目的研究基于确定-定义-产生-应用-计算-跟踪(IMPACT)模式下的预见性护理干预在胸外科乳腺癌患者术后的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学附属胸科医院2021年3月至2023年3月收治的60例乳腺癌患者,采用随机法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例),... 目的研究基于确定-定义-产生-应用-计算-跟踪(IMPACT)模式下的预见性护理干预在胸外科乳腺癌患者术后的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学附属胸科医院2021年3月至2023年3月收治的60例乳腺癌患者,采用随机法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例),两组均接受手术治疗,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上接受基于IMPACT模式下的预见性护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率、心理状态、肢体功能及生存质量。结果研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05);干预后研究组后伸、前屈、外展、内收度数大于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组心理状态评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IMPACT模式下的预见性护理能缓解患者消极情绪,预防术后并发症,促进肢体功能恢复,有利于提高患者生存质量。 展开更多

The effect of the distance between the notch tip and the position of the middle phase in the FGSs on the Charpy impact energy is investigated in the present paper. The results show that when the notch apex is close to the middle layer, the Charpy impact energy reaches its maximum value. This is due to the increment of the absorbed energy by plastic deformation ahead of the notch tip. On the other hand, when the notch tip is far from the middle layer, the Charpy impact energy strongly decreases. Another fundamental motivation of the present work is that for crack arrester configuration, no accurate mathematical or analytical modelling is available up to now. By considering the relationship between the Charpy impact energy and the plastic volume size, a new theoretical model has been developed to link the Charpy impact energy with the distance from the notch apex to the middle phase. This model is a simplified one and the effect of different shapes of the layers and the effect of microstructureon the mechanical properties and plastic region size will be considered in further investigation. The results of the new developed closed form expression show a sound agreement with some recent experimental results taken from the literature. 展开更多

Laplace and Hankel transfor... The torsional impact response of a penny-shaped crack in a nonhomogeneous strip is considered. The shear modulus is assumed to be functionally graded such that the mathematics is tractable. Laplace and Hankel transforms were used to reduce the problem to solving a Fredholm integral equation. The crack tip stress field is obtained by considering the asymptotic behavior of Bessel function. Explicit expressions of both the dynamic stress intensity factor and the energy density factor were derived.And it is shown that, as crack driving force, they are equivalent for the present crack problem. Investigated are the effects of material nonhomogeneity and (strip's) highness on the dynamic fracture behavior. Numerical results reveal that the peak of the dynamic stress intensity factor can be suppressed by increasing the nonhomogeneity parameter of the shear modulus, and that the dynamic behavior varies little with the adjusting of the strip's highness. 展开更多

We use the independence ... In this paper, we propose an impact finite element (FE) model for an airbag landing buf- fer system. First, an impact FE model has been formulated for a typical airbag landing buffer system. We use the independence of the structure FE model from the full impact FE model to develop a hierarchical updating scheme for the recovery module FE model and the airbag system FE model. Second, we define impact responses at key points to compare the computational and experimental results to resolve the inconsistency between the experimental data sampling frequency and experi- mental triggering. To determine the typical characteristics of the impact dynamics response of the airbag landing buffer system, we present the impact response confidence factors (IRCFs) to evalu- ate how consistent the computational and experiment results are. An error function is defined between the experimental and computational results at key points of the impact response (KPIR) to serve as a modified objective function. A radial basis function (RBF) is introduced to construct updating variables for a surrogate model for updating the objective function, thereby converting the FE model updating problem to a soluble optimization problem. Finally, the developed method has been validated using an experimental and computational study on the impact dynamics of a classic airbag landing buffer system. 展开更多

The impact of climate change on agriculture has received wide attention by the scientific community. This paper studies how to assess the grain yield impact of climate change, according to the climate change over a long time period in the future as predicted by a climate system model. The application of the concept of a traditional "yield impact of meteorological factor (YIMF)" or "yield impact of weather factor" to the grain yield assessment of a decadal or even a longer timescale would be suffocated at the outset because the YIMF is for studying the phenomenon on an interannual timescale, and it is difficult to distinguish between the trend caused by climate change and the one resulting from changes in non-climatic factors. Therefore, the concept of the yield impact of climatic change (YICC), which is defined as the difference in the per unit area yields (PUAY) of a grain crop under a changing and an envisaged invariant climate conditions, is presented in this paper to assess the impact of global climate change on grain yields. The climatic factor has been introduced into the renowned economic Cobb-Douglas model, yielding a quantitative assessment method of YICC using real data. The method has been tested using the historical data of Northeast China, and the results show that it has an encouraging application outlook. 展开更多

Virtual testing of fabric armor provides an efficient and inexpensive means of systematically studying the influence of various architectural and material parameters on the ballistic impact behavior of woven fabrics, before actual laboratory prototypes are woven and destructively tested. In this finite element study, the combined effects of individual ply orientations and material properties on the impact performance of multi-layered, non-stitched woven aramid fabrics are studied using 2-and 4-sided clamping configurations. Individual ply orientations of 0°, ±15°, ±30°, and ±45° are considered along with three levels of inter-yarn friction coefficient. Functionally graded fabric targets are also considered wherein the yarn stiffness progressively increases or decreases through the target thickness while keeping the yarn strain energy density constant and with all other material and architectural parameters unchanged for consistency. For each target configuration, one non-penetrating and one penetrating impact velocity is chosen. The impact performance is evaluated by the time taken to arrest the projectile and the backface deformation for the non-penetrating impacts, and by the residual velocity for the penetrating impact tests. All deterministic impact simulations are performed using LS-DYNA. 2-sided clamped targets and lower inter-yarn frictional levels generally resulted in better impact performance.The functionally graded targets generally showed either similar or inferior impact performance than the baseline fabric target configurations for the non-penetrating shots. Some performance improvements were observed for the penetrating shots when the yarn stiffness was progressively decreased through the layers in a direction away from the strike face, with additional performance enhancements achieved by simultaneously reducing the inter-yarn friction. 展开更多

为挖掘客流的复杂时空耦合关系,解析建成环境影响下的轨道交通客流出行规律,本文提出一种考虑城市建成环境的时空双层超图神经网络模型(Spatial Temporal-Double Hypergraph Neural Network,STDHGNN)。模型分为双层超图神经网络和时间... 为挖掘客流的复杂时空耦合关系,解析建成环境影响下的轨道交通客流出行规律,本文提出一种考虑城市建成环境的时空双层超图神经网络模型(Spatial Temporal-Double Hypergraph Neural Network,STDHGNN)。模型分为双层超图神经网络和时间序列模块,双层超图神经网络模块用于挖掘轨道交通线路站点间的高阶连通关系和相邻同类建成区域站点的集群关系,时间序列模块用于表征历史客流数据的时间依赖关系。同时,以建成环境和线路作为变量构造新的损失函数,旨在剖析建成环境的影响,提高模型的预测性能。最后,以武汉轨道交通数据为例开展实证研究。研究结果显示:考虑建成环境和轨道站点高阶连通关系对客流预测精度的提升效果显著,本模型均方根误差(RMSE)和平均绝对误差(MAE)值分别为52.04和29.32,比基线模型降低了22%以上,性能显著优于基线模型;通过消融实验验证了融合轨道高阶联通关系和建成环境对模型性能的贡献,其中,单步预测任务中,考虑这两种因素使模型性能分别提升了6%和9%,多步预测任务中,分别提升了4%和12%;构造的融合建成环境因素的可解释损失函数,提高了模型的预测性能,同时,使模型具备更好的科学性和可解释性。研究成果为城市轨道交通的客流管理和列车调度提供了技术支持。 展开更多

研究设备的振动状态还需考虑受工作冲击载荷因素导致的冲击损伤、部件松动以及自身结构振动的影响。为此设计了一种建立在半余弦函数基础上的冲击载荷识别算法,通过遗传算法确定合适区间,利用数据方法确定梁、薄板与桁架的尺寸,并进行... 研究设备的振动状态还需考虑受工作冲击载荷因素导致的冲击损伤、部件松动以及自身结构振动的影响。为此设计了一种建立在半余弦函数基础上的冲击载荷识别算法,通过遗传算法确定合适区间,利用数据方法确定梁、薄板与桁架的尺寸,并进行实验验证。数值模拟结果表明:拟合冲击载荷(SCFF)方法误差均比Tikhonov、切比雪夫正交多项式拟合(COPF)更低,随着噪声增大SCFF识别优势更加明显。获得10%以内的峰值误差,在参数优化下达到最小值,表明参数优化具备良好的适用性。试验验证结果表明:通过分析响应信号频谱数据,推断该冲击载荷之后造成的悬臂梁发生低频振动状态,前四阶模态对模型实施修正满足可行性要求。采用SCFF方法识别时,可以跟实际载荷形成良好的吻合状态,可以识别获得更小峰值误差。 展开更多

老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者的抗凝治疗状况及对患者认知功能的影响

目的分析老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗情况及对患者认知功能的影响。方法回顾性分析长沙市第四医院2022年8月至2023年8月接收的210例老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者一般资料,根据患者是否接受抗凝治疗分为未抗凝组(n=92)和抗凝... 目的分析老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗情况及对患者认知功能的影响。方法回顾性分析长沙市第四医院2022年8月至2023年8月接收的210例老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者一般资料,根据患者是否接受抗凝治疗分为未抗凝组(n=92)和抗凝组(n=118)。采用多因素logistic回归分析老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗的影响因素。出院后6个月,比较两组患者脑卒中及认知功能障碍发生率。结果未抗凝组患者年龄≥75岁、脑卒中史、出血史、心力衰竭、冠心病、高血压比例及空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平大于抗凝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥75岁、出血史、心力衰竭是影响老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗的独立危险因素,而脑卒中史是保护因素(P<0.05)。抗凝组患者脑卒中及认知功能障碍发生率小于未抗凝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者的抗凝治疗率不高,其中年龄≥75岁、出血史、脑卒中史、心力衰竭是影响老年非瓣膜性心房颤动住院患者抗凝治疗的主要因素;抗凝治疗对老年非瓣膜性心房颤动患者认知功能障碍有一定预防作用,可降低认知功能障碍发生率。 展开更多

The shear moduli in two directions of the functionally graded material were assumed to vary proportionately as definite gradient. By using integral transforms and dual integral equations, the local dynamic stress field was obtained. The results of dynamic stress intensity factor show that increasing shear moduli's gradient of FGM or increasing the shear modulus in direction perpendicular to crack surface can restrain the magnitude of dynamic stress intensity factor. 展开更多

针对舰船设备在海战时遭受敌方武器及自身火炮后坐力冲击造成的损伤累积问题,提出了隶属函数和Miner损伤累积理论相结合的冲击疲劳寿命预测方法。从外界冲击中提取冲击幅值和均值,根据GM(1,1)模型预测冲击幅值的参数,并利用BP(back prop... 针对舰船设备在海战时遭受敌方武器及自身火炮后坐力冲击造成的损伤累积问题,提出了隶属函数和Miner损伤累积理论相结合的冲击疲劳寿命预测方法。从外界冲击中提取冲击幅值和均值,根据GM(1,1)模型预测冲击幅值的参数,并利用BP(back propagation)神经网络修正残差提高预测精度。利用疲劳模数与寿命的联系提出一种新的应力-寿命模型,并基于多项式变异理论确定模型中的参数。将舰船设备上的关键零件6061铝合金轴作为试验对象,并结合几种隶属函数预测试件的冲击疲劳寿命。结果表明:采用Γ分布隶属函数求得的冲击疲劳寿命预测值与试验值相比误差最小,且当Γ分布中的k值一定时,参数a_(1)的变化在初始阶段对预测值基本不产生影响,只有当a_(1)逐渐接近S_(0)时才会有微小的影响。说明提出的疲劳寿命预测方法是可靠的,为舰船设备关键零件的冲击损伤累积研究及寿命预测提供理论参考和数据基础。 展开更多

Traumatic brain injury(TBI) is a major contributor of long-term disability and a leading cause of death worldwide. A series of secondary injury cascades can contribute to cell death, tissue loss, and ultimately to the development of functional impairments. However, there are currently no effective therapeutic interventions that improve brain outcomes following TBI. As a result, a number of experimental TBI models have been developed to recapitulate TBI injury mechanisms and to test the efficacy of potential therapeutics. The pig model has recently come to the forefront as the pig brain is closer in size, structure, and composition to the human brain compared to traditional rodent models, making it an ideal large animal model to study TBI pathophysiology and functional outcomes. This review will focus on the shared characteristics between humans and pigs that make them ideal for modeling TBI and will review the three most common pig TBI models–the diffuse axonal injury, the controlled cortical impact, and the fluid percussion models. It will also review current advances in functional outcome assessment measures and other non-invasive, translational TBI detection and measurement tools like biomarker analysis and magnetic resonance imaging. The use of pigs as TBI models and the continued development and improvement of translational assessment modalities have made significant contributions to unraveling the complex cascade of TBI sequela and provide an important means to study potential clinically relevant therapeutic interventions. 展开更多

目的探讨虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)假饲对老年髋部骨折患者术后胃肠道功能的影响。方法选取2024年6月—12月在四川大学华西医院创伤医学中心就诊且符合病例入选标准的老年髋部骨折患者,愿意配合完成术后VR操作的患者进入试验组(VR... 目的探讨虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)假饲对老年髋部骨折患者术后胃肠道功能的影响。方法选取2024年6月—12月在四川大学华西医院创伤医学中心就诊且符合病例入选标准的老年髋部骨折患者,愿意配合完成术后VR操作的患者进入试验组(VR组),其余患者根据性别、年龄(±5岁)、体质量指数(±2 kg/m2)采用1∶1人工间隔匹配法进入对照组。对照组实施加速康复围手术期禁食禁饮及营养管理策略;VR组在对照组的基础上,术后对患者进行VR假饲干预。比较两组患者术后首次排气及排便时间、术后胃肠道症状发生情况、术后营养(血红蛋白、血清白蛋白)与炎性指标(白细胞计数、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6)、术后食欲及术后并发症(出血、发热、谵妄、误吸、眩晕)的发生率。结果共纳入患者70例,VR组和对照组各35例。VR组和对照组患者术后首次排气时间[(9.17±4.81)vs.(13.66±5.97)h]、术后首次排便时间[(49.00±28.61)vs.(66.83±29.93)h]、术后3 d腹胀程度(0/1/2级:26/7/2 vs.16/12/7例)、术后1 d食欲评分[(62.86±12.85)vs.(54.71±11.50)分]、术后3 d食欲评分[(76.29±9.95)vs.(62.43±8.86)分]、术后3 d白蛋白[(33.18±3.41)vs.(31.40±3.07)g/L]、住院天数[(7.97±1.38)vs.(9.06±2.43)d]的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年髋部骨折患者术后胃肠道功能紊乱发生率高,VR假饲能促进老年髋部骨折患者术后胃肠道功能的早期恢复,缓解术后腹胀,明显改善术后食欲,提高术后白蛋白水平。 展开更多

台风影响下黄浦江复合洪水的时空演变与重现期分析

为揭示超大城市沿江典型区域复合洪水的风险演化特征及台风影响机制,基于2002—2024年黄浦江上中下游3站实测降雨、潮位及台风数据,采用超阈值法识别极端与复合洪水事件,构建Copula联合分布模型,系统分析复合洪水的时空分布格局、上下... 为揭示超大城市沿江典型区域复合洪水的风险演化特征及台风影响机制,基于2002—2024年黄浦江上中下游3站实测降雨、潮位及台风数据,采用超阈值法识别极端与复合洪水事件,构建Copula联合分布模型,系统分析复合洪水的时空分布格局、上下游分异性及其对台风的响应特征。结果表明:①复合洪水事件多集中于7—9月,呈现“上游暴雨主导型、中下游潮雨协同型”空间分异格局,近年来频次与强度显著上升,尤以上游风险增幅最为显著;②超过1/3的复合洪水受台风影响,台风通过增强潮位极值或暴雨强度,显著改变联合风险结构;③复合洪水重现期在不同河段存在明显差异,上下游区域的复合洪水重现期分别由台风增水与台风暴雨主导。研究成果可为沿海超大城市复合洪水风险识别与分区防控提供科学依据。 展开更多
