The present study was to investi...BACKGROUND: KRAS mutation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer. However, the role of wild-type KRAS in the progression of pancreatic cancer remains unknown. The present study was to investigate the expression of the Ras GTPase activating protein (DAB2IP) in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. METHODS: The expression of DAB2IP in pancreatic cancer cell lines and normal human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells was analyzed by Western blotting and realtime quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR). The KRAS mutational types of pancreatic cancer tissues obtained from pancreatic cancer patients (n=20) were also analyzed. Subsequently, DAB2IP expression was detected in pancreatic cancer tissues, adjacent and normal pancreatic tissues (n=2) by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between DAB2IP expression and the clinical characteristics of patients was evaluated. RESULTS: Western blotting and qRT-PCR results showed that DAB2IP expression in pancreatic cancer cells with wild-type KRAS was lower than that in those with mutation-type KRAS and normal human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells (P【0.05). Immunohistochemistry showed that DAB2IP expression was lower in pancreatic cancer tissues than that in adjacent and normal pancreatic tissues (Z=-4.000, P=0.000). DAB2IP expression was lower in pancreatic cancer patients with the wild-type KRAS gene than that in those with KRAS mutations (WilcoxonW=35.000, P=0.042). Furthermore,DAB2IP expression in patients with perineurial invasion was lower than that in those without invasion (WilcoxonW=71.500, P=0.028). DAB2IP expression was lower in patients with more advanced stage than that in those with early clinical stage (WilcoxonW=54.000, P=0.002). CONCLUSIONS: DAB2IP expression was reduced in patients with pancreatic cancer compared with those with no cancer. DAB2IP expression was correlated with the KRAS gene, perineurial invasion and clinical stage of the disease. Our data indicated that DAP2IP expression can be used as a potential prognostic indicator and a promising molecular target for therapeutic intervention in patients with pancreatic cancer.展开更多

The red thread of the AI-IP-EI Trilogy fate of this study, may have the appearance of a pot-pourri of intellectual and intelligence natures, as a matter of fact that it emanates from the genesis and practical synergis...The red thread of the AI-IP-EI Trilogy fate of this study, may have the appearance of a pot-pourri of intellectual and intelligence natures, as a matter of fact that it emanates from the genesis and practical synergism of the trilogy components. Concretely: The paper goes from: AI (Artificial Intelligence)—to the related IP (Intellectual Property) domain—to the relevance of EI (Emotional Intelligence);thus, forming the new AI-IP-EI Trilogy and its attributes and specific impacts to the new innovation process, and business model dimensions. These impacts are outlined and illustrated in part in essays of specific sections and all along. Several concrete study cases are used in the various dedicated sections;such as cases respective to the inventor status, and the EI factor, to the sport education innovative dimension, as well as to biases as inevitably promoting and revealing, to drastically enlarge open innovation supported by constructivism and creations of musical group as a model of open reflexive education. Overall resulting adapted business models appear to have a massive potential, and a multidimensional reach with a necessary attention to the IP policy on going definition. The durable green dimension is exemplified as well. They are aged about 30-40-50-60, being IP & Innovation strategist, future IP lawyer, children-teacher and professional academy sport coach, illustrator and bio-advanced materials engineering “Fellow Scientist”. With experience of large and smaller organizations, being involved innovators, inventors and private artists as well, they are sharing their “non-jargonized down-to-earth”, forward looking views through a structured analysis of the trilogy using realistic examples and data from rather diverse specialized independent sources, biotechnology, nanomaterials, sport… New invention and inventorship is been “reconceptualized” at least from an “insighter or insider” viewpoint, and sport team approach more broadly revisited from its academy level to its commercial asset impact, via educational virtues and values. The linear i...The study of induced polarization (IP) information extraction from magnetotelluric (MT) sounding data is of great and practical significance to the exploitation of deep mineral, oil and gas resources. The linear inversion method, which has been given priority in previous research on the IP information extraction method, has three main problems as follows: 1) dependency on the initial model, 2) easily falling into the local minimum, and 3) serious non-uniqueness of solutions. Taking the nonlinearity and nonconvexity of IP information extraction into consideration, a two-stage CO-PSO minimum structure inversion method using compute unified distributed architecture (CUDA) is proposed. On one hand, a novel Cauchy oscillation particle swarm optimization (CO-PSO) algorithm is applied to extract nonlinear IP information from MT sounding data, which is implemented as a parallel algorithm within CUDA computing architecture; on the other hand, the impact of the polarizability on the observation data is strengthened by introducing a second stage inversion process, and the regularization parameter is applied in the fitness function of PSO algorithm to solve the problem of multi-solution in inversion. The inversion simulation results of polarization layers in different strata of various geoelectric models show that the smooth models of resistivity and IP parameters can be obtained by the proposed algorithm, the results of which are relatively stable and accurate. The experiment results added with noise indicate that this method is robust to Gaussian white noise. Compared with the traditional PSO and GA algorithm, the proposed algorithm has more efficiency and better inversion results.展开更多

In the thesis, the author firstly talks about the ecological operation context of web IP, and then the existing problems of the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain, such as the insufficiency in copyright protection, the economic bubbles on its expansion, the lack of originals and the cash-out mentality toward currency. Therefore, the author comes into the conclusion that, there are enormous potentials for the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain. This demands further platforms across the multiple industrial running of web IP, building its brand through the development of"full-copyright". Against the backdrop of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)activation in China,the innovative transmission and industrial integration of ICH have become increasingly significant.As an officially recognized ICH item of Z...Against the backdrop of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)activation in China,the innovative transmission and industrial integration of ICH have become increasingly significant.As an officially recognized ICH item of Zhejiang Province,Yiwu brown sugar embodies unique artisanal techniques and carries the cultural memory of Yiwu.However,it currently faces challenges such as discontinuity in transmission,insufficient market recognition,and inadequate industrial integration.Focusing on the construction of a youth-oriented IP system for Yiwu brown sugar within the framework of ICH activation,this study employs field investigations and literature research to excavate the historical,cultural,and craft-related foundations of Yiwu brown sugar.It proposes strategies for developing a youthful IP identity through visual system innovation,digital content creation,and social-media-based dissemination,and explores integrated development pathways across culinary innovation,cultural and creative industries,and digital marketing.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the activation of Yiwu brown sugar as intangible cultural heritage.展开更多
