Human Reliability Analysis Method on Armored Vehicle System Considering Error Correction 被引量:1

Human reliability analysis(HRA) is an expansion of man-machine engineering. It is also a new multidisciplinary based on behavioral science, cognitive science, information processing, system analysis and probability statistics in order to analyze, predict, reduce and prevent human errors. Firstly, the quantitative analysis model of HRA is proposed based on Markov process theory by using human error probability(HEP) and error correction cycle(ECC) as parameters. And human reliability evaluation criterion is built. Then, the HRA process considering error correction is proposed based on cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM). Finally, according to the characteristics of armored vehicle system, common performance condition(CPC) in CREAM is improved.A reliability impact index is characterized by the overall contexts of tasks. Human reliability evaluation criterion of armored vehicle system is formulated. And the result of HRA is obtained based on the method presented in this paper. In addition, the relative weights are estimated by combining scale of 10/10—18/2 and analytical hierarchy process(AHP), and the triangular fuzzy number considering confidence factor and optimism index is adopted in order to reduce the subjectivity. The analysis results show that the method presented in this paper is reasonable and feasible. Meantime, the method can provide guidance for human reliability analysis of other weapon systems. 展开更多

Autonomous Underwater Vehicles(AUVs)are pivotal for deep-sea exploration and resource exploitation,yet their reliability in extreme underwater environments remains a critical barrier to widespread deployment.Through systematic analysis of 150 peer-reviewed studies employing mixed-methods research,this review yields three principal advancements to the reliability analysis of AUVs.First,based on the hierarchical functional division of AUVs into six subsystems(propulsion system,navigation system,communication system,power system,environmental detection system,and emergency system),this study systematically identifies the primary failure modes and potential failure causes of each subsystem,providing theoretical support for fault diagnosis and reliability optimization.Subsequently,a comprehensive review of AUV reliability analysis methods is conducted from three perspectives:analytical methods,simulated methods,and surrogate model methods.The applicability and limitations of each method are critically analyzed to offer insights into their suitability for engineering applications.Finally,the study highlights key challenges and research hotpots in AUV reliability analysis,including reliability analysis under limited data,AI-driven reliability analysis,and human reliability analysis.Furthermore,the potential of multi-sensor data fusion,edge computing,and advanced materials in enhancing AUV environmental adaptability and reliability is explored. 展开更多

A simplified bi-variable human error probability calculation method is developed by incorporating two common performance condition( CPC) factors, which are modified from factors employed in cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM) to take into account the characteristics of shipping operations. After the influencing factors are identified, Markov method is used to calculate the values of human reliability. The proposed method does not rely on the involvement of experts in the field of human factor nor depend on historical accidents or human error statistics. It is applied to the case of the crew on board of an ocean going dry bulk carrier. The caculated results agree with the actual case, which verifies the validity of the model. 展开更多

Human Reliability Analysis(HRA)is an important part in safety assessment of a large complex system.Human Cognitive Reliability(HCR)model is a method of evaluating the probability that operators fail to complete during diagnostic decision making within a limited time,which is widely used in HRA.In the application of this method,cognitive patterns of humans are required to be considered and classified,and this process often relies on the evaluation opinions of experts which is highly subjective and uncertain.How to effectively express and process this uncertain and subjective information plays a critical role in improving the accuracy and applicability of HCR.In this paper,a new model was proposed to deal with the uncertain information which exists in the processes of cognitive pattern classification in HCR.First,an evaluation panel was constructed based on expert opinions and processing including setting corresponding anchor points and qualitative indicators of different cognitive patterns,and mapping them to fuzzy numbers and unit intervals.Second,based on the evaluation panel,different analysts judge the cognitive pattern types of actual specific events and provide the level of confidence he or she has in the judgments.Finally,the evaluation opinions of multiple analysts were expressed and fused based on the Dempster-Shafer Evidence Theory(DSET),and the fused results were applied to the HCR model to obtain the Human Error Probability(HEP).A case study was used to demonstrate the procedure and effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

严重事故下的人员可靠性分析(HRA)是二级概率安全分析(PSA)的关键技术要素和难点。由于严重事故下人员心理多变、组织协调复杂、缺少模拟培训等,国际上很少有适用的HRA模型。近年来国内核工业界积极探索严重事故下的HRA,但所用模型和方... 严重事故下的人员可靠性分析(HRA)是二级概率安全分析(PSA)的关键技术要素和难点。由于严重事故下人员心理多变、组织协调复杂、缺少模拟培训等,国际上很少有适用的HRA模型。近年来国内核工业界积极探索严重事故下的HRA,但所用模型和方法适用性欠佳。2022年,美国核管会推出适用于全部风险指引监管活动的事件和状态评估综合人因事件分析(IDHEAS-ECA)方法,为相关研究指明方向。本文对IDHAES-ECA方法进行了研究和凝练,提出了严重事故下HRA需要特殊考虑的绩效影响因子(PIF)。以某华龙一号核电厂严重事故下一回路注水为案例,应用IDHEAS-ECA方法开展了定量化分析,同时采用国内常用的SPAR-H方法与IDHEAS-ECA方法结果进行对比和讨论。分析表明,SPAR-H方法现有模型由于其固有缺陷,且无实证数据支撑,无法适用于严重事故下的HRA,而IDHEAS-ECA方法由于其完善的PIF和认知模型,更能适应当下工程项目全范围PSA的应用需求,也代表当前国际最新的认知水平。本研究可为核电工程项目和核安全领域采用IDHAES-ECA方法提供借鉴。 展开更多

We consider reliability engineering in modern civil aviation industry, and the related engineering activities and methods. We consider reliability in a broad sense, referring to other system characteristics that are related to it, like availability, maintainability, safety and durability. We covered the entire lifecycle of the equipment, including reliability requirement identification, reliability analysis and design, verification and validation of reliability requirements(typically involved in the equipment design and development phase), quality assurance(which typically enters in the manufacturing phase), and fault diagnosis and prognosis and maintenance(which are connected to the operation phase). Lessons learnt from reliability engineering practices in civil aviation industry are given, which might serve as reference for reliability managers and engineers, also from other industries with high reliability requirements. 展开更多

Along with the improvement of electrical equipment reliability,people’s unsafe behaviors and human errors have become one of main sources of risks in power systems.However,there is no comprehensive study on human factors and human reliability analysis in power systems.In allusion to this situation,this paper attempts to analyze the impact of human factors on power system reliability.First,this paper introduces current situation of human factors in power systems and the latest research progress in this field.Several analysis methods are proposed according to specified situations,and these methods are verified by some power system practical cases.On this base,this paper illustrates how human factors affect power system operation reliability from 2 typical aspects:imperfect maintenance caused by human errors,and impact of human factors on emergency dispatch operation and power system cascading failure.Finally,based on information decision and action in crew(IDAC),a novel dispatcher training evaluation simulation system(DTESS)is established,which can incorporate all influencing factors.Once fully developed,DTESS can be used to simulate dispatchers’response when encountering an initial event,and improve power system dispatching reliability. 展开更多

To solve the problem of risk identification and quantitative assessment for human-computer interaction(HCI)in complex avionics systems,an HCI safety analysis framework based on system-theoretical process analysis(STPA)and cognitive reliability and error analysis method(CREAM)is proposed.STPACREAM can identify unsafe control actions and find the causal path during the interaction of avionics systems and pilot with the help of formal verification tools automatically.The common performance conditions(CPC)of avionics systems in the aviation environment is established and a quantitative analysis of human failure is carried out.Taking the head-up display(HUD)system interaction process as an example,a case analysis is carried out,the layered safety control structure and formal model of the HUD interaction process are established.For the interactive behavior“Pilots approaching with HUD”,four unsafe control actions and35 causal scenarios are identified and the impact of common performance conditions at different levels on the pilot decision model are analyzed.The results show that HUD's HCI level gradually improves as the scores of CPC increase,and the quality of crew member cooperation and time sufficiency of the task is the key to its HCI.Through case analysis,it is shown that STPACREAM can quantitatively assess the hazards in HCI and identify the key factors that impact safety. 展开更多

在概率安全分析(PSA)中,人员可靠性分析(HRA)的重要性逐渐突显,其中,HRA相关性问题的处理对PSA结果有较大影响,逐渐成为核安全审评和核工业界重点关注的问题。国内外HRA相关性处理的理论众多,然而用于工程实践的可供操作的理论十分有限... 在概率安全分析(PSA)中,人员可靠性分析(HRA)的重要性逐渐突显,其中,HRA相关性问题的处理对PSA结果有较大影响,逐渐成为核安全审评和核工业界重点关注的问题。国内外HRA相关性处理的理论众多,然而用于工程实践的可供操作的理论十分有限。本文对核电厂HRA相关性问题,包括基本概念、相关性因素和水平、联合人误概率等进行研究,总结形成了应用于核电厂工程实践的HRA相关性分析的一般方法和步骤。应用该分析方法和步骤,以国内某核电厂一级PSA结果中同一最小割集的人员相关性组为例,分别采用SPAR-H和NUREG−1921方法建模进行对比分析。结果表明,对最小割集HRA相关性处理与否对结果影响较大,且两种分析方法的相关性处理结果有较大差异。建议在同一项目中使用的HRA相关性分析的方法应保持一致,定性分析和定量分析并重,尽可能详细记录分析过程的所有信息,保证分析结果可追溯、可审查、可再现和可更新。 展开更多
