Porous hydrogel sensors have attracted significant attention in fields such as smart wearables and medical monitoring due to their high sensitivity.However,existing fabrication methods typically degrade the surface sm...Porous hydrogel sensors have attracted significant attention in fields such as smart wearables and medical monitoring due to their high sensitivity.However,existing fabrication methods typically degrade the surface smoothness of hydrogels when introducing porous structures and face significant challenges in removing fillers completely.To address these challenges,we herein introduce a novel one-step,thermosensitive spray-coating technique for the preparation of aircell hydrogel(ACH).This method leverages the rapid cooling of a thermoresponsive gelatin methacryloyl solution through atomization,enabling rapid cross-linking within seconds and air bubbles encapsulated in situ.Additionally,the transient flow of the pre-gel facilitates the repair of voids formed by ruptured surface bubbles,leading to the creation of the ACH with uniformly distributed inner air bubbles and a smooth outer surface.The mold-free fabrication method is independent of substrate surface properties,enabling the creation of a porous hydrogel film with a thickness as thin as 163 µm.Furthermore,the dual-crosslinked network endows the ACH with excellent anti-swelling properties,and the physical crosslinking between gelatin molecules allows the ACH to self-heal.The ACH exhibits excellent sensitivity in deformation sensing and can even successfully track minor external forces,which enables it to effectively complete various tasks such as facial expression recognition,pitch differentiation,and motion detection.By integrating the ACH into a sensing glove,we also demonstrate the significant potential of the ACH for applications in human-machine interaction and tactile sensing.Ultimately,the ACH sensors are also applied to motion mapping and machine tactile feedback,indicating their promising potential in human-machine interaction.展开更多
In the parallel steering coordination control strategy for path tracking,it is difficult to match the current driver steering model using the fixed parameters with the actual driver,and the designed steering coordinat...In the parallel steering coordination control strategy for path tracking,it is difficult to match the current driver steering model using the fixed parameters with the actual driver,and the designed steering coordination control strategy under a single objective and simple conditions is difficult to adapt to the multi-dimensional state variables’input.In this paper,we propose a deep reinforcement learning algorithm-based multi-objective parallel human-machine steering coordination strategy for path tracking considering driver misoperation and external disturbance.Firstly,the driver steering mathematical model is constructed based on the driver preview characteristics and steering delay response,and the driver characteristic parameters are fitted after collecting the actual driver driving data.Secondly,considering that the vehicle is susceptible to the influence of external disturbances during the driving process,the Tube MPC(Tube Model Predictive Control)based path tracking steering controller is designed based on the vehicle system dynamics error model.After verifying that the driver steering model meets the driver steering operation characteristics,DQN(Deep Q-network),DDPG(Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient)and TD3(Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient)deep reinforcement learning algorithms are utilized to design a multi-objective parallel steering coordination strategy which satisfies the multi-dimensional state variables’input of the vehicle.Finally,the tracking accuracy,lateral safety,human-machine conflict and driver steering load evaluation index are designed in different driver operation states and different road environments,and the performance of the parallel steering coordination control strategies with different deep reinforcement learning algorithms and fuzzy algorithms are compared by simulations and hardware in the loop experiments.The results show that the parallel steering collaborative strategy based on a deep reinforcement learning algorithm can more effectively assist the driver in tracking the target path under lateral wind interference and driver misoperation,and the TD3-based coordination control strategy has better overall performance.展开更多
Photothermoelectric(PTE)photodetectors with selfpowered and uncooled advantages have attracted much interest due to the wide application prospects in the military and civilian fields.However,traditional PTE photodetec...Photothermoelectric(PTE)photodetectors with selfpowered and uncooled advantages have attracted much interest due to the wide application prospects in the military and civilian fields.However,traditional PTE photodetectors lack of mechanical flexibility and cannot operate independently without the test instrument.Herein,we present a flexible PTE photodetector capable of dual-mode output,combining electrical and optical signal generation for enhanced functionality.Using solution processing,high-quality MXene thin films are assembled on asymmetric electrodes as the photosensitive layer.The geometrically asymmetric electrode design significantly enhances the responsivity,achieving 0.33 m A W^(-1)under infrared illumination,twice that of the symmetrical configuration.This improvement stems from optimized photothermal conversion and an expanded temperature gradient.The PTE device maintains stable performance after 300 bending cycles,demonstrating excellent flexibility.A new energy conversion pathway has been established by coupling the photothermal conversion of MXene with thermochromic composite materials,leading to a real-time visualization of invisible infrared radiation.Leveraging this functionality,we demonstrate the first human-machine collaborative infrared imaging system,wherein the dual-mode photodetector arrays synchronously generate human-readable pattern and machine-readable pattern.Our study not only provides a new solution for functional integration of flexible photodetectors,but also sets a new benchmark for human-machine collaborative optoelectronics.展开更多
Rock discontinuities control rock mechanical behaviors and significantly influence the stability of rock masses.However,existing discontinuity mapping algorithms are susceptible to noise,and the calculation results ca...Rock discontinuities control rock mechanical behaviors and significantly influence the stability of rock masses.However,existing discontinuity mapping algorithms are susceptible to noise,and the calculation results cannot be fed back to users timely.To address this issue,we proposed a human-machine interaction(HMI)method for discontinuity mapping.Users can help the algorithm identify the noise and make real-time result judgments and parameter adjustments.For this,a regular cube was selected to illustrate the workflows:(1)point cloud was acquired using remote sensing;(2)the HMI method was employed to select reference points and angle thresholds to detect group discontinuity;(3)individual discontinuities were extracted from the group discontinuity using a density-based cluster algorithm;and(4)the orientation of each discontinuity was measured based on a plane fitting algorithm.The method was applied to a well-studied highway road cut and a complex natural slope.The consistency of the computational results with field measurements demonstrates its good accuracy,and the average error in the dip direction and dip angle for both cases was less than 3.Finally,the computational time of the proposed method was compared with two other popular algorithms,and the reduction in computational time by tens of times proves its high computational efficiency.This method provides geologists and geological engineers with a new idea to map rapidly and accurately rock structures under large amounts of noises or unclear features.展开更多

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of faricimab and conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods:A total of 50 patients diagnosed with DME in our hosp...Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of faricimab and conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods:A total of 50 patients diagnosed with DME in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 25 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The observation group received intravitreal injection of faricimab,while the control group received intravitreal injection of conbercept.Both groups adopted a loading phase plus maintenance phase treatment regimen.The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA,expressed in logMAR)and central subfield thickness(CST)of the two groups were compared before treatment and at 1,3,and 6 months after treatment,and the incidence of adverse events during treatment was recorded.Results:The logMAR BCVA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment(both p<0.05).The CST in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after treatment(all p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse events between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.189,p=0.663).Conclusion:Both intravitreal injections of faricimab and conbercept are effective in improving visual acuity and reducing macular edema in patients with DME,with good safety profiles.However,faricimab demonstrates superior efficacy in the medium to long term(3 and 6 months)compared to conbercept,making it more suitable for long-term treatment of patients with DME.展开更多

Seaweed was fermented using Bifidobacterium,and its high-density fermentation conditions were investigated through single-factor experiments.The optimized fermentation conditions were determined as follows:Ulva powder...Seaweed was fermented using Bifidobacterium,and its high-density fermentation conditions were investigated through single-factor experiments.The optimized fermentation conditions were determined as follows:Ulva powder as the fermentation algal body,Ulva powder addition at 2%,fermented nitrogen source as 1%soy peptone,fermentation time of 26 h,and fermentation temperature of 37℃.The Ulva powder ferment broth was subjected to the Hen’s Egg Test-Chorioallantoic Membrane(HET-CAM)assay and acute cell toxicity testing to evaluate its irritancy and safety.Additionally,cell-based experiments for firming and anti-wrinking efficacy,soothing effect,whitening potency,and antioxidant activity were conducted to assess its cosmetic functionalities.The results indicated that the obtained Ulva powder ferment broth was non-irritating and exhibited a high non-cytotoxic concentration.A 5%concentration of the Ulva powder ferment broth promoted the upregulation of Type Ⅰ collagen by 32.58%±1.33%.A 10%concentration of the ferment broth achieved relative inhibition rates of 67.64%±3.99%for nitric oxide(NO)and 55.76%±0.11%for melanin,respectively.Furthermore,a 6.25%concentration of the ferment broth demonstrated an ABTS radical scavenging rate of 58.29%±4.92%.These findings suggest that the Ulva powder ferment broth is a fermentation product characterized by high safety,excellent anti-wrinking,soothing,and whitening efficacies,along with potent in vitro antioxidant capacity.This study demonstrates its value-added development and significant potential for application in industries such as cosmetics and food.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the impact of improved emergency integrated nursing on the treatment effectiveness and safety of emergency trauma patients.Methods:Study duration:December 2024 to December 2025.Observation target:...Objective:To analyze the impact of improved emergency integrated nursing on the treatment effectiveness and safety of emergency trauma patients.Methods:Study duration:December 2024 to December 2025.Observation target:emergency trauma patients in our hospital.Sample size:92 cases.Using computer-based grouping,the 92 patients were divided into two equally sized groups:a control group of 46 patients who received conventional emergency nursing care,and an observation group of 46 patients who underwent an improved emergency integrated nursing model.The treatment-related indicators,treatment effectiveness,and incidence of adverse events were evaluated in both groups.Results:After intervention,the pre-hospital emergency care time,emergency diagnosis time,total emergency rescue duration,and examination waiting time in the control group were all longer than those in the observation group(p<0.05);the treatment effectiveness in the control group(effective rate:82.61%)was worse than that in the observation group(effective rate:95.65%),p<0.05;compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of adverse events,p<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing an improved emergency integrated nursing model for emergency trauma patients helps streamline the treatment process,enhance treatment effectiveness,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.展开更多
To ensure the safe transportation of radioactive materials,numerous countries have established specific standards.For the transfer of fissile materials,it is imperative that the material within the packaging remains i...To ensure the safe transportation of radioactive materials,numerous countries have established specific standards.For the transfer of fissile materials,it is imperative that the material within the packaging remains in a subcritical state during routine,normal,and accidental transport conditions.In the event of an accident,the rods within the storage tank may become rearranged,introducing uncertainty that must be accounted for to ensure that criticality analysis results are conservative.Historically,this uncertainty was addressed overly conservatively due to limited research on non-uniform arrangement scenarios,which proved unsuitable for criticality safety analysis of spent fuel packages.This paper introduced three distinct methods to non-uniformly rearrange fuel rods—Uniform Arrangement by Blocks,Layer-by-Layer Determination,and Birdcage Deformation—and meticulously evaluates the influences of rod rearrangement on the effective multiplication factor of neutrons,k eff,utilizing the Monte Carlo method.Ultimately,this study presents a holistic method capable of encompassing the entire spectrum of potential effects stemming from the rearrangement of fuel rods during rods mispositioning accident.By augmenting the safety margin,this approach proves to be adeptly suited for the criticality safety analysis of nuclear fuel transport containers.展开更多
Tree failure is an international problem,a major risk to public safety,and of growing concern because of extreme weather events.Tree biomechanics can inform the probability of tree failure,but empirical data from trop...Tree failure is an international problem,a major risk to public safety,and of growing concern because of extreme weather events.Tree biomechanics can inform the probability of tree failure,but empirical data from tropical settings are scarce.As a case study,we analyze the biomechanics(safety factor)of large heritage trees in public spaces in Indonesia.We examined critical buckling height using the Euler and Ylinen bending stress method.Tree morphometry(height,diameter at breast height,crown diameter),stability(modulus of elasticity),critical buckling height,and safety factor were quantified during this study.We found that large heritage trees in public spaces with buttresses have taller and larger morphometry and higher trunk and crown weights than small trees without buttresses.These trees are highly stable against external pressure.The presence of buttresses protects the target tree from rain and wind,resulting in a higher critical buckling height(H_(cr))of large(58.9 m)and buttressed target trees(58.8)than small(33.5 m)and unbuttressed trees(42.6 m),and a safety factor level of 68%safer.We make recommendations for selecting and managing trees in public spaces in a way that(i)can enhance wellbeing and biodiversity in urban planning,and(ii)is informed by risk to public safety.展开更多
Background:While the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma(mRCC)is evolving due to immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),optimal strategies for later lines of therapy have yet to be defined.The combination of lenv...Background:While the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma(mRCC)is evolving due to immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),optimal strategies for later lines of therapy have yet to be defined.The combination of lenvatinib and everolimus represents a viable option,and the present review aimed to summarize its activity,effectiveness,and safety.Methods:A systematic review of the literature was conducted using PubMed,targeting studies published between 2018 and 2025.Eligible studies included English-language prospective and retrospective trials reporting survival outcomes in mRCC patients treated with lenvatinib and everolimus after at least one ICI-containing regimen.Results:Nine studies met the inclusion criteria,encompassing a total of 441 patients.The lenvatinib and everolimus combination was primarily used in the third and subsequent lines of therapy.Median overall survival ranged from 7.5 to 24.5 months,while median progression-free survival was more consistent,between 6.1 and 6.7 months,except for one study reporting 12.9 months.Objective response rates varied widely(14.0%–55.7%).Adverse events of grade≥3 did not exceed the expected rate,with diarrhoea and proteinuria as the most reported events.Dose reductions and treatment discontinuations due to toxicity occurred but were generally lower than in prior pivotal trials.Conclusions:Real-world evidence suggests that lenvatinib and everolimus represent an effective and safe option after ICI failure in mRCC patients.Nevertheless,the lack of randomized phase III trials and the heterogeneity of existing studies highlight the need for more robust prospective research to guide post-ICI therapeutic strategies.展开更多

Background:Minimally invasive distal pancreatectomy(MIDP)is increasingly being used,although its oncologic safety for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)remains controversial.In Japan,MIDP for PDAC has limited endo...Background:Minimally invasive distal pancreatectomy(MIDP)is increasingly being used,although its oncologic safety for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)remains controversial.In Japan,MIDP for PDAC has limited endorsement due to insufficient data.This study aimed to compare the perioperative and long-term outcomes of open distal pancreatectomy(ODP)and MIDP for PDAC.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed patients with resectable pancreatic body and tail cancer treated with ODP or MIDP(laparoscopic or robotic)between January 2007 and July 2022.The surgical procedures(ODP and MIDP)were compared and the patient characteristics,perioperative outcomes,and long-term outcomes were analyzed.We also compared the outcomes of patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)and without NAC.Results:A total of 72 distal pancreatectomies were performed(37 ODPs and 35 MIDPs).In the upfront group,MIDP resulted in significantly less blood loss than ODP(P<0.01),despite similar operative time.There was no statistically significant difference in the 2-year recurrence-free survival(RFS)rates between ODP and MIDP(39.7%vs.57.8%,P=0.60)or in the overall survival(OS)rates(66.7%vs.74.1%,P=0.43).Similarly,in the NAC group,MIDP resulted in significantly less blood loss than ODP(P=0.01);ODP and MIDP had similar 2-year RFS rates(41.7%and 60.0%,P=0.75)and OS rates(50.0%and 70.0%,P=0.36).The interval from surgery to adjuvant chemotherapy initiation did not significantly differ between the ODP and MIDP subgroups in both the upfront group(P=0.13)and the NAC group(P=0.14).The incidence of recurrence was 64.8%for ODP and 42.8%for MIDP(P=0.06).Both procedures showed similar distributions of local and distant recurrence.Conclusions:MIDP caused less blood loss and had similar oncologic safety compared with ODP.MIDP could become a feasible,minimally invasive option with sufficient oncologic safety for pancreatic body and tail cancers.展开更多
Intrathecal administration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells may be a promising approach for the treatment of stroke,but its safety,effectiveness,and mechanism remain to be elucidated.In this study,good m...Intrathecal administration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells may be a promising approach for the treatment of stroke,but its safety,effectiveness,and mechanism remain to be elucidated.In this study,good manufacturing practice-grade human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(5×105 and 1×106 cells)and saline were administered by cerebellomedullary cistern injection 72 hours after stroke induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats.The results showed(1)no significant difference in mortality or general conditions among the three groups.There was no abnormal differentiation or tumor formation in various organs of rats in any group.(2)Compared with saline-treated animals,those treated with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells showed significant functional recovery and reduced infarct volume,with no significant differences between different human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell doses.(3)Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were found in the ischemic brain after 14 and 28 days of follow-up,and the number of positive cells significantly decreased over time.(4)Neuronal nuclei expression in the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell group was greater than that in the saline group,while glial fibrillary acidic protein and ionized calcium binding adaptor molecule 1 expression levels decreased.(5)Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell treatment increased the number of CD31+microvessels and doublecortin-positive cells after ischemic stroke.Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells also upregulated the expression of CD31+/Ki67+.(6)At 14 days after intrathecal administration,brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in the peri-infarct area and the concentrations of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the cerebrospinal fluid in both human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell groups were significantly greater than those in the saline group and persisted until the 28th day.Taken together,these results indicate that the intrathecal administration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells via cerebellomedullary cistern injection is safe and effective for the treatment of ischemic stroke in rats.The mechanisms may include alleviating the local inflammatory response in the peri-infarct region,promoting neurogenesis and angiogenesis,and enhancing the production of neurotrophic factors.展开更多

Hydrogel-based triboelectric nanoge nerator(TENG)has a promising applied prospect in wearable electronic devices.However,its low performance,poor stability,insufficient recyclability and inferior self-healing seriousl...Hydrogel-based triboelectric nanoge nerator(TENG)has a promising applied prospect in wearable electronic devices.However,its low performance,poor stability,insufficient recyclability and inferior self-healing seriously hinder its development.Herein,we report a robust route to a liquid metal(LM)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel-based TENG(LP-TENG).Owing to the intrinsically liquid feature of conductive LM within the flexible PVA hydrogel,the as-prepared LP-TENG exhibited comprehensiye advantages of adaptability,biocompatibility,outstanding electrical performance,superior stability,recyclability and diverse applications,which were unattainable by traditional systems.Concretely,the LP-TENG delivered appealing open circuit voltage of 250 V,short circuit current of 4μA and transferred charge of 120 nC with high stability,outperforming most advanced TENG systems.The LP-TENG was successfully employed for versatile applications with multifunctionality,including human motion detection,handwriting recognition,energy collection,message transmission and human-machine interaction.This work presents significant prospects for crafting advanced materials and devices in the fields of wearable electronics,flexible skin and smart robots.展开更多

文摘Porous hydrogel sensors have attracted significant attention in fields such as smart wearables and medical monitoring due to their high sensitivity.However,existing fabrication methods typically degrade the surface smoothness of hydrogels when introducing porous structures and face significant challenges in removing fillers completely.To address these challenges,we herein introduce a novel one-step,thermosensitive spray-coating technique for the preparation of aircell hydrogel(ACH).This method leverages the rapid cooling of a thermoresponsive gelatin methacryloyl solution through atomization,enabling rapid cross-linking within seconds and air bubbles encapsulated in situ.Additionally,the transient flow of the pre-gel facilitates the repair of voids formed by ruptured surface bubbles,leading to the creation of the ACH with uniformly distributed inner air bubbles and a smooth outer surface.The mold-free fabrication method is independent of substrate surface properties,enabling the creation of a porous hydrogel film with a thickness as thin as 163 µm.Furthermore,the dual-crosslinked network endows the ACH with excellent anti-swelling properties,and the physical crosslinking between gelatin molecules allows the ACH to self-heal.The ACH exhibits excellent sensitivity in deformation sensing and can even successfully track minor external forces,which enables it to effectively complete various tasks such as facial expression recognition,pitch differentiation,and motion detection.By integrating the ACH into a sensing glove,we also demonstrate the significant potential of the ACH for applications in human-machine interaction and tactile sensing.Ultimately,the ACH sensors are also applied to motion mapping and machine tactile feedback,indicating their promising potential in human-machine interaction.

文摘In the parallel steering coordination control strategy for path tracking,it is difficult to match the current driver steering model using the fixed parameters with the actual driver,and the designed steering coordination control strategy under a single objective and simple conditions is difficult to adapt to the multi-dimensional state variables’input.In this paper,we propose a deep reinforcement learning algorithm-based multi-objective parallel human-machine steering coordination strategy for path tracking considering driver misoperation and external disturbance.Firstly,the driver steering mathematical model is constructed based on the driver preview characteristics and steering delay response,and the driver characteristic parameters are fitted after collecting the actual driver driving data.Secondly,considering that the vehicle is susceptible to the influence of external disturbances during the driving process,the Tube MPC(Tube Model Predictive Control)based path tracking steering controller is designed based on the vehicle system dynamics error model.After verifying that the driver steering model meets the driver steering operation characteristics,DQN(Deep Q-network),DDPG(Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient)and TD3(Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient)deep reinforcement learning algorithms are utilized to design a multi-objective parallel steering coordination strategy which satisfies the multi-dimensional state variables’input of the vehicle.Finally,the tracking accuracy,lateral safety,human-machine conflict and driver steering load evaluation index are designed in different driver operation states and different road environments,and the performance of the parallel steering coordination control strategies with different deep reinforcement learning algorithms and fuzzy algorithms are compared by simulations and hardware in the loop experiments.The results show that the parallel steering collaborative strategy based on a deep reinforcement learning algorithm can more effectively assist the driver in tracking the target path under lateral wind interference and driver misoperation,and the TD3-based coordination control strategy has better overall performance.

文摘Photothermoelectric(PTE)photodetectors with selfpowered and uncooled advantages have attracted much interest due to the wide application prospects in the military and civilian fields.However,traditional PTE photodetectors lack of mechanical flexibility and cannot operate independently without the test instrument.Herein,we present a flexible PTE photodetector capable of dual-mode output,combining electrical and optical signal generation for enhanced functionality.Using solution processing,high-quality MXene thin films are assembled on asymmetric electrodes as the photosensitive layer.The geometrically asymmetric electrode design significantly enhances the responsivity,achieving 0.33 m A W^(-1)under infrared illumination,twice that of the symmetrical configuration.This improvement stems from optimized photothermal conversion and an expanded temperature gradient.The PTE device maintains stable performance after 300 bending cycles,demonstrating excellent flexibility.A new energy conversion pathway has been established by coupling the photothermal conversion of MXene with thermochromic composite materials,leading to a real-time visualization of invisible infrared radiation.Leveraging this functionality,we demonstrate the first human-machine collaborative infrared imaging system,wherein the dual-mode photodetector arrays synchronously generate human-readable pattern and machine-readable pattern.Our study not only provides a new solution for functional integration of flexible photodetectors,but also sets a new benchmark for human-machine collaborative optoelectronics.

文摘Rock discontinuities control rock mechanical behaviors and significantly influence the stability of rock masses.However,existing discontinuity mapping algorithms are susceptible to noise,and the calculation results cannot be fed back to users timely.To address this issue,we proposed a human-machine interaction(HMI)method for discontinuity mapping.Users can help the algorithm identify the noise and make real-time result judgments and parameter adjustments.For this,a regular cube was selected to illustrate the workflows:(1)point cloud was acquired using remote sensing;(2)the HMI method was employed to select reference points and angle thresholds to detect group discontinuity;(3)individual discontinuities were extracted from the group discontinuity using a density-based cluster algorithm;and(4)the orientation of each discontinuity was measured based on a plane fitting algorithm.The method was applied to a well-studied highway road cut and a complex natural slope.The consistency of the computational results with field measurements demonstrates its good accuracy,and the average error in the dip direction and dip angle for both cases was less than 3.Finally,the computational time of the proposed method was compared with two other popular algorithms,and the reduction in computational time by tens of times proves its high computational efficiency.This method provides geologists and geological engineers with a new idea to map rapidly and accurately rock structures under large amounts of noises or unclear features.

文摘Mineral resources exploitation moving deeper into the earth is an inevitable trend with economic and social development.However,the deep high temperature poses a significant challenge to the safety and efficiency of human and machine.The prevention of potential thermal risks in deep mining is critical.Here,the key and difficult issues of humanmachine-environment temperature monitoring are discussed according to the characteristics of deep hightemperature environment.Then,a monitoring and analysis method of human-machine-environment temperature field suitable for deep high-temperature mining areas is proposed.This method covers humanmachine-environment temperature monitoring,data storage and transmission,data processing,results visualization,and thermal risks warning.The monitoring sensor networks are constructed to collect real-time data of miners,machines,and environments.The data is transmitted to the central processing system for storage and analysis using both wired and wireless transmission technologies.Moreover,digital filtering and Kriging interpolation algorithms are applied to denoise and handle outliers in the monitored data,as well as to calculate the temperature field.The temperature prediction model is constructed using Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)method.Finally,potential thermal risks are identified by combining real-time monitoring and prediction results,thereby guiding management personnels and miners to take appropriate measures.The proposed monitoring and analysis method can be applied to deep mines that affected by high temperature.It not only provides data and methodological support for assessing thermal risks in mines,but also offers scientific basis for optimizing mining operations and implementing safety measures.

文摘Suancai has a lengthy history and a wide range of categories,which has some influence on the pickled diet culture around the world.Suancai production is transitioning to a large-scale,standardized production due to the growth of the market.It has a unique flavor and is rich in nutrients,and its abundance of free amino acids,vitamins and phenolics has many positive effects on the human body.This review gives the types and history of suancai,as well as its impact on the world’s pickled culture.The changes in nutritional composition and flavor of suancai during fermentation are summarized.It presented the production technology and influencing factors of the northeast suancai,examined the quality and safety issues in suancai,and put forth some ideas and opinions on the standardization development of the suancai industry.It also summarized the geographic distribution and flora diversity of pickles around the world.In order to provide some knowledge and guidance for the promotion of modern industrial production in the suancai industry.
文摘Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of faricimab and conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods:A total of 50 patients diagnosed with DME in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 25 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The observation group received intravitreal injection of faricimab,while the control group received intravitreal injection of conbercept.Both groups adopted a loading phase plus maintenance phase treatment regimen.The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA,expressed in logMAR)and central subfield thickness(CST)of the two groups were compared before treatment and at 1,3,and 6 months after treatment,and the incidence of adverse events during treatment was recorded.Results:The logMAR BCVA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment(both p<0.05).The CST in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after treatment(all p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse events between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.189,p=0.663).Conclusion:Both intravitreal injections of faricimab and conbercept are effective in improving visual acuity and reducing macular edema in patients with DME,with good safety profiles.However,faricimab demonstrates superior efficacy in the medium to long term(3 and 6 months)compared to conbercept,making it more suitable for long-term treatment of patients with DME.

文摘Seaweed was fermented using Bifidobacterium,and its high-density fermentation conditions were investigated through single-factor experiments.The optimized fermentation conditions were determined as follows:Ulva powder as the fermentation algal body,Ulva powder addition at 2%,fermented nitrogen source as 1%soy peptone,fermentation time of 26 h,and fermentation temperature of 37℃.The Ulva powder ferment broth was subjected to the Hen’s Egg Test-Chorioallantoic Membrane(HET-CAM)assay and acute cell toxicity testing to evaluate its irritancy and safety.Additionally,cell-based experiments for firming and anti-wrinking efficacy,soothing effect,whitening potency,and antioxidant activity were conducted to assess its cosmetic functionalities.The results indicated that the obtained Ulva powder ferment broth was non-irritating and exhibited a high non-cytotoxic concentration.A 5%concentration of the Ulva powder ferment broth promoted the upregulation of Type Ⅰ collagen by 32.58%±1.33%.A 10%concentration of the ferment broth achieved relative inhibition rates of 67.64%±3.99%for nitric oxide(NO)and 55.76%±0.11%for melanin,respectively.Furthermore,a 6.25%concentration of the ferment broth demonstrated an ABTS radical scavenging rate of 58.29%±4.92%.These findings suggest that the Ulva powder ferment broth is a fermentation product characterized by high safety,excellent anti-wrinking,soothing,and whitening efficacies,along with potent in vitro antioxidant capacity.This study demonstrates its value-added development and significant potential for application in industries such as cosmetics and food.
文摘Objective:To analyze the impact of improved emergency integrated nursing on the treatment effectiveness and safety of emergency trauma patients.Methods:Study duration:December 2024 to December 2025.Observation target:emergency trauma patients in our hospital.Sample size:92 cases.Using computer-based grouping,the 92 patients were divided into two equally sized groups:a control group of 46 patients who received conventional emergency nursing care,and an observation group of 46 patients who underwent an improved emergency integrated nursing model.The treatment-related indicators,treatment effectiveness,and incidence of adverse events were evaluated in both groups.Results:After intervention,the pre-hospital emergency care time,emergency diagnosis time,total emergency rescue duration,and examination waiting time in the control group were all longer than those in the observation group(p<0.05);the treatment effectiveness in the control group(effective rate:82.61%)was worse than that in the observation group(effective rate:95.65%),p<0.05;compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of adverse events,p<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing an improved emergency integrated nursing model for emergency trauma patients helps streamline the treatment process,enhance treatment effectiveness,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
文摘To ensure the safe transportation of radioactive materials,numerous countries have established specific standards.For the transfer of fissile materials,it is imperative that the material within the packaging remains in a subcritical state during routine,normal,and accidental transport conditions.In the event of an accident,the rods within the storage tank may become rearranged,introducing uncertainty that must be accounted for to ensure that criticality analysis results are conservative.Historically,this uncertainty was addressed overly conservatively due to limited research on non-uniform arrangement scenarios,which proved unsuitable for criticality safety analysis of spent fuel packages.This paper introduced three distinct methods to non-uniformly rearrange fuel rods—Uniform Arrangement by Blocks,Layer-by-Layer Determination,and Birdcage Deformation—and meticulously evaluates the influences of rod rearrangement on the effective multiplication factor of neutrons,k eff,utilizing the Monte Carlo method.Ultimately,this study presents a holistic method capable of encompassing the entire spectrum of potential effects stemming from the rearrangement of fuel rods during rods mispositioning accident.By augmenting the safety margin,this approach proves to be adeptly suited for the criticality safety analysis of nuclear fuel transport containers.
文摘Tree failure is an international problem,a major risk to public safety,and of growing concern because of extreme weather events.Tree biomechanics can inform the probability of tree failure,but empirical data from tropical settings are scarce.As a case study,we analyze the biomechanics(safety factor)of large heritage trees in public spaces in Indonesia.We examined critical buckling height using the Euler and Ylinen bending stress method.Tree morphometry(height,diameter at breast height,crown diameter),stability(modulus of elasticity),critical buckling height,and safety factor were quantified during this study.We found that large heritage trees in public spaces with buttresses have taller and larger morphometry and higher trunk and crown weights than small trees without buttresses.These trees are highly stable against external pressure.The presence of buttresses protects the target tree from rain and wind,resulting in a higher critical buckling height(H_(cr))of large(58.9 m)and buttressed target trees(58.8)than small(33.5 m)and unbuttressed trees(42.6 m),and a safety factor level of 68%safer.We make recommendations for selecting and managing trees in public spaces in a way that(i)can enhance wellbeing and biodiversity in urban planning,and(ii)is informed by risk to public safety.
文摘Background:While the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma(mRCC)is evolving due to immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),optimal strategies for later lines of therapy have yet to be defined.The combination of lenvatinib and everolimus represents a viable option,and the present review aimed to summarize its activity,effectiveness,and safety.Methods:A systematic review of the literature was conducted using PubMed,targeting studies published between 2018 and 2025.Eligible studies included English-language prospective and retrospective trials reporting survival outcomes in mRCC patients treated with lenvatinib and everolimus after at least one ICI-containing regimen.Results:Nine studies met the inclusion criteria,encompassing a total of 441 patients.The lenvatinib and everolimus combination was primarily used in the third and subsequent lines of therapy.Median overall survival ranged from 7.5 to 24.5 months,while median progression-free survival was more consistent,between 6.1 and 6.7 months,except for one study reporting 12.9 months.Objective response rates varied widely(14.0%–55.7%).Adverse events of grade≥3 did not exceed the expected rate,with diarrhoea and proteinuria as the most reported events.Dose reductions and treatment discontinuations due to toxicity occurred but were generally lower than in prior pivotal trials.Conclusions:Real-world evidence suggests that lenvatinib and everolimus represent an effective and safe option after ICI failure in mRCC patients.Nevertheless,the lack of randomized phase III trials and the heterogeneity of existing studies highlight the need for more robust prospective research to guide post-ICI therapeutic strategies.
文摘At the IEC,Chinese experts have been contributing their expertise to international standardization.As one of them,Ma Dejun has grown from an inexperienced explorer in the field of standardization into a distinguished expert driving the development of international standards in key sectors over the past 35 years.He was presented with the 2025 Lord Kelvin Award at the 89th IEC General Meeting held in New Delhi,India,in September 2025.Thus,he became the first Chinese expert to receive the highest honor bestowed by the IEC.In an exclusive interview with Ma Dejun,he reviewed his original aspiration behind his decades-long journey in international standardization,shared his experience and insights on promoting international standards,and looked forward to China's future role on the international standardiz ation stage.
文摘Background:Minimally invasive distal pancreatectomy(MIDP)is increasingly being used,although its oncologic safety for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)remains controversial.In Japan,MIDP for PDAC has limited endorsement due to insufficient data.This study aimed to compare the perioperative and long-term outcomes of open distal pancreatectomy(ODP)and MIDP for PDAC.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed patients with resectable pancreatic body and tail cancer treated with ODP or MIDP(laparoscopic or robotic)between January 2007 and July 2022.The surgical procedures(ODP and MIDP)were compared and the patient characteristics,perioperative outcomes,and long-term outcomes were analyzed.We also compared the outcomes of patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)and without NAC.Results:A total of 72 distal pancreatectomies were performed(37 ODPs and 35 MIDPs).In the upfront group,MIDP resulted in significantly less blood loss than ODP(P<0.01),despite similar operative time.There was no statistically significant difference in the 2-year recurrence-free survival(RFS)rates between ODP and MIDP(39.7%vs.57.8%,P=0.60)or in the overall survival(OS)rates(66.7%vs.74.1%,P=0.43).Similarly,in the NAC group,MIDP resulted in significantly less blood loss than ODP(P=0.01);ODP and MIDP had similar 2-year RFS rates(41.7%and 60.0%,P=0.75)and OS rates(50.0%and 70.0%,P=0.36).The interval from surgery to adjuvant chemotherapy initiation did not significantly differ between the ODP and MIDP subgroups in both the upfront group(P=0.13)and the NAC group(P=0.14).The incidence of recurrence was 64.8%for ODP and 42.8%for MIDP(P=0.06).Both procedures showed similar distributions of local and distant recurrence.Conclusions:MIDP caused less blood loss and had similar oncologic safety compared with ODP.MIDP could become a feasible,minimally invasive option with sufficient oncologic safety for pancreatic body and tail cancers.

文摘Intrathecal administration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells may be a promising approach for the treatment of stroke,but its safety,effectiveness,and mechanism remain to be elucidated.In this study,good manufacturing practice-grade human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(5×105 and 1×106 cells)and saline were administered by cerebellomedullary cistern injection 72 hours after stroke induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats.The results showed(1)no significant difference in mortality or general conditions among the three groups.There was no abnormal differentiation or tumor formation in various organs of rats in any group.(2)Compared with saline-treated animals,those treated with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells showed significant functional recovery and reduced infarct volume,with no significant differences between different human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell doses.(3)Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells were found in the ischemic brain after 14 and 28 days of follow-up,and the number of positive cells significantly decreased over time.(4)Neuronal nuclei expression in the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell group was greater than that in the saline group,while glial fibrillary acidic protein and ionized calcium binding adaptor molecule 1 expression levels decreased.(5)Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell treatment increased the number of CD31+microvessels and doublecortin-positive cells after ischemic stroke.Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells also upregulated the expression of CD31+/Ki67+.(6)At 14 days after intrathecal administration,brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in the peri-infarct area and the concentrations of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the cerebrospinal fluid in both human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell groups were significantly greater than those in the saline group and persisted until the 28th day.Taken together,these results indicate that the intrathecal administration of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells via cerebellomedullary cistern injection is safe and effective for the treatment of ischemic stroke in rats.The mechanisms may include alleviating the local inflammatory response in the peri-infarct region,promoting neurogenesis and angiogenesis,and enhancing the production of neurotrophic factors.

文摘Electromyography(EMG)has already been broadly used in human-machine interaction(HMI)applications.Determining how to decode the information inside EMG signals robustly and accurately is a key problem for which we urgently need a solution.Recently,many EMG pattern recognition tasks have been addressed using deep learning methods.In this paper,we analyze recent papers and present a literature review describing the role that deep learning plays in EMG-based HMI.An overview of typical network structures and processing schemes will be provided.Recent progress in typical tasks such as movement classification,joint angle prediction,and force/torque estimation will be introduced.New issues,including multimodal sensing,inter-subject/inter-session,and robustness toward disturbances will be discussed.We attempt to provide a comprehensive analysis of current research by discussing the advantages,challenges,and opportunities brought by deep learning.We hope that deep learning can aid in eliminating factors that hinder the development of EMG-based HMI systems.Furthermore,possible future directions will be presented to pave the way for future research.

文摘Hydrogel-based triboelectric nanoge nerator(TENG)has a promising applied prospect in wearable electronic devices.However,its low performance,poor stability,insufficient recyclability and inferior self-healing seriously hinder its development.Herein,we report a robust route to a liquid metal(LM)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel-based TENG(LP-TENG).Owing to the intrinsically liquid feature of conductive LM within the flexible PVA hydrogel,the as-prepared LP-TENG exhibited comprehensiye advantages of adaptability,biocompatibility,outstanding electrical performance,superior stability,recyclability and diverse applications,which were unattainable by traditional systems.Concretely,the LP-TENG delivered appealing open circuit voltage of 250 V,short circuit current of 4μA and transferred charge of 120 nC with high stability,outperforming most advanced TENG systems.The LP-TENG was successfully employed for versatile applications with multifunctionality,including human motion detection,handwriting recognition,energy collection,message transmission and human-machine interaction.This work presents significant prospects for crafting advanced materials and devices in the fields of wearable electronics,flexible skin and smart robots.
