It examines the effects on their physiological and psychological responses an...Objective: This study evaluates the impact of handshake and information support on patients’ outcomes during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It examines the effects on their physiological and psychological responses and overall satisfaction with nursing care. Methods: A total of 84 patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected through convenient sampling and randomly assigned to either the control group or the intervention group using a random number table. Each group consisted of 42 patients. The control group received standard surgical nursing care. In addition to standard care, the intervention group received handshake and information support from the circulating nurse before anesthesia induction. Vital signs were recorded before surgery and before anesthesia induction. Anxiety levels were measured using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the State-Anxiety Inventory (S-AI), while nursing satisfaction was assessed using a numerical rating scale. Results: No significant differences were found between the two groups in systolic and diastolic blood pressures before surgery and anesthesia induction (P > 0.05). However, there was a significant difference in heart rate before anesthesia induction (P Conclusion: Providing handshake and information support before anesthesia induction effectively reduces stress, alleviates anxiety, and enhances comfort and satisfaction among patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.展开更多
As coal mining progresses to greater depths,controlling the stability of surrounding rock in deep roadways has become an increasingly complex challenge.Although four-dimensional(4D)support theoretically offers unique ...As coal mining progresses to greater depths,controlling the stability of surrounding rock in deep roadways has become an increasingly complex challenge.Although four-dimensional(4D)support theoretically offers unique advantages in maintaining the stability of rock mass,the disaster evolution processes and multi-source information response characteristics in deep roadways with 4D support remain unclear.Consequently,a large-scale physical model testing system and self-designed 4D support components were employed to conduct similarity model tests on the surrounding rock failure process under unsupported(U-1),traditional bolt-mesh-cable support(T-2),and 4D support(4D-R-3)conditions.Combined with multi-source monitoring techniques,including stress–strain,digital image correlation(DIC),acoustic emission(AE),microseismic(MS),parallel electric(PE),and electromagnetic radiation(EMR),the mechanical behavior and multi-source information responses were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the peak stress and displacement of the models are positively correlated with the support strength.The multi-source information exhibits distinct response characteristics under different supports.The response frequency,energy,and fluctuationsof AE,MS,and EMR signals,along with the apparent resistivity(AR)high-resistivity zone,follow the trend U-1>T-2>4D-R-3.Furthermore,multi-source information exhibits significantdifferences in sensitivity across different phases.The AE,MS,and EMR signals exhibit active responses to rock mass activity at each phase.However,AR signals are only sensitive to the fracture propagation during the plastic yield and failure phases.In summary,the 4D support significantlyenhances the bearing capacity and plastic deformation of the models,while substantially reducing the frequency,energy,and fluctuationsof multi-source signals.展开更多

The identity authentication protocols between the nodes in the same cluster and in different clusters are designed. From the perspective of the security of network and the availability of distributed authentication service,the definition of the secure service success rate of distributed CA is given and it is taken as the aim of the optimal design for distributed CA. The efficiency of providing the distributed certificate service successfully by the distributed CA is taken as the constraint condition of the optimal design for distributed CA. The present w...Demarcating distribution area of goods is often guided by the rule of thumb by business proprietors. However, this method seems to be unsuitable when the demand points increase to a certain large extent. The present work attempted to convert the problem of distribution area demarcation into a localized problem of warehouseing and networking, and tried to establish district-based planning mode based on location based heuristic (LBH). Two methods were used in this study: 1) the manual method to construct the mathematical model and conduct simulation; 2) the automatic method using TransCAD software of geographical information system (GIS) for simulation. By comparing the effects of the two methods, the research provides theoretical support for business proprietors to demarcate the distribution area rationally with the application of GIS system. The results show that GIS has very good graphics construction function to replace complex text, and the automatic demarcating mode with human-machine interaction provides a good business decision-making support.展开更多

Computer technology solutions, such as the Decision Support System, make the decision-making process less complex and simpler for problem-solving. In order to make a high-quality business decision, managers need to have a great deal of appropriate information. Nonetheless, this complicates the process of making appropriate decisions. In a situation like that, the possibility of using DSS is quite logical. The aim of this paper is to find out the intended use of DSS for medium and large business organizations in USA by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Different models were developed in order to understand and predict the use of information systems, but the information systems community mostly used TAM to ensure this issue. The purpose of the research model is to determine the elements of analysis that contribute to these results. The sample for the research consisted of the target group that was supposed to have completed an online questionnaire about the manager’s use of DSS in medium and large American companies. The information obtained from the questionnaires was analyzed through the SPSS statistical software. In short, the concept consists of a combination of the following four assertions: 1) For the steady and sustainable development of the Russian Far East, the entire Russian Federation and the Asia-Pacific Region in general, environmental, food, economic, and other security is required, which cannot be achieved without the rational use of bioresources based on the ecosystem approach to the management of aquatic bioresources. 2) For the inventory, appraisal, monitoring, forecasting of the state of and management the natural water resources when applying this approach, statistically relevant quantitative information is required on the greatest possible number of constituents of marine biocenosis of the north-western Pacific for the longest possible period of time, which is only available at the TINRO-Center. 3) This valuable data should be organized into databases, based on which geo-information and other electronic information systems are prepared, and based on these map atlases and reference books on natural water resources, using automated workplaces created especially for this. 4) The resulting unique information support will be of great value not only for practical purposes, but also for science, both applied and fundamental. Next comes a summary of the many years of work on the practical implementation of this concept and the key achievements in this field obtained by the TINRO-Center by the end of 2015 are reviewed. The classifica- tion information value for a training point is computed based on the classification accuracy of an appropriate hyperplane for the training sample, where the hyperplane goes through the mapped target of the training point in feature space defined by a kernel fimction. The algorithm can mine the association rules with decision attributes directly without processing missing values. Using the incomplete dataset Mushroom from UCI machine learning repository, the new algorithm was compared with the classical association rules mining algorithm based on Apriori from the number of rules extracted, testing accuracy and execution time. The experiment results show that the new algorithm has advantages of short execution time and high accuracy.展开更多

The purpose of the research model is to determine the elements of analysis that contribute to these results. The sample for the research consisted of the target group that was supposed to have completed an online questionnaire about the manager’s use of DSS in medium and large American companies. The information obtained from the questionnaires was analyzed through the SPSS statistical software. The research has indicated that, this is primarily used due to a significant level of Perceived usefulness and For the Perceived ease of use.
文摘The first part of the article provides an overview of the theoretical evidence, the main provisions, and the implementation strategy of information support for bioresource and ecosystem research in the north-west Pacific, which has been conducted over the past 20 years in the Russian Far East Research Institute TINRO-Center. In short, the concept consists of a combination of the following four assertions: 1) For the steady and sustainable development of the Russian Far East, the entire Russian Federation and the Asia-Pacific Region in general, environmental, food, economic, and other security is required, which cannot be achieved without the rational use of bioresources based on the ecosystem approach to the management of aquatic bioresources. 2) For the inventory, appraisal, monitoring, forecasting of the state of and management the natural water resources when applying this approach, statistically relevant quantitative information is required on the greatest possible number of constituents of marine biocenosis of the north-western Pacific for the longest possible period of time, which is only available at the TINRO-Center. 3) This valuable data should be organized into databases, based on which geo-information and other electronic information systems are prepared, and based on these map atlases and reference books on natural water resources, using automated workplaces created especially for this. 4) The resulting unique information support will be of great value not only for practical purposes, but also for science, both applied and fundamental. Next comes a summary of the many years of work on the practical implementation of this concept and the key achievements in this field obtained by the TINRO-Center by the end of 2015 are reviewed. At the end, some plans for the near future are outlined.

文摘Support vector machine (SVM) is an important classi- fication tool in the pattern recognition and machine learning community, but its training is a time-consuming process. To deal with this problem, we propose a novel method to mine the useful information about classification hidden in the training sample for improving the training algorithm, and every training point is as- signed to a value that represents the classification information, respectively, where training points with the higher values are cho- sen as candidate support vectors for SVM training. The classifica- tion information value for a training point is computed based on the classification accuracy of an appropriate hyperplane for the training sample, where the hyperplane goes through the mapped target of the training point in feature space defined by a kernel fimction. Experimental results on various benchmark datasets show the effectiveness of our algorithm.

文摘Based on the rough set theory which is a powerful tool in dealing with vagueness and uncertainty, an algorithm to mine association rules in incomplete information systems was presented and the support and confidence were redefined. The algorithm can mine the association rules with decision attributes directly without processing missing values. Using the incomplete dataset Mushroom from UCI machine learning repository, the new algorithm was compared with the classical association rules mining algorithm based on Apriori from the number of rules extracted, testing accuracy and execution time. The experiment results show that the new algorithm has advantages of short execution time and high accuracy.
