This article investigates the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters with LCL filter under external disturbance by a dynamic state feedback control method.First,this paper cons...This article investigates the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters with LCL filter under external disturbance by a dynamic state feedback control method.First,this paper constructs an internal model to learn the information of the states and input of the grid-connected inverter under steady state.Second,by utilizing the internal model principle,the paper turns the tracking control problem into the robust stabilization control problem based on some appropriate coordinate transformations.Then,The paper designs a dynamics state feedback control law to deal with this robust stabilization problem,and thus the solution of the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters can be obtained.This control method can ensure the asymptotic stability of the closedloop system.Finally,the paper illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed control approach through several groups of simulations,and compares it with the feedforward control method to verify the robustness of the proposed control method to uncertain parameters.展开更多

International investment constitutes a key dimension of high-quality cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.However,affected by unilateralism,protectionist measures,and growing regulatory uncertainty,it faces ...International investment constitutes a key dimension of high-quality cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.However,affected by unilateralism,protectionist measures,and growing regulatory uncertainty,it faces increasingly complex and diverse risks.Deepening the rule of law cooperation based on an international order governed by international law is not only a fundamental way to mitigate investment risks associated with the Belt and Road Initiative but also an essential requirement for building a more just and reasonable system of global economic governance.At present,investment rule of law cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative faces three main challenges:limited legal cooperation capacity among some participating countries at the subject level,insufficient coordination between hard law and soft law at the normative level,and relatively weak regional enforcement and dispute-prevention mechanisms at the implementation level.To advance regional investment rule of law cooperation and promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,China should foster consultative governance on investment rule of law cooperation among partner countries,comprehensively upgrade hard law and soft law instruments regulating investment,and strengthen enforcement and dispute settlement capacity,thereby contributing a more just,reasonable,and inclusive model of investment governance to the world.展开更多

This paper investigates the reliability of internal marine combustion engines using an integrated approach that combines Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Bayesian Networks(BN).FTA provides a structured,top-down method for ...This paper investigates the reliability of internal marine combustion engines using an integrated approach that combines Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Bayesian Networks(BN).FTA provides a structured,top-down method for identifying critical failure modes and their root causes,while BN introduces flexibility in probabilistic reasoning,enabling dynamic updates based on new evidence.This dual methodology overcomes the limitations of static FTA models,offering a comprehensive framework for system reliability analysis.Critical failures,including External Leakage(ELU),Failure to Start(FTS),and Overheating(OHE),were identified as key risks.By incorporating redundancy into high-risk components such as pumps and batteries,the likelihood of these failures was significantly reduced.For instance,redundant pumps reduced the probability of ELU by 31.88%,while additional batteries decreased the occurrence of FTS by 36.45%.The results underscore the practical benefits of combining FTA and BN for enhancing system reliability,particularly in maritime applications where operational safety and efficiency are critical.This research provides valuable insights for maintenance planning and highlights the importance of redundancy in critical systems,especially as the industry transitions toward more autonomous vessels.展开更多

This study examines the mediating role of positive psychological capital and the moderating role of ethnicity in the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing/externalizing problems among adolescents.The stud...This study examines the mediating role of positive psychological capital and the moderating role of ethnicity in the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing/externalizing problems among adolescents.The study sample comprized Chinese adolescents(N=637 ethnic minority;females=40.97%,meam age=12.68,SD=0.49 years;N=636 Han;females=49.06%,mean age=12.71,SD=0.47 years).The participants completed the Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure,the Positive Psycap Questionnaire,and the Youth Self-Report.Results from the moderated mediation analysis showed mindfulness was negatively associated with both internalizing and externalizing problems.Ethnicity moderated the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing problems to be stronger for Han adolescents compared to ethnic minority adolescents.Psychological capital mediated the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing problems in both groups,with a negative direction.Findings support the Conservation of Resources theory and highlight mindfulness as a personal resource fostering adolescent well-being in multicultural contexts.展开更多
