Methods: 60 practice nurses in the department of cardiology of our hospital were divided into two groups, 30 in each group. Different teachers adopt different teaching modes. One group was given routine teaching, and this group was taken as the control group, while the other group was given humanized teaching mode, and was taken as the experimental group. Two months later, the nursing theory, practical operation ability and nursing service attitude of the two groups of interns were evaluated, and the effect of the teaching mode was evaluated from four aspects: teaching form, learning interest, learning initiative and teacher-student interaction. Then, the internship nurses evaluated the satisfaction of the teaching mode. Compare the above two groups of evaluation data. Results: the evaluation scores of nursing theory, practical ability and nursing service attitude of practice nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the comprehensive effect of nursing teaching mode was better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction evaluation of practice nurses was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: compared with the traditional cold and mechanized teaching mode, the humanized teaching mode can improve the learning interest of practice nurses, master more theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a limited time, and the recognition of practice nurses is higher and the effect is better. It is suggested that it should be popularized in nursing teaching in various departments.展开更多
