This empirical study examines the integration of medical and elderly care services in Guangyuan City through stratified random sampling,targeting 283 eligible residents aged 60+from three representative integrated ins...This empirical study examines the integration of medical and elderly care services in Guangyuan City through stratified random sampling,targeting 283 eligible residents aged 60+from three representative integrated institutions.The research employed a self-designed questionnaire titled“Humanistic Care Experience and Demand Influencing Factors”to collect subjective perceptions regarding basic care,psychological support,health education,and social interaction using a Likert five-point scale.Descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,and multiple regression modeling were conducted with SPSS 25.0 software.Results indicated that overall humanistic care experience scores were moderately high,with the“caregiving”dimension scoring highest and“psychological/social support”the lowest.Analysis revealed significant correlations between educational attainment,income,self-reported health status,and family support frequency(P<0.001),particularly among seniors with higher education,better health,and stronger family support.While integrated care facilities provide relatively comprehensive basic care,they should focus on addressing gaps in humanistic services,especially providing targeted support for groups with“low education,low income,poor health,and lack of family support.”展开更多

BACKGROUND Radical surgery is a preferred treatment for colorectal carcinoma,wherein nursing intervention is essential for postoperative recovery and prevention of complications.Recently,the application of humanistic ...BACKGROUND Radical surgery is a preferred treatment for colorectal carcinoma,wherein nursing intervention is essential for postoperative recovery and prevention of complications.Recently,the application of humanistic care in medical care has attracted attention.Humanistic care emphasizes comprehensive care,with importance attached to patients’physical needs as well as psychological and emotional support to provide more humane and personalized care services.However,no clinical reports have examined the use of humanistic care in patients undergoing radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma.AIM To investigate the influence of humanistic care-based operating room nursing on the safety,postoperative recovery,and nursing satisfaction of patients who have undergone radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma.METHODS In total,120 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University between August 2023 and March 2024 were selected and grouped based on the nursing methods employed.Of these patients,55 were treated with routine nursing intervention(control group)and 65 were provided humanistic care-based operating room nursing(research group).The patients’vital signs were recorded,including systolic/diastolic blood pressure(SBP/DBP)and heart beats per minute(BPM),as well as serum stress indices,including norepinephrine(NE),adrenal hormone(AD),and cortisol(Cor).Postoperative recovery and complications were also recorded.Patients’negative emotions,life hope,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated using the Self-rating Depression/Anxiety Scale(SDS/SAS),Herth Hope Index(HHI),and self-deve-loped nursing satisfaction questionnaire,respectively.RESULTS During emergence from anesthesia,SBP,DBP,and BPM levels were found to be lower in the research group than those in the control group,also serum Cor,AD,and NE levels were lower.In addition,the research group had shorter operative,awakening,anal exhaust,first postoperative ambulation,drainage tube removal,intestinal recovery,and hospital times.The total complication rate and the SDS and SAS scores were lower in the research group than those in the control group.The HHI and nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the research group.CONCLUSION Humanistic care-based operating room nursing can mitigate physiological stress responses,reduce postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,relieve adverse psychological emotions,and enhance life hope and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma,which can be popularized in clinical practice.展开更多

Objective:To describe the status quo of humanistic care ability,the knowledge-attitude-practice of Patient Safety and professional commitment among Undergraduate Nursing Students in clinical practice,and to determine ...Objective:To describe the status quo of humanistic care ability,the knowledge-attitude-practice of Patient Safety and professional commitment among Undergraduate Nursing Students in clinical practice,and to determine the effects of professional commitment and patient safety knowledge-attitude-practice on humanistic care ability.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-two undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice were investigated with the general questionnaire,Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),Patients Safety knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)Questionnaire and the Nursing Professional Commitment Scale.Results:The score of humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates was 185.19±20.95,patients safety KAP score was 106.94±11.62,professional commitment score was 74.93±10.44.Undergraduate nursing students’humanistic care ability were positively correlated with professional commitment and patients safety KAP(P<0.05).Multiple Linear regression analysis showed that professional commitment,patient safety KAP entered the humane care equation(F=24.051,P<0.001),and explained 39.1%of the total variation in humane care.Intermediate effect analysis shows that patient safety played a partial mediating role in professional commitment and humane care.Conclusion:The professional commitment and patient safety KAP of undergraduate nursing students were positively related to their humanistic care ability.Improving the professional commitment and knowledge and patients safety KAP of nursing students can strengthen their humanistic care ability to provide high-quality nursing for patients.展开更多

Methods: 70 cases of malignant tumor patients were selected to carry out a comparative study. Only different nursing methods were used when the number of patients was exactly the same. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with humanistic care at the same time. After nursing, the two groups were compared on the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, quality of life score (SF-36), nursing satisfaction score and patient treatment compliance, in order to evaluate the clinical application effect of related intervention methods and measures, and analyze the value and significance of clinical application. Results: comparing the results after nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the nursing satisfaction score and SF-36 score were higher than those in the control group. The compliance was relatively better and the compliance rate was higher (p < 0.05), and more satisfactory effects and effects of clinical nursing intervention were achieved. Conclusion: at present, in the process of nursing for patients with clinical malignant tumor, through strengthening humanistic care, the existing health condition of patients has been improved, the psychological state is better, so as to promote patients to cooperate with clinical treatment, improve the quality of life, and bring more positive impact on patients.展开更多

Methods: the selected personnel in this study were elderly patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital and provided corresponding nursing services. During the period of this trial, 80 eligible patients were selected and grouped by random mathematical table. 40 patients were selected into the control group and received corresponding neuroscience treatment during this period;Among them, 40 patients were selected into the observation group and received humanistic care. There were three key indicators of the study - the measurement results of the severity of symptoms of mental classification before and after nursing, the measurement results of mental status before and after nursing, and the measurement results of social function before and after nursing. Results: through the measurement of the severity, mental state and social ability of schizophrenia, there was no significant difference in the measurement of all observation indicators before interventional treatment, and the p value was greater than 0.05;Three different results show that their indicators have been significantly improved, but their indicators have been significantly improved, mainly because of the low severity score of schizophrenia, low mental status and high social function test results. Conclusion: in the process of nursing the elderly, the use of humanistic care can improve the psychological status of patients, improve their social ability, and gradually improve their quality of life, which deserves the attention of clinical researchers.展开更多

According to the random digital table regulations, 40 patients in a control group all took routine care as the intervention plan, and 40 patients in the observation group would increase human care. After implementing their respective nursing work, the groups were evaluated from the state of mind (SAS, SDS), quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF scale), and satisfaction of care (questionnaire). Results: group comparisons between SAS and SDS scores were not significant (P> 0.05) and significant after intervention (P <0.05). The group comparison of scores of QoL indicators was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) and significant after intervention (P <0.05). Regarding the group comparison of care satisfaction, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of humanistic care in clinical nursing work has significant advantages in guiding negative psychology, and can also have a positive effect on the improvement of patient quality of life and nursing satisfaction.展开更多

The differences in the application effects of different care models were compared. Results: compared with the scores of nursing job satisfaction, the patients in the experimental group had more advantages in the index scores of nursing staff's service attitude, visiting procedure and health education, and the difference of each index showed statistical value (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it is necessary and feasible to take humanistic care in outpatient nursing work, which helps to promote the good establishment of nurse-patient relationship, and then improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, and is conducive to the long-term development of patients and hospitals.展开更多

The patients were divided into control group (n=42) and experimental group (n=42) by random number table method, and comparative nursing study was carried out. During the examination, the control group received basic nursing, and the experimental group received humanistic care. The results of emotional score, examination compliance, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared after the examination. Results: the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the examination, and examination compliance and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction decreased significantly after examination, P < 0.05. Conclusion: humanistic care in the otolaryngological endoscopy has positive effect on the relief of anxiety and depression during the examination. Methods: all kinds of patients with liver cancer who were examined in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method, namely the control group and the experimental group, with 23 cases in the comparison group and 22 cases in the experimental group, a total of 45 patients. The patients in the control group were given routine care during the perioperative time, while the patients in the experimental group were given humanistic care, and compared the two groups of liver cancer patients after the treatment of pain, psychological state and quality of life. Results: after nursing, the experimental group of patients after surgery 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h pain scores were significantly lower than the control group of patients (P < 0.05), there are differences in data comparison;after nursing, the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant;in terms of quality of life score, the comprehensive score of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was a comparative significance between the data. Conclusion: in the perioperative treatment and nursing for patients with liver cancer, humanistic care nursing effect is more significant, not only can effectively relieve the pain of patients, but also can improve the bad mentality. Results: nursing students in the research group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge, learning enthusiasm, autonomous learning ability, clinical practice, language communication, clinical judgment and thinking ability, innovative thinking ability, teamwork spirit, self-confidence improvement, and clinical adaptability. Nursing students in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The nursing students in the research group had higher scores than those in the control group in terms of humanistic care concept, humanistic care knowledge, humanistic care ability, and humanistic care perception, statistical significance (P < 0.05);Nursing students in the research group were 95.45% (21/22) more satisfied with the teaching method than the nursing students in the control group, 72.73% (16/22), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 文摘BACKGROUND Radical surgery is a preferred treatment for colorectal carcinoma,wherein nursing intervention is essential for postoperative recovery and prevention of complications.Recently,the application of humanistic care in medical care has attracted attention.Humanistic care emphasizes comprehensive care,with importance attached to patients’physical needs as well as psychological and emotional support to provide more humane and personalized care services.However,no clinical reports have examined the use of humanistic care in patients undergoing radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma.AIM To investigate the influence of humanistic care-based operating room nursing on the safety,postoperative recovery,and nursing satisfaction of patients who have undergone radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma.METHODS In total,120 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University between August 2023 and March 2024 were selected and grouped based on the nursing methods employed.Of these patients,55 were treated with routine nursing intervention(control group)and 65 were provided humanistic care-based operating room nursing(research group).The patients’vital signs were recorded,including systolic/diastolic blood pressure(SBP/DBP)and heart beats per minute(BPM),as well as serum stress indices,including norepinephrine(NE),adrenal hormone(AD),and cortisol(Cor).Postoperative recovery and complications were also recorded.Patients’negative emotions,life hope,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated using the Self-rating Depression/Anxiety Scale(SDS/SAS),Herth Hope Index(HHI),and self-deve-loped nursing satisfaction questionnaire,respectively.RESULTS During emergence from anesthesia,SBP,DBP,and BPM levels were found to be lower in the research group than those in the control group,also serum Cor,AD,and NE levels were lower.In addition,the research group had shorter operative,awakening,anal exhaust,first postoperative ambulation,drainage tube removal,intestinal recovery,and hospital times.The total complication rate and the SDS and SAS scores were lower in the research group than those in the control group.The HHI and nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the research group.CONCLUSION Humanistic care-based operating room nursing can mitigate physiological stress responses,reduce postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,relieve adverse psychological emotions,and enhance life hope and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma,which can be popularized in clinical practice.

文摘Objective:To describe the status quo of humanistic care ability,the knowledge-attitude-practice of Patient Safety and professional commitment among Undergraduate Nursing Students in clinical practice,and to determine the effects of professional commitment and patient safety knowledge-attitude-practice on humanistic care ability.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-two undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice were investigated with the general questionnaire,Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),Patients Safety knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)Questionnaire and the Nursing Professional Commitment Scale.Results:The score of humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates was 185.19±20.95,patients safety KAP score was 106.94±11.62,professional commitment score was 74.93±10.44.Undergraduate nursing students’humanistic care ability were positively correlated with professional commitment and patients safety KAP(P<0.05).Multiple Linear regression analysis showed that professional commitment,patient safety KAP entered the humane care equation(F=24.051,P<0.001),and explained 39.1%of the total variation in humane care.Intermediate effect analysis shows that patient safety played a partial mediating role in professional commitment and humane care.Conclusion:The professional commitment and patient safety KAP of undergraduate nursing students were positively related to their humanistic care ability.Improving the professional commitment and knowledge and patients safety KAP of nursing students can strengthen their humanistic care ability to provide high-quality nursing for patients.

Method: into our hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 admitted perimenopausal patients with 60 cases, random number table method is divided into research group and control group, each 30 cases, all perimenopausal blood routine treatment and nursing, research group patients with humanistic care services at the same time, the two groups of patients treatment effect, hormone level, psychological status evaluation comparison. Results: patients in the study group had higher efficacy, E2 level lower than the control group, SAS and HAMA score lower than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: humanistic care in perimenopausal patients is helpful to improve the disease control effect and hormone levels and anxiety.

文摘Objective: to carry out nursing care for patients with clinical malignant tumor in the process of strengthening humanistic care, patients' existing mental health status and treatment compliance has significantly improved to compare and control, evaluate the clinical application value and advantages of the relevant methods. Methods: 70 cases of malignant tumor patients were selected to carry out a comparative study. Only different nursing methods were used when the number of patients was exactly the same. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with humanistic care at the same time. After nursing, the two groups were compared on the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, quality of life score (SF-36), nursing satisfaction score and patient treatment compliance, in order to evaluate the clinical application effect of related intervention methods and measures, and analyze the value and significance of clinical application. Results: comparing the results after nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the nursing satisfaction score and SF-36 score were higher than those in the control group. The compliance was relatively better and the compliance rate was higher (p < 0.05), and more satisfactory effects and effects of clinical nursing intervention were achieved. Conclusion: at present, in the process of nursing for patients with clinical malignant tumor, through strengthening humanistic care, the existing health condition of patients has been improved, the psychological state is better, so as to promote patients to cooperate with clinical treatment, improve the quality of life, and bring more positive impact on patients.
文摘Objective: to study and analyze the value of humanistic care model in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method: into our hospital from October 2019 to May 2021 to maintenance hemodialysis treatment of 60 patients, random digital table is divided into research group, control group, each 30 cases, implement routine care, research group to carry out humanistic care care mode intervention, the two groups of patients coping way, hope level, nutritional status, nursing satisfaction evaluation comparison.Results: the MCMQ scale and M C M Q scores were lower than the control group, the Herth Hope scale was higher than the control group, albumin, total protein and proalbumin levels, nursing satisfaction was higher than the controls, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: the application of humanistic care model in maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve patient response, improve nutritional status and nursing satisfaction with high application value.
文摘Objective: to explore the significance of choosing humanistic care nursing intervention measures during the nursing intervention for elderly schizophrenics, and to compare and analyze the difference between them and the conventional nursing intervention mode. Methods: the selected personnel in this study were elderly patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital and provided corresponding nursing services. During the period of this trial, 80 eligible patients were selected and grouped by random mathematical table. 40 patients were selected into the control group and received corresponding neuroscience treatment during this period;Among them, 40 patients were selected into the observation group and received humanistic care. There were three key indicators of the study - the measurement results of the severity of symptoms of mental classification before and after nursing, the measurement results of mental status before and after nursing, and the measurement results of social function before and after nursing. Results: through the measurement of the severity, mental state and social ability of schizophrenia, there was no significant difference in the measurement of all observation indicators before interventional treatment, and the p value was greater than 0.05;Three different results show that their indicators have been significantly improved, but their indicators have been significantly improved, mainly because of the low severity score of schizophrenia, low mental status and high social function test results. Conclusion: in the process of nursing the elderly, the use of humanistic care can improve the psychological status of patients, improve their social ability, and gradually improve their quality of life, which deserves the attention of clinical researchers.
文摘Objective: to analyze the value of humanistic care in closed negative pressure technology of diabetic foot patients. Methods: 80 diabetic foot patients were selected as the study subjects. The 80 patients from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups (40 patients in each group) according to the "random sampling method". The control group received general care and the observation group received human care. Nursing effect, incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the wound healing, pain and dressing change were lower than the control group (P <0.05), the complication rate (20.00%) (4.114, P <0.05) and the quality of life was higher than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of diabetic foot patients with closed negative pressure technology can improve the pain degree and reduce the number of drug changes.
文摘Objective: to explore the value of humanistic care in patients with advanced tumors. Methods: the selection range of research subjects was the advanced tumor patients (n=80) treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021. According to the random digital table regulations, 40 patients in a control group all took routine care as the intervention plan, and 40 patients in the observation group would increase human care. After implementing their respective nursing work, the groups were evaluated from the state of mind (SAS, SDS), quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF scale), and satisfaction of care (questionnaire). Results: group comparisons between SAS and SDS scores were not significant (P> 0.05) and significant after intervention (P <0.05). The group comparison of scores of QoL indicators was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) and significant after intervention (P <0.05). Regarding the group comparison of care satisfaction, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: the introduction of humanistic care in clinical nursing work has significant advantages in guiding negative psychology, and can also have a positive effect on the improvement of patient quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
文摘Objective: to study the effect and value of humanistic care in outpatient nursing. Methods: a total of 116 patients who were admitted to our outpatient department from May 2020 to October 2020 were included in the grouping comparative experiment and sequenced. According to the even and odd order, they were equally divided into the reference group and the experimental group, 58 cases in each group. The patients in the former group were assisted with routine outpatient care, while those in the later group received humanistic care. The differences in the application effects of different care models were compared. Results: compared with the scores of nursing job satisfaction, the patients in the experimental group had more advantages in the index scores of nursing staff's service attitude, visiting procedure and health education, and the difference of each index showed statistical value (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it is necessary and feasible to take humanistic care in outpatient nursing work, which helps to promote the good establishment of nurse-patient relationship, and then improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, and is conducive to the long-term development of patients and hospitals.
文摘Objective: to evaluate the application effect and influence of humanistic nursing in the nursing of otolaryngological endoscopy. Methods: 84 patients were admitted to the hospital for otolaryngological endoscopy from October 2018 to June 2020. The patients were divided into control group (n=42) and experimental group (n=42) by random number table method, and comparative nursing study was carried out. During the examination, the control group received basic nursing, and the experimental group received humanistic care. The results of emotional score, examination compliance, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared after the examination. Results: the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the examination, and examination compliance and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction decreased significantly after examination, P < 0.05. Conclusion: humanistic care in the otolaryngological endoscopy has positive effect on the relief of anxiety and depression during the examination. Thus, after improving examination compliance, the adaptability of examination is improved and the clinical effect is significant.
文摘This article aims to observe the clinical value of humanistic care and nursing for perioperative patients with liver cancer. Methods: all kinds of patients with liver cancer who were examined in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method, namely the control group and the experimental group, with 23 cases in the comparison group and 22 cases in the experimental group, a total of 45 patients. The patients in the control group were given routine care during the perioperative time, while the patients in the experimental group were given humanistic care, and compared the two groups of liver cancer patients after the treatment of pain, psychological state and quality of life. Results: after nursing, the experimental group of patients after surgery 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h pain scores were significantly lower than the control group of patients (P < 0.05), there are differences in data comparison;after nursing, the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant;in terms of quality of life score, the comprehensive score of patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was a comparative significance between the data. Conclusion: in the perioperative treatment and nursing for patients with liver cancer, humanistic care nursing effect is more significant, not only can effectively relieve the pain of patients, but also can improve the bad mentality. It is worth to vigorously promote and research application.
文摘Objective: to observe the method and effect of humanistic care training for nursing students in nursing pediatrics teaching. Methods: 44 nursing students in pediatric nursing in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were divided into 22 cases in the control group (traditional teaching) and 22 cases in the research group (humanistic care training method in teaching). The differences in practice effect, humanistic care quality and job satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results: nursing students in the research group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge, learning enthusiasm, autonomous learning ability, clinical practice, language communication, clinical judgment and thinking ability, innovative thinking ability, teamwork spirit, self-confidence improvement, and clinical adaptability. Nursing students in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The nursing students in the research group had higher scores than those in the control group in terms of humanistic care concept, humanistic care knowledge, humanistic care ability, and humanistic care perception, statistical significance (P < 0.05);Nursing students in the research group were 95.45% (21/22) more satisfied with the teaching method than the nursing students in the control group, 72.73% (16/22), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of humanistic care in teaching, especially in nursing paediatrics, has a good promotion effect on cultivating the clinical ability and humanistic care quality of nursing students, so as to improve the quality of teaching.
