Methods: a total of 150 children who received planned immunization in our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were divided into two groups, one group was the control group and the other group was the observation group. The routine education mode was adopted in the control group while the systematic health education mode was adopted in the observation group. The awareness rate of vaccination knowledge and the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination were compared between the two groups. Results: the results showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the purpose of vaccination and vaccine prevention of infectious diseases, when children received the vaccine, vaccination taboo, matters needing attention before and after the vaccination, and related adverse reactions, and adverse reaction treatment methods (P < 0.05). The adverse reactions such as fever, local swelling, and rash in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the relevant conclusions showed that the health education model had an excellent application effect in the planned immunization, and it could be widely used. It was learned from the research that the health education model could effectively improve the understanding of parents and children on the vaccination knowledge, thus reducing the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination, which had practical application significance.展开更多

Methods: a total of 114 children aged 1-3 years were enrolled in the study and divided into group ①: Control group and group ②: Observation group. Routine nursing and predictive nursing were administered respectively. Results: the data in Table 1-5 all indicate that the data obtained from the nursing methods in the observation group are more satisfactory (P < 0.05). Conclusion: predictive nursing is helpful to improve the coordination degree and comfort level of immunization for children aged 1-3 years old, reduce the incidence of stress reaction, and improve the cognitive level and satisfaction of family members.展开更多
