive model based on dissipative plastic energy is established. This model, termed the WDP model, describes the physical meaning and evolution rule of the unclosed stress–strain hysteresis loop using an energy method.A comparison of numerical implementation results with experimental data demonstrates the capability of the WDP model to predict the cyclic deformation of EA4T steel, effectively capturing the cyclic softening characteristics and ratchetting behaviors of axle steel EA4T.
