The present study was to investi... BACKGROUND: KRAS mutation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer. However, the role of wild-type KRAS in the progression of pancreatic cancer remains unknown. The present study was to investigate the expression of the Ras GTPase activating protein (DAB2IP) in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. METHODS: The expression of DAB2IP in pancreatic cancer cell lines and normal human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells was analyzed by Western blotting and realtime quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR). The KRAS mutational types of pancreatic cancer tissues obtained from pancreatic cancer patients (n=20) were also analyzed. Subsequently, DAB2IP expression was detected in pancreatic cancer tissues, adjacent and normal pancreatic tissues (n=2) by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between DAB2IP expression and the clinical characteristics of patients was evaluated. RESULTS: Western blotting and qRT-PCR results showed that DAB2IP expression in pancreatic cancer cells with wild-type KRAS was lower than that in those with mutation-type KRAS and normal human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells (P【0.05). Immunohistochemistry showed that DAB2IP expression was lower in pancreatic cancer tissues than that in adjacent and normal pancreatic tissues (Z=-4.000, P=0.000). DAB2IP expression was lower in pancreatic cancer patients with the wild-type KRAS gene than that in those with KRAS mutations (WilcoxonW=35.000, P=0.042). Furthermore,DAB2IP expression in patients with perineurial invasion was lower than that in those without invasion (WilcoxonW=71.500, P=0.028). DAB2IP expression was lower in patients with more advanced stage than that in those with early clinical stage (WilcoxonW=54.000, P=0.002). CONCLUSIONS: DAB2IP expression was reduced in patients with pancreatic cancer compared with those with no cancer. DAB2IP expression was correlated with the KRAS gene, perineurial invasion and clinical stage of the disease. Our data indicated that DAP2IP expression can be used as a potential prognostic indicator and a promising molecular target for therapeutic intervention in patients with pancreatic cancer. 展开更多

The red thread of the AI-IP-EI Trilogy fate of this study, may have the appearance of a pot-pourri of intellectual and intelligence natures, as a matter of fact that it emanates from the genesis and practical synergism of the trilogy components. Concretely: The paper goes from: AI (Artificial Intelligence)—to the related IP (Intellectual Property) domain—to the relevance of EI (Emotional Intelligence);thus, forming the new AI-IP-EI Trilogy and its attributes and specific impacts to the new innovation process, and business model dimensions. These impacts are outlined and illustrated in part in essays of specific sections and all along. Several concrete study cases are used in the various dedicated sections;such as cases respective to the inventor status, and the EI factor, to the sport education innovative dimension, as well as to biases as inevitably promoting and revealing, to drastically enlarge open innovation supported by constructivism and creations of musical group as a model of open reflexive education. Overall resulting adapted business models appear to have a massive potential, and a multidimensional reach with a necessary attention to the IP policy on going definition. The durable green dimension is exemplified as well. The Ethics-plus, “@LEAST<span style="font-family:Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;white-space:normal;background-color:#FFFFFF;">?</span>”, said corpus is proposed. Could a human centric, AI-adapted-IP policy, internationally embraced, take part to some level of arbitrage, normative and enduring reliability in the field of interest? This seems to be “en route”. Shall the EI (Emotional Intelligence) factor be supervised? Likely so. Is traditional open innovation renewed to a more comprehensive, more inclusive dimension reminding best business practice and now “beyond”? Definitely, and will remain an opportunity, all along the 4IR quantum game changer to come. Neither seeking an in-depth expert analysis, nor a grand public over-simplified bavardage, of the trilogy, AI-IP-EI, four authors here propose an illustrated view of scientific, educational, visionary, demonstrative value to the subject matter. They are aged about 30-40-50-60, being IP & Innovation strategist, future IP lawyer, children-teacher and professional academy sport coach, illustrator and bio-advanced materials engineering “Fellow Scientist”. With experience of large and smaller organizations, being involved innovators, inventors and private artists as well, they are sharing their “non-jargonized down-to-earth”, forward looking views through a structured analysis of the trilogy using realistic examples and data from rather diverse specialized independent sources, biotechnology, nanomaterials, sport… New invention and inventorship is been “reconceptualized” at least from an “insighter or insider” viewpoint, and sport team approach more broadly revisited from its academy level to its commercial asset impact, via educational virtues and values. Music group constructivism enters the scene as well with its exemplary reflexivity and alterity valued for open innovation. Science is the prime lead. “Emotional intelligence, EI, is still an emerging area within AI” and beyond? A new open innovation scheme is taking place. This prompted our intention to further contribute to this matter. Is EI, the tree gently challenging the wind? Generated by AI and IP streams and scientific applications therewith? Naturally. A two-stage CO-PSO minimum structure inversion using CUDA for extracting IP information from MT data 被引量:1

The study of induced polarization (IP) information extraction from magnetotelluric (MT) sounding data is of great and practical significance to the exploitation of deep mineral, oil and gas resources. The linear inversion method, which has been given priority in previous research on the IP information extraction method, has three main problems as follows: 1) dependency on the initial model, 2) easily falling into the local minimum, and 3) serious non-uniqueness of solutions. Taking the nonlinearity and nonconvexity of IP information extraction into consideration, a two-stage CO-PSO minimum structure inversion method using compute unified distributed architecture (CUDA) is proposed. On one hand, a novel Cauchy oscillation particle swarm optimization (CO-PSO) algorithm is applied to extract nonlinear IP information from MT sounding data, which is implemented as a parallel algorithm within CUDA computing architecture; on the other hand, the impact of the polarizability on the observation data is strengthened by introducing a second stage inversion process, and the regularization parameter is applied in the fitness function of PSO algorithm to solve the problem of multi-solution in inversion. The inversion simulation results of polarization layers in different strata of various geoelectric models show that the smooth models of resistivity and IP parameters can be obtained by the proposed algorithm, the results of which are relatively stable and accurate. The experiment results added with noise indicate that this method is robust to Gaussian white noise. Compared with the traditional PSO and GA algorithm, the proposed algorithm has more efficiency and better inversion results. 展开更多

In recent years, since the Internet has given rise to mass creation and the intervention of industrial capital, China's web IP has experienced a "blowout" growth, which accelerates the development of the ecological operation of its industry chain a pressing issue, especially in the ecological environment via multi-media and "full-copyright" platforms. In the thesis, the author firstly talks about the ecological operation context of web IP, and then the existing problems of the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain, such as the insufficiency in copyright protection, the economic bubbles on its expansion, the lack of originals and the cash-out mentality toward currency. Therefore, the author comes into the conclusion that, there are enormous potentials for the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain. This demands further platforms across the multiple industrial running of web IP, building its brand through the development of"full-copyright". In one word, the life of web IP would be sustained with ecological progress in multimedia consumption, and the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain would be achieved in fact. 展开更多

The authors also have invented the dualfrequency and multiparameter IP instrument. A lot of experiments and field work have been done. Identifying cloud IP usage scenarios is critical for cybersecurity applications,yet existing machine learning methods rely heavily on numerous features,resulting in high complexity and low interpretability.To address these issues,this paper proposes an approach to identify cloud IPs from the perspective of network attributes.We employ data mining and crowdsourced collection strategies to gather IP addresses from various usage scenarios,which including cloud IPs and non-cloud IPs.On this basis,we establish a cloud IP identification feature set that includes attributes such as Autonomous System Number(ASN)and organization information.By analyzing the differences in the properties of different IP usage scenarios in the detection results,we can find out the factors that are conducive to cloud IP identification.Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed method achieves a high identification accuracy of 96.67%,surpassing the performance of traditional machine learning models such as CNN,MLP,XGBoost,KNN,SVM,and Decision Tree,whose accuracies range between 81%and 92%.Furthermore,this study reveals that latency and port information exhibit insufficient discrimination power for distinguishing cloud IP from non-cloud IP scenarios,highlighting ASN as a simpler,more interpretable,and resource-efficient criterion.To facilitate reproducible research,datasets and codes are publicly released. 展开更多

Preventing IP Spoofing in Kubernetes Using eBPF

Kubernetes has become the dominant container orchestration platform,withwidespread adoption across industries.However,its default pod-to-pod communicationmechanism introduces security vulnerabilities,particularly IP spoofing attacks.Attackers can exploit this weakness to impersonate legitimate pods,enabling unauthorized access,lateral movement,and large-scale Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS)attacks.Existing security mechanisms such as network policies and intrusion detection systems introduce latency and performance overhead,making them less effective in dynamic Kubernetes environments.This research presents PodCA,an eBPF-based security framework designed to detect and prevent IP spoofing in real time while minimizing performance impact.PodCA integrates with Kubernetes’Container Network Interface(CNI)and uses eBPF to monitor and validate packet metadata at the kernel level.It maintains a container network mapping table that tracks pod IP assignments,validates packet legitimacy before forwarding,and ensures network integrity.If an attack is detected,PodCA automatically blocks spoofed packets and,in cases of repeated attempts,terminates compromised pods to prevent further exploitation.Experimental evaluation on an AWS Kubernetes cluster demonstrates that PodCA detects and prevents spoofed packets with 100%accuracy.Additionally,resource consumption analysis reveals minimal overhead,with a CPU increase of only 2–3%per node and memory usage rising by 40–60 MB.These results highlight the effectiveness of eBPF in securing Kubernetes environments with low overhead,making it a scalable and efficient security solution for containerized applications. 展开更多

Inherent Kinematics of the Human Thumb IP and MCP Joints During Functional Tasks

The human thumb plays a crucial role in performing coordinated hand movements for precise tool use.However,quantifying and interpreting the kinematics and couplings of the six degrees of freedom(6DOF)between the interphalangeal(IP)and metacarpophalangeal(MCP)joints during hand functional tasks remains challenging.To address this issue,advanced dynamic biplane radiography combined with a model-based 2D–3D tracking technique was employed to decode the inherent kinematics of the thumb IP and MCP joints during key pinch,tip pinch,palmar pinch and wide grasp.The results indicate that the functional tasks of the thumb are intricately modulated by the 3D rotational and translational motions of the IP and MCP joints.The IP joint exhibited the greatest flexion/extension range of motion during the tip pinch task(67.2°±8.4°),compared to smaller ranges in key pinch(27.6°±3.8°)and wide grasp(16.2°±7.1°)tasks.In the wide grasp task,the IP joint showed more movement in the radius/ulna direction(3.4±1.2 mm)compared to tip pinch(3.1±0.8 mm).Furthermore,the kinematic data of the IP joint challenge the traditional notion that the IP joint normally acts as a hinge mechanism.The results of this study help to elucidate the kinematics of human thumb IP and MCP joints and may provide new inspiration for the design of high-performance bionic hands or thumb prosthetics as well as for evaluating the outcomes of thumb therapeutic interventions and surgical procedures. 展开更多

当虚拟视频点播系统遇到高访问量时会使其服务器负荷过大,导致视频传输速度下降、播放不连续。因此,设计一种基于DVB和IP双结构传输模式的复合流式虚拟视频点播系统,以适应用户需求和网络条件,动态调整视频流的传输质量和分辨率。构建基... 当虚拟视频点播系统遇到高访问量时会使其服务器负荷过大,导致视频传输速度下降、播放不连续。因此,设计一种基于DVB和IP双结构传输模式的复合流式虚拟视频点播系统,以适应用户需求和网络条件,动态调整视频流的传输质量和分辨率。构建基于DVB和IP双结构传输模式的复合流式虚拟视频点播系统框架,终端用户通过基础服务层的Web页面提交视频点播申请后,从视频编排层获取点播视频;控制层的播出控制模块调取PBHS算法来实现网络资源受限下的带宽自适应分配,以动态地调整不同带宽占用,优化网络资源利用,提高传输效率。通过视频传送模块输出点播视频,利用传输层的IP和DVB双结构传输模式将其输送到应用层,最终可视化呈现给用户。实验结果表明,所设计系统可实现虚拟视频点播,视频播放连续不卡顿、画面分辨率高,信令延迟仅34 ms,视频传输速度达到18 Mb/s,平均点播时间为1 320 ms,且拒绝用户数少。 展开更多

研究旨在探索基于Z世代情感化需求的文创IP形象设计,以增强文化自信和提升国家文化软实力。运用问卷调查法、层次分析法、深度访谈法与模糊综合评价法,构建了情感需求指标评价体系,结合情感化设计理论的本能层、行为层和反思层来进行Z... 研究旨在探索基于Z世代情感化需求的文创IP形象设计,以增强文化自信和提升国家文化软实力。运用问卷调查法、层次分析法、深度访谈法与模糊综合评价法,构建了情感需求指标评价体系,结合情感化设计理论的本能层、行为层和反思层来进行Z世代情感化需求的凤纹青铜方罍文创IP形象设计研究。以Z世代情感化需求的综合权重排序为例,提出了基于Z世代情感化需求的文创IP形象设计策略,包括审美层面、交互层面和情感层面的设计,进行武汉博物馆馆藏文物商凤纹青铜方罍的IP形象设计实例。通过实践案例,验证了设计策略的可行性,能够满足Z世代的情感化需求。该研究为Z世代喜爱的文创IP形象设计提供了实践案例和经验基础,有助于推动文创产业的发展和中华文化的传播。 展开更多

后期现代已成为当今人文科学研究的重要话语语境。网络文学及其IP衍生是“现代学”民俗的两个重要领域。随着融合媒介的成熟,按照其所蕴涵的三层逻辑,网络文学及其IP衍生两个领域中的民俗符号在技术层、主体层、空间层分别发生了表达转... 后期现代已成为当今人文科学研究的重要话语语境。网络文学及其IP衍生是“现代学”民俗的两个重要领域。随着融合媒介的成熟,按照其所蕴涵的三层逻辑,网络文学及其IP衍生两个领域中的民俗符号在技术层、主体层、空间层分别发生了表达转向。民俗符号化再现媒介从由语言系统规训的网络文学这一需要深读的“记谱媒介”转换为IP衍生中更符合当今图像化追求的“感官性媒介”;民俗话语主体发生变动,网络文学作者群作为民俗符号表达的话语主体在文学范围外让位于商业精英群,民俗文化产业的边界不断拓宽;民俗符号是文化空间中具有民俗性和艺术性的符号,其经由审美从网络文学“准不可能世界”化入实在世界的“日常生活”,使民众达到“超脱庸常”的境界。“现代学”层面的民俗符号在将来会激活更多意想不到的妙处,而民俗学研究也需要“新尺度和新形态”。 展开更多
