Methods: 250 cases of parturients who delivered in our hospital from June 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into routine group and care group by computer random group method, with 125 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing, while the care group received humanistic nursing during delivery. Results: the total labor time and postpartum blood loss in the care group were significantly lower than those in the routine group, and the nursing satisfaction in the care group was significantly higher than that in the routine group. The statistical analysis of data between groups was P < 0.05. Conclusion: adopting humanistic nursing in the process of childbirth can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of the parturients, and shorten the time of labor, which has a very important application value for improving the quality of nursing.展开更多

Methods: 70 cases of malignant tumor patients were selected to carry out a comparative study. Only different nursing methods were used when the number of patients was exactly the same. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with humanistic care at the same time. After nursing, the two groups were compared on the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, quality of life score (SF-36), nursing satisfaction score and patient treatment compliance, in order to evaluate the clinical application effect of related intervention methods and measures, and analyze the value and significance of clinical application. Results: comparing the results after nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the nursing satisfaction score and SF-36 score were higher than those in the control group. The compliance was relatively better and the compliance rate was higher (p < 0.05), and more satisfactory effects and effects of clinical nursing intervention were achieved. Conclusion: at present, in the process of nursing for patients with clinical malignant tumor, through strengthening humanistic care, the existing health condition of patients has been improved, the psychological state is better, so as to promote patients to cooperate with clinical treatment, improve the quality of life, and bring more positive impact on patients.展开更多

Methods: all kinds of patients with liver cancer who were examined in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method, namely the control group and the experimental group, with 23 cases in the comparison group and 22 cases in the experimental group, a total of 45 patients. The patients in the control group were given routine care during the perioperative time, while the patients in the experimental group were given humanistic care, and compared the two groups of liver cancer patients after the treatment of pain, psychological state and quality of life. Results: after nursing, the experimental group of patients after surgery 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h pain scores were significantly lower than the control group of patients (P < 0.05), there are differences in data comparison;after nursing, the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant;in terms of quality of life score, the comprehensive score of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was a comparative significance between the data. Conclusion: in the perioperative treatment and nursing for patients with liver cancer, humanistic care nursing effect is more significant, not only can effectively relieve the pain of patients, but also can improve the bad mentality. It is worth to vigorously promote and research application.展开更多
