In 1988, we reported that there areseven oncogenes overexpressed in human primary liver cancer, and one of them isIGF-Ⅱ. After that we further discovered that IGF-Ⅱ and its receptor (IGF-ⅡR) areboth overexpressed simultaneously in liver cancer and cancer adjacent non-tumor livertissues. This suggests that IGF-Ⅱ might be involved in liver cancer progression展开更多

In 1988, we reported that there areseven oncogenes overexpressed in human primary liver cancer, and one of them isIGF-Ⅱ. This suggests that IGF-Ⅱ might be involved in liver cancer progression
