Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of follow-up nursing combined with collaborative nursing model on patients after mechanical thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A hundred patients with acute ...Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of follow-up nursing combined with collaborative nursing model on patients after mechanical thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent mechanical thrombectomy in the Department of Neurology,Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing,n=50)and intervention group(follow-up nursing combined with collaborative nursing,n=50).Differences in neurological function,living ability,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,and medication compliance were observed between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the intervention group had lower NIHSS and mRS scores,and higher Barthel index scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the intervention group had lower complication and readmission rates,and higher nursing satisfaction and medication compliance scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of follow-up nursing and collaborative nursing model has significant value in improving outcomes for patients after mechanical thrombectomy for acute cerebral infarction,and is worthy of promotion and application.展开更多
This research study was conducted to review the environmental and social impact of mini hydropower plants (run-of-the-river type) by selecting Denawaka Ganga mini hydropower plant, which is located in Ratnapura dist...This research study was conducted to review the environmental and social impact of mini hydropower plants (run-of-the-river type) by selecting Denawaka Ganga mini hydropower plant, which is located in Ratnapura district, Sri Lanka. Field visits and discussions among the authors, authorities and the residents were carried out. Then, the environmental and social impacts were scientifically analysed using regulation degree (RD) and environmental impact value (EIV) scores. It was found out that the Denawaka Ganga mini hydropower plant has induced some environmental concerns; however, significant positive social impact to the society. This is in addition to the green energy generation. Therefore, it can be concluded herein that the Denawaka Ganga mini hydropower is an asset to the country, Sri Lanka.展开更多

Indeed, the structure of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs collects groups of labeled objects and analyzesthem in the form of the part to part of objects, the part of objects to the whole group of objects, and the whole tothe whole group of objects at the same time.We have investigated the properties of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphsbased on any positive real number as valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, considering the complement of valuedfuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, the notation of isomorphism of valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs based onthe permutations, and we have presented the isomorphic conditions of (self complemented) valued fuzzy (quasi)superhypergraphs. The concept of impact membership value of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs is introducedin this study and it is applied in designing the real problem in the real world.
