However, their pressure frequency and cavitation characteristics remain unclear, resulting in an inability to fully utilize resonance and cavitation erosion to break coal and rock. In this study, high-frequency pressure testing, high-speed photography, and large eddy simulation(LES) are used to investigate the distribution of the pressure frequency band, evolution law of the cavitation cloud, and its regulation mechanism of a continuous waterjet, SOPW, and AFESOPW. The results indicated that the excitation of the plunger pump, shearing layer vortex, and bubble collapse corresponded to the three high-amplitude frequency bands of the waterjet pressure. AFESOPWs have an additional self-priming frequency that can produce a larger amplitude under a synergistic effect with the second high-amplitude frequency band. A better cavitation effect was produced after self-priming the annulus fluid, and the shedding frequency of the cavitation clouds of the three types of waterjets was linearly related to the cavitation number. The peak pressure of the waterjet and cavitation erosion effect can be improved by modulating the waterjet pressure oscillation frequency and cavitation shedding frequency.展开更多

By performing a detailed event study in terms of particle distribution maps and wave–particle variable correlation maps, we report that ULF waves observed by the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile EvolutioN(MAVEN) spacecraft in the Martian foreshock can effectively modulate the suprathermal electron fluxes by the magnetic field fluctuations. In particular, the variations in electron fluxes at energies of ~10–100 eV are significant in the perpendicular direction, showing good relationships with changes in the wave field strength characterized by a correlation coefficient ~0.8. These findings demonstrate the generality of interactions of ULF waves with electrons, even at these low energies, highlighting the importance of such processes throughout the heliosphere.展开更多

Within the reflection bandwidth range of RPS-FBG, spanning from 1 549.2 nm to 1 549.9 nm, different laser modes with stable central wavelength and peak power can be selectively chosen by varying the injected light wavelength. The power fluctuation within 1 h is less than 0.1 d Bm, and the central wavelength drift is less than 0.02 nm. When the pump power increases from 90 mW to 300 mW, the pulse width decreases from 3.2 μs to 1.5 μs, and the pulse repetition frequency is 20 kHz. The RFL can reach a stable locking state at the lowest pump power of 100 mW and the lowest injection power of 3 d Bm. When the wavelength is locked, the output pulse is a single pulse. On the contrary, the unlocked output pulse is multi-pulse. The laser has the characteristics of high wavelength tunability in the reflection range of RPS-FBG and it can be an ideal light source in the fields of laser imaging and pulse coding.展开更多

文摘Under submerged conditions, compared with traditional self-excited oscillating pulsed waterjets(SOPWs), annular fluid-enhanced self-excited oscillating pulsed waterjets(AFESOPWs) exhibit a higher surge pressure through self-priming. The peak pressure of the waterjet and cavitation erosion effect can be improved by modulating the waterjet pressure oscillation frequency and cavitation shedding frequency.

文摘Ultra-low-frequency(ULF) waves are ubiquitous in terrestrial and planetary environments, playing a crucial role in energy transfer and dissipation through wave–particle interactions within space plasmas. These findings demonstrate the generality of interactions of ULF waves with electrons, even at these low energies, highlighting the importance of such processes throughout the heliosphere.

文摘The 7075 aluminum alloy was subjected to power-modulated laser welding using a full-domain power modulation(FDPM)laser oscillating welding system.Three different power modes were utilized:constant power(CP),gradient power(GP),and alternating power(AP)modes. The impact of different power modes on joint crack sensitivity, microstructure, and residual stress was assessed. The results demonstrate that joint welded with the AP mode exhibits the lowest sensitivity to solidification cracking(with mean crack sensitivity of 18.3%),and the smallest average grain size in the fusion zone of the weld seam(80μm).Additionally,it shows the highest microhardness(HV 113)and the narrowest softening region(3.5 cm).Furthermore, the joint displays the lowest residual stress and cooling rate, which is the reason for its minimal crack sensitivity.
文摘With the continuous improvement of signal processing accuracy requirements in modern electronic systems, the demand for high-precision analog-to-digital converters(ADCs)is increasing.Sigma-Delta modulator,as the most important component of high-precision ADC,is widely used in high-quality audio,high-precision instrument measurement, and other fields due to its advantages of high precision, strong noise resistance, and low hardware cost. This article designs a discrete structure third-order four-bit high-precision Sigma-Delta modulator through modeling, with an oversampling rate set to 512.Under ideal conditions, the simulation results show that the SDNR reaches 152.7db and the ENOB is 25.24bits.After introducing non-ideal noise, the system performance has decreased. The simulation results show that the SDNR is as high as 124.5db and the ENOB is 20.39bits.This indicates that the design can achieve high-precision conversion and provide assistance for further research in the future.
文摘This paper designs a high-frequency stable wireless amplitude modulation(AM)system based on a Pierce circuit. The system utilizes an oscillator and comparator to generate a 20 kHz square wave with an adjustable duty cycle, combined with a 41 MHz carrier wave produced by a passive crystal oscillator Pierce circuit.A 100% modulation index amplitude modulation is achieved through the AD835 multiplier. The modulated signal is amplified by a power amplifier circuit and transmitted wirelessly via the transmitter antenna.Upon reception, the signal undergoes two-stage highfrequency amplification before passing through a Schottky diode envelope detector. The NE5532 shaping circuit then restores the square wave.Experimental results demonstrate reliable 11-meter transmission with carrier frequency deviation<0.75% and demodulation error<1%.

文摘Femtosecond laser processing is an important machining method for micro-optical components such as Fresnel zone plate(FZP).However, the low processing efficiency of the femtosecond laser restricts its application. Here,a femtosecond laser Bessel beam is proposed to process micro-FZP,which is modulated from a Gaussian beam to a Bessel annular beam. The processing time for FZP with an outer diameter of 60μm is reduced from 30 min to 1.5 min on an important semiconductor material gallium arsenide(GaAs),which significantly improves the processing efficiency. In the modulation process,a central ablation hole that has an adverse effect on the diffraction performance is produced, and the adverse effect is eliminated by superimposing the blazed grating hologram.Meanwhile, the FZP machined by spatial light modulator(SLM)has good morphology and higher diffraction efficiency, which provides a strong guarantee for the application of micro-FZP in computed tomography and solar photovoltaic cells.

文摘Nanomaterials that can sequentially respond to internal and external stimuli, functioning as a sequential gate, have great potential for targeting different aspects of antitumor immunity.Herein,we construct a mannose-modified,pH and reactive oxygen species(ROS) sequential-responsive,transformable dualimmunofunction nanoprodrug(MpRTNP).This nanoprodrug encapsulates a transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) receptor inhibitor SD-208(MpRTNP@SD),to simultaneously alleviate the immunosuppressive effects of TGF-β and tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs).In the weakly acidic tumor microenvironment(TME),the vesicle-micelle morphology transformation occurs owing to the protonation of PC7A,which is accompanied by SD-208 release to inhibit cancer-associated fibroblasts and regulatory T cells. The transformed micelles then target TAMs via mannose receptor-media ted endocytosis.Upon laser irradiation, the thioketal linker is cleaved, releasing conjugated chlorin e6 and generating ROS,which facilitates TAM polarization. The PC7A^(+) segment activates the stimulator of the interferon gene in TAMs with elevated phosphorylation of TANK binding kinase 1 and interferon regulatory factor 3,and type I interferon secretion.MpRTNP@SD displays superior abscopal effects and robust antitumor immunity,as evidenced by increased CD8^(+)/CD4^(+) T cell infiltration and reduced regulatory T cell(Treg) ratios.Mouse survival time is prolonged after combination with the CD47 antibody. This study provides a novel strategy for potent antitumor immunotherapy through pH and ROS sequential-gated spatiotemporal regulation of the TME.

文摘Transcription factors(TFs)play key roles in the regulatory network of leaf senescence. However, many nodes in this network remain unclear. To elucidate the mechanism of leaf senescence mediated by a rice TF,WRKY10,the expression of multiple senescence-related genes and physiological phenotypes were monitored in WRKY10-and VQ MOTIF-CONTAINING PROTEIN8(VQ8)-overexpressing plants and the wrky10 and vq8 mutants. Our results showed that WRKY10 positively regulates abscisic acid(ABA)-and dark-induced senescence(DIS)by directly regulating the expression of multiple senescence-related genes. The VQ8 protein,a repressor of WRKY10,negatively regulates WRKY10-mediated DIS.The WRKY10-VQ8 module fine-tunes the progression of DIS.ABA,methyl jasmonate, and H_(2)O_(2) accelerate WRKY10-mediated DIS,whereas ammonium nitrate and dithiothreitol delay WRKY10-mediated DIS.Further analysis revealed that WRKY10 and VQ8 interact with ABA RESPONSIVE ELEMENT BINDING FACTOR1(ABF1)or ABF2.VQ8 represses the transcriptional activity of ABF1 and ABF2.Overexpression of ABF1 or ABF2 accelerates ABA-and dark-induced senescence and H_(2)O_(2) accumulation in N.benthamiana leaves, and WRKY10 and VQ8 can inhibit either ABF1-or ABF2-induced cell necrosis.Taken together,WRKY10 integrates multiple senescence signals to establish an orderly progression of leaf senescence. The VQ8 protein acts as a brake on WRKY10-induced senescence and ABF1/2-induced cell death, preventing uncontrolled cell death.
文摘Objectives:The phytochemical investigation of traditional herbal medicines holds significant promise for modern drug discovery, particularly in cancer therapy. This study aimed to evaluate the cytotoxicity, apoptosis induction, and immune-modulatory activities of extracts from three herbal medicines with historical use in traditional medicine—Acanthopanax sessiliflorus,Phragmites communis, and Pinus densiflora,as well as their combined extract(GMAS 01/COM),on human lung cancer cells(A549)and normal cell lines, including murine macrophages(RAW 264.7)and human keratinocytes(HaCaT).Methods:Plant extracts were prepared using aqueous extraction, sonication, and rotary evaporation. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents were quantified using the Folin-Ciocalteu and AlCl3 colorimetric methods, respectively.Antioxidant potential was evaluated via 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)scavenging and reducing power assays.Cytotoxicity was assessed using an MTT assay, while reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation was quantified using a 2′,7′-Dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA)assay.Anticancer properties, including colony formation inhibition and migration suppression, were examined using colony formation and wound healing assays. The expression of apoptotic and inflammatory mediators was analysed through qPCR.Results:GMAS 01 selectively induced apoptosis in A549 cells without cytotoxic effects on RAW264.7 and HaCaT cells.Mechanistically,it elevated intracellular ROS and activated the intrinsic mitochondrial apoptotic pathway, evidenced by p53 upregulation, increased Bax,and decreased Bcl-2 expression.GMAS 01 also significantly inhibited colony formation and migration in A549 cells. In RAW264.7 cells,it reduced nitric oxide(NO)production and downregulated iNOS,COX-2,IL-6,and IL-8,indicating strong immunomodulatory activity. Conclusion:GMAS 01 exhibits potent antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anticancer effects, likely mediated through ROS-induced mitochondrial apoptosis. However, mechanistic interpretations are limited by the absence of protein-level validation and pathway inhibition studies.Upcoming studies should aim to verify the underlying mechanisms and evaluate their potential for real-world application.

文摘Physical layer authentication(PLA)in the context of the Internet of Things(IoT)has gained significant attention.Compared with traditional encryption and blockchain technologies,PLA provides a more computationally efficient alternative to exploiting the properties of the wireless medium itself. Some existing PLA solutions rely on static mechanisms, which are insufficient to address the authentication challenges in fifth generation(5G)and beyond wireless networks.Additionally, with the massive increase in mobile device access, the communication security of the IoT is vulnerable to spoofing attacks. To overcome the above challenges, this paper proposes a lightweight deep convolutional neural network(CNN)equipped with squeeze and excitation module(SE module)in dynamic wireless environments, namely SE-ConvNet.To be more specific,a convolution factorization is developed to reduce the complexity of PLA models based on deep learning. Moreover,an SE module is designed in the deep CNN to enhance useful features andmaximize authentication accuracy.Compared with the existing solutions, the proposed SE-ConvNet enabled PLA scheme performs excellently in mobile and time-varying wireless environments while maintaining lower computational complexity.

文摘In this paper, an actively Q-switched wavelength injection locking random fiber laser(RFL) based on random phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating(RPS-FBG) is proposed, and the performance of the laser is verified by experiments. The laser has the characteristics of high wavelength tunability in the reflection range of RPS-FBG and it can be an ideal light source in the fields of laser imaging and pulse coding.
文摘The utilization of millimeter-wave frequencies and cognitive radio(CR)are promising ways to increase the spectral efficiency of wireless communication systems. However, conventional CR spectrum sensing techniques entail sampling the received signal at a Nyquist rate, and they are not viable for wideband signals due to their high cost. This paper expounds on how sub-Nyquist sampling in conjunction with deep learning can be leveraged to remove this limitation. To this end,we propose a multi-task learning(MTL)framework using convolutional neural networks for the joint inference of the underlying narrowband signal number, their modulation scheme, and their location in a wideband spectrum. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework for real-world millimeter-wave wideband signals collected by physical devices, exhibiting a 91.7% accuracy in the joint inference task when considering up to two narrowband signals over a wideband spectrum.Ultimately, the proposed data-driven approach enables on-the-fly wideband spectrum sensing, combining accuracy, and computational efficiency, which are indispensable for CR and opportunistic networking.
