Utilizing data from 5,481 village-level service stations(VS)in Baoding,China,this study empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance(DIF)and VS infrastructure on rural e-commerce(RE)development.Res...Utilizing data from 5,481 village-level service stations(VS)in Baoding,China,this study empirically investigates the impact of digital inclusive finance(DIF)and VS infrastructure on rural e-commerce(RE)development.Results demonstrate that DIF significantly promotes RE by reducing transaction and financing costs(β=0.783,P<0.01).VS as physical infrastructure significantly drives RE growth(β=0.654,P<0.01).Crucially,DIF and VS exhibit synergistic effects(interactionβ=0.421,P<0.01),producing a“1+1>2”enhancement.Regional economic development,population density,and education levels positively influence RE.Current challenges include financial misallocation,infrastructure deficits,and skill gaps.We propose a“One Core,Three Wings”framework—Core:Develop tailored financial products for specialty industries(luggage,textiles,mushrooms);Wings:(1)Upgrade digital infrastructure,(2)Optimize policy synergy,(3)Enhance inclusive capacity through elderly-friendly technologies and training.Implementation strategies include establishing risk-sharing mechanisms,expanding VS functionality,and creating DIF-RE-VS alliances to foster sustainable rural revitalization.展开更多

Driven by the dual forces of China’s financial powerhouse strategy and advancements in artificial intelligence,digital finance has experienced rapid growth,rendering traditional financial legal regulations inadequate...Driven by the dual forces of China’s financial powerhouse strategy and advancements in artificial intelligence,digital finance has experienced rapid growth,rendering traditional financial legal regulations inadequate to meet its regulatory demands.Key challenges include lagging legislative regulation,limited applicability of the standard regulations,and diminished effectiveness of the supervisory regulations.These challenges stem from the“single-entity”regulatory approach which is inadequate to meet its regulatory needs of mixed operations of digital finance,the misalignment between“static”administrative regulations and the dynamic evolution of financial technology(fintech),and the uneven allocation of regulatory resources,which constrain regulatory precision.To achieve a dynamic balance between the development of digital finance and its regulation,the adoption of inclusive legal regulation is imperative.The technological empowerment theory integrates the principles of finance with the“people-centered”concept and the social good,which thereby safeguards the rights and interests of digital finance consumers.As a pivotal standard for shaping inclusive legal regulation,digital justice should not only uphold fairness in the regulation of processes but also advance the organic integration of scenario-based justice and the principles of Law 3.0.In the future,China should foster multi-stakeholder collaborative governance to ensure the orderly allocation of the regulators’power.This effort should be supported by a comprehensive toolkit of technological regulations,which can dynamically balance incentive regulation with binding regulation while simultaneously enabling the efficient flow of regulatory resources within specific application scenarios.Such strategies would provide a viable pathway toward the goal of achieving inclusive legal regulation in digital finance.展开更多
One of the core challenges faced by children with autism is repetitive motor behavior,which not only undermines their learning efficiency in the classroom but also makes it difficult for them to integrate smoothly int...One of the core challenges faced by children with autism is repetitive motor behavior,which not only undermines their learning efficiency in the classroom but also makes it difficult for them to integrate smoothly into inclusive educational settings,thereby hindering their social adaptation and overall development.This study adopted a single-case design focusing on a first-grade student with autism enrolled in a mainstream class at Xiangxue Primary School,Huangpu District,Guangzhou.Functional behavior assessment was conducted to systematically observe and analyze the student’s repetitive motor behaviors in class,on the basis of which an intervention plan was developed and implemented.The intervention incorporated antecedent control,replacement behavior training,and consequence management,supplemented by collaboration between school and family.The findings indicated that the frequency of repetitive motor behaviors decreased significantly after the intervention,while the student demonstrated improved classroom participation and peer interaction;these positive effects were maintained during the follow-up phase.The study suggests that in inclusive education settings,interventions guided by functional behavior assessment can effectively reduce problem behaviors in children with autism and enhance their classroom engagement and learning adaptability.展开更多

Open banking is an emerging business model that is representative of FinTech.To explore whether inclusive FinTech can improve bank performance and identify the underlying mechanisms by which this occurs,we investigate...Open banking is an emerging business model that is representative of FinTech.To explore whether inclusive FinTech can improve bank performance and identify the underlying mechanisms by which this occurs,we investigate a sample of Chinese commercial banks involved in open banking during 2011-2020.The results show that inclusive FinTech can improve bank performance by improving the bank’s lending rate and liability structure,and that this positive effect is more pronounced in national and rural banks.The results indicate that inclusive FinTech has the greatest impact among banks serving the largest population and those who are excluded from the traditional financial system,and that financial inclusion does not detract from bank performance.However,the results do not provide evidence that inclusive FinTech improves bank performance by reducing risk-taking,suggesting a greater need for inclusive FinTech to focus on risk management.This study adds empirical evidence regarding the role of inclusive FinTech in banks.To promote inclusive FinTech and bank performance,developing economies like China should strengthen digital financial innovations,focus on risk management,and promote cooperation under the open finance framework.展开更多
Gender inclusiveness is important in the rural transformation process of Bangladesh as rural women play key roles in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.Gender inclusiveness also leads to gender equity.We e...Gender inclusiveness is important in the rural transformation process of Bangladesh as rural women play key roles in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.Gender inclusiveness also leads to gender equity.We empirically evaluate relationships between rural transformation and gender inclusiveness in Bangladesh.We consider three rural transformation indicators:high-value commodities’share in agricultural output values,non-farm employment’s share in rural labor employment,and non-agricultural GDP’s share in total GDP.Indicators capturing gender inclusiveness include the per capita rural income of males and females,ratio of investments into gender programs,female access to education,access to healthcare,employment participation,land ownership,and asset ownership.We test the effect of the difference in per capita rural income of males and females and the ratio of their incomes and check for the robustness of the gender variables across different model specifications.Analyzing 128 district-level observations from 32 districts of Bangladesh across four time periods(2000,2005,2010 and 2016),we use both ordinary least squares and fixed effects panel regression models.We find that female land and asset ownership and access to education and healthcare are robust determinants of various stages of rural transformation.Thus,our results suggest that improving women’s ownership of land and assets and investing in women’s education and healthcare will likely contribute to a more inclusive rural transformation.展开更多

文摘The transverse single-spin asymmetry forρ^(0) production in semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering was recently reported by the COMPASS Collaboration.Using the Sivers function extracted from pion and kaon productions,we perform a calculation of the Sivers asymmetry within the transverse momentum-dependent factorization.Our results are consistent with the COMPASS data,supporting the universality of the Sivers function in the semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering process for different final-state hadrons within current experimental uncertainties.While different parametrizations of the Sivers function from global analyses allow describing the data equally well,we obtain very different predictions on the Sivers asymmetry ofρand K^(*)productions at electron-ion colliders,which therefore are expected to provide further constraints.

文摘To investigate mainstream kindergarten teachers’attitudes towards inclusive education for children with special needs,this study surveyed 422 teachers from 26 inclusive kindergartens in Suzhou.The findings indicate that while teachers in inclusive settings possess some understanding of children with special needs,this knowledge remains limited.Teachers expressed greater willingness to accept children with special needs into mainstream kindergartens when adequate teaching support is available and parents of typically developing children are supportive.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed to provide empirical reference points for advancing preschool inclusive education in China.
文摘This article focuses on how digital inclusive finance empowers the development of Liaoning’s marine economy.The research shows that while digital inclusive finance in Liaoning Province has grown rapidly in recent years,it still faces shortcomings in usage depth and coverage breadth.At present,digital inclusive finance has a significant empowering effect on Liaoning’s marine economy,but challenges remain,including insufficient coverage and limited application of infrastructure,imperfect data governance and risk control systems for the marine economy,and a mismatch between digital financial products and the needs of the marine industry.To address these issues,the article proposes optimized pathways for digital inclusive finance to support Liaoning’s marine economy:improving digital financial infrastructure to enhance service accessibility and efficiency;strengthening marine economic data governance to build an intelligent risk control system;innovating digital financial products to better align with industrial demands.
文摘Under the socialist market economic system of our country,the government,through the“invisible hand,”carries on macro regulation and control to improve the financing constraints that small and medium-sized enterprises are facing.But because of the huge base number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,there are many kinds,and the problem of financing constraints is still puzzling the development of enterprises at present.With the continuous promotion of inclusive finance in our country,the problems plaguing SMEs in the last mile of financing are gradually improved.In this context,small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan Free Trade Port are taken as the research object to study the role of digital inclusive finance on the financing constraints of SMEs.The research shows that,first of all,small and medium-sized enterprises in Hainan Free Trade Port generally have financing problems.The development of digital inclusive finance solves the“last kilometer”problem of traditional finance,enhances financial access ability,broadens the financial service group,provides convenience and diversified services for SMEs'financing,and provides inexhaustible impetus for the long-term healthy development of SMEs.Secondly,digital inclusive finance alleviates the financing difficulties faced by SMEs on the island by reducing financial costs and expanding the scale of credit.

文摘Digital financial inclusion provides financial services through digital platforms,aiming to improve the ability of MSMEs and low-income groups to access financial resources,thereby easing their financing constraints and promoting economic growth and inclusive development.As an innovative financial model,digital financial inclusion utilizes modern technological means to significantly improve the accessibility and convenience of financial services,especially in areas where traditional banking services are under-covered.Digital finance has promoted the popularization of financial services such as micro-credit,micro-savings,and micro-insurance,and helped improve the financing environment of low-income groups and small and micro enterprises.At the same time,digital financial inclusion promotes financial literacy education and digital inclusion construction,and enhances the acceptance and use of digital financial instruments by the general public,which is the key to achieving sustainable development of digital financial inclusion.Therefore,digital financial inclusion can better ease the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote economic development.

文摘The rapid development of digital financial inclusion is profoundly changing the financing environment for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).As an important driver of economic growth and innovation,SMEs account for a significant share of employment and GDP globally.However,the traditional bank credit model has long failed to effectively meet the financing needs of SMEs due to issues such as information asymmetry,high cost,and difficulty in risk assessment,resulting in serious financing constraints.Digital financial inclusion,through technological innovation and big data analysis,has significantly reduced credit costs,alleviated information asymmetry,and provided SMEs with more flexible and efficient financing channels.Research shows that digital financial inclusion can not only ease the financing constraints of SMEs,but also promote their innovation and growth,providing important support for building a more inclusive and sustainable financial ecosystem.

文摘Open banking is an emerging business model that is representative of FinTech.To explore whether inclusive FinTech can improve bank performance and identify the underlying mechanisms by which this occurs,we investigate a sample of Chinese commercial banks involved in open banking during 2011-2020.The results show that inclusive FinTech can improve bank performance by improving the bank’s lending rate and liability structure,and that this positive effect is more pronounced in national and rural banks.The results indicate that inclusive FinTech has the greatest impact among banks serving the largest population and those who are excluded from the traditional financial system,and that financial inclusion does not detract from bank performance.However,the results do not provide evidence that inclusive FinTech improves bank performance by reducing risk-taking,suggesting a greater need for inclusive FinTech to focus on risk management.This study adds empirical evidence regarding the role of inclusive FinTech in banks.To promote inclusive FinTech and bank performance,developing economies like China should strengthen digital financial innovations,focus on risk management,and promote cooperation under the open finance framework.

文摘Gender inclusiveness is important in the rural transformation process of Bangladesh as rural women play key roles in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.Gender inclusiveness also leads to gender equity.We empirically evaluate relationships between rural transformation and gender inclusiveness in Bangladesh.We consider three rural transformation indicators:high-value commodities’share in agricultural output values,non-farm employment’s share in rural labor employment,and non-agricultural GDP’s share in total GDP.Indicators capturing gender inclusiveness include the per capita rural income of males and females,ratio of investments into gender programs,female access to education,access to healthcare,employment participation,land ownership,and asset ownership.We test the effect of the difference in per capita rural income of males and females and the ratio of their incomes and check for the robustness of the gender variables across different model specifications.Analyzing 128 district-level observations from 32 districts of Bangladesh across four time periods(2000,2005,2010 and 2016),we use both ordinary least squares and fixed effects panel regression models.We find that female land and asset ownership and access to education and healthcare are robust determinants of various stages of rural transformation.Thus,our results suggest that improving women’s ownership of land and assets and investing in women’s education and healthcare will likely contribute to a more inclusive rural transformation.

文摘Sustainable growth is a prerequisite for high-quality development,and inclusive green growth is regarded as an important way to realize sustainable growth.This paper constructs a tourism inclusive green growth index(IGGI)system based on the 2018 Asian Development Bank IGGI.Using Shandong Province from 2017 to 2019,the entropy weight method is utilized to explore the degree of coupling and coordination among the subsystems of tourism inclusive green growth.The study shows that:(1)the tourism IGGI continues to grow;(2)in the tourism inclusive green growth system,the social equity subsystem shows a trend of steady improvement;and(3)in the system,there is a slight discordance between the economic growth subsystem and the environmental sustainability subsystem.The study aims to provide the scientific basis for the high-quality development of tourism and theoretical support for the field of tourism and environmental sustainability.
