在参与式治理视域下,作为利益相关者的学生对政策制定的参与可以有效地提高治理效能,留学生教育领域亦是如此。英国#WeAreInternational学生宪章就是通过参与式治理优化国际学生体验的典型例证。该宪章由#WeAreInternational学生大使主... 在参与式治理视域下,作为利益相关者的学生对政策制定的参与可以有效地提高治理效能,留学生教育领域亦是如此。英国#WeAreInternational学生宪章就是通过参与式治理优化国际学生体验的典型例证。该宪章由#WeAreInternational学生大使主导制定,旨在确保学生的意见在优化其服务体系决策过程中占有重要地位,以推动实现“为国际学生提供世界级体验”的目标。宪章提出的五个原则已成为衡量国际学生体验战略目标进展情况的工具。该宪章得以推行的主要原因在于英国重视学生参与治理的传统、宪章文化及国际教育战略提供的支持系统。基于对这一案例的深入考察可以发现,英国各界对国际学生价值定位的认知推动了其参与治理的进程,然而,当前关于学生参与高等教育治理的理论研究尚未关注国际学生群体,这一理论滞后于实践的现状应该得到改变。 展开更多

目的探究“Jigsaw+雨课堂”教学法在中医内科学理论课的教学效果及其相关因素。方法选取广西中药大学2019级中医学专业的1班和2班90名学生,于2022年10月—12月采用横断面研究法设计,将1班的45名学生定义为对照组,采用传统教学方法,将2班... 目的探究“Jigsaw+雨课堂”教学法在中医内科学理论课的教学效果及其相关因素。方法选取广西中药大学2019级中医学专业的1班和2班90名学生,于2022年10月—12月采用横断面研究法设计,将1班的45名学生定义为对照组,采用传统教学方法,将2班的45名学生定义为试验组,采用“Jigsaw+雨课堂”教学法,进行问卷调查,比较两个班级在临床能力的自我评价、授课教师评价、自主学习能力评价及教学满意度。结果试验组学生在领导能力、疾病的分析、教学与合作、计划与评估、沟通交流、专业发展等六个评价维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在教学与合作方面评分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组领导能力、疾病的分析、计划与评估、沟通与交流及专业发展方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组学生自我动机信念、任务分析方面得分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组自我监控与调节和自我评级对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组教学总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“Jigsaw+雨课堂”教学法教学效果好于传统教学法,在医学院校开展“Jigsaw+雨课堂”教学法,不仅有助于提高教学效果和质量,而且有助于学生提高学习内驱力和终身学习能力。 展开更多

Deep-time Earth research plays a pivotal role in deciphering the rates,patterns,and mechanisms of Earth's evolutionary processes throughout geological history,providing essential scientific foundations for climate prediction,natural resource exploration,and sustainable planetary stewardship.To advance Deep-time Earth research in the era of big data and artificial intelligence,the International Union of Geological Sciences initiated the“Deeptime Digital Earth International Big Science Program”(DDE)in 2019.At the core of this ambitious program lies the development of geoscience knowledge graphs,serving as a transformative knowledge infrastructure that enables the integration,sharing,mining,and analysis of heterogeneous geoscience big data.The DDE knowledge graph initiative has made significant strides in three critical dimensions:(1)establishing a unified knowledge structure across geoscience disciplines that ensures consistent representation of geological entities and their interrelationships through standardized ontologies and semantic frameworks;(2)developing a robust and scalable software infrastructure capable of supporting both expert-driven and machine-assisted knowledge engineering for large-scale graph construction and management;(3)implementing a comprehensive three-tiered architecture encompassing basic,discipline-specific,and application-oriented knowledge graphs,spanning approximately 20 geoscience disciplines.Through its open knowledge framework and international collaborative network,this initiative has fostered multinational research collaborations,establishing a robust foundation for next-generation geoscience research while propelling the discipline toward FAIR(Findable,Accessible,Interoperable,Reusable)data practices in deep-time Earth systems research. 展开更多

CLIL,which stands for Content and Language Integrated Learning,is an instructional approach that gives ample curricular and pedagogical attention to content and language outcomes in multilingual educational settings.Increasingly,it is heralded as a way to responsibly enact top-down English-Medium-of-Instruction(EMI)policies at the university level,where teachers and students are tasked with developing their English proficiency while remaining competitive in the international job market.However,teachers and teacher educators hoping to implement this approach in their science,technology,engineering and mathematics(STEM)content courses face significant challenges.This article serves as an introduction to a vip-edited special issue that reports on several aspects related to a project of international collaboration called Project SCILLA,an acronym for“STEM Content Integrated with Language-Learning Activities”.We first provide a brief overview of the project,which was developed and carried out in collaboration between Michigan State University and a consortium of 10 rural universities in Kazakhstan as a way to support STEM educators who wish to adapt their teaching practices to Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Education.We then offer an overview of the six articles that comprise the special issue,and call for deliberate and dialogic international collaboration as a way to support teachers responding to language policy demands. 展开更多

随着北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的持续完善,与全球定位系统(GPS)的联合应用已成为卫星导航领域的重要研究方向。基于3个IGS多系统观测站(CHAN、HKTK、SUWN)的静态PPP试验数据,对GPS、BDS及BDS+GPS 3种定位模式进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:... 随着北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的持续完善,与全球定位系统(GPS)的联合应用已成为卫星导航领域的重要研究方向。基于3个IGS多系统观测站(CHAN、HKTK、SUWN)的静态PPP试验数据,对GPS、BDS及BDS+GPS 3种定位模式进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:BDS在亚太地区具有显著的区域优势,部分站位的定位精度已接近GPS;联合模式在精度与解算稳定性方面均优于单系统,三维均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)平均降低约26%,高程方向的改善幅度约为30%,收敛时间缩短约29%。研究结果表明:BDS具备稳定的独立定位能力,同时,BDS与GPS在融合应用中表现出良好的互补性,为高精度定位服务质量提升与多GNSS融合算法优化提供了实证依据。 展开更多

Lethal autonomous weapon systems(LAWS)have become a prominent issue in global security governance.However,significant divergences remain among the world's major countries regarding their regulation:some support restrictions,while others oppose any binding rules,and there are also countries adopting a neutral stance,though their choices are subject to external pressure.In the foreseeable future,the deployment of LAWS will increase further,raising the risk of arms races,with international support for regulating these weapons gaining strength.Yet,establishing legally binding international rules within the United Nations(UN)framework remains a distant prospect.Given this backdrop,China should continue to actively participate in international norms setting concerning LAWS under UN auspices and deepen coordination and cooperation with other countries towards more applicable norms and global governance frameworks. 展开更多

The Russia-Ukraine conflict remains unresolved,while the armed conflict between Israel and Palestine continues to escalate,causing significant civilian casualties.To better protect the victims of war in armed conflicts,clarifying the applicability of international human rights law(IHRL)and international humanitarian law(IHL)in such contexts has become an urgent issue.A comparative study on the application of IHRL and IHL needs to address three key questions step by step:First,whether IHRL is applicable during armed conflicts;second,if applicable,how IHRL complements and interacts with IHL;and third,what methods should be adopted to resolve conflicts when IHRL and IHL are applied concurrently.In this context,an analysis of the historical development of IHRL and IHL reveals that the two share a common philosophical foundation,and thus they can be applied concurrently during armed conflicts.From an empirical perspective,IHRL engages with IHL through two approaches:interpreting IHL provisions and directly applying IHRL to armed conflicts,thereby fostering interactive development between the two.In cases where normative conflicts arise between IHRL and IHL,such as in the rules on the use of force and internment procedures,the principles of systemic integration and lex specialis can reconcile these conflicts during the application process. 展开更多
