Doing a good job in financial management of infrastructure projects plays an important role in standardizing hospital infrastructure activities, controlling operating costs and improving financial internal control and risk prevention. Judging from the existing financial internal control requirements, the hospital infrastructure project includes the financial management of the project preparation, construction process and completion stage. Based on the requirements of financial internal control of hospital infrastructure projects, this paper explores the feasible strategies to achieve financial internal control and reduce management risks.展开更多
